i am a kenyan, know when to mind my own business and also know how to have fun. i am a student and also work at cabrini ashwood.
I am fun and bubbly, I love meeting new people and socializing. I am passionate about photography and good food, I love to be active, I love exercising as it fills me with the sense of achievement when I reach specific goals I set for myself, I spend alot of time at the gym training. I love to make people feel good, as it makes me feel equally good to see someone smile. I am a clean freak and I love everything to be tidy so I need to be living with people who will be respectful of communal areas and keep them clean and tidy. I don't like partying, I don't drink and I don't smoke. I am a full time worker on a contract so payments won't be an issue. I will also need parking as I have my own car and I also have my own double bed. Need a place to move into ASAP for myself and my friend who will be here until June so we need two rooms around Oakleigh, Bentleigh, Moorabbin areas.
I've been living and travelling in Europe for the past 8 months and am a very open-minded and easygoing individual. Im quite tidy and independent, but would enjoy having people to come home to and relax with at the end of the day. I love to cook and share food with anyone who has a free minute and a story to share, and I'm looking forward to yet another new start and adventure in Melbourne. I will be studying Advanced Psychological Sciences at Monash, and I'm looking forward to meeting new people and settling in. In my free time, I like to swim, go for long walks, hike, or visit the gym, practise German (I've just moved back to Australia from Munich), go for a drink/coffee and meet new people, and try anything that's a bit artsy.
I am an Italian postgraduate student. I'll be studying at Monash full-time and I hope to find part-time job, too. I'm very open-minded and enjoy being with people of all different backgrounds. I love traveling and outdoor activities, I do yoga and love to share my passions with others! Chill and easy-going, I can be quiet whenever needed, but most of the time I am social and talkative! I can cook Italian food (and love to cook for friends), plus I am tidy and clean and I love pets (even though I don't have any)! I don't smoke but I don't mind others smoking. I've been sharing houses and rooms for the past five years, which makes me an expert .. can't wait to discover Australia!

My adorable cavoodle is very clean, very friendly, & quiet & massively well behaved & professionally house-trained and is the ideal household pet.
i am laid-back but assertive, respectful of others spaces, and i enjoy cultivating a peaceful and relaxed environment. i think it is important to communicate with each other while sharing a space together and come to an agreement on any major decisions such as getting a pet or having friends stay over at the house for more than a few days etc. i work full-time as a multimedia developer and my interests include 3d printing, cooking, creative writing, and i enjoy a day out in nature. :)

I am moving to Melbourne from Adelaide to work full-time as a Visual Merchandiser at Chadstone. I don't know many people in Melbourne so would love to make some new friends. I am naturally pretty quiet and will be working Monday to Friday. I'm nice and easy going. I enjoy being tidy and mostly organised at home. I respect others property, belongings and privacy. Looking to live with others similar ☺ For fun I like to catch up with friends, eat delicious foods, try new things, exercise. I'll probably fly back to Adelaide on some weekends. I'd also like if I can have my partner or a friend from Adelaide stay with me in my room for the weekend once in a while, wouldn't be disruptive. My maximum is $200 a week including bills (roughly). I'm hoping to spend less. Plan to extend after three months. Move in date would be Thursday the 19th. I'm willing to pay rent starting somewhere in the week of the 16th.

Hi ! We are two French students who are coming to Australia for a 5-month internship in Clayton. We are 21 and are both studying chemistry in an engineering school. We are looking for a double room from the beginning of April to the end of August 2017. Our ideal location is between Melbourne and Clayton, near a railway station (Pakenham line). We are responsible, clean and easy going. We don't smoke. We are very interested in meeting new people and live a unique experience during these 5 months in Australia. Elodie & Vincent :)
Very easy going person, I love to go out and have fun! I do enjoy my private space and respectful when it comes to other people's privacy and space. I am a clean person, also clean up after myself. I would love to move into a house with friendly & chatty housemates who like to spend some time together.
Heyo, My names Brogan and I am from Christchurch, New Zealand. I have just graduated from University and am moving to Melbourne to start a new job in a music studio. I am easy going, clean, tidy and will also be pretty busy so I wont be in anyones face constantly. I also enjoy a few drinks with good times!
I'm an zoology honours student at Monash University. I moved from Ballarat to Melbourne at the beginning of 2014 and have been renting in a house in Blackburn since then. However, I'm looking for somewhere new to move into to be a little closer to uni for this year. In a nutshell: I ride bikes, play guitar, enjoy animals, am social and don't mind a beer here or there. I am also clean, respectful and always willing to help out, and wouldn't mind meeting some rad people in the process either. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Currently got enrolled in Monash as a full time postgraduate student in Social Work. A tidy, easy going non-smoker from Taiwan. Both a cat and dog person. Not exactly a party person but do enjoy chilling with a glass of beer after work or school.
Hi there! I am a 23 year old recently graduated young professional, who is looking for somewhere to settle for preferably the next 12 months (as I have a 12 month contract). Originally from country Victoria, I now call Melbourne home and have lived in shared housing for 5 years. I work full time, but still enjoy an active social life, cooking and going outdoors and bushwalking. I play tennis twice a week for a local tennis club. I am tidy, considerate and friendly and would love to live somewhere with other like minded people where we can find a good balance between social and own time. Please note: I am flexible about moving in date, as I am currently staying with extended family while I find somewhere to live and I would hate to outstay my welcome!
Hi, we’re Sam (22yrs) and Hogan (20yrs), two Monash Uni students who are currently moving out of our 3 bedroom share house in Clayton. Our third housemate Victoria has abandoned us to travel to Canada after completing her internship here in Melbourne. We’re looking for additional house mates to join us in a hunt to find a nice, cheap, well situated 3 or 4 bedroom place between Clayton and Caulfield starting as soon as convenient. Initially we were looking for two bedroom places however they were really small and expensive. Looking at the 3 and 4 bedroom houses they seemed to be much nicer and less expensive split between 3 or 4 people. We thought by teaming up with some people in similar situations we could all have a say in what house was decided on. We’re both country kids turned Monash students who are social, easy going and love a beer or three on occasion but know when to knuckle down and do some work. We are also clean, respectful and we share the chores equally around the house. Sam is a design/eng student who is into anything outdoorsy, tinkering with old cars and gardening. Hogan is a medical imaging student who loves his cooking and is handy with computers. We are both back in Melbourne at the moment ready to facilitate the process of hunting for a house – And boy are there some cheap, juicy ones out there! Because we are looking for housemates prior to signing a lease, we can all have a say in the location and price. If this appeals to you send us a message back and we can work out a time when we are all free to meet and have a chat! Sam + Hogan
I am looking for a place to live closer to uni whilst i complete my bachelor in Criminology. I keep to myself but also love to socialise and have a few drinks. When not studying or at uni, I am working so I wont be around the house too much but I am more than happy to socialise with housemates when I am there. I am very self sufficient and like to live in a clean and happy environment. I look forward to meeting you :)
G'day, I'm starting a degree in Environmental Engineering at Monash in 2017. I expect the majority of my time will be spent at uni or a desk, but outside of that, basketball, cricket and football are my go. Ideally my week will be five days of studying and sport training, then into the city to watch a game of footy or something, then recovery Saturday, and a quiet Sunday at a market or the beach. As an added incentive, I also really like cooking.
Cheerful , easy going but responsible person who is very considerate of others. I like to keep fit but also enjoy my food ! don't we all !? Only social drinker, don't smoke, have family living nearby so am out quite a bit but also would enjoy an occasional meal shared at home with my flatmate(s).
Growing up in New Zealand and moving to Melbourne 5 years ago, I couldn't be prouder to call this city home. Being an only child and having my mum always occupied with work, I have spent the last year and a half living on my own whilst completing high school, holding a part-time job and developing a huge passion for the gym, amongst other things. I am extremely tidy, organised, mature, and value my solitude, but I also love meeting new people and am always down for a chat or a bit of banter. Most of the time you will find me lifting weights at the gym, working at my part-time job, catching up with a friend over brunch at some new trendy cafe, or winding down at home - most likely with a tub of ice cream.
Hi guys! I'm Mel, I'm 28 years old and working full-time in mental health. I am going back to uni next year to do my Masters, so looking for somewhere not too far from public transport. I'm a laid-back, friendly person, and I enjoy living in a harmonious, clean environment. I like all the usual things; live gigs and music, going out, travelling, markets and cider. I enjoy living with a friendly group of people, and socialising with them without treading on their toes. I like to have my own space from time to time, as I'm sure most people do, and I'm not looking for a overly crazy party house. Looking for an unfurnished room. I have some other furniture (lounge, armchair and fridge) so ideally looking for somewhere with some space.
Hi! My name is Soon and I'm a full-time culinary student at Holmesglen Tafe. My girlfriend, Amanda is a 6 months exchange student from Monash Malaysia. We are currently looking for a place to stay at either in Clayton South or in Oakleigh South. We are neat and we promise that we won't bite. Adventurous and food lovers. We are both bilingual Malaysians and are open to cultural events. We will be reaching Melbourne on 20th January and are urgently looking for a place to stay. Thank you!
Hi! My name is Carl, 25 years old from the Philippines. My friend, Warren and I are moving to Melbourne to study in Holmesglen TAFE (Moorabbin Campus) this January 20, 2017. We are in search of a place to stay. We are looking for 2 furnished rooms for each of us. If there's only 1 room available and you happen to know of a room for rent nearby, it's okay. We really don't have too much specifications for the room. We easily get along with people, we will be studying and working at the same time, so we will not be at home often. And we promise to be cooperative housemates when it comes to cleaning agreements. We badly need a place to stay when we arrive, short or long term arrangement is fine. If you happen to have a place or to know one, it would be much appreciated. Hope to hear from you guys.
Hi there! I'm looking to be moved out by the end of February/start of March to either a room in an established sharehouse, or in a new sharehouse we create. Would definitely prefer a long term home, so at least 6 months if possible! I am a 17 year old gal (18 in April), I work in hospitality and am hoping to begin studying nursing within the year. I'm a big triple j fan, love a good Netflix/Stan binge, can cook a couple meals pretty well (am much better at eating), and most importantly am an easy going and respectful housemate! I have two (very cute) cats that will probably need to move with me, but don't worry they are outdoor cats 95% of the time - the other 5% would be in my bedroom for cuddles (or in the lounge room if you'd like some pats too!). So preferably they'd need some grassy area to hang out in, and unfortunately wouldn't mix too well with dogs but could be okay with other cats. My only preferences for housemates are that you are respectful of others and the house, like you'd want from anyone you're living with. In an ideal world, coming home to some chill people I can watch tv and hang out with would be awesome, but I also understand wanting some time to yourself after a long day/night. Thank you for reading all the way to the end and please message me if you have any questions or think we'd make good housemates!
Hello! We are a mid 20's to mid 30's couple who are moving to Melbourne (Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs) on Jan 16th/17th. I (Hailey) am originally from Canada, while Stu is from NSW. We have been travelling down from Darwin for a few months checking out the beauty east coast and are headed to Melbs so that I can complete my 12 month yoga teacher training course. We are a clean and friendly couple who are both well travelled. Next to travelling our favourite thing out there is live music, enjoyed of course with a cold beer! I have coaxed Stu into loving yoga as much as I do and as such you can catch us there throughout the week. Along with that we generally like to keep a pretty healthy lifestyle, including running, sport, or whatever crosses our paths. We do however occasionally crave a night on the town or a wine/beer at the end of a long day, so we're not that mundane! ;) All we come with is a queen sized bed, a 5m long van, and our personal belongings. We potentially may have a motorcycle which would need parking as well, but can be worked around if the perfect place and flatmates come up! I promise the bike won't wake up the whole house!! Hopefully we will chat soon! Hails & Stu
I have an upright piano that comes with me. A hammock and stand to put on the verandah and I enjoy cheese, food, wine and good company. I like to experience life and make the most of every chance I get. I'm studying electrical engineering and working as a relief teacher. I can pay the bills (which is important... I once had a flatmate that could not... absolute disaster). I like animals, almost decided to be a vet (till I went on work experience). Not a big partier, but I do appreciate being around people. Would prefer not being strangers with my housemates and I'm looking for a place where I fit and is home. I spend my downtime travelling, camping and hiking with friends. I like to bake (didn't realize how much until I went on exchange to Vietnam where they have no ovens). Will get back from Vietnam mid January and need a place before end of feb. Would also really prefer an unfurnished bedroom :) Cheers Catherine
I'm a 27 y/o Melbourne local looking for a place in the south east, or close to Melbourne Uni, to call home. I currently work full time in compliance, and I'll be starting law at Melbourne in early Feb. I like to spend the rest of my time reading, cooking, trying to learn a new language, and checking out new brunch places. I'm good for a chat but not a space invader, and I'm pro-active in keeping things tidy. If it sounds like I'd fit in at your share house, get in touch and we can sort something out. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I'm Alex. I'm an 18yo university student from Queensland. I'm studying 2nd year Engineering/Architecture at Monash Uni, full time - so my hours can be all over the place but I'll usually be at a desk somewhere. I am a pretty quiet person, but I love hanging out with friends. I like music, a good book, art and the outdoors. I can also make some mean meals. I am a tidy person who will happily help out with cleaning.
I'm not hard to live with I tend to mould myself around others, I'm a 19 year old Monash University student in my third year and am just looking for a place to live near the university as I come from Phillip Island and go back their each semester break to work :) About me: I like old music and movies and laugh a lot, I'm studying acting, philosophy and psychology and am looking for similar people to live with. I also like to go out once in awhile or just have a quiet wine night in, so I'm also looking for a friend to make as well.

I'm a PhD student at University of Melbourne. I am from Colombia and have spent my last five years living in different places abroad, the last two living here in Australia. I'm really laid back, easy to talk with. I'm tidy and clean or at least try to keep things like that. I want flatmates to socialise with but also keep each other privacy. During my free time, I like to watch TV/movies, explore the city, go out with friends, try restaurants.

We are social and love sharing our stories but also enjoy our own time. I am a 23 year old health professional. I am fairly quiet and enjoy reading, cooking, boardgames and watching tv shows/movies. Not much of a party person. I am a neat person and will do my fair share of household cleaning. Looking to live with people who will be friends not just housemates.
I'm pretty laid back easy to get along with. Totally respect others for there privacy. Very clean & tidy to live with. Always pay rent & bills on time. Willing to help around.
