~Ideally looking for a team up; in a newer apartment on Macquarie/Church/Hunter/George St Parramatta~ Happy to pay more for ensuite/garage A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.

Solo backpacker from London exploring Australia and working along the way. Neat and tidy easy going, up for a casual drink with friends but nothing to outrageous. Avid reader, animal lover, I enjoy hikes and bush walks. always keen for a beach day. I like to sing but I’m awful, sorry in advance
I am 26 boy and very flexible with all kind of people with a different cultural background. I am patient and not very talkative. I am always careful about sanitary issues and being a clear one is on the top of my priorities. I don't have pets and to tell the truth I am not interested in it.
Work in investment banking. Prefer to have my own space and like to keep to myself. I barely, if ever, have anyone over. I like to *mostly* cook my own meals and am conscious of cleaning up after myself. Love to have a chat here and there and/or share a meal. If anything else, please ask.
Hi my name is Britoney. I am 18 and have recently moved from the Central West to near Newcastle. I am now looking to move as close to Richmond as possible as I am looking at starting Tafe there. I am very easy going, bubbly and love animals! I am very clean and tidy and very respectful of others space. I love to be social and have the occasional night out. I do also have a medium sized dog which, if possible, I would love to come move with me, not holding my breathe though. I will also be looking at getting work as soon as I find a place to live.
Hey ! My name is Caroline and I am moving to Sydney in June. I have been living on the Gold Coast since June 2017 studying Leadership and Management . Ive decided to study Hospitality and move to Sydney for better job opportunities . I am very clean and organised, dog friendly , non smoker and I do not do drugs as well. *if you have a dog, be sure I will be the best flatmate ever , I really miss my dogs so that would be awesome and your dog is gonna be loved a bit more * I am always smiling and keen to help people. Love to cook new Brazilian recipe, I really miss my mom's and grandmother's food so I am always trying to cook things i used to eat at home. I am not a party animal and I am looking for a place to call home. I do like to socialize (so if you like to live inside of your own room forever you are not the kinda flatmate im looking for) and have my wine nights tho (: Gonna extend my visa for 2 years more, so I am looking for a long term place ( around 06 months - 01 year ) Looking for a single room , dont need to be a huge one but comfortable. Feel free to ask me anything else
Hey guys, my name is Thet but you can also call me Eric. I'm student at UTS and I'm from Burma. I'm easy to live with, clean and tidy, respect other people's privacy, flexible and know how to cook. Love to hang out or watch movies or Game of Thrones with others. A bit of a gamer but love outdoors as well.
Extremely clean and tidy. Very quiet lifestyle, keep to myself and never throw parties/rarely have people over. Just have a Japanese spitz that I'll be living with so any roomies/teamups must be fine with my doggo. I need somewhere super close to a train station as I need to commute to Rhodes everyday.
Like to keep things clean and tidy, not a huge partier so no surprise get togethers, super friendly and I love to laugh, would 100% be down for getting a shared fish tank, would be more a friend than your flat mate, and I'm about to start studying so other than the odd frustrated yell I won't be a huge disturbance.
I am friendly and easy to talk to. I don't party and like to keep to myself. I like to keep things in order and keep the place clean. Iam a student and also work part time so Iam usually out. in the morning.
Hi guys, I've been living in Sydney for the past 15 years. I work as a project manager in North Sydney. I'm basically from Bangalore, India. Did my schooling and graduation in Sydney😀. I'm an extrovert who is very easy to get along with, non-fussy, clean and fun. I enjoy long chats, watching movies, going out on the weekends. Love cooking, singing (classical and bollywood) and photography. I run a photography business on the side as well. I also run regular meetups with a friend to help people make new friends and network. If you have a spare room or looking to team up, please message me.
