I am a young motivated and friendly Canadian working in the Fashion industry, who is moving to Sydney for a job opportunity. I love playing sports, discovering new music and leading a healthy lifestyle!
Hi, I'm Susan, I'm from Ireland originally but I've been in Sydney nearly 5 years and I am a permanent resident. I work in marketing in the CBD. I am looking for somewhere to call my home, where I can be comfortable and genuinely get along with my housemate. I like to have time to myself but I'm not someone who hides away in their room. And I'm looking for someone similar. I enjoy a good balance of being at home relaxing or out and about. During the week I'm pretty quiet, work mon-fri, gym and then relaxing in front of the TV before an early bed time. At the weekend, I enjoy going to events, weekends away, eating out for brunch/lunch/dinner, having friends over for a glass of wine or a cup of tea and a trashy reality tv or crime documentaries. I'm not into clubbing or hard partying but it seems that there's nearly always a birthday, engagement, hens or other event that requires a social drink (or five!)
Im looking for a tidy and clean place to stay in a short period - about a month. Im busy during the week and calm/quiet on weekends at home.
Hi we're Joe and Blake and we are a couple looking to move to Sydney! We are both 21 and currently live in Brisbane. We are looking to move in around the 25th of FEB Hey i'm Joe, I grew up in the coastal NSW town Lennox Head then moved to Brisbane for uni. I've worked at Bunnings for 5.5 years as a 'paint expert' and am continuing to do so in Syd. I'm also returning to Uni at UTS (Bachelor of Design- Product Design). I love having a chat, getting crafty, hanging out with pals, travelling and attending music events/festivals. I also love pets. Hi I'm Blake, I have lived in Australia for the past 12 years and moved from Manchester in the UK when I was 8. In December 2018 I graduated from a Bachelor of Design (Fashion) with Honours and love to make clothes and accessories for all occasions for myself and friends. I am also a big fan of being social and attending music events of all sorts. For the past 4 years i have worked in retail and will continue to once in Sydney until a job within the fashion industry becomes available to me. Collectively we both enjoy living healthy, active lifestyles and enjoying the great outdoors. We also are BIG fans of coffee, brunch & eating out (and a cheeky drink). We both love clean houses and hope to live with others who do! *we also plan on bringing a car* Basically we are looking for a place to call home, where we can relax and chill out after work/uni (be able to hang out with housemates or do our own thing). We are open to multiple living situations as long as our housemates respect who we are.
Hi I’m Lucy, I’m 26, just finished my Masters of Architecture, and working full time to become a registered architect. I’m looking to move into another share house with like-minded people, and a laid back and respectful atmosphere. I enjoy time outdoors, the beach, golf, I workout at the gym before work, and live a fairly active life. I’m responsible, a clean and tidy living environment is important to me, and while I like downtime after work, i’m also looking to catch up with housemates over the occasional dinner or wine for a chat and a laugh. If you think I’d be an ideal fit, say hello!
Hello, my name is Hanna Lideborg, I am a 27 year-old student from Sweden. I have just finish up my bachelor degree within social studies and are now studying at Syd UNI. Hello, I have recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand and looking for a new place to stay as I have to move out of my current place by the 8th of March. I'm a very chilled guy, during the week i usually keep my head down then don't mind having a drink in the weekends. I enjoy good food, listening to music, playing guitar, kickboxing, going to the beach, and Netflix. Currently, i am looking for employment in the finance industry, as i have just graduated from university. Hopefully this shouldn't take too long as there are plenty of opportunities in Sydney, and don't worry, funds aren't an issue. Also: I have another friend from New Zealand that will be moving here at the end of the month so it would be a bonus if there was a place that had two rooms for the both of us! Hope to hear from you soon, Cheers!
I am a 27 year old female from Perth who has recently moved to Sydney for a new job and to complete my Masters part time at UNSW. I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym and jogging. Aside from that, in my spare time I love to check out cafes and restaurants as well as go to the beach. Most of the time I will be at work. I’m looking for a place to relax at at the end of the day and to chill on weekends. I’m not much of a party girl but do enjoy a glass of wine with a good meal. My specialty is paella and apple crumble!
I'm a 26 yo Korean, been living in Aus for about 2.5yrs, working as a full time graphic designer in cbd. I’m busy working during the week otherwise usually just Netflix and listening techno on the weekend x
I am easy-going, I love being outside doing sports and I really like meeting new people and discovering new places. I also love cooking (I cook a lot if Italian dishes), drawing and reading. I grew up in Lugano, in the Italian part of Switzerland and am now studying business & economics at the University of St. Gallen, where I shared a flat with 2 friends. I am currently on exchange in Tokyo (Keio University) and I will spend a second exchange at the UTS in Sydney, starting in March 2019. Therefore, I am looking for a room from March to August 2019. During my time in Sydney I hope to meet a lot of interesting people and I really want to improve my not-existing surfing skills. I speak fluently Italian, German and English and I also speak some French, Portuguese and Japanese. When living together, I believe that respect and good communication are the most important things. I am looking forward to hearing from you! :D
We are 2 girls, both 23 years from Norway, who are looking to rent a room together. We are clean and tidy, who likes to keep busy. We are both full-time students, and enjoy being social with out flatmates.
Hardworking project manager, and ex chef recently relocated for work and keen to find someone to set up a lush and comfortable place for long term living. I have a fully furnished house of very nice things so all that's required is your room, or I can arrange furniture too. Love my wine and food and the outdoors. Will be joining a sports team or 2 and will be keeping active. Healthy and active people only, that are easy going and respectful. Send me a message lets meet up for a drink lunch or dinner and lets get the ball rolling...
Hi! I'm a Spanish guy looking for a long term bedroom. I work full time and I consider myself responsible and easy-going. I love hiking, reading and having a beer with my friends when I'm free :)
27 yo moved from Brisbane almost 2 years ago. I work Monday-Friday in Vaucluse as a registered nurse . I am extremely respectful, considerate and down to earth. I am open to living in most areas but preferably eastern suburbs. I require off street parking or at least safe street parking
Relocating for work (advertising), coming from Chicago. Looking to move in 1 March the earliest. My minimum budget listed is $380/week but I can go higher if the flat/location fit the price. I'm fairly laid-back and am looking forward to spending my weekends being outdoors since Chicago only gets 2 months of real summer. Clean but not a "neat freak," on-time with bill payments, and will do my part in keeping the place tidy. I also can contribute to furnishing the flat. Would prefer non-smoking environment. I'm quiet when I need to be and can respect my flatmate's space and privacy, but considering I'm new to Sydney I also wouldn't mind the occasional hangout or Netflix binge session. Open to flatmates with pets! No couples.
I am a 31 year old male Sports Performance Professional. I like to live an active lifestyle and enjoy the outdoors, surfing, camping etc. I enjoy socialising and have a beer but also appreciate my own space and down time. I will be working full time and with the commute spending the majority of weekdays out of the house. I like to live in a neat and tidy environment and always willing to do my share of chores/housework. I am looking for housemates with similar a similar outlook.
Hi! I’m Emma I am a 26 year old working full time in recruitment, I am looking for somewhere close to beach and ideally with other females but isn't a requirement, In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, yoga, and going out with friends in the weekend and tend to travel quiet a lot. I am friendly, clean and generally a quieter person initially but I enjoy socialising a lot! I have my own car so a car park or on street parking would be a necessity. Note: I am going away from 9 April to roughly 9 May in US, which is why the short term, I would be interested in a place long-term after this date also, would just prefer to not have to rent during this time
Hey guys! I’m Rik 28 years old from the Netherlands. I’m a scuba diving instructor who’s looking for a private room in Sydney! I’m arriving next weekend (16-17 feb). I’m looking for a place in or around Bondi (Bronte, Tamarama, Clovely, Waverly, Coogee, Woollahra, Bellevue Hill, Dover Heights or of course Bondi). Would be nice if its close to some public transport. The place I’m looking for needs to have parking available (free street parking or available parking permit) as I’ll be coming with my car. As I’ll be new to Sydney it would be nice to have a house share to meet new people! On my days off I’m looking to explore the new city and pubs and some nice mates to do it with! Willing to spend around 300-350 weekly, cheaper is always good though. NOT looking for a party house but also not for a monastery haha. Please let me know if you are looking for a new roommate!
I'm Natalie, a full time working professional, and I'm returning to Sydney after 12 months being based in Canberra. I own an investment property in the Southern Highlands and have owned and rented properties in Sydney for many years. I am a respectful, clean and tidy person who enjoys reading, cycling, watching Netflix and studying (currently online for a BA majoring in Sociology). I have a 12 year old Siberian cat who is absolutely beautiful and quite social and who would be moving with me. He is neutered, clean and healthy, and enjoys being part of the action! I'm seeking a large unfurnished room, preferably with a built-in, and sizeable enough for a queen bed and study desk. My 'length of stay' is listed as 6 months, but this could potentially be longer if the flat-sharing is going well. I eat with a healthy intent and am respectful of personal space and enjoy thoughtful, contemplative time as well as sharing some laughs.
Hi there, My name is Ella and I am a young professional working in the finance industry! I'm looking for one or two people to team-up with to find a place, preferably around the Paddington area. I'm in Surry Hills at the moment and my lease ends mid to late March. I have all the basic stuff like couch, table, chairs, fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee table, TV stand, TV, washing machine etc. so would probably work best if you have little to no furniture (except for your bedroom stuff)! I like to keep fit and try new things so am always up for an adventure or spontaneous night out. Love a cheeky drink or two and more than happy to get involved in any housemate activities. You probably won't see me a lot during the week as my hours tend to be a little longer but it's not always the case :) Happy to meet up and grab a coffee/drink!
