I would like to rent a place of my own. im irish. im active and work 6 days of the week and i am clean. I am looking for something more modern if possible. somewhere i can be comfortable in and call home :)
Hi, Im an engineer who works full time near the airport. I moved down to sydney at the start of the year. Ive been renting in share houses for the past 4 years in Brisbane. Looking to move into a social but professional share house with a good group of people. Furnished room required, preferably english speaking with off street parking. I love the outdoor, rock climbing and perhaps having a relaxed beer on the weekend
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
*LOOKING TO FIND A NEW PLACE WITH SOMEONE NOT MOVE INTO AN EXISTING SHARE PLACE* I'm 23 and working full time in the city. I'm social and love to have a laugh but also enjoy my downtime and respect when others need it too. I’m organised and tidy. Always happy to sit down for a coffee, a bevvy or a meal with flatmates. I love brunch, netflix, travelling/exploring, a good day/night out and to cook a mean feed (I studied hospitality for 4 years). - I’m looking to move out closer to the city with someone in a new place for 6-12 months. I have my own house/common area furniture but flexible to put some of it in storage. Will need to be close to a train station and have parking. (I am currently renting in Padstow and have the option to resign the lease if anyone is interested in that instead. The rent is $240 plus bills)
I am a cool person, I can adapt easily to the environment and not a picky person, I am also a neat and tidy person.
Hi, I'm a software developer from Sydney. I'm pretty easy going and tidy, looking for people who are similar and easy to live with. I enjoy reading, listening to music and doing the yoga.
We are a quiet, recently-retired couple needing to stay in Sydney for a couple of months to help out with elderly relatives. Need to be able to easily get to Earlwood and would like our own place but otherwise have no special requirements, though preferably not on a noisy street. We are Aussies who have been living in London working in marketing and PR for the last 25 years, own home, grown up kids, the full caboodle. We are very clean, neat and tidy and will leave your place immaculate when we depart. Start time and length of stay are flexible so contact us if you have something vaguely suitable.
I'm a relaxed guy, who respects peoples personal space. At the same time I am keen to hang out, have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a friend or two over, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
I am domenico and I am 31 years old, I am a worker and sometimes I do extra. looking for a calm and serene environment, I am a serious, clean and honest person and I look for a room, possibly single in a house with people who are just as respectful.
Down to earth, full-time professional - love to dance and dine out. I am respectful, easy to talk to and enjoy meeting new people. Please note I am looking for female only flatmates. Thank you.
Hey everyone, So about me as per usual no one likes talking about themselves but I guess I'm going to have to :P. I'm currently working full time as a senior dental nurse, and have been for the past 5 years, i am looking to find a place to share with 1 other person and join me:) anddd my pet bird Cisco which is superr friendly and NOT annoying 100 percent you will love him, you will have to pay half the rent half the bills you get the drift :) . I'm fun outgoing free spirited I love fishing and being outdoors and don't mind staying home for a night of movies and wine after work to relax . I have a lounge, tv and kitchen stuff and a washing machine. but ifyou also have things I guess we could combine it ... Obviously we would furnish our own rooms :) so my budget is to find a place that is 400 per week so we split to make it 200 each but if you intrested in paying a little more say we find something at 450 500...thats fine we can work something out... So if you intrested in teaming up let me know. Look forward to meeting a new housemate
I'm a bubbly person who likes to have a chat but I also enjoy my own space. I'm tidy, reliable and trustworthy. I work full time in the city so I would like to live close to the train station. That being said I do own a car and will need on street parking. I also love to cook while enjoying a glass of wine. Oh, and I love animals especially cats so if you have a cat I'll like you even more ha!

Hi, I'm a 22 year old Engineer working fulltime. I'm respectful, tidy and will be working long days, Mon-Fri. I like to spend an hour at the gym most days, so I'll hardly even be home! When I am home, I would consider myself to be generally sociable and friendly :). I am looking for a place anywhere between 1-4 weeks from now. Thanks for reading!
My name is Sabrina and I work full time as a retail manager. I am an easy going and sociable 29 year old. I enjoy having a chat, but also respect people's privacy. I love my fitness and health, and really enjoy cooking most days. I live a simple and relaxed lifestyle, try to get out into nature as much as I can with my pup! I also come with a fur baby called Toby, who is a beautiful cockerspaniel x cav. He gets along with most dogs, and is super quiet. Ideally I would like him to be allowed inside the house when I am home, as he loves human contact, but can be flexible to stay outside when I am out for the day. Dog lovers most appreciated!!
