Hi :-) I am looking for a temporary place to live (3 to 6 months), preferably a furnished room in share house with one or two flatmates. I am originally from the Netherlands and have been living in Brisbane in the last 1,5 year. Before that I lived in New Zealand for 3,5 year. I'm moving to Sydney in May for a new job and I'd like to stay somewhere temporary for a few months and explore the city. I'm not looking for a party house. I'm outgoing, fun, open-minded and always in a good mood. I enjoy bush walks, love the beach, going on adventures, etc. I work full time as a Product Manager for a luxury travel organisation and I am doing a part-time Life Coaching course. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers :-) Denise
Hi we are two french girls from Bordeaux, we just arrived in Sydney and we are looking for a flatsharing. We have a working holiday visa, and we would like to stay few months in the city. We are well orgazined, respectful, quiet, sociable and open minded.
I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. I am multilingual; I speak fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and very poor Dutch as my mother is Indonesian and my father is Dutch. Although, I am an Australian citizen now. Before Australia, I've lived around a few countries in my whole 20 years of life, in cities such as Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. So if you come from or have lived in any of those places too, we'll have great fun relating through them! I have one year experience living in a share house with seven other girls when I was up in Newcastle, so I understand the aspects of living together, sharing a home under mutual respect. At home, I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces; I take very good care of my belongings and their surroundings. You wouldn't have to worry about mess or dirty dishes hanging around the house because I cannot stand them let alone live with them! If you have pets, I'll love them to bits. My parents are keeping my two dogs; Snowy is a Japoodle and Bruno is a pug. If you have a dog too, maybe we can bring them on nice beach walks on sunny days as mine loves it! I study Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws in University of Newcastle, although I am taking a gap year just to work full time and build up my savings. In addition, at the moment I am working full-time as a barista in a French cafe, needless to say, your daily bread need is sorted. White, wholemeal, rye, sourdough, you name it. I usually bring home hot pies and cakes too! Although I always try to keep up a healthy lifestyle five days a week. The other two days I eat yummy sugars watching Netflix. So if you are up for a gym and Netflix buddy, I'm your gal :) Cheers! X Hana
I'm a friendly student studying makeup artistry at NIDA. I tend to get a long with everyone, i love cooking, jogging, pets/litterally any animal, cosplay, makeup. Cosplay is a strong passion of mine, as I'm a bit of a pop culture nerd. I can be social but i also respect privacy, I'm neat and respctful of others space. Preferably looking for someone female
I'm a clean tidy person, open to making new friendships and creating a great carer! I love to cook and learn different things and languages. I like to be adventurous. I'm from a country town called Grafton, recently moved to Sydney to further my studies in Business Administration.
Hi! A bit about me: Hobbies include – yoga, writing and trying out delicious new food spots. I enjoy a glass of vino or two, but also appreciate some down time. I have flatted a few times (including a very small flat life in NYC), so know what works best to make flat life easier for everyone. I have a job already arranged in Sydney as a digital marketing / content manager for a fashion brand. Tennille
Hi, I'm a french 21yo chemistry student. I am starting a 5 months intership at UNSW. I would love to make the most of my stay and meet new people. I am an open minded, curious and easy going person. I'm a kiwi physiotherapist looking for a place to call home. I love to try new things and am keen to explore Sydney and Australia on my weekends. I'm friendly and social but also laidback. I love sports, dancing, food (esp pizza), fitness and travel. While i love a glass of wine and a good night out, I'll be pretty busy as I am working full time and studying via distance. So I'm not really looking for a party flat but would like to live with other like minded people! The clinic I will be working in is in Kennisgton, I'm not super familiar with Sydneys suburbs so let me know if you have something within and easy commute of this! Cheers
**I'm a 'pom'**: Now I know that negative connotations can be associated with this title, but I'm going to try my best to prove all sceptics wrong and persuade you that I'm the perfect match... **Cooking**: I love to cook and can bring many of the English delicacies to the kitchen. **Sport**: I enjoy all sports: playing and supporting. Namely: footy (the English kind, but I've been told I need to play AFL and support the Sydney Swans), tennis, golf, rugby and surfing. **Travel**: I love to travel and part of the reason I have moved to Sydney is to explore a part of the world that I have never been to. **Clean**: I am a clean housemate **Music**: I play the guitar and enjoy all types of music **Work**: I will be working full-time for a technology education company, so if you're interested in learning to code.... I'm your man.
Hey everyone, I'm a 24 year old guy from Brissy doing a PhD in computer science at UNSW. Maybe surprisingly for that I actually like being around people, am a very social guy, always doing some kind of sport; at the moment I'm pretty into ocean swimming. Also don't mind a drink or two on the weekends. I spent the last two years in Germany so am totally comfortable living with international people, but at the same time I did come back because I love Australia and love hanging around other Aussies as well. If that sounds ok shoot me a message, cheers Alex
Hi there, I'm a Scottish professional yachtsman and I lived in Sydney for the last few years. I'm taking some downtime and only working part time for the next couple of months before heading back to Europe. I have been based up in the Northern Beaches and so haven't spent much time over by Bondi. I thought that it would be a cool place to live for a while before I move on. I'm clean, tidy, easy to get along with. I don't smoke (although I do enjoy a drink) and I have a good sense of humour. Let me know if you'd like to be your flat mate for a couple of months. All the best.
Hi, I recently came down to Sydney, came down from England I am Professional Engineer. I am looking to join friendly people in share house. I am very clean tidy and pay rent on time. I do like to go out with my professional life.
I've accepted a new role as an Account Manager with my company in Sydney. I'll be moving from Brisbane in early April and I would be interested in moving into an existing household or teaming up with someone to look at renting a unit in South Sydney together. I haven't spent much time in Sydney in the past so I will be keen to do some exploring on weekends and check out the town. I'm respectful of other people's space and privacy but enjoy having a BBQ and a few drinks on the weekend with my housemates or a meal out together. I'm more than happy to pitch in and do my fair share around the house and work in well with my current housemates in that respect. I like to play social sports also, i.e touch football, indoor cricket and park cricket. I will be in Sydney from the 24th of March to the 27th primarily to look for a new place to live so feel free to reach out if you think I would be good fit in your household. Please feel free to call or message me if you'd like to know more about me.
I currently live in the inner west area with my nearly 7 year old daughter. I am a single mum. I love the unit I live in but liking the idea now of moving into a share situation or a granny flat. I have recently completed my social work degree and have commenced starting my own little business online. My daughter and I get out and about a little. We have a nice group of friends within the area that we keep active with. We love our festival loving bunch of friends which helps us be amongst nature and camping at the best of times otherwise seeeing a live gig, having a glass of wine, eating out with friends or being at the beach entire day is our general thing. The person I ideally would like to share with would have to be someone that enjoys the company of children. I definitely don't need to talk my daughter up but she is a pretty awesome kid so I am certain it will work really well as long as you are open to the arrangement.
