Spanish mate with Work & Holiday Visa. Alcoholic nerd who work on IT & Design. Planning to get a job and have a "serious" kind of live, with timetables and stuff, but I don't know how to say no to a drink. Not keen on sports but love to hike and going outdoors. A lot of Netflix, too. Like drinking, movies, boardgames, 420 and several things... like a person, you know.
P/S: Will listen to your sappy stories if (unfortunately) you get dumped or talk about how random life is til 4 am Hello! I'm JJ, 21. Currently a research student at Melbourne Uni and looking to move. I am a very outgoing person and love to socialize so am always up for a drink or two cause well, duh. During my free time I also love to hang out with some friends or do some activities together and am down for pretty much *anything*! Heck, throw me a bone I'll even play fetch with you (not literally but you get the idea). Oh Netflix can be fun too. I've lived abroad before when I was an exchange student in the US and have done a fair bit of backpacking alone so I've lived with many others from different backgrounds and cultures and would like to consider myself a pretty tolerant and respectful person. Also get along with people pretty easily. Respect all boundaries and stuff a sock in my mouth to shut me up if need be though I like to keep things less intense. Ideally I'm looking for people I can talk to and rant about how shitty my day went, not a breathing creature that moves in the house! Hit me up if you think I can be a good fit for your place and I'm sure we can get along fine!
I'm an outgoing, 24 year old American with a love of Italian food, hot yoga and traveling. I'm looking to find a place to call a home, with some clean, chill people who understand privacy/space but could also catch up over a drink or a cuppa.
Important details: Dates - From immediately (or as soon as possible) until the end of May Preferred budget for the two of us (i.e., not per person) - $250/week rent only or $320/week including bills and wifi A little more about us: We are a chilled out, clean, tidy, and respectful Australian-Chilean couple. We're pretty easy going, happy to keep to ourselves and respect your privacy and equally happy to be social and share a meal and/or a drink or two with you. I'm originally from Brisbane and Marcelo is from Santiago, Chile. We have been living and working in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, and Port Macquarie over the past few years together and this will be our first time living in Melbourne. We both love to travel, rock climb, hike, dance salsa, and relax with good food and a nice wine. We are also interested in languages; I speak some German and am learning Spanish, and Marcelo speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Marcelo is an engineer and will be working full time. He just started a short contract in the St Kilda area on April 19. I have not had a chance to find work in Melbourne yet, but when I am working, I work on public health projects or in the area of health promotion. (We don't know whether Marcelo's contract will be extended beyond May. This and the fact that I don't have work yet are the main reasons why we are looking for such a short lease and also why our budget is a little tight.)
I'm a Visual/Fine Arts student transferring to a Melbourne university from the University of Western Australia, planning to start studying Semester 2, 2017. I love Melbourne's focus on art and believe it will be beneficial for me in the future. I love animals of all types, and drawing them, as well as being sociable and spending time with friends, whether it be video-gaming (can provide a PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch), going out, or even just sharing a meal. I'm a big pop-culture fan and do enjoy a good film occasionally. ;) I am a responsible, outgoing, tidy and clean person and am incredibly excited to begin a life in Melbourne!!
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room, but I'm open to sharing a room with the right person. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
My name is Giovana, I am an international student and I came from Brazil. I am very organized, I like to keep things clean, I like to talk with people and to make new friends! I am looking for a quiet and friendly place where I can stay for a while and get a job close to home or school

Hey I'm Clóvis. I'm a 35 years old Brazilian guy relatively new to Australia, I've been here about 3 months now. I'm student and I work part-time in the city. I'm a relaxed and very social person and am looking to move in with people who don't mind having a chat and watching a movie or two, but are respectful that we all need our own downtime every now and then. I like to enjoy life, be it heading out for dinner or drinks, day trips to the beach, skateboarding or cooking.
Hey! My name is Lauren, I am 24 from England and working for a recruitment agency based in the CBD. Me and my partner, Matthieu, 27 from France are currently looking for somewhere for the next 3 - 6 months (ideally 6+). We're both really friendly and love to meet new people. We're not massive drinkers but won't say no to a few glasses of vino! We're both clean and used to living with housemates so know when to be sociable but also when to respect others' privacy. We're moving out of our current place on Saturday (29th) so available to move in asap. I look forward to hearing from you :-) Lauren & Matt
Friendly, laid back, clean, tidy and considerate. Work long hours, gym a lot, play netball and out a bit socially. Love of cheese and wine, tea and cake, travel, reading and lounging in front of crappy TV. If you think you could put up with me let me know 😊
Hi I'm Millie and I'm a student studying Youth Work at the moment as well as working part time at Petbarn. I'm a friendly, fun loving, open minded and chilled out person who's hoping to find housemates that want to be more than just house mates and want to hang out and enjoy each other's company so our house can feel like a home. Of course respecting privacy and space is important too but I would love to find house mates that can be social and enjoy spending time together as well. I'm 420 friendly, enjoy art, festivals, psytrance, Melbourne's night life and I love animals. I don't have any days off, I'm either at work or at my course 7 days a week so when I do get a chance to unwind I enjoy relaxed evenings at home with a few drinks or going out and dancing very embarrassingly for hours I'm neat and tidy, very respectful of other people and shared spaces. Although I do like to have fun I'm generally quite quiet at home due to my very intense work/study schedule so don't worry about me keeping everyone awake at home! If you think we could get along please don't hesitate to contact me :)
