I cook and clean up after myself an I always pay rent on time, I'm employed full time in Kilsyth from 6am to 4:40pm so i'm hardly home but when i am I'm very social an I can basically get along with everyone. I enjoy meeting new people an making new friends but also like to relax by myself at times. At the moment i'm hoping to find a furnished place if possible but its not essential... If you would like to know anything else please don't hesitate to send me a message or give me a call... Cheers guys
I work fulltime, am quiet, mostly a homebody during the week and barely home on weekends. I have an indoor cat, short hair female, spayed, immunised.. ( the works (cared for better than i care for myself!) I enjoy cooking, listening to music, Netflix (who doesnt) and having a chat.
Hi my names Tamara I work full time as a dental assistant and work a second job weekends in addition to that. When I'm not working I spend the rest of my time being pretty low key watching Netflix, playing netball and keeping to myself. I'm usually only home week days as I spend most of my weekends at my boyfriends house whom I have over for dinner maybe once a week. Due to my busy work schedule I come and go quite alot am out of the house a lot. I'm currently living in kooweerup house sharing with a 28yo female but I am looking to move closer to my workplace in mt Waverley. I'm friendly, clean and tidy without being a neat freak and respectful of personal space. I am an non smoker/drugs. I'm Looking to find a cruisey homey house hold with other likeminded low key female/s who occasionally enjoy sharing a meal, having a chat or watching A movie. :)
I recently had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham due to a cut in the hours at work. Despite not missing any payments, my housemates screwed me over and kicked me out. I have since obtained some more hours, gotten some financial assistance while also continuing to look for additional/new work moving forward. I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks which has also helped financially, but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. My last housemates were no exception to this. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. You are best to reach me through Gumtree messaging or via Facebook if you prefer. Unless I'm at work I'm usually contactable :). Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities in the IT/AV industries, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT/AV work, please also let me know :). Also, it's a shame I have to even say this but it seems I do. If I contact you regarding a room you have available, and it turns out I'm not what you're looking for for any reason, that's fine and no hard feelings but please don't just read my message without taking the time to let me know. I have lost a lot of time waiting for people to respond who never did, or who have just stop responding out of the blue. Not only is this quite rude and uncalled for but it's also really not helpful to me in my situation. Shaun
Hey, This is Sanskriti from Hyderabad, India, worked as a an analyst in Deloitte India, and a former marketing executive in Redbull. I will be pursuing a Masters degree at Deakin University, Melbourne. I am fun loving and enthusiastic. Love trying new things. I'm looking for short term accommodation that might extend to long term accommodation if the right place is found. I prefer "All females" accommodation near Deakin.
I work full time in reception. I am a Christian and attend church regularly. I have a boyfriend and we are hoping to get married in about a year or so. I am very clean and like to be organised. I am also easy to get along with. I need to live near a train station as I catch the train to work.
Hi everyone! My name is Lili, I am a year 12 with a part time job (hungry jacks), I am hard working and will always pay my rent. I believe in doing more than my fair share of chores :) I am only moving away from home due to family issues. I have a passion for gardening and my animals :) 2 rabbits who are cheeky but won't do any harm (I have everything they will need, however a backyard would be fantastic for their exercise & sunshine. I also love to garden so I can maintain the garden as well). I also have a small fish tank. I can only go to a place that can accomodate myself and my fur babies & fishies. I also own horses in Belgrave so a place close by would be great however I could live in Werribee and still be happy :) I would like to find a place to share for cost benefits as well as company :) I am a responsible, friendly, tidy & hard working person who you can sit down and have a chat with at anytime. I do find that I need my own space to study & have my own time. I am a very out going person, however I couldn't cook to save myself but I will clean pretty much anything. I only have my learners permit and no car so being close to public transport is a must. My school is in the city but I am willing to travel hours to get there. I would like to stay in a place where rent has everything wrapped into one bundle, I can live without wifi. I think I am a very accomodating person, I can live with anyone. I don't care about sexuality or religion. If you have kids I am more then willing to babysit. As long as we can have a chat every now and again it will be fine. I am also willing to increase my maximum weekly rent but only for the right place, however, it must be reasonable due to myself being a student working part time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, but, please keep in mind that I am a student so no calling please :)
Male professional working 5 to 6 days requires a share accommodation in Berwick area. Non smoker, easy going , respects personal space. Here in Melbourne on working assignment for about 12 months. live on Gold Coast will be traveling back for a long weekend once a month.
Hi, my name is Courtney. I work full time in the city on a rotating roster, Monday-Friday and alternating saturdays. I'm pretty quiet due to my schedule, I'm clean, neat and tidy. I'm a great cook who doesn't mind cooking for everyone. I'm fun, friendly and easy going, which makes me an easy person to live with. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am currently working most days, and studying. I have 1 dog and 2 cats, who are my furry little angels. They are all super friendly and well behaved. Doug, who is my dog, is a greyhound and is quite happy laying around most of the day, he is an extremely good doggo. I have rented for 2 years previously, and am looking for some relaxed housemates.
I am a friendly and very easy to get along with type of guy, discreet, minding my own business only. Clean and organised, I do my own cooking and always clean my mess afterwards. Currently looking for work, but no such luck so far. I am a white Latino born from European parents, already an Australian citizen, speak Spanish and English, University educated. I am looking to share with someone about my age, male or female. I am a social drinker, no smoker and not longer a party animal, payment of bills can be negotiated. I Prefer a quiet place with off street parking (does not have to be a LUG) and no hairy pets, not too far from public transport. I do not have any health problems and can still take care of myself. If flatmates are under 40y.o., I don't think the arrangements would be suitable. Willing to move in the next four weeks.
Full time worker who normally works 6 days a week, recently moved to the south east suburbs for work, looking at minimum 3 months and based on the work situation could be longer. I would love to get a pet dog. Majority of my friends and family are on the other side of town so no chance of me throwing parties, but I do enjoy a beer. Preferred fully furnished
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
