I'm a Quality Coordinator at a commercial testing laboratory. I have two baby ferrets (that look like raccoons) that I'l like to take with me. I'll pay bills on time, clean and wont be a big presence in the house. I'll socialize but also enjoy my space. I guess it will be a balance.
We are full time students from Sydney who have completed a degree and now doing further studies at the University of Newcastle. Therefore, we are looking to rent a property, preferably long term, that is nice and quiet. We are respectful of people, clean, mature, responsible and organised. We would love to share a home with someone who is friendly and easy going like ourselves.
Hi there, I'm an overseas doctor, currently living in Melbourne, I'll be moving to Newcastle soon to do a clinical attachment in Belmont Hospital. I'm staying for a couple of weeks probably. I need a place close to Belmont Hospital by bus. I'm really clean and organised. Spending time at the hospital or in the room studying. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker guy. I am pretty friendly and social, not a party type of men for sure. Cheers, Ahmed
I'm an easy going quiet person who works at a church, full time (Sun to Thur) in Parramatta CBD. I would like to share in an all female household. I enjoy a glass of wine and am up for a chat but respect peoples privacy and am not reliant on others company.

I work as admin assistant in Organic Produce and Grocery warehouse. I'm a very easy going person. Going out with mates over the weekend is quite fun. However, often like to spend quiet eve at home too. Like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy.
I’m looking for a long term “private room” with medium size inbuilt, I have my own bed (KS). I need access to kitchen with space to store my food. Close to frequent public transport, close to main shops. My budget is limited to $160-$180 inclusive of all bills with unlimited wifi. I’m looking for a place to share with responsible “humans”, no mind games allowed. I also need to store few boxes where I store my journals approx 1sq meter, they could fit neatly against a garage wall. The odd locations are places I could go, once I inspect the room, I’m free to move wherever I feel comfortable and safe. I rely on public transport therefore it's a must to live close to train station or reliable bus service. I'm Non-Smoker, responsible, respectful, friendly, constantly busy, quiet, pays rent on time, a day person, keeps busy during the day, loves the internet, loves pets but do not own any, love a bit of gardening when time allows it. I’m organised, love cleanliness. My initiative flares when I see you busy but it becomes shy when taken advantage of. I don’t keep secrets and I respect privacy, I expect the same in return. On the chatting side; I could be a parrot or I could be a rabbit my doors are always open to help or to listen if you need my support. I am looking for a place to consider my home. On the age side; I'm still above the line and sitting by the chimney is a luxury my precious time cannot afford.
Hi my name is Andrew, I study B Nursing and am in my final year, I am also starting work at Westmead hospital. Hey! I am a Mechanical Engineer, and a born and bred central Queenslander, moving to start a new career in Sydney mid February and looking to find a place nearby to my work. I will be working in Granville, and am willing to live in the areas listed or similar suburbs. I'm looking to live with students or other professionals. I am clean, tidy and can cook well, and have a good choice of cookbooks for others to leaf through. Quite happy to split food costs with others, as well as household chores and cooking, I have done this before with great success. I'm also currently studying my Masters in Engineering Science. I like my own personal space but am friendly and don't mind a chat over morning coffee/brekky. I come with a Netflix account! I'm an avid home-brewer (I have won several bronzes, silvers and placed 1st and 3rd in state competitions!), I love brewing and am constantly striving to improve what I make, and love exploring the many different styles of beer. I own a 3-tap Kegerator, which holds 3x 20L kegs and I hope to continue brewing in Sydney. The brewery takes up a bit of space, but if worst comes to worst I can modify how much of it I need to fit somewhere with less space. I also love low and slow BBQ, and have my own smoker, and have used this to make my own bacon and American BBQ. I love making things, and have done my own sausages, bacon and other things. I know my home brewing requires a bit of space, and I utilize fridges for temperature control when fermenting - I do own a power-use meter and am happy to have this hooked up to monitor the costs of fridges, and to pay the extra costs to run this. I'd prefer to keep the fridges outside, so I can hose out any messes/spills! I'm also an avid gamer, and foodie. I enjoy multiplayer online gaming, and love food and cooking. I am willing to organise with other prospective housemates to get the best gear to the place. I own the following gear: - Washing machine - Dryer - Large double-door fridge (~520L) with freezer bottom - Projector and surround sound system - 55" TV - high-end NBN-ready modem I have left my preferred timeline at 6 months initially, as I am on a 6 month probationary period, however if all goes well at work, and we all get along, I have no issues extending that out! I also love dogs, I have lived with them most of my life and am open to sharing a place with owners. Lastly - I have let myself go a bit in terms of physical fitness due to long hours at work, but the new job looks to have shorter hours. A housemate who is a bit of a gym rat would definitely be favourable, I need that motivation for the first couple of weeks to get back into things. A gym partner would be fantastic! I eat fairly clean and don't mind cutting things out (to an extent, a cheat day is great for sanity!!)
