I just moved back to Sydney after living in Germany for 10 years. I'm a dancer/Choreograph ... I'm a quite easy going and open person , but I also like my privacy .
Hey we are a pretty chilled couple, Jess works in Digital and Rob as a Carpenter. Currently waiting on my 457 Visa so looking for a short-term rolling lease until it comes through. Minimum 4 weeks. Love cooking, gyming, getting out in the sunshine on the weekend and a few drinks enjoying our new Sydney lifestyle. Looking for some new friends in our housemates :)
We are a Chilean couple, both engineers and here in Sydney with the Work & Holiday visa. We're looking for a private room and we're planning to stay around 1 or 2 months there. We love sports and outdoors life.
Hey there, Im Yuliy Im a 26 year old young professional working in the restaurant business. I currently work with Porteno group as a full time employee. I am very clean and friendly, don't mind putting in my extra bit to create a nice environment to live in. I am not a party animal but don't mind making a nice dinner with a bottle of wine now and then. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi my name is Lily. My boyfriend Andrew and I are looking for a room in Sydney. I am originally from country NSW and Andrew is from Chicago. He is an engineer and I am a travel agent/photographer so we are both pretty busy (but happy to do home odd jobs or photo shoots as required!). We like to be social but are not big partiers and like to spend our time at home relaxing or outdoors. We are easy to live with as a couple and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.
I am a 24yr old working professional. I work Monday-Friday full time doing business development. I grew up in Maroubra and I am very local to Sydney. I like to come home and relax/unwind as I am on the phone all day, however I also enjoy soicalising, whether it be over a drink or dinner. I am a respectful and tidy person who values a nice clean home. I am very sociable and love to go out with friends and have a laugh/drink. I enjoy nights in as well, whether it be relaxing and watching movies or having a nice dinner around the table. I love to meet new people, and I am always open to new friendships. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. I have an open mind and I am always up for new ideas and change. I am looking for a place I can call home. I am very fair when it comes to household chores and I always do my part to keep the household in a good condition. I love pets as well (I have a dog of my own - lives with my parents).
My name is Jess and I'm a 27 year old female public servant. I'm originally from Canberra but moved to Sydney a few months ago for work. I've been house-sitting around town, which has been great fun but I'm looking to find somewhere more permanent with a great group of people. I am easy going, friendly and reliable, will always pay rent on time and will keep the house tidy. I like being social and having a good chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate having some down time. I enjoy reading, running and the occasional Netflix binge and am always keen for a trivia sesh at the pub. I'm currently finishing off my undergrad, majoring in Human Rights so I do have some quiet weekends in studying. I'd love to find somewhere relaxed and with a friendly atmosphere, and it would be great to meet a few new people as I don't know too many people in Sydney.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Hey, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised), a British citizen. Currently, on a working holiday visa in Australia. Work full-time in a Marketing firm in the City. I enjoy networking and traveling. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am super clean and respect privacy. Looking for: - A place close to a beach - Short distance travel via train to Sydney CBD - Clean and tidy household - A private single room, fully furnished with clean bed - 1 weeks bond - Reliable and fast internet connection - Short distance to trains (approx. 5-10min) - All bills included - Close to Woolworth's, even better a Westfield's - Close to Plus Fitness - Flexibility (extend stay or move out anytime) - Some friendly flatmates Not looking for: - Shared room - Couples - Family home Please leave your mobile number and I will call you as soon as possible to arrange inspection and discuss further details. Thank you.
I'm working full-time and I'm a really clean and tidy person, so I like my home tidy and clean too. I would love to have nice flatmates with who have some talks and drinks in our free time during the week.
Kiegan and I both work and study, he works 5 days a week and studies part time while I work 1-3 nights a week and study full time. We both have stable and reliable incomes and aren't the type to pay rent late! We are currently looking to move extremely soon, with very little notice on behalf of the leaseholder/housemate. Our house is getting demolished next Tuesday (26/09/17). I'm lucky I have next week off but this definitely isn't how I expected to spend my mid-sem break. I also have a little fluffy kitty that would need to be welcome as well. I'm struggling to find anywhere within our budget that would accept a couple and a cat, so if you know of anyone, please get in touch! We basically need to be out by Monday night as the demolition starts Tuesday morning.
Myself and Ben are an English couple on a working holiday. We're looking for a modern property, flat or house to settle long term until February or possibly longer. We are down to earth, socialble and mature individuals. We are active and enjoy a drink on the weekends. We're looking for housemates who are also social people in their 20's individuals or couples. We're really easy going but clean people so we would like you to be also. Due to the fact we have both struggled to find work (both starting work next week) and our current place ending the week we get paid we are struggling to get together a bond, we would prefer a place that is flexible on the bond being paid in bits (within the first few weeks). we can provide a referance from our current short term rent that didn't take a bond and went away for the weekend to give you a piece of mind that we are trustworthy!!
I feel like I'm a really easy going guy that's always up for a laugh. I'll be moving to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place around the Newtown area that is reasonably priced.
I will barely be there... I am coming down to Fox to work on a film. I am extremely tidy; just need a parking spot, a bed, laundry and bathroom. I will buy meals out so will only use kitchen for tea/coffee. I am also a Qld fire and rescue officer and any spare time is spent surfing and playing music or reading. Have two daughters and live on the Sunshine Coast. Will need room from 4-6 weeks. Cheers
Hey, I'm easy going, sociable and have a great sense of humor. Love to cook, have a glass of wine or a beer, watch a movie or just talk about how your day was. I'm a french designer from Chile and I speak spanish, french and english and love to meet new people. I love music, I dj too, listen to music, going out with my friends, going to the the beach and being outdoor.
Hi, my name is Lauren. I'm 25 years old from the UK and currently work as a waitress in Barangaroo. I'm a sociable person and love to have a few drinks and go out for the occasional brunch. I can work quite late some nights but when I'm not, I am always up for a good chat, a walk or a gym session. My interests are travel, food, health and fitness, music, film, tv, animals, fashion and many more that I can't even think of right now.
Basically, I am a 27 year old who currently works full time in the city. During the week, I like to keep it pretty low key (no 2am dance sessions for me, thanks). I'd be keen for Mexican Mondays, Teppanyaki Tuesdays or even Fruit Loop Fridays. On the weekends, I enjoy a sleep in & brunches (by the end of the year, my goal is to find French Toast that makes me pass out from sheer joy). I've got family & friends who live down the coast, so there would also be weekends you won't see me.
I’m a 27-year-old professional working in the Sydney CBD full time, mostly Monday to Friday. I’m very social, so I like to be out and about with friends on the weekends and I play netball at least once a week. I work in television production and travel quite a bit for work, so I will be away for a few days at a time, usually about twice a month. I’m very easy-going and like to live with friendly people, who like to socialise and have a drink together every now and then, but also respect each other's space. I’m not a clean freak, but I like things to be fairly tidy and I do my fair share of the cleaning of communal areas. I’m just looking for somewhere spacious, drama-free and comfortable with like-minded people.
I’m Kirsten, I’m 31 and from New Zealand and I’ve been in Sydney for two years. I am looking for a small flatshare or a couple of other people who are looking for a nice house that we could all go in on. I work in the hospitality industry (bartending in a restaurant in the city) so my schedule is mainly evening shift work. I’m not sure if you have any preconceived notions about hospitality workers, but I am not the rowdy type although I do like having a drink every now and then but I’d rather be out and not at home (unless I’m working on cocktail recipes). I am a non-smoker and don't mind living with smokers but as long as they keep it outside. I finish up work around about midnight, so would be getting home quite late but I would be respectful of everyone else in the house and keeping noise to the bare minimum. Spose a bonus of living with me would be that we'd never be needing to use the kitchen or bathroom at the same time when getting ready for work! After work (if I'm not already exhausted) I'll wind down by either (quietly!!) having a jam on the PlayStation or watching a bit of Netflix (where I currently stay there is no TV reception so Netflix is all I got!) On my days off, I'll usually be out and about doing my own thing, unless I've decided it's a cleaning day and I will attempt to sort out the house top to bottom. I am a bit of an introvert – meeting more than one new person at a time can be a bit daunting for me – but I am friendly and respectful and pretty mellow and chill. I do like listening to my 70’s/80’s and 90’s Spotify playlists (or having Black Books playing in the background) when I’m getting ready for work in the afternoons though. I would love to become friends with my flatmate(s) and make it my home, and not just be an extra body in the house to cover the rent, but I do also value my alone time. I’ve always been the lease holder of places I’ve lived, so I’ve been in charge of paying rent plus organising and collecting utility bill money from other flatmates. Bills and rent will always be paid on time. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m big on recycling and will even go through the rubbish (at work and at home) and separate the recyclables if I notice any in the bin. Move date and budget negotiable (for the right place!) Get in touch if you think we'd get along great! cheers!
