Hi Guys, I'm Nachiket from India. I'm coming to Sydney on the 12th of January 2018 for my master's student at Sydney Uni in Blue mountain international hotel management school , looking for a place to rent out for my duration of 2 years . I'm fairly laid back, a sociable extrovert, like to watch movies, explore the city and places, meet new people, & enjoy. I'm very neat and clean and like to cook occasionally. I'm looking out for flatmates who respect each other's personal space, clean and tidy, aren't into excessive party but do like all that, depending upon mutual understanding and consent's.
Future post grad student at the University of Sydney Cumberland campus. Coming from Canada to get my education in physiotherapy. I love fitness, sports, the outdoors, and being social. I will be mostly busy with school, gym etc, but i wouldn't mind roommates that enjoy an outdoor adventure and or a drink on the weekends. Respectful, easy going, fitness/sport enthusiasts, students or professionals is preferred. Cheers.
Hi! I'm Adam, I'm 23 and moving to Sydney to pursue my Masters in Physiotherapy. I love sports, gym and watching movies. I am very relaxed and easy going. I am a tidy person and ideally looking for a similar housemate. Other interests of mine include going out for drinks, travelling and photography. I enjoy both quiet nights in but also like to go out and explore the city.
Hi~ We are two post-graduate students of occupational therapy arriving Sydney on 26 Feb and hope to find a double room with 2 beds to live for at least a month to 2 years, it depends. Our expected rent is around AUD260, (negotiable) with bills and wifi included. We are tidy, friendly, respectful and quiet. It'll be comfortable to live with us :D Please feel free to contact me to discuss.
I am very quiet and mindful. Will take care of room/property well. Quite self-sufficient - don't require any assistance and have a car. Preferable to have a parking spot.
Very considerate and intellectual. Thoughtful and deep thinker who is very perceptive of situations and can take constructive criticism. I believe these are two very good traits when learning to live and accept someone. I am 26 years old and currently working as a banker. I have spent the last few years living away from home and have made some good friends along the way. I am friendly and receptive and I have a large variety of interests (games, sports, outdoor activities). This makes me relatable and pretty easy going.
I am very busy with my work and with my own doing things, prefer privacy and respect every culture.try to keep the place neat and tidy and don’t make noise and most of the times sleep very very early.
I am an interstate student looking for a place to stay in Sydney while I study. I'm a very neat and tidy person, some may call me very meticulous. I love playing basketball and watching the NBA. I love great food, however I'm not a great cook (though because I will now be forced to cook for myself, I am very determined to learn). Note: Because I will be studying a lot, I value privacy and therefore would prefer rooms to be under lock and key. NBN internet is also preferred.
I'm a very easy going person I work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. I have an 11 year old daughter who stays with me on Fridays and sometimes over the weekend I love to come home from work and relax I'm also very quiet and like to stick to myself

PLEASE READ MY BIO AND CONSIDER MY BUDGET before messaging me.Please note I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM. Hi future flat mate, I'm an early childhood educator. I love working with children. This should justify the fact that I am very tolerant, fun and responsible. I’ll be going back to uni from March to pursue my career in social justice. I love to paint when I have time and cooking. Friendly, chilled out early 20’s girl. Wouldn't mind having a drink or two over the weekend and chat.
Hi I'm Rawann. I work full time shift work at the airport and also study full time as of March so I am usually not home or quietly in my room studying during the week sometimes I do back to backs and am pretty much not home all day. I work every weekend either an am or a pm shift and sometimes a double so I work hard. I am not lazy around the house as I love to cook and clean and then reward myself with a glass of wine and chill company. I'm fully aware of boundaries whilst living in other peoples homes. I am generous and am easy about splitting bills and easy about either splitting groceries or deciding on every man for themselves. Ill have respect for your home as it's your place your rules. I am very easy going, easy to talk and approachable and generally get along with everyone. I can be fun, I can be serious and discuss worldly topics, I can be invisible if you have your friends or family over... What I mean is I am flexible and respectful in all aspects.
I am re-locating from Geelong, Victoria to study my Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University (Cumberland Campus). I am an easy going person and am not a big party goer but will always enjoy a drink or 2. I am a hard worker and will always do my part around the house and pitch in where I am required!
I'm a Very easy going guy - Clean, Neat and Tidy. Always clean up after myself. Generally keep to myself. I've lived in Western Sydney my whole life. I work Full time in St Peters near Newtown. I'm a bit of a car enthusiast and would prefer a Garage for my car. :)
Hi everybody, I am 48 year old single professional man. I am well-educated , very clean and neat ,respectful of myself and others. I am not into parties and crowds, don’t drink nor do I smoke ; but am sociable and enjoy the company of nice people and having fun at times. If I am home , will be either studying/ reading or just laying back. Seeking a large decent room in a clean tidy house/ apartment, and above all, nice company of a mature female or male .
I'm a single female looking for a quiet place to live. I enjoy watching movies and am an avid reader. Mostly my social life revolves around crafting with friends on the weekends or the occasional night out to see a band. I have been at my current job for about 6 months, but was at my previous job for 18 years, so you know I am steady and stable. I would like to stay in the area close to where my father is in an assisted living facility.
