I am looking for accommodation for myself and my two dogs (they come with 5 years of rental referees) My preference would be self contained accomodation on acreage (like a granny flat or studio), but I am open to sharing too. I am a professional who travels (with my dogs) a little bit and has some flexibility with my working hours and work at home some times. I like to eat well, I am into gardening and veggie gardens too. I have a horse who is agisted in Arcadia (where the dogs get exercise too) - it would be great to be as close to him as possible. I am friendly and easy going.
I am a quiet, easygoing guy who mostly keeps to himself but does enjoy being sociable and having a laugh. I am clean and tidy, friendly and honest. If I am not at work I either am fishing, exploring new places, on the open road or seeing friends. I am not too fussed on the length of time for a place, but anything over 3 months is preferred. I think I bring a lot of positives to any sharehouse. If you let me make your place our place I totally reckon your day to day domestic life will improve by a considerable degree. Give me a run, see how it goes 👌
I am organised, friendly and clean. I love to be social but also need my down time. I work as a primary school teacher and love my job. I am easy to get along with and respectful of others. Home will mostly be a place to relax or do a bit of schoolwork. I am diligent, honest and fair, especially with paying rent and dividing up household responsibilities.
Hey, I'm planning to move to a place closer to my office in Mac Park (working full time in the medical industry). Quiet guy, not a party animal, spending most days working/training in martial arts/freediving. Please let me know if you think I will be a good fit. Arty
I NEED A CHANGE. iM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR WORK, I HAVE A BACHELOR OF NURSING DEGREE AND A DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY SERVICES AND AM LOOKING TO MOVE IN WITH ANYBODY WHOM HAS A SPARE ROOM. REGARDS AMANDA JOYCE
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Mature minded, considerate and friendly. Full time home care nurse, i am sensible and enjoy a good conversation but also cherish my quiet time. I have a beautiful little dog who i put first and so am really needing a flat mate who also has a little dog and preferably a back yard.
I am a cool guy currently staying along with my friend in Tamworth. I am trying to find a job in Sydney and I am getting enough responses now. So thought of moving close to Sydney since Tamworth is too far. I would prefer locations close to train stations - walkable distance. I have sufficient funds to keep me going till I get a Job. I am neat, social, adaptive, and have experience in share homes while I was in UK. Needless to say, I respect personal space as well. Looking for a second home where I can enjoy my stay. Please note that I am looking for an immediate move, within 1 or 2 weeks.
Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I can get a full-time job. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a granny flat or room & bathroom to myself.
easy to get along with. tend to keep to myselfas work is very exhausting however I do injoy my rum and beer. have a full time job that I have had for 5 years. unfortunately I was in a horrific accident March last year and will be returning to work round February march this year (money is not issue as insurance takes care till I am back at work). am looking for people to move out with or available rooms to move into. don't mind going out now and then. I am pretty clean and tidy person I enjoy cooking baking. love animals and love traveling.
I have been separated for over a year and think its time to move out of our family rented home, my two children come and stay on weekends and holidays, 7 and 9 yo. I am currently employed as a bus driver but have been a sculptor and artist for most of my life and would like to find some where to continue my passion with the hope of retiring.
Hey guys!! We are looking for an awesome place to live, with like-minded people. Mounisha: I'm studying full time at MQU doing Science/Law (yes, I'm aware I'm a nerd :P) and also work part time at a driving school. I love my wine and netflixing, but if you are keen on horrible jokes and watching me lose at board games, I make decent company. I also really love puppies. Like, a lot. Isham: He didn't want to write his own bio, so I'm gonna write whatever I want here. This dude is a full time Commerce/Law student (how boring can he get????) and works part time as tech support. He's pretty quiet, but also really awesome once you get to know him. We're just looking for people who are fun and weird and love food. We're also saving for a wedding soon so looking for somewhere affordable but not too far from uni. If you think you've got room for us or want to start a teamup, shoot us a message and we can grab coffee sometime!
I appreciate other people's lives, I am considerate and understand how hard the renting scenario is here in Sydney. I want to rent for another year then aiming to buy so looking for something for me, my small chihuahua and my Hotrod (car) so a garage. A team up would work best. Looking to move asap please sms me or give me a buzz I work full time and most weekends, pretty cruisy as long as the bills get paid.
I'm a full time worker as a machine operator, working 5-6 days a week. A very tidy, clean, repectful and honest person to live with. I help out with stuff around the house wheather it be lawns or stuff around the house. I don't mind keeping to myself or socialising if other room mates want to have a beer or BBQ. I love to cook, go to the gym, camping, four wheel driving and going on adventures
Clean, tidy, work 60 hours a week. mostly keep to myself with studying in the evenings but do like to have a conversation. Weekends I like to surf or go see friends. Friends and acquaintences say I am easy going and make them feel comfortable.
Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my 9yo Son. Unfurnished Studio/ Granny flat is preferred since I have my own furnitures. I am a single mother and currently work part time and study part time at Macquarie University. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Hornsby, but thinking to move closer to my sister's place around Carlingford or 15 mins drive max from that area. We are quiet and respectful people, no party or inviting people other than the occasional family visit.
My name is John , I am a student at Macquarie looking in the same areas, this is the first time using this site so not sure how details are shared, I am studying Arts with Science Double major., happy for you to touch base this way is fine. I enjoy keeping fit, and I am normally up early for a run or something, I am looking for relaxing home to make study more comfortable, which takes up most of my time. Friendly, clean and respectful with a sense of humour.
