I'm a pretty funny and chilled out kind of person. I would define myself as having a sparky and excitable personality, I'm quite optimistic. I mainly mind my own business because I'm glued to my computer most of the time but I don't want to be a stranger! I really enjoy hanging out with the house. Really hoping to form solid friendships with my housemates! Have lived with flatmates before and everything was great until all 3 of them started smoking and that just kinda sucks and smells bad - the other reason, and this is a bit personal, I kinda feel intimidated here lately and it hurts, so here I am. About me: Also, I LOVE PETS. Worth putting that there because, well... I love pets. Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, etc... I'm super friendly with them and would be happy to help take care of them like feeding them if you're away for the night and stuff like that. I'm currently studying film and also work in the film/broadcast industry. My main occupation other than studying is working as a freelance camera operator and videographer as well as a casual sales job in high-end AV (like home theatres and pro audio). I also dabble in photography every now and then so yes, I can take some photos for you haha. My main hobbies include video games, almost anything film related, and just generally hanging out with friends. (Don't worry, I'm not the party type, more of a chill out and watch a movie, maybe some card games here and there). I do want to be as honest and upfront as I can so there are some things that may make you say no to me: - It's important to note that I've taken up the hobby of streaming on Twitch lately, and sometime when streaming and playing games I'm really expressive with the loudness of my voice (dammit theatre training) House wise: I'm looking for a place where the people are the main selling point. Just some nice, fun people to get along with. Ideally I'd be living people under 30 just because I find the dynamic better and we're more often on the same page. Something near public transport is a must because I do go to the city for uni a lot though I do plan on getting a car in the next few months. Important info: - Fast internet is a must because I frequently am uploading/downloading footage and assets for uni and my film work just since film files aren't the smallest :/ (if you don't currently have fast internet but NBN is available, I'd be happy to make the contributions to change that) - Room needs to have a BIR and a certain amount of space. I have my own bedroom furniture including a double bed, a shelf and my desk is kinda big (2m long). I've also got film equipment (most fits under the bed, but not all of it). I can figure out the layout properly, just need a floor plan/measurements
