Both of us are full time students at Newcastle University and work part time. Brad would only spend a few nights a week in Newcastle, as he likes to spend most of his time on the Central Coast with family. We are neat and tidy people who enjoy casual banter as well as time alone to study. Neither of us are big drinkers or party goers however will enjoy a casual night at home on weekends. Ideally bills and internet included in rent, off street parking would be nice but not necessary. We are going on a month holiday in June/July and are looking to move after we get back. Thanks :)
Hey! my name is Sophie Crowley, im 18 years old and I am currently working, i will be studying full time at uni next year. the things i like include: live music, the ocean, going to the gym and the occasional Netflix binge, im super neat n tidy and really friendly but i also respect boundaries and space. Im easy going and like having a laugh. i wont be a hassle to live with :)
Hi I'm a student at uni and I'm looking for a large room to rent with some other cool people based in the Newcastle area, either near the university or somewhere in town. I'm really easy going and laid back , and I love to meet new people and socialise. I'm mainly interested in large to extra rooms big enough to fit a double or queen sized bed (preferably all ready in the room). I'd need the house to be fully furnished and preferably, as above, it'd be great if there was a bed already there, and also a large built in wardrobe. I'd need a place to park my car as well, either on street or at the actual place. I'm looking to move in within the next month or so as I'd want to be settled in no later than the first week of May. My max budget is around $180 including all bills (water, electricity and internet) as I don't really want to be paying more than this if bills aren't included. If you're interested and have a place/room that matches this, feel free to hit me up! Cheers :)
I am very particular with cleanliness and detailed oriented. would love to stay with girls only. no guys. no drink and party. no pets. preferred to eat together with others. very quiet and shy person.
I'm a 28-year old guy who's come Newcastle to study Elec Eng/ Health Science at UoN in addition to working. Originally from Sydney. I'd describe myself as having a cool, considerate nature with a good sense of humour. Strong believer of living fit, healthy & staying active. Love most sports and the outdoors! Usually much prefer cycling to commute to most places. Also very experienced in helping keep a household maintained and running smoothly :-) I'm looking for a simple room - or to share a nice place where I can study, work and be reasonable close to the Uni and the expressway as I do travel down to Syd some weekends. If you're after a housemate who's reliable, fun-loving & easygoing, then get in touch! Open to Teaming up to start a brand new place with cool, easygoing like-minded people - so if you think you'd be a contender (girls or guys) don't be shy haha.
Hi my name is Helena. i am currently 19 years of age and am studying full time at the university of Newcastle. I love my sporting and also love to socialise with friends in my spare time. i am looking for cheap accommodation close to the uni and am currently sharing accommodation in Shortland.
great cook, handy-electrician, I have two children which visit every second weekend. I enjoy surfing, motor bikes, etc. I used to be a chef and barman so thats where the cook comes from. I have also renovated a house which is where the handy comes from along with the fact that i am a licenced electrician. Additional storage would be handy as i have quite alot of tools etc but not essential.
Hi there, I'm Blake. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Newcastle. In my spare time I enjoy rockclimbing, kayaking and swimming. Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! Also happy to.do.to.do . a team up with someone and apply for places around the uni. I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I have been living in rentals for 7 years. I'miss clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming.
Myself and my partner are a quiet, tidy, easy going couple. We are relatively new to renting and have a reference if needed. My partner is originally from Melbourne while I, (Shai) have lived in Newcastle my whole life. We are a very mature couple and feel we would best suit the criteria of your ideal flatmates. We are not 100% sure on when we shall move due to opportunities of rooms, etc. but we are very open to all options and are willing to move ASAP! We look forward to hearing from you soon! :)
Just a couple of fun loving humans looking for a place close to town, we are respectful, tidy and love socialising but do also love our space and will be respectful of your alone time too! If we sound like we would be the perfect addition to your home feel free to send me a message :)
Friendly, adaptable full time student looking for a place in between the beach and uni. Pretty neat and tidy, happy to help chip in with the chores and always down for some quiet drinks. Half Australian/Thai, I have spent a few years growing up in Singapore. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing and I love spending time in the surf.
Working full time at John Hunter, will be based in Newcastle for a total of 5 months (20 weeks) from Monday 24 April to first week September, looking for a room in a quiet house (ideally no parties/pets/smokers). Will be away most weekends. I am very low maintenance - busy at work, then working on a few projects while I am home. Non smoker, non drinker
I am a 22 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and nice person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the summer while reading a book and listening to music. I am looking for fun people to share a house with. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Looking to move in this week, if interested, please send me a message :)

Hello , I am Mina and a student from Berlin, Germany and I'll be doing an exchange semester at the University of Newcastle starting from July. I'm a tidy and sociable person and have more than 3 years of experience with flatshares, therefore I am mindful of other's space. I'd be happy to find a flat with respectful interpresonal dealings as I consider them vital for a conflict-free communal life. Outside of that I cook, like travelling and have an interest in language- what I can already offer is German, Korean and a bit of conversational French.
I am a international student and I will enter NIC for my foundation program this coming June. I prefer to stay with student. I am cheerful and friendly person. and I also a clean and tidy person. I can also speak in various language.
Hi there, I work full -time hours, study part time and I am a dancer. I teach/dance a few nights a week and enjoy the outdoors, exercising and socialising with friends and fam. I am a non-smoker and do not own any pets. I feel I would be a good person to share a house with because cleanliness is key to me. I also enjoy cooking and I am tidy.
Hi my name is Emily and I work casual (though it's basically full time). I have a Ragdoll cat by the name of Yuki. She's pretty friendly with people, though not with other animals. I'm born and raised in Newcastle and have no plans to move from here any time soon. Video games, movies and tv are my main passions and I tend to spend a lot of time doing that, keeping mostly to myself but I don't mind a hallway/kitchen chat. Or if you wanna watch a movie together I have a great selection to chose from! I am hoping to find a place before June as I am travelling overseas in July and my housing situation right now isn't very stable as the landlord could give notice to move out any time now! Thanks for your time and please message me if you're at all interested. Emily.
