I'm a tidy, respectful, quiet person. Looking to relocate from Canberra to Sydney for work. -at this stage I haven't been offered a position so I'm really just looking at the moment. I would be looking for a home for myself and my fat cat Arthur.
I'm Tasha, I'm 26 years old and I'm new to Sydney from London. I work in an advertising agency and have pretty standard working hours. I love to be out and about, but also appreciate a night in with a movie. I like to keep active as I love going out to eat and enjoy cooking.
Hi, I'm Teresa. I'm from Indonesia, 32 years old, studying Accounting and doing part time work. People say I am quiet. I've been eyeing properties in Bondi to rent, and I am looking for flatmates to join me. My plan is to get 4 people sharing one studio apartment, like they usually do in the city. If you can not stand sleeping in a shared room with other people, we might not get along well. Please consider this before we move together. Seeking long term flatmates. One to two years. If you need to go before the designated time, please find your replacement prior to leaving. Plan to move in on March 2017. It seems like we will need to buy bunk beds since properties in Bondi usually do not provide them. Furnished properties usually only include a single or double bed. This is why I am looking for an unfurnished studio unit. (In order to move there with 3 more flatmates and get bunkbeds to accommodate all of us). Often times laundry facility is present in the building, so we will not have to buy washing machine and dryer. As for other stuff, if you want you can bring your own wardrobes, tables etc. We can discuss about this. This way we will pay around $100 per week per person. Bills might cost us $20 per week per person. Depends on how we use them. Bunkbeds and mattresses will cost approximately $200 per person, but we only buy them once and we can sell it when we don't want them anymore. One-off payment of bond $400 per person, which is refundable upon the completion of contract. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Teresa
Carme (30) from Barcelona, i was living in Berlin for 4 years and now looking forward to enjoy Australia. I am a creative architect, passionated for traveling. I love outdoors sports and have fun. I'm open mined, easy going and I cook an awesome tortilla de patatas!
I'm 19 years old, I'm from Italy, I'm on a working holiday and I'm staying in Australia for 6 months. Easy going, open-minded, chill, I love animals and music :) I'm looking for a peaceful and cleaned place and I'm open to make new friends.
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in at the end of December/beginning of January when I get back to Sydney after a long holiday back to the rainy and freezing cold UK. Seriously though why am I going in December?! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
31, Female. Ive been traveling for the past two years and just returned back to Sydney a few months ago. Im a Photography Studio Manager and Freelancer within the creative industries and have a love for anything creative, nature and travel. Im very was easy going person that can adapt to any environment. I enjoy my personal space but also a beer or two with good company. I like to surround myself with like minded people who are down to earth and honest.
I'm political science major; originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room. $300-350. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.
Hi I'm Kimm (male) I'm interested in the room in your home. I'm a community lawyer and just got back from cycling around Europe and western Africa. I'm house trained - usually do cleaning duties on saturdays and during idle moments while cooking, I try to keep things to a standard so if somebody dropped by they wouldn't think the place was outa sorts. I spend my time cooking, reading, swimming. I'm from Sydney, but before travelling overseas I was working in Alice Springs for three years. Cheers. I hope to hear from you
I'm in my mid 20's, work in production, I'm very social and outgoing, I'm active so out and about quite a bit of the time - not one to stay around inside on the couch all day! I'd love to live with someone who I can get along with and who enjoys an after work wine every now and then!
Hi everyone, We are happy to move into a ready home/room. We're also interested in entering into a lease with someone else/ or a couple. I've been looking at some really amazing properties that are around and they seem to be at the $600 mark for a 2 bedroom apartment near the beach. I'm a female, 22, clean and tidy, very easy to get along with. I like to chill and watch a movie, cook, I love to exercise and explore. If you're interested, please let me know :) PLEASE MESSAGE ME HERE because my phone is currently not working !
I am really friendly, easy to live with, I do not drink much and never smoke and you will not have to worry about me throwing noisy parties in the weekend causing you to lose sleep. I am a really busy active girl,am probably not home too much before nighttime. Fitness and health is my passion. I can always offer an advice or two about diet, supplement, nutrition and fitness ;) I am totally pet friendly,if u have pets it is cool :) I particularly love dogs and they generally love me back ;)
5 great girls looking for accomodation to enable us all to work full time in the Sydney area, preferably Bondi Junction. Fun, Easy going, clean and respectful people who are currently enjoying experiencing Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.
Howdy, Mike here. American from New York via SF via LA via KC (Kansas City). After nearly 2 years in Sydney, I'm moving on from my current fabulous share (lease is up, we're all moving). Looking to be as close to the water as possible. Me: beach-loving, chill foodie type who moonlights as a CBD professional by weekday. Quite active: lots of SUP (2 boards!), snorkeling, surf, camping, reading, art, yoga, wine, cheese, cheese, independent festivals, gigs (lots, often have extra tix!). I'm a kick-ass, cheery, clean, low drama housemate. Would love to find similar types, who can inspire each other some times and give space other times.
Hi, We are two Northern European girls who got sick of the cold and decided to move to sunny Sydney half a year ago. Our new year's resolution is to find a place to live in by the beach! We are currently studying at UTS, so we are able to help out on the matters of law or international marketing for a small remuneration of chocolate or a cold beer. We believe everyday should be a barbie day, if you think that too, we should team up! We are looking for two bedrooms, or easy going, friendly individuals who are looking for a place to live in from the end of January. Feel free to drop us a message, if you are interested!
Hi I'm Robbie. I'm 32. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth, easy going, super fun-loving guy with a very infectious laugh who likes to keep active, stay fit and I'm incredibly social. I'm still fairly new to Sydney as I only moved here from Adelaide in August this year to kick-start my career as an Architect. Up till now I've been renting a studio on my own in St. Leonards - but I'm now looking for a housemate/s to move out into either an existing place with or to team-up and find a new place to move into. Even though I'm a busy guy and I work pretty hard, I also know how to have a good time and I like to surround myself with like minded people. I like to spending a lot of time with friends and family, entertaining & dining out, checking out new bars, cafes and resteraunts, watching movies, music, cycling, the beach, swimming and formula one. If you think we would be good housemates shoot me a message or feel free to give me a call.
G'day, I'm Jono, a friendly 32y.o, easy going individual that has spent the last 10 years overseas travelling and working as a Chef. I’m new to Sydney and am currently looking for a place to move into & enjoy with some like-minded people. Looking for a change of scene and fresh start in 2017, hopefully close to the water as I love to go fishing and chill out at the beach on my days off. I'm a calm, relaxed, friendly individual and am slightly OCD with cleaning (which I blame on the hospitality industry haha) love to cook for family, friends and housemates whenever I can too. I work quite long hours and am also studying so generally not home much. Otherwise I’m out catching up with family and friends having a quiet drink and chilling out. Not much of a party animal anymore but never one to refuse any late night debauchery.
Hi, I'm Emily. I moved to Sydney from New Zealand earlier this year. I'm currently looking for a private furnished room around Coogee, Bondi or Randwick. My preferred length of stay would be between 6-12 months. I work full time, am easy going, very respectful and tidy.
Hi there! I'm moved up to Sydney from Melbourne working full time in the CBD. I've lived out of home previously for 2 years so am used to living with other people, being respectful etc. I enjoy cooking, staying fit, going out for brunch and having some fun on the weekend! I'm very clean and tidy and easy to live with.

My name is Caitlin and I'm a 27 year old Primary School Teacher. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and being active. I like to be social and enjoy a housemates dinner and glass of wine, but understand that people need their down time so respect that. That being said, I am looking for a place which would feel like home, not people being hermits in their rooms. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and love the beach, sport and animals. Also love swapping travel stories!

Hello. I am from London, recently moved to Sydney and working in TV. I am looking to rent for a 3 to 12 months. I am very clean, tidy and hoping to find a comfortable flat/house share in Bondi, Surry Hills or nearby areas.
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy
I'm really easy going, clean and friendly. Enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I enjoy keeping active and healthy life style, but I also enjoy going out on the weekend for a few beers with my mates.
I'm Matthijs, a 26 year old Dutchie. I'm going to Sydney for 4,5 months to do part of my PhD in medicine, starting January 14th. I'm laidback, social, into outdoors and (kite) surfing, clean and up for a drink (or two)/BBQ in the weekends. Travelled a lot before and very keen to come down to Australia! I hope your place will add to that experience! Cheers, Matt

Hello! I’m a kiwi girl who has been living in Australia for the last 4.5 years. Currently working full-time in Finance in St Leonard’s. I am a super tidy, positive, respectful, motivated & fun person who gets on with anyone and everyone! In my spare time I love to cook, beach, wine, travel, exercise & go on weekend adventures. :)
I'm a very tidy guy, pretty outgoing and always happy for a chat, but very respectful of space. I manage a cafe in Bondi Beach. I try and surround myself with good music, good coffee and good food at all times.
Respectful & clean Commercial Pilot, looking for something a little closer to the city. I travel for work alot, but when home I like things to be quite relaxed. I don't mind a party once in a while but certainly too old for a party house! Prefer Erskineville, Newtown, Redfern or Surrey Hills/Darlinghurst general area. Ideally from 10th Jan onwards, and available to view until 19th Dec. Flexible on dates however to secure the right place with nice people :)
Hey guys and girls, I'm looking for a place close to Virgin Active- a bit of a stretch so I would also consider anywhere else with hot water and good coffee within a 500m radius (also, probably pushing it). I love dogs, brunch and online shopping but never buying anything. I am a bit of a tomboy so bonus is I spend minimal time in the bathroom and I can fix stuff (no guarantee it won't fall apart again). I work full time and study part time so I'm rarely home and when I am I'm fairly quiet and usually studying, sleeping or cooking. I generally like to live an active and healthy lifestyle but also.. burgers. I only drink water, wine or coffee. I'm quiet and get up super early during the week but 9/10 times Í'm down to let loose come Friday. I am pretty clean and tidy, always down for a good chat - unless it's exam time- please don't talk to me unless it's to ask if I want food or caffeine. I'm well sharehouse trained and mindful of others' privacy and downtime. Get in touch so we can get to know each other a little better and see if we might be a good fit :)
Hi I'm Giulio from Italy, I've been living in Australia for three years. I have been leasing a house in Woolloomooloo for appox 3 years & recently the landlord has given notice that I need to vacate as they are going to move in. I work full time in the city as a fleet manager. On weekends I like to surf, kitesurf, catch up with friends for a few drinks & explore Sydney. I'm looking for an established share house or to start a new share house with someone who is also looking. Last but not the least I've got a really nice and friendly 7 mo kitten! Thanks ^_^
I work full time for a fun start up company (Monday- Friday). I'm pretty chilled during the week, usually do a bit of exercise in the evenings or sometimes a couple of wines. I'm pretty sociable on the weekends and usually spend my spare time with friends, enjoy going to music gigs, festivals and travelling. I would like to start a new house in the Eastern Suburbs, or move into a house with a few young people.
I am currently looking to move into a share place and your ad for your place really caught my eye. My name is Kate and I'm a 33 yr old fully employed female. I work in hospitality Monday to Friday and consider myself to be a happy easy going person. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others space. I love the beach lifestyle which is where I spend most of my free time. Enjoy a glass of wine and great company. If I sound like someone who could possibly share this space with you, I'd love to come and have a viewing. All the best in your search for a flat mate and thanks for your time!
I'm tidy, outgoing and love to have a chat but also know personal space. I'll be working full time from next year as part of my internship for urban planning so I'll be pretty busy during the week but free on the weekends. Try to live a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoy going to the gym.
Hi! I'm Anna and am looking for a private room to rent. I moved to Sydney from Brisbane at the beginning of the year to complete my Masters. I also work at the University of Sydney so keep myself pretty busy but also love to socialise over a sneaky vino, exercise and go to the beach whenever I'm free! I've lived in share houses before so I know the ins and out of cleaning rosters, etc. and how to be respectful. I'm going overseas for 3 weeks over Christmas so I'm looking for a place to move into either before this (around the 10th of Dec) or on my return (10th of Jan).
