I am aware people need space, but also know that a house is boring if you don't socialise with your roomies. I'm a teacher. So I'm in a professional job. I also play sport on the weekends, so wherever I live I will always be in and out all the time. I'm friendly, and talkative (not to the point where I annoy you)...and I like to think I'm easy going.
Hi, I work in a professional working at a university. I am super neat, try my best to be considerate and friendly. I generally keep to myself and between working and exercising, and meeting with friends outside, you probably won't see a lot of me. That said when I do see you I am always open to a friendly chat and a good cup of coffee.
Hey guys, Looking for a place for me and my fat, cuddly cat called Trips. I'll be moving to Melbourne from Brisbane around mid-June to start my Masters at Monash (Caulfield campus) so move-in date is relatively flexible. I'm super laid back and sociable, but can also really enjoy my personal time. I'm an Indonesian-Australian who grew up in France/Switzerland and love meeting people from all over. Looking for housemates that enjoy sharing a meal, a beer or a glass of wine (or three) from time to time and who can spark up interesting conversation! I'll be new to the area, so would definitely appreciate someone willing to explore Melbourne a bit with me! Send me a message if you think we'd get along! X
Reliable, respectful, flexible, friendly, work thur-sunday nights and other sources of income, creative and cook . write/perform music and sell my painting GS every 3 months at markets.
Hi! I'm a 28 year old working guy, coming back to Melbourne after spending some time travelling and working overseas. I'm a pretty active person, easy going, and respectful of others space and time. Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Cheers, Tom
I'm a biomedical engineer moving to Melbourne for a new job and couldn't be more excited! I'm American - originally from Seattle but spent the past 5 years in the NYC area. I'm very clean and respectful. I love my work which means I keep quite busy during the week. I love to socialize, explore, meet new people and go out on the weekends. I'm not a party animal but always am up for some fun. Hobbies include yoga, going to the gym, reading, enjoying a glass of wine with friends :)
In a nutshell: I'm a house trained, full-time student at Swinburne, part-time waitress, and a full-time funny person. (Note: Sorry for the dark-ish photo) A little more detail: I'm a 19 year old social sciences student (at Swinburne, Hawthorn) housing the soul of someone who is far older than I am. I have a very steady part-time job as a waitress working the dinner shift in a beautiful little restaurant in Toorak. I grew up in Adelaide and have moved to Melbourne for better universities and employment opportunities. I have lived out of home for over 6 months now, and have been paying rent to a parent/house mate for over one year (A grand total of 1.5 years!), and am extremely organised when it comes to paying rent/utilities. I am generally a clean and tidy person, especially when it comes to communal areas. I'm also very respectful of the privacy as others, although I am more than happy to catch up with roommates for some good food and cheeky bevs. In my free time I like to catch up with friends (cliche, I know), go travelling, hiking, take photos, play video games, eat reasonably healthy food and sometimes you might even catch me doing some form of exercise. I'm really looking for a place I can feel really comfortable in, and I'd love to get along well with my future house/flat mates. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
Hello, I'm Tara. I am 30 and I do some freelance marketing/writing on weekdays, and work in bars and clubs on weekends and some weekday nights. I also have a fitness/dance background. Hobbies: public speaking, dancing, traveling This is my last winter in Melbourne, and I would like a safe place to stay for 10 months to 1 year. I plan to move interstate in March/April/May 2018 to study. But I promise to pay my bills and rent until then! I am staying in Melbourne for just under a year longer so I can work through some legal processes (good stuff). I am based in the inner Western suburbs, but would consider moving to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Glen Iris, Malvern, Maribyrnong, Ascot Vale and Kensington It needs to be close to public transport BUT with a parking spot, for my little red Ford Festiva. Prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture, but will consider a semi-furnished studio. Awesome things about me: - self-sufficient - private, quiet, busy - health-conscious - drug-free, debt-free - I clean as I go PS: I share a lovely 3 level townhouse in West Footscray. It is too big and superfluous. My housemate is a passive-aggressive alcoholic man who is getting divorced and wants my attention. I'm too busy to deal with him. Hence, the ad :) If you are considering asking me to share a house with you, you must be: - busy and have real hobbies - NOT be in debt; not be cheap with household items - the room must have an ensuite - you must understand that I'm not sharing a house to socialize or be best friends - clean, but not a clean freak - there's a difference - no shouting or cursing at me; please approach me in a calm and civil manner to discuss issues. Say "Please and thank you" These rules would go for me too I would only share with one other person, to keep things simple.
I am an American here on a student visa with Le Cordon Bleu Australia in Morrabbin. I am from Los Angeles, California; and I am a very easy going guy who goes with the flow, wether it be hiking, museums, TV, or anything in between. I will confess I'm sometimes not the tidiest individual, but I will always correct the issue when it is pointed out. I have somewhere to hang my hat for the moment, but am looking for somewhere to be come December or January. I am looking for somewhere close to LCBM's Moorabbin campus.
We're rarely ever home at the same time due to opposite working hours, and on our days off we like to be out catching up with friends, coffee, tapas, yoga, day trips, patting other peoples dogs - the usual stuff! :) Both easy going, very clean and tidy, sociable, into sharing wine and cheese boards, our last flatmate is now one of our closest friends :)
Non smoker. Hygienic, clean living, houseproud, and responsible Full time working executive. Have a great job and love it. Been in the same place for 11 years. Fit and active. Respectful and cultured. Well educated . Non-interfering. Sociable. Very easy to get along with. Good conversationalist.
I keep pretty busy day to day but love to hang out when I'm free. I'm super easy-going, tidy and always up for an adventure. Love cooking, trying new restaurants/pubs, tennis, running and hanging out. I currently work full time, but will be beginning medical school in February, so I do keep pretty busy.
Clean, respectful, we are basically never at home. On our day off we like to spend time outside, going to the stadium, to the cinema, having dinner outside. We are not "party people" . We would like to find a place where we could stay for long time without need to worry about moving out.
Hi my name is Victor, currently working full time as a Business Development Coordinator. Looking for a place in the South Eastern suburbs and wanting to share a place with other housemates who are looking for similar accommodation. However I would prefer to have my own bathroom. If this is something you can help with or are interested in then please feel free to get in touch with me.
I am an out going Aussie/American Citizen working in the Hospitality industry, running a bar in the Melbourne CBD.I am very clean and tidy. Love have a chat but also love my own space. I work a mix of days and nights at the moment so you might not see me for a few days, but then will be home most Sunday and Monday nights. On my Days off I enjoy hanging out with my friends or relaxing watching Suits or Brooklyn 99 (or something of that nature) and taking it easy. I currently have all of my old apartment in storage while I look for a new home. Looking for either a furnished or unfurnished apartment. I am looking for something at least 6 months length or longer. I am looking for a house mate who is down to earth, easy going and like minded.
G'Day! I'm a 29 y.o. mechanical/aerospace engineer who has just recently moved over from Adelaide to take advantage of the better job market after a bit of travel (and my girlfriend lives here too, so that's a plus). I'm clean, sociable and respectful. I cycle and rock climb for hobbies and am looking for a place to call home in Melbourne. Love a good chat and a beverage but understand that work comes first during the week (or weekend...whichever). I'm currently working hospitality while I wait on a few offers to come through but have a stable wage and consistent hours. Would love to catch up for a coffee to see if we gel and then go from there. oh...and I'm a badass cook too. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Nate.
Hi.. I am Elen. I originally come from Indonesia. I am on my final year studying master at Swinburne. I am a friendly and easy going female and love to travel. I am looking for a single room, has to be has a living room and near public transport. Prefer to share the house with females. I am a pretty tidy person. I like to socialise but sometimes i like my own time. I have been living in a share house for about four years. Hi! I'm a 24 year old Norwegian who is moving to Melbourne to study for my masters degree in Development Practice at Monash University - Clayton Campus. I'm easygoing, friendly and tidy. Looking for a room in a share house with a good and sociable atmosphere :) I eat mostly vegetarian, but I'm not overly fussy about it, so no worries. I love travel, photography, movies and books, as well as going out once in a while. I'm also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all. I'll be arriving in Melbourne the 2nd of July, and I'm mainly looking for a furnished place.
