Friendly, introverted, private, respectful, working full-time, looking to save money, but also get out a bit more! Team ups, I know exactly what i'm looking for and hope it suits you too! Ideally 3 bedrooms/flatmates including self, males or females (doesn't matter which), each with own ensuite or allocated bathroom that each individual is responsible for cleaning, flatmates who are tidy and clean up as you go type people, prepared to put in their share of cleaning common areas or willing to pay for a cleaner maybe once a fortnight to clean common areas/shared spaces. Internet is a must, bills split evenly, willing to create a cosy, comfortable home environment for all with the occasional catch up, but other than that independent working individuals who can hold a conversation, be respectful of space and individual needs. I like to relax at weekends as i work Monday-Friday in a school and it can be hectic. I have been getting in to exercise lately for health and although i like to read, love film and TV series, ten pin bowling, bike riding and occasional cooking, i do not do them all regularly so don't really consider them hobbies. I love music, but am not a party animal, just a lot of fun when going out hehe : ) Contact me if you think we would make a good team up, or if you have a room that sounds i would match. Cheers! ; )
I’m a research academic who works part time and travel a bit, especially to escape Melb winters. I'm fully share-house trained, a resolute socialist, very creative and I love to laugh. I love spiders so I'm happy to escort any unwelcome ones out of the bathroom if needed.
I am an art teacher who loves music, art, cooking, reading. I appreciate honest, clear communication. I have a lot of experience with share housing and understand the balance necessary between sharing together and privacy. I am clean and respectful of others. I prefer to live with females.
Hi, I’m 24 years old looking at moving out and living closer to the city, and closer to work in Thomastown. I’m looking at moving in with someone who doesn’t mind having a dog (Dalmatian) around every second week, and someone who is looking to have fun, someone to chat to, have a few drinks with, enjoy each other’s company but also respect each other’s space and personal time. Must be clean and keep things tidy, pay bills and rent on time and enjoy others company. Pretty flexible on move in dates, as I want to find the right person to do a share house with.
Hi! I'm Mishika and i'm from Byron Bay. I'm currently studying childcare and working in a child-care centre but i'm looking to make the move to Melbourne mid next year to pursue my love, photography (whilst also probably continuing to work in childcare). I run a music blog with my current roommate called Funk'n'Punk that i do the band/music photography for! So most of my spare time is spent at local gigs, which is what i love most. House-mate wise i'm very calm and easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I currently live with a vegan so i'm used to not cooking or eating meat in the house if that is necessary. I tend to spend my time at home in my room editing photos, listening to music etc. but i'm also always for a chat or to share some tunes. Message me with any more Q's! Thanks!

I like having friends over for dinner and a drink, catching a movie, reading and cooking. Looking for a house that doesn’t mind watching a show together or having a cup of tea in the afternoon ☺️
Hi, I'm Jiesheng, 20, from Malaysia. Full-time studying, part-time working. Try to find a housemate? I'm sorry I might not be the one because I'm gonna be your friend too!!!!! A lil’ bit of myself: I’m a Malaysian, I used to study at United States for a year. Now I’m transferring to Melbourne study Entertainment Business Management at Collarts this September. I’m pretty chill and easy-going, I consider myself as a clean person, no drama as well. Sport + Music enthusiast , Foodies! (Especially Tacos Al pastor/Carnitas) !!!!!!!!!! Soccer and Future Bass. Dogs and Cats person!
I am quiet and live a slow life. I respect personal space but I also value affection. I'm always cooking something, for health or fun or experimentation. I love to eat and discuss food over a very occasional wine or beer. I drink tea, not coffee. Eat plants, not meat. I sleep early most nights and rise the same.
Easy going, work fulltime in Renewable Energy Industry. I like a glass of wine after work and venture out on the weekends. Respectful of others space and always like to keep a clean home. Happy to share a meal over some TV or chat. I have two small dogs, who will also be sharing our home. They love cuddles and if you are a dog person you will love them. Currently living on my own in Thomastown and have a spare unfurnished room available, but also happy to team up to find a new place. Louise
My name is Sophie, and I am 21 years old. I work 4-5 days a week with every second Saturday morning as a dental assistant, working long hours, having Monday's and Sunday's off. I love music, going to gigs/music festivals and listening to music in general. I go out with my friends on the weekend, or I travel back to my home town of Swan Hill to visit my family, usually once or twice a month. I am a fun loving, easy going person who is always up for a chat but also enjoy my own space.
Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
I've been in large houseshares for the past several years and am easy to live with. Looking for a stress free haven after a busy worklife and would be happy with something self contained. I work for City of Darebin in events, venues and libraries and appreciate a sense of community. I love animals and regularly go housesitting and pet sitting for privacy and animal contact. I also like the arts and am involved in Melbourne Spoken Word. Being close to public transport is important for work - either the 86 or 11 tram and Hurstbridge and/or South Morang lines. I'll buy a car in future but as long as I'm close to PT, it's not my highest priority. Ideally I'd prefer to stay in Northcote but have lived in West Preston which I also enjoyed. I can move any time if I find the right place but am in no hurry.
Hey future flatmates! I'm a 27yo kiwi chick, working full time in Kew. I enjoy things like lighting candles all over the house and having dance parties in the kitchen, spontaneous night time adventures, having a singalong at the piano, getting up early to garden with the birds, baking delicious goods and befriending street cats. I've been living in a lovely semi-communal share house in Camberwell for the past year and would like to find somewhere on the north side of town that's a bit closer to my social life. Its really important to me that I feel like we are all a good fit as I want somewhere I can call home for a while, not just a room and a bed. Let me know if you think we would get along!
I'm not rowdy or particularly a party person, though I like to have fun with the right people. I'd say I'm pretty friendly. I like to have time to myself but also keen for a chat here and there. Am happy to contribute to housework. I work as a corporate Audio Visual technician at a whole bunch of hotels and venues in the city so my work hours can be all over the place but I try to be as quiet as possible if I'm coming or going late at night or early morning. I enjoy Movies and TV, Netflix, comedy and some casual video gaming (Mario Kart anyone?) and also have interests in the creative arts especially filmmaking and animation. Looking for an easy going house with a friendly atmosphere and I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
Easygoing and quiet potential housemate looking for a room on house tinder. I have previously lived in a share house with friends and was capable of cleaning after myself, keeping my own space and have been cooking for myself since I was 14. As well as this I have no issue cleaning after others. Currently unemployed but looking for work actively and having a home nearest the busiest area is a definite good starting point. I don’t drink or smoke but I have no issues with either one.
I’ve just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane and need a place to live! At the moment I am looking for furnished room, for the short term so I can get myself set up here without having to rush. At the moment I'm thinking 2-3 months term, possibly longer too but listings that are okay with short term options would suit me best for the moment. A bit more about me: I currently work in IT as a support engineer/web consultant for a software and web hosting company. I work from home, and very occasionally from library/cafe. I understand if this is a deal breaker, from being home too much.. I am looking for new work but that may take a few months anyway. I’ve lived in share houses before and also lived alone. I like my alone time, but I also like the idea of being friends with my housemates, having dinner parties as I really love to cook! Watching movies, going out on adventures, etc. I love going out for dinner too so I'm in foodie heaven being in Melbourne haha. I like the outdoors a lot, in particularly snowboarding, just got into mountain biking. I also like going to see bands play, having conversations about the state of the world, and doing what I can to live as sustainably as I can. Message me via the Flatmates and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers.
