I'm 27 and i'm friendly and easy going. I love movies so would love a buddy to go to the cinema with. I play tennis and basketball so I'm fairly into fitness but I'm not a gym nut. I enjoying hanging out with friends and would hope to have them over occasionally for a drink. I'm trying to start my own decluttering business so yes i actually enjoying cleaning...tick. I'm a casual relief teacher right now so I'm good with kids and pretty patient. I'm usually always up for a chat but i do enjoy just relaxing in my room watching netflix :) Oh and I'm allergic to cats...so no cats please
Hi, my name's Phuong. I work at Monash University full-time and am looking forward to starting postgraduate studies soon. Therefore, a place close to Monash University is ideal. I am quite flexible and very happy to help out around the house. I will most likely be home during the evenings and most weekends.
Need to move in on or before 01/06/2018. The place I'am currently renting is up for sale. A bit about myself: I am a generally quiet and a very introverted person but still enjoys the occasional chat. I am a bit of a freak and OC when it comes to cleanliness and would usually go on a cleaning spree, sometimes in the middle of the night (I find it therapeutic hehe). I am also considerate (so I won't go on a cleaning spree at night if you're home and trying get some sleep, you have my word). I value and respect privacy and hoping for mine to be treated the same. Also looking for an LGBT friendly home. I have asthma and although it's well controlled, a smoke free environment is still preferred. I do not drink alcohol (Asian Flush Syndrome) but I do not mind people drinking around me. I am Filipino and have been living in Australia for few years now. I am a nurse and I work early shifts during the week. I work in a busy environment and so if you do not see me at all when I am at home (I'm okay :), I am just in my room, having a downtime. If you have a room to offer, please drop me a message. Thanks!
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
Hey:) My name is Lena. I'm from Germany. I'm looking for a private room anywhere in the east suburbs as i work in Bayswater as an itern until September. I like music, movies, travel. I love to laugh and meet new people, especially the week end. I'm open-minded and like to discover new cultures. During the week, I will work all the day but I'm not against to take a sharing meal/drink. I'm a clean person, I like when my home is tidy. If you're interested by my profil, please do not hesitate to contact me :)
I'm a friendly, outgoing, approachable, self-proclaimed technologically-savvy, pseudo-geek and music enthusiast who thoroughly enjoys socialising! You can always expect me to crack a joke or two, or have an intellectual conversation, but I can also be content and quiet in my own space! I clean up after myself and prioritise keeping my room tidy, and I carry my own weight, but I don't mind chipping in what I can to help maintain the household's cleanliness and keep it running smoothly! I value honesty, integrity and loyalty above all else, and am always on time with rent and bills!
Hi there! I'm Lena. I'm a quiet-but-friendly 23 year-old, currently studying Sociology and literature at Monash Clayton. I'm a nonbinary queer person, so very understanding to fellow LGBTQIA+ folks. As far as housemate 'style', I deeply value honest communication, and respect. I've been sharehousing for roughly 5 years. I'm hoping for somewhere that is safe and restorative for all of us. My cat Eli is friendly with other cats (once introduced responsibly) and very chill. He has (to my knowledge, he's a 9-year-old rescue I've had for a year) never damaged any soft furnishings. I have a new fridge, and bedroom furniture but no washer dryer or vacuum etc. Because of my disabilities I need to be close to public transport as I sometimes can't walk far. I'm a spoonie (person with limited energy as a result of chronic illness). I love a good cup of tea, book, succulent garden, chat, netflix evening. I'm an experienced share-house-erer and I've lived in Melbourne a year (NSW before that). Please let me know if you or anyone you know have a safe room I can rent ASAP! Looking forward to meeting you and your home :)
We are a couple of backpackers from Taiwan and are looking for room to rent nearby Melbourne. And my partner's name is Hsuan, who had been a nurse in Taiwan for many years till she decided to quit the job and came Australia for seeing more beautiful things in the world with me. Hi I'm B, almost 30 and working full time as a before and after school care co-ordinator. I have been around Melbourne housesittng for the past 2 years, but am now wanting somewhere with some space to call my own. I am an incredibly tidy and conscientious person who loves nothing more than a good book and lame dad jokes. I dont consider myself a party animal, but love a good chat and a drink with friends. I'm looking for a happy and positive person to move in with. Someone who doesn't mind being social - sharing a meal or drink and who will take pride in our home. I'm a great communicator (prefer to solve issues then and there rather than letting them stew) and am very respectful of others space. Ideally looking for a team-up as I have 90% of the things needed to furnish an apartment (couch, fridge, washing machine, all kitchen things etc)
To whomever is lucky enough to stumble across our humble listing, let us introduce ourselves: Charlotte (the better half) is a 19 year-old Swinburne Arts student who is currently working part-time as a cleaner, as well as being a bit of a self-confessed 'neat-freak' and 'grammar nazi'. I enjoy cooking from time-to-time, peppering my sentences with old-fashioned turns-of-phrase or expressions, or hanging out with friends on the weekends. Cameron (the other half) is a 25 year old IT graduate currently working full-time in construction. His passions include anything with two or more wheels - bikes, motorbikes, or cars - or geeking out over car parts or IT gear. He's got a great sense of humour once you get used to it, and is usually prone to being a general idiot just to get a laugh out of me (and possibly you, potential flatmate). Both of us are very friendly and easy-going, but like our own space and quiet time too. We both work first-thing in the morning, but tend to be home in the early afternoon. As Cameron has a work vehicle, included parking is required, and walking distance to a train station is preferred, but not a requirement. We have currently secured a room in Doncaster East, however we are looking to move again in 2019 and are open to renting in different suburbs (so long as they are in the North or East of Melbourne) or trying out different living arrangements :)
Hi I am Dale I am 38yrs old, am honest, reliable, social, respectable and clean. Currently studying nursing while working part time. Have good standards and values. I respect people, their space and things. Have a good sense of humour and enjoy getting to know people. I do not smoke, have no pets, no kids. As I have lived out of home for some time now I have a couch, fridge, washing machine, TVs etc and my own room things. I own a king bed so size so looking for a large room. Hi everyone, Benji here. Half Maori, half Aussie with a huge passion for film, but more specifically, video editing and doing voice-overs for characters. 2 examples whom are huge inspirations of mine would easily be Robin Williams and Jim Carrey. I love my movies, gaming, lots of random nerd-ish stuff, science, and 80's and 90's pop-culture. I've worked as a landscaper, been in hospitality, and have actually been doing content creation on YouTube 5 years now. Love it! Met a ton of amazing people along the way. Incase you're curious; movie reviews, voice impressions, documentaries, random news and more. I'm a very self sufficient person and chill person, so i'm pretty quiet in general with filming and editing (as i work from home - it's just easier that way), but i'm always up for some interesting and intellectual conversation over a coffee. I realise that this is pretty much a chapter book of a message compared to other ads i've seen on here, but i figured why not atleast give you a better idea - paint a clearer picture for you :) Nevertheless, i hope i hear from you soon, but until then, take care and have a good one.
Hi there. I am looking for a room with a bed for around $150 p/w including bills. I have been renting via share housing for 8 years now and am reliable and easy to live with. Looking for something around Melbourne metro areas I don't mind where, close to shops and public transport etc. I am a quiet/keep to myself kind of person so looking for something that isn't a party house with people over all the time. I have everything with me aside from a bed and general cooking pots/utensils, only thing I require is an internet connection where I can run my cable to. I very much enjoy a neat and tidy house and like to keep it that way, in other words you wont have a problem with me when it comes to keeping things clean especially the kitchen, I'm happy to split the household cleaning chores so things are maintained. I'm a big computer nerd, most of my time is spent online doing various things so a fast cable internet connection is a big plus. As I mentioned I'm a quiet person but am cool for a chat and catch up with you. I am looking for a room until I can have my community housing sorted out which will take around a year
I'm a part time student studying web development. I spend a lot of my time on my computer studying, playing games or chatting to my friends online. I have a corgi-cavalier puppy that I am raising to be an assistance dog. She is an adorable little dog and enjoys the company of other people. I clean up after myself and I can prepare my own meals. I value privacy and safety and respect people's boundaries and request the same in return.
I'm Marco, 30yo, Italian Teacher. I speak Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and some French and German. I don't have pets, I don't smoke and I don't do parties unless you invite me. I lived in Asia and I hope I can find a nice room and housemate before june not to far away from where I work *_*
