I'm looking for a room or to start up a place in the outer south east suburbs of Melbourne since my job is based in the area. Those suburbs are just an idea of the locations where I'd like to live. I have rented on my own before & also in a share house so I am open to either choice. I do have furniture of my own that I am happy to share with anyone who is interested in a start up place. My work days varies to some day's full time & other days part time but I occupy myself with gym most days & also socialising with friends & family. I love to cook, watch sports & I am a Netflix addict. Like everyone else I respect privacy & also like my own but I am a social person & would like to be friends with my future housemate/s including dinners & a drink or two during the week or on a quiet weekend. I would prefer to live with singles, female & of similar age (25+). I am a non smoker. Vegan (no problems with living with an omnivore). I have no pets with me but I am a huge animal lover so I do not mind if you have a dog or cat.
Hi everyone, my name is Steven.. I enjoy nutrition, working out at the gym, attending concerts, socializing, and travelling. I am also a drummer but I use an electric kit during prac time which is quite and neighborhood friendly,. I work casually fulltime for Woolworths Distribution. Work is in Mulgrave so looking for something reasonably nearby (not super fussy). I am secured financially and can pay rent/bills on time. I'm easy going, keep to myself but also enjoy mingling with the other renters

Please send me a message if you have a room vacancy in Burwood .
Hey there! We are a couple (with a very sweet and friendly elderly cat) searching for a single, preferably large bedroom with easy access to Monash University. Tim is a Maths student who does theatre, is a video game enthusiast + musician while Tina studies Nursing and adores fine art, vegetarian/vegan cooking and adventures! We are both tidy, respectful and very easy going people with an excellent sense of humour. While we both enjoy going out and partying during the weekend we'd prefer to live in a chilled out/peaceful environment (gotta study sometime). While our cat is super affectionate and loving to most people she might need some time to adjust to other animals in the house if there are any since she's spoilt asf. Anyway, message us if we sound like the right room mates for your house and we'll arrange for a time to meet you.
So I am a pretty laid back kinda person, I am friendly and happy although shy at first. I am an animal LOVER and although its not a must would love to purchase a pup at some point in the near future. I am looking to live in a home where I hang out with my housemates. Enjoy a wine every once in a while and love a good party although I tend to prefer to stay at home. I will be working in childcare so be prepared for me to sing nursery rhymes to you. I am clean, and easy to live with. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I want to leave around east melbourne and further down that way (not further than clayton though).
Hi my name is Pat. I live and Sydney and looking to move back down to Melbourne as I'm transferring to my Melbourne office for work. Im looking to move out and find some new pals and independance. Pretty chill guy, respect privacy and all that, but still love an afternoon beer. I like to cook and will clean up after myself too. I am a graduate aerospace engineer, I'm currently looking for a job, but I do have decent savings, and won't have trouble with rent or bills. I love heading out to gigs, craft beer, cool cafes, exploring beaches and bushwalks too. I dont smoke, and will get along with any animals you have. I come with a car (but would like to bike more) and a record player and record collection but not much other baggage.
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work part time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, so I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm fine with either going for a private room or teaming up with any of you for a house, planning to move in from March to April for a long-term lease, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please shoot me a private message if interested :) Thanks, Alex

Hi all! My name's Natalie and I'm a 23-year-old graduate business analyst at a large corporate (gosh, it feels weird not being able to just say 'student' anymore :'). I graduated from Deakin at the start of this year, and have been living in the CBD since the start of 2016. While it's been great, it's time for me to move on to somewhere closer to work (in Hawthorn East). I know lots of young people looove the city, but coming from regional VIC where I'm originally from and having the habit of driving everywhere, I actually found it a bit too busy and noisy for my liking (albeit pretty city views are da' bomb!). I've lived in and out of home since the start of uni in 2012, and have worked since I was 15. Whilst I've been really, really fortunate to always find amazing people to live with in the past, I've definitely also come across (during my searches) my share of cramped (3 or more peeps in a room) and dirty sharehouses; places with curfews (literally - a 'lights out' time of 10pm), rules about having people of the opposite sex over, and interesting cooking restrictions. Needless to say, I never followed up! =P I'm not overly fussed about cleanliness but do appreciate a neat-ish home, so am obviously happy to play my part in maintaining one. I'm pretty sociable, so do love the occasional shared dinners, like watching movies/good TV shows with housemates/going out or whatever - but can also totally respect your space. Not one for a party house as I love sleep too much, and am a total lightweight xD I do have a great boyfriend who is the same age, and similar in that we're a kind of boring, career-focused and sensible couple; I'd expect him to be over a couple of times a week (if that) but he has his own place and would not be 'living' with me. You'll like him too, promise! Think that covers most things but please feel free to ask me about anything else! Not in a rush to move out too soon at all but am putting feelers out to see what's out there, and could potentially move earlier if I find the right place. Do let me know if you think we might be a good fit :) Thanks!
Hi i am looking for a place to call home. I am fairly relaxed, like to keep communal areas fairly tidy. During the week I will be working and on the weekends like to either relax, catch up with friends, out and about etc. I am independent and respectful. Looking for a nice pad and friendly housemates. Happy to discuss further.
Hi Guys, My names Rachel. I'm 21, Australian (from Melbourne) and a student at Deakin University. I have a permanent part time job in an office so I always have regular income. I have always paid rent and bills on time and am very easy going, neat and tidy. You can expect that I wont throw parties in the house, or bring random people over. Fell free to message me back if I seem like a good housemate. Thanks, Rachel. Only want to live with females! Sorry!
