Hi, I'm Anna, 30 year old french girl. I think (not so sure of myself :p) I'm a nice person not so hard to live with ;). I'm looking for a private room in a place to share, preferably mixed or with girls only, but not men only, I'd like to find a flat/house with 3 or more people. I'm available now. I like to sympathize and socialize but I also know that respecting privacy and intimacy are important in a shared accomodation. I'm on working holiday visa, but honestly, I don't know how much time I will stay, could be 1, 2 or even 6 months... so I can't commit on long stays for sure.
I've been living in Newcastle for the past three years and want to move back to Sydney early next year. I have a cat, Leo, we're a package deal but he's pretty quiet. I have a Netflix subscription which we can split :) I love music and being social, but also enjoy relaxing nights watching movies and drinking wine. I'll potentially be back at uni in August. I am clean and quiet and always on time with rent. I would also be keen on teaming up with other people to find a place
I am a full-time student at UNSW and work locally as a receptionist. I am very neat and clean, like to keep to myself but am also up to have a chat over some wine and horror movies every now and again. Keen to team up with someone with a similar routine and interested in the same suburbs. Have my own car and bedroom furniture.
I'm Nate, mature 34 year old. I just started work in the Corporate Business industry - full time (Mon - Fri). I'm also studying Business Management which only has 2 weeks left and also occasionally work on Saturday's at an events company. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I don't smoke and don't drink and like cooking easy hassle free food. I love sport and staying active. Walking, running, cycling, tennis, frisbee and of course the beach. Im a very clean, quiet and organised person. I've been living in Sydney share houses on and off for about 10 years so I'd like to think I am experienced at this. I would prefer to live near a train station, prefer furnished rooms, and bills included. I don't mind if you have a cat either. Thanks for your interest
Hi! I'm Laura- a doctor from the UK who just arrived in Sydney a few days ago! I love to travel so can't wait to start exploring this city! Looking for a fab place to share with some great flat mates - I’m working at St George so looking for something on the south side of the harbour :)
Hi there, My name is Jasmine and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm in my final year of my PhD and I'm also a tutor throughout the uni semesters. As such, I do tend to spend most of my time at uni (UTS) and weekends I like to either relax at home or spend time with friends outside. I like to treat my home as a sanctuary so I rarely have parties or gatherings. I respect privacy and would like the same from my future housemates. But having said that, I do like to socialise with my roommates on occasion. A bit more about myself: I love pets, big dogs are good but I didn't really like living with 2 of them the last time :/ cats are definitely more preferred. I find cleaning therapeutic and occasionally my inner iron chef emerges so I can cook up a feast. I am pescatarian (can eat dairy and seafood but not red meat and chicken) but I'm completely ok with carnivorous housemates :) What I'm looking for: unfurnished room since I have my own furniture. I do have a budget for now (can't wait to finish my degree!) and would appreciate if the rent can be negotiated on suitable rooms. I would prefer sharing with 1 or 2 housemates max. I'm currently based in Allawah and will need to find someone to take my current room, hence the move in date indicated above. It's definitely flexible as it depends on arranging the transfer. Let me know if you are looking to adopt or if you have any further questions :) Thanks Jasmine
Name: Charles Age: 25 Occupation: Student My name is Charles and I just turned 25yrs old last month(still can't believe that I'm getting old now.. huhu). I came from the Philippines and currently pursuing my further studies here in Australia as a full-time student. I'm an easy going person, a bit shy at first (that is why I don't talk that much) but once I got to know someone else, I become a bit chatty. I also respect people's privacy and their quality time because everyone wants to have it 😁.. I'm also a responsible person who always mind of my duties and responsibilities (very tidy). Hobbies and Interest: - Cook food (Not as a master chef level that you can watch on TV.. hehe) - Watching a movie (especially superhero movies) - Sports like swimming, badminton, and tennis (I just play sports to make myself busy and also a "bit" fit). I wouldn't mind to try out some new one. - Chill from time to time (spending time at the park or on the side of the beach just to see the view and relax).
Hi, Sorry for the essay. I'm 23, work fulltime as a Nurse at the Prince Of Wales Hospital Randwick, I generally work weekends (0700-1930) and a night (1900-0730) in the week. I'm after a home for the next 6 months minimum. I pay rent on time and usually in advance. Lived in Australia (Mainly QLD) for quite a while, from the UK originally. Been living in Sydney for almost 3 years, have been at the same place the whole time, only need to move since my housemate is moving to the USA and putting his unit up for sale. I clean up after myself and do my share of housework and household duties but am not a super clean 'pretend it hasn't been lived in' OCD person. (I've heard some horror stories) I enjoy hiking, exploring the outdoors, specifically in the Royal National Park or the Blue Mountains! I also like messing around with my 4wd/motorbike (my last got nicked a few months ago) PC, or music / TV shows / movies. Also keen to do a bit of volunteer work in the future and have started going to the gym. People are generally fantastic, I love diversity, and get along with most people as long as they can put up with my slightly dry-sarcastic nature! Fixing things, (or failing to fix things then laughing about it) is one of my acquired skills, so am more than happy to take care of small things around the home, plus I'm pretty knowledgeable with technology and mechanics - could be a value added bonus, who knows. I don't quibble about petty things- not worth the time or stress. I would like to live with someone who is keen to socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, however I do like some quiet time and can respect yours! I dislike passive-aggressive or judgmental personalities, I am quite relaxed in most aspects of my personal life, and don't stress about much! I enjoy casual beers in the evening, but don't smoke or get wasted/take drugs. Must haves would be; a decent person for a housemate, no inside smoking, internal laundry, space for a desk, own bathroom, off street car parking, usually service my car myself- so a place to store tools/equipment would be awesome. Many of my friends are in QLD so I'd prefer a housemate who isn't going to go psycho if a mate comes to stay for a weekend once in a blue moon (so just a decent person generally).. Feel free to contact me if I sound okay! :) Cheers, Alex

I'm 23 and looking for more of a calm, relaxed living arrangement. I would describe myself as outgoing and adventurous but I also enjoy my privacy and alone time. I am a very clean and respectful person to live with. I tend to be out working or visiting friends a lot of the time at the moment but am hoping to find somewhere per friendly so I can enjoy just being at home with my cat again. She is very well trained and no burden at all.

I'm looking for a short term, coz I have a trip after Christmas and I'll be back after the new year :) If you prefer we could book a inspection to talk about the dates and prices anytime... Feel free to text or call me anytime: Thank you
