Hi there :) I'm told I'm very calming to be around. What I bring to a household is someone who cleans up after themselves and respects other people's things. I'm looking for a place with one or two people. Someone who is very relaxed, self-aware, very considerate and easy to live with (like myself). I can be an introvert or an extrovert depending on who I'm around and the situation, but regardless, I'm very polite. I don't drink alcohol because for some reason my body has decided to become intolerant, but I'm fine with others drinking. If you are looking for someone who fits my description and offer a peaceful, welcoming home environment, I'd love to hear from you :) Price and location is negotiable, I've just put an estimate.
Hallo, I'm Reay, looking for a sharehouse preferably with a garage. I'm a 3rd year aerospace engineering student at RMIT, working part time at Coles. Most of my friends live on the east side, and for me, uni is in the city and Bundoora (but Bundoora only from next year onwards), while work is normally at Balwyn north or Forest hill. I like doing car stuff, love cooking, heavily enjoy music, and am very tidy. Previously I've lived on my own at a SHA place for a year, only leaving to go on exchange with uni. My budget is approx 180 per week, not including utilities. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
Hi, my name’s Valentina, i just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide. Currently looking for a room in a share house. I am an aspiring actress, i adore films and i can easily get along with people. I am currently studying a diploma of Health Science at Deakin University and i’m Looking to transfer into Psychology/Criminology.
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I have been doing share accommodation in the house I have been renting, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently renting has given me notice to vacate the property due to him wanting to undergo extensive renovations before selling it, so I need to find a new home and new flat mates!! I need a reasonable size unfurnished bedroom as I already have my own Queen size bed + I also have a small computer desk and TV. It would be a real bonus if my TV can go in the Lounge Room and not in my bedroom. It is a brand new smart 4K HD TV that connects up to the net, I just brought it a couple of months ago and I also have an android box that can download from the net all of the new release movies and TV shows for free, so happy to watch a good movie or TV show with my flatmates on my brand new TV!!! I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for while, I would like to change into a different industry. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I will look after our home very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself after cooking / eating my meals. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and we can get to know each other more and I can inspect your available room and my potential new home and meet my potential new flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Im very respectful of others and their space and just want a peaceful chill environment for me and my new pup to call home for a bit 😁 I just qualified as a nurse and am in the process of furthering my career! Hi there! My name is Lavi and I'm a 23 year old, Sri Lankan, working professional female. I am looking for shared accommodation in BURWOOD, BLACKBURN, CHADSTONE, GLEN WAVERLY OR MOUNT WAVERLY in either a house or flat. I'm clean, tidy, easy going, a non-smoker, respectful of people's boundaries but also very much down to chat, cook together, drink and socialise. I've been living by myself for the past 4 years and since it gets lonely, I'm looking to share this time around and meet some interesting people. Only seeking ALL FEMALE accommodation, not too many housemates, preferably with ladies in my age group and south asian but the last two are not compulsory. I rely on PUBLIC TRANSPORT to get to work so the flat/house must be accessible by bus or tram 75. I'm looking to pay about $140-$155 pw for a FURNISHED room and hope my housemates will be considerate about shared bills by not spending too much electricity. Hope to hear from you soon if your accommodation sounds like a suitable place for me to rent. Hopeful to move ASAP. Have a great day! (:
Hey Guys! My name is Maddie, I'm 25 and work full time in beautiful Melbourne! Im searching for my next home after spending 2 months travelling in Japan :) In my free time I enjoy painting, cooking and going on some camping and hiking adventures. I have lived in share houses before - so am trained in all those little things that make living together easier. Feel free to hit me up, id love to hear from you!
I am an chill and relax guy who is either working or studying. I love to party but that’s occasionally. I like to keep my place clean whether it’s my car or my room.
Professional career. Ambitious. Friendly. Self sufficient and respect space - but a house as friends is better than house as strangers. I work full-time and do something almost each night of the week. What's amazing: - Positive and ambitious people - Good humour - Easy going. "Does it really matter if I accidentally used your mug, Karen!" - Dogs.. if you have one - Fine with social houses What I'm into: - Travel. I'll be moving out once I can figure out how to become rich and do this permanently - Learning and doing new things - Positive environments - Business and entrepreneurship - Pretending to be productive when you're actually Youtube or Netflix bingeing (JRE, GoT, Westworld) Looking more for the person (or people) than the place - good people make good homes. Guys or girls.
Hey I'm Cameron, currently living up in FNQ working within the aviation industry. Making a bit of a lifestyle/work change and looking to see and experience all Melbourne has to offer. Full time professional and part-time uni student who enjoys sports, coffee, outdoors and food.
Hi I'm Ernie John I'm Looking for a house for 2 for my friends. They are nurses from Philippines. They are well mannered professionals who are looking for a house to stay preferably here in East Melbourne.
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
Hello there, Like everyone else here, I am looking for a share house to move into. Key areas of interest are around Blackburn - Surrey Hills - Doncaster or around Thornbury, Eaglemont and Rosanna. Walking distance to a supermarket and either train or tram stop are a bonus. I am working full-time (landscaper & draftee) currently but have plans to start an apprenticeship sometime in the next 12 months. Keen to move in with people who are like minded, between the ages of 22 -30. Both a mix of male and female. Down to earth, chilled but also up for having fun, a drink after work usually on Fridays and enjoys a good laugh. Generally I am a tidy person who cleans up after myself. Helps with chorus etc. My weekends generally consist of being outdoors, out riding, camping, or catching up with mates unless the weather is poor than it's movies and chill time. So if ya looking for one extra housemate, give me a msg.
