easy going, respectful, good listener, laid back, love animals especially cats and dogs, always up for a wine and chat. :)
Postgrad student. I'm clean, tidy and social. Always up for a drink etc though you'll probably find I spend most of my time reading and writing. Just got back from living in the UK. I lived in a share house there and met a lot of great people. Hoping to do the same in Sydney.
Hi there, I'm a 24 year old guy from London looking for a room in Sydney. Just got back from doing 3 months of farm work so looking forward to living in civilisation again! I would say that I am a pretty laid back and have been told that I am exceptionally tidy. Hobbies include football (soccer), films and music. Enjoy having the occasional drink but otherwise just like to chill and relax. Used to be a chef so would be keen in finding a place with people who don't mind having the occasional feast together! If there's anything else you'd like to know please don't hesitate asking! Thanks, Jamie
Hey I'm Jo, I'm a Marketing Manager for a startup in the CBD who moved to Sydney in January from London. I've also lived in Hong Kong and Beijing. I'm out exploring more than I'll be in, I'll mostly eat out too and when I am in I'll generally be watching Netflix. I'm looking for long term accommodation in digs with nice flatties with a communal kitchen and living room.
Me and my partner are tidy quiet and relaxed. Looking for temporary share or permanent whole property to settle down. We both love the gym and to wine and dine. We are laid back and work alot. Love a good laugh.
Full time worker in the CBD, 8:30-5:30. Night person, quiet generally at home where I like to relax as I spend most evenings out enjoying my hobbies. Hobbies include swing dancing, kitesurfing, improv and sight seeing.
I just came from Perth so I'm pretty laid back. I'm fairly quiet except when I'm doing language exchanges to practice Chinese. I used to be an engineer so whilst I have a preference to follow logical constructs, I can tolerate incompetence. You can probably expect me to be knuckling down on my CFA exam studies for the next couple of months. I don't smoke or drink (lemon lime bitters may be the exception). Strategic board games are my weakness, my Achilles heel, if you will. If ever I manage to pull myself from binge watching Youtube, I'm probably working on designing an app game without writing a single line of code.
London girl having lived here for over a year now. Fun, outgoing, relaxed and generally a conscientious person to be around and live with. I won't bang things, I'll take the bins out, I'll pour you a glass of wine after a tough day or make you a cup of tea when needs be, and I'll respect your space as long as you respect mine. Active, loves a drink and a dance and music, as I work in it, it's pretty much my life but I'm very good at the chill time too. Swimming and tennis are my other loves.
I have recently moved to Sydney for work. Looking for a clean place, preferably with a separate bathroom. I have lived in Brisbane for the last 1.5 years. I am easy going, tidy, I like to cook and have the occasional beer. Looking for a home with nice and easy going people to have dinner and a beer from time to time. A good conversation is a plus as well.
Hi there, I'm Joanna, 29 years old, from England (London) out in Australia on a working holiday visa. I've recently completed my farmwork to gain my second year visa and am planning to settle in Sydney for the next few months. Currently working as an operations assistant but my usual profession is working in Human Resources. I enjoy travelling (obviously!) cooking (I'm half Sri-Lankan and make a mean curry and I love baking!), music, socialising and having fun trying new/different things.
Hi, I'm a 3rd year PhD student at UNSW. I've been studying in NZ for a couple of months and I'm about to come back to Sydney for the rest of the year. I'm quiet, tidy and friendly, and I like to cook. I'm allergic to cats, but I'm happy to share a house with any other animals or children. I'm looking for a furnished room with wifi, fairly close to UNSW. Helen
Hi there, I'm Sharon and I'm looking for a quiet, furnished private room to at least the end of May 2017. Happy to settle in longer to indefinite for the right place at the right price. I've flat and house shared most of my adult life, so am very aware of keeping a place clean and tidy and respecting other people's space. My career vocation is Organisational Change and Communications Management and I was a Professional House Sitter while living in Queensland a few years ago. I'm very open, adaptable and easy going. Live a fairly independent life and am also happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with my flat mate/s when it suits. Built-ins in the bedroom and a bath, somewhere in the apartment are on my 'love these' list. Some storage space would be a bonus. Ideally, I'd like to share a relaxed home environment with like-minded 40+ people (of any orientation) who have some common values and life experiences. Ready to move pretty much anytime... Looking forward to meeting you soon Cheers Sharon
Hi all, I'm looking for a private room. I'm 19 and have just graduated from The Fashion Institute. I work as a Casual at Sephora but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time. I'm fun, communicative and very easy going socially. I'm neat and tidy and respect people's space. I enjoy my personal space but also love to hang around and chat after a busy day. Looking for a place to move into as soon as possible (SOS!). Hope to get in touch soon!
I am 26 and currently work full time as a Recruitment Consultant but love to travel when I get the time and fill my weekends with market shopping, beach, cooking and catch up with friends. I am a creative always having projects on the side but overall my work is pretty demanding so I take it chill during the week and make the most of the weekends. I rock climb indoors and outdoors. I also surf and love to go camping. I am originally from Sydney but have lived in house shares before (as well as overseas). Most of my time was in South America and in Europe so I speak a little Spanish. This stems from my Degree in International Relations. I am keen for a dynamic house with a mix of people to hang with but also have my own time. Ideally seeking a long term permanent place that I can call home.
Just arrived Sydney, looking for a private furnished room! Currently working full time hours, looking to share with similar aged proffesional people but who also like to socialise (work hard, play hard). I'm clean, tidy and respectful of peoples space.

Chilled out guy, very tidy, tend to keep fairly busy with studying/work/gym but always up for a drink and enjoy the social side of share houses. Hit me up if you think I'm a match!
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a professional photographer looking for new projects and adventures in Sydney. I'm a pretty social person (a bit shy at the beginning), ideally looking to share more than just the bills with my flatties, but no pressure to become besties :) I'm responsible, clean, respectful of others' privacy, and easy to live with. I enjoy the relaxed beach vibe, good conversation around coffee, chilling with r&b music, and will never get tired of sunsets. If you think we might get along, drop me a line!
Hey ! How is it going? I am freshly arrived to Sydney and I am looking for a place to stay. I am a 28 Spanish guy coming to Sydney to study and work and of course enjoy such a beautiful place. I have lived alone in Spain since I was 20 so I know all about "house things" like cleaning, maintaining, cooking... Very respectful with your own space but I am also a really social person so it would be fine to enjoy some time together. I am a sportive, healthy, non smoker and easy going person who likes to enjoy free time and always looking to discover new places. If you think I could match with the person you are looking for just let me know and it will be my pleasure to know each other. Of course free spanish lessons!! Thanks for your time

I work full time Monday to Friday for Bailey Nelson, and am pretty independent so will be a low maintenance housemate :-)

I am an Architect and work full time. I'm 30, single and I am from Kenya, currently living and working in Sydney for three years. I am respectful and clean and would love to find a lovely place to call home! My work hours are long, however I try to be just as social, healthy and active. I also enjoy my quiet time. I love really good intellectual conversations, coffee and all sorts of music, film, art, surfing, travel, design and books. I love minimal and modern architecture with a lot of natural light. Thanks :)
We are a friendly couple who are looking for a short term stay. We both are students and are clean and tidy to live with. We love to cook in our free time, go for a few drinks and love making new friends!
I'm a 25 year old Norwegian. I just recently moved to Sydney as I lived in Melbourne last year. I love cooking, being active, go to gigs, hiking, going to the beach and much more. I'm currently looking for work in construction management and will be working a pretty average 8-6 monday to friday. Sam is 29 years old and English. He's been in Sydney for just over a year now. He's pretty active, always out the door doing something. Going to the beach, meeting up with friends or working on side projects. He works contract work in consulting so will be gone some weeks while he has a week off here and there. We are both clean and respect other people's privacy in the house, but love being social as well. We have both been living in house shares for over 6 years and truly understand the value of a good house mate. We're available to move in as soon as possible, as we're just living at Sam's place in Coogee for the moment with a two week notice. Looking forward to hear from you, and hope to come by for a chat soon!
My name is Libby, and I'm 21 and from the UK. Having graduated from University with a History degree, I moved to Sydney in late 2016 and recently got a cafe job in Newtown. I'm enthusiastic and friendly, and keen to experience all that Sydney has to offer! My interests include Sport - running and netball - along with Arts and Culture. As part of this I enjoy museum-going, art exhibitions and the theatre and eventually I hope to pursue a career in Film and TV Production I hope to find like-minded and friendly flatmates to enjoy living with!
I'm a 27 year old Scottish backpacker looking to start working and living in Sydney. I'm looking for a roomshare or something cheap enough that I can live and save a little! I'm sociable, clean and tidy and overall a good housemate to have!

I'm originally from Ireland and after a few years living in Northern Europe I moved to Australia a year and a half ago. I have a full time job which keeps me pretty busy and I try to get the the gym or meet up with friends a couple of evenings a week and I love to go exploring at the weekends. I have been living in shared accommodation for almost 10 years and have always had a positive experience! Looking for a decent sized room in a nice house, some good flatmates and a parking space would make my life a lot easier!
I'm energetic, love to socialise, cook and exercise! I work in advertising, which keeps me pretty busy during the week. I love the beach, going out and having friends over for a casual wine during the weekend. I am currently living in Cronulla, I love my flat and my flatmate but need something closer to work and closer to the Sydney buzz. I'm looking for a home, with flatmates that want to hang out but also appreciate downtime.
Hi all, I am currently working full time close to the heart of the city so I am keen to move in a little closer at least for the next 3 to 6 months while I look at plans to make the move a little more permanent. I am easy going, respectful and clean and prefer to relax with a book, Netflix or gaming and prefer a relaxed/chill atmosphere. I am keen to find a social household to help open up my social circles a little and certainly wouldn't say no to doing things as a household or trips down to the pub. 3-4 people total in the household seems like a comfortable amount. While I am a smoker, it is more of a social thing and something I tend not to do on a day to day basis or while at home. I am also able to move ASAP, but there is no rush in needing to move.
Laid-back worker and part-time student. I'm looking for any place close to the city/inner city area. I don't mind action and noise around the house, but relaxed roommates are definitely a better match for me. I work long hours and don't like being stuck in the house too often - so I don't linger around too much :)
I'm a tidy person to live with, I'm very easy to get on with too and I'm always up for the craic. Moving to Sydney from Ireland by myself so it'd be cool to find a nice group of people to live with.
I'm a relaxed, friendly Canadian looking for a quiet, friendly and tidy place to call home, not just a place to sleep. I'm a very respectful flatmate, clean, pays bills on time and not a big partier. I like to have casual dinner/wine parties and then taking the party elsewhere. I spend my down time writing on my blog, reading and going out with friends. I like to keep fit and eat healthy, I'm a vegetarian but I'm not preachy about it. I love to be creative, I'm really into photography and I'm currently taking a graphic design course. I also hope to be around other fellow creatives to inspire me! Even better if they have a sense of humour as well :)
Hi guys! I'm Juliana, a chilled and down-to-earth girl in her mid-twenties. I'm coming back to Sydney after some time in the motherland to do a master in environmental engineering and for work. I've done the house sharing thing a dozen times (meaning I'm house-trained) and now I'm really looking for a place to call home as I'm in for the long term. I'm a friendly, social and respectful person. I do my parties outside and at home, I'm more relaxed. I'm expecting to be very busy with Uni, work, and stuff but I'm generally always up for a chat, a shared meal or/and beers. My general interests include going to the movies, festivals, beach, hiking, running, eating (yes, it's a hobby), TV shows, wine, craft beer, meditation, renewable energies and so on. I like to try and do new things and I'm open to anything that can make me a better person. I also used to be an avid gamer in my good old days but can't seem to find time for it anymore. Anywho, I'm looking for like-minded people who appreciate their household, have individual lives but are also happy to socialise with housemates. Ideally the place must be well connected as I rely on public transport, not carpeted (allergies :/) and the room, big enough to fit a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and a two-door wardrobe (built-ins would be great). I'm not big on smoking but if you do it outdoors it's no issue for me :) I can go up to ~300/wk with bills included, but preferably looking for something cheaper. If you have any questions or know of/have a spare room that would be suitable, please do message me. Thanks for reading this far. I promise I'm more fun that this profile let it shows. Cheers Juliana P.s: love pets of any kind, except tarantulas. They scare the hell outta of me :X
Hey there! I am Lucas from Germany. After studying in the Netherlands, Portugal and Italy, I decided to seek a new adventure in Australia, where I will be spending the final semester of my Master's degree at the University of Sydney. I'm currently travelling New Zealand with my girlfirend and will return to Sydney at the end of February. I'm seeking to move at the beginning of March but am generally flexible and happy to adjust to your preferences. I'm into all kinds of sports including kitesurfing, swimming and basketball and enjoy socialising very much. I'd describe myself as easy going and sociable but also value privacy and respect for personal space. I like to think of myself as tidy and clean, without being obsessed with cleaning. Next to my studies, I will be working 20h per week and thus hope to find a nice balance between social and quiet evenings.
TBC. I'll think of something witty and erudite later...
I am looking for a convenient place in the city or in the surrounding suburbs, no more than 15 mins bus/train ride away. I'm working full time in sales/customer service with stable income. I enjoy quiet night ins with a six pack of beer and TV shows, and cooking. Wouldnt mind sharing meals and having deep, substantial convos about life. Paddington, Newtown, Surry Hills, Ultimo would be a good fit to what I'm looking for but anywhere in Townhall would be perfect. Furnished, no dodgy terms and hidden bills please. Message me the room condition and price, and i'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you!
Bayley and I (Haylie) have moved to Sydney from Adelaide just over a month ago for work and are temporarily staying with a friend while we look for a rental property of our own to call home. I work full time in the advertising industry as an Art Director/Designer and my role involves thinking, creating and designing ideas and strategy for various brands e.g. Netflix, Coopers Beer etc. When I’m not working playing soccer. It’s a great way to stay fit and also make friends as I settle into Sydney. Bayley is a successful and passionate Cinematographer who works in the film and advertising industry. Bayley has worked on TV shows like Wolf Creek, My Kitchen Rules, Poh & Co (Season 1 & 2) and movies such as Tracks along with creating TV commercials, web series and video content for my various clients. Our references we can provide you with will assure you that we are friendly, clean, well-presented and would make great tenants for the property. Also if there is any off street car parking or enough on street car parking near property that would be a bonus :)
Hey, My name's Ffion I'm a 25 yo female from Cardiff (Wales) I'm working in recruitment in the City. I tend to be out and about quite a lot with gym eating out etc but also enjoy chilled nights in I'm easy going and sociable, keen to live with people who get on and do things together occasionally rather than just renting a room. I've been in Sydney for almost a year currently living in Bondi Junction. I'm interested in places near Bondi, the junction and Paddington.
Hi guys, I’m a young professional from the UK looking for a place to stay in Sydney. I hold a 457 sponsorship visa and i'm looking for somewhere to live for 6 months minimum. I work in the CBD Monday to Friday every week with long hours so I’m not much of a midweek partier, however I do like to socialise on the weekend as I’m sure most people do. I understand what it’s like to live with people and the importance of personal space, so I like to think I’m a pretty clean and respectful person. If you want to know anything else, don’t hesitate to contact me. Max

Hi! I'm a 22 year old American traveling and working on a working-holiday visa! I've been in Sydney for four months and am looking to find a place for the next three months to save money and explore more of Sydney before leaving to travel! I work during the week and most weekends so I'll be in and out. I'm clean and easy-going and respect the fact that I'm likely walking into an already existing dynamic. Just looking for some good vibes for the next three months :)

i have been in Australia for nearly 3 years now and have always shared an apartment with others. I have made lifetime friends from these experiences. I'm tidy, easy to get a long with. I'm also able to have a laugh and converse freely with people. I have Brenner working in sydneys hospitality scene for quite a while now so I can also recommend good restaurants and bars. I'm not a massive drinker myself although a good glass of wine does go down well from time to time. I enjoy cooking, more so for others to enjoy. I like music, films, also a keen tennis player. Pretty normal I guess. People seem to like me ok. 😁
I am a third year Law and arts student at USYD. I work part time but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time! I am very easy going socially. I'll never turn down a good glass of wine but chances are I'll follow it with my gummy bear vitamins before bed. I go the gym as a stress buster. Normally to get over my frustration at the bachelor. I was raised in England and go home twice a year. I'm tidy and respect people's space.
