Hey, I'm from Brazil, 24 years old, graduated in International Relations, and I'm going to study in Brisbane. I'm a respectful and clean housemate who wants find someone friendly. I like to cook, talk and I need a place that respects the differences. I love meeting new cultures and habits and I prefer to live with people of different nationalities. Call me and let's take a shoot and talk.
Hi I’m Michayla, I’d love to find a like mindperson to move in with. I’m really easy going, clean & like to have a few drinks on the weekend. I’m Very respectful to my peers and would rather be friends than room mates. 🙂 If you struggle to contact me on here please just stalk my social media hehe.
Hey! I am about to start my first year at QUT studying primary education after 5yrs of ski instructing here and abroad. I currently work as a casual for a promotional company. When I'm not there you'll find me rock climbing, at the beach or hunting for the next amazing vegan cafe/restaurant! Currently living in the Redlands but am wanting to move closer to the CBD for uni, to be closer to friends and to my climbing gym. I'd love to live in a tidy place, that feels more like a home than a house. A place where everyone gets along and is social with one another but also allows me quiet time to study.
Hey! I’m Ned, a down to earth, easy going, open minded guy. I work full time from monday to friday, and try to stay fit in the afternoons. Fairly routine orientated during the week but on weekends you can usually find me riding, hiking, enjoying a drink or just straight up relaxing. Slightly introverted but don’t mind partying every now and then. Originally from Coffs Harbour, I’ve been in Brisbane for roughly 1 year now. I’ve been told that I’m pretty cruisy to live with, I always clean up after myself and pull my weight around the place. Currently living with two friends, but they have both just recently acquired love interests who are here a lot and the place is becoming cramped. Just chasing a change and bit more space really. Cheers!
Hello future housemates!! I'm commencing at Qld College of Art in February and looking for a place to call home with some like-minded souls. (somewhere close to Southbank and preferably furnished). Non-smoker, tidy, responsible, and easygoing. Enjoy living a relatively healthy lifestyle and understand the need for personal space and privacy. Being creative, good coffee, weekend markets, meditation, cooking, the odd boardgame, and having a good convo about life over a wine or beer keeps it all interesting too. If I sound like I'd be a great addition to your home, please contact me. Look forward to hearing from you and to this new adventure!! Melanie 🙏
I'm very quiet and clean. Would love to meet people and make friends however need my own time as well. I used to be an engineer but quit a few years ago and started studying art. I work as a part time graphic designer now. If not at work I spend most of my time in Queensland library.
Hello! I am Ryota. Having a gap year in Brisbane after my postgraduate study in Edinburgh, the UK. (I was born in Japan.) I am very easygoing, fun, clean, tidy, and very sociable. Also, I am a gay guy so ideally looking for flatmates who are very understanding. My conditions are - Double bed - Private room - Accessible locations to the city - Understanding of my sexuality Thank you very much for reading. Hopefully see you soon!
Hello! I am an easy and outgoing 21 year old looking to move into my own place. I work as medical receptionist in the gold coast. I cook, clean and tidy up after myself. I do like to keep to myself most days, and hardly ever party. Looking for a person who can keep their living spaces clean and tidy. Thank you! :)
My name is Mahsa. I am a 30 yo woman from Iran and have been in Australia for more than one year. I'll start my Ph.D. in Management at the University of Queensland in January and would like to settle down at my new place ASAP. I am looking for a "furnished" place with quiet, responsible housemates who don't leave the kitchen messy after cooking!
Patrick and I are full time students at Southbank. We keep to ourselves mostly but won’t run away when we hear you coming. 😅 We are looking for somewhere to stay long term, we prefer clean sharing areas and love pets. (though we don’t have any) We don’t party though we enjoy a friend or two over every now and then.
Hi there! My name is Kirby, I am 24, from Brisbane and I am about to move back to Brisbane after two years in London. I work in the travel industry and am keen to find a place in West End, preferably, or somewhere equally as central with awesome flatmate/s who are also working professionals. I am clean, noise conscious, like my own space but I am keen on a somewhat social vibe and defs want to be living with someone/people who are down for solo chill times, as well as movies on the couch or drinks on the deck. I am keen to move into a modern apartment building with facilities such as a gym and a pool, preferably with an ensuite room and would absolutely love a room that's air conditioned! 420 friendly but not a lover of 4am kickons being hosted every weekend. Home is my sanctuary and whilst I love entertaining at normal hours, I'm not a crazy fan of randoms destroying the living room during the witching hours. Not when I have every intention of making it look super sleek with all the fun KMart home decor.
I just moved to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and work for QCAT in the city so looking for a furnished room (just need a queen size bed) that is close to buses into the city. I am very clean and responsible and ideally looking for social housemates as I don't know anyone in Brisbane other than work people. I am fun, outgoing and love to get out and about. Would be great to meet flatmates that are friends to enjoy a meal or a drink with occassionally however it's not absolutely necessary and I understand we all have our own lives. Paying my rent on time each week is no problem at all but I have limited savings so cant afford to pay 4 weeks rent as a bond but could do 2 weeks bond. Looking to live with people that are chilled like myself and able to look after themselves and don't mind a drink at the pub occasionally. Would prefer not to live with students, unemployed, couples and definitely no crazy cat ladies thanks! I am ideally after a room with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe where I don't have to pay to park my car outside the house but can be flexible for the right place and right flatmates.
I am moving to Brisbane from Los Angeles for work. Im an engineer working for a water bottling company. I am originally from India but grew up in Dubai. Brisbane is awesome and Australia is absolutely beautiful - I love hiking, exploring, and driving (love cars!! - I forget people's names but never their cars, yeah it's weird!). I also love classic rock and pray ACDC will start touring again!
I am an IT Professional and like to meet like minded people and can make friends very easily. I like to watch movies and play badminton and chess in my leisure time. I am looking for a shared accommodation much closer to the city and also ready to team up with people with same requirements.
Hi there! I'm Joanne. I've been working in Singapore for the past 2 years and I am moving to Brisbane to take my masters. I love the outdoors and spend most of my free time running, hiking or at the pool/beach! (Love the beach and ocean) Would love to learn surfing at some point! Spent the last couple of months travelling South East Asia(Vietnam, Indonesia and cambodia) and had such an amazing time! I'm easy going/relaxed, enjoy hanging with friends and meeting people from all over the world :)
Hi! I'm a 23 year old South African but living in the U.K. I am living in Brisbane and working full time in hospitality so not home all the time but looking for somewhere I can relax in my free time. Looking for a private room. I'm very bubbly and out going person, I enjoy my glass of wine but equally love the sofa and TV!
Hi, I'm looking a 20-year-old exchange student from England looking for a place to stay whilst I'm studying in Brisbane. I will be living in Brisbane from February to late June/early July. I am a very relaxed and laid back person and I get along with almost anyone. I enjoy sailing, scuba diving, skiing and mountaineering in my spare time.
I'm a warm, easy-going gal who is looking for a place to move in to in the nest few weeks - Ideally before February. I currently live in Upper Mount Gravatt, but my work is moving to the north side (Hendra) around April, so I'd like to find a place close enough to the new office before the big move. I'm a bit of a creative mind, love a good binge watch, and don't mind a drink. I work full time at the moment so I'm always looking for some spare time for my hobbies and other passions, and somebody to hang out with after a long day. Preferably, I'd like to move into a place with other women and a max of two housemates as that is what I am most comfortable with at this time. I am available to move in at any time with short notice. I am looking for places that have easy access to train-lines or busses that could get me to the city so I can still get to work before the office move, and also looking for unfurnished rooms. I do currently work 9-6 during the week. Please only message me during these hours as my work requiries me to be on the phone. I am available to message or call at any time during the weekend, and please ask if you'd like my email or facebook.
Originally from Wales, UK. Moved to Oz over 5 years ago. Moving interstate from Dubbo NSW to the Brisbane area. I will have little furniture so would be nice to find something furnished, however i can organise my own bed and furnishings if needs be. Unfortunately i won't be walking in to a job when i move, so it's a little tricky to get work until i am actually living in the area, HOWEVER please do not let this put you off as I will be able to support myself and to pay the rent until i do get employment. I have 1 female desexed Husky called Xena. She is very friendly with people but takes a while to warm to other dogs. I rescued her from a shelter so i am not sure of her history. She is house trained. I can have a good time when the mood suits, but i also respect everyone's privacy and hope you would do the same. I am social and enjoy hanging out with other like minded people. I can be spontaneous! Would be great to have a good group in a house where we can grow to be mates instead of just sharing a home. The odd adventure away together or night out etc.
