I am gainfully employed, manage my finances, mature (proper adult), clean, friendly, non-smoker (though I'm fine if you do smoke), great to have a glass of wine with! I keep to myself and generally stay out of your hair, but can also hold a conversation. Very tolerant of everyone with no hang-ups. I don't make a lot of noise, so if you like a bit of quiet then no problem! Overall I'm a friendly and reliable guy looking for a place in or around the eastern suburbs.

On the weekend I like checking out movies at the Dendy or going out for drinks. Would love to live in a social house and share dinners, vino etc! Feel free to message me if you have any other questions. Cheers!
Just a guy looking for a new place as my place the floors are really thin and you can hear everything. ideally the room will be big enough for my bed and home office set up with sufficient built in wardrobe space. (my current one has the mirrored floor to ceiling sliding doors - 4 doors worth) so im after quite a large space for my bedroom. Id prefer open plan living whether house or apartment. I'm a really easy going guy, i work 6 days a week during the day after work i like to go exercise and I do go out regularly on weekends. Like casual drinks and eating out or at home, Cooking occasionally. cheers
Looking to head back to the Eastern Suburbs since coming back from the UK! Well, I've been back for a while but been camped out in woop woop for the time being....SO, I'm ready to settle back in my comfort zone :). I'm pretty easy going person, even better to live with - you're just gonna have to trust me on this! Potential Roomie: Someone just as easy going & respectful of the space. If you're up for movie nights in then you could be a winner!
Hi, I am 27 years old and work in finance. I'm pretty easy going, I like to keep busy and go to the gym during the week, but I enjoy socialising at the weekends. I'm a relatively good cook and enjoy going on weekend breaks here and there. I'm also a respectful housemate and appreciate people's privacy. If you think I might be suitable please get in contact 😊 Thanks, Sarah
I work full time in the corporate world in Sydney currently - I am also a yoga teacher and taught back in the UK. Have travelled a fair amount and have now settled in Sydney for a few years and love it! During the week I like relaxing at the end of the day and weekends are mainly spent outdoors, few drinks and being around friends. I'm clean and respectful of other people's space and would love to find the right place where I can call it a home! X

I'm Alex from Los Angeles. I work in Marrickville in TV/Film. Always down to head to the beach, grab a coffee or make a family meal. Definitely a seeker of cheap fun: nature, festivals, exhibits, parties, etc. Love to surf, run, travel, watch movies and go see live music. I'm here for a good time not for a long time as I'm here on a Working Holiday Visa, so 3 to 4 months is my commitment. I'm very respectful of my flatmates and I clean up after myself. Really I'm looking for some nice, fun people who can have a drink/chat with me and explore Sydney outside the 9-5. Cheers!
Spanish couple, 30 years old. Very easygoing people. Quiet, tidy and very clean. We use to work during the week and like to enjoy the city and the nature during the weekend. My boyfriend is a civil engineer and I am a vet, but don't have any pets :P We are looking for a nice, clean place and friendly people to share with
Hi there! I'm Ulrika, originally from Estonia, I spent my last year living and working in New Zealand and now making my way to Sydney. I'm mostly into creative stuff like music, film and design, but also yoga, snowboarding, jogging. I have a degree in urban planning, but I've also worked in different creative fields and organized events. As a flatmate I respect other people's privacy and property. I enjoy cooking and sometimes having a drink and laughs together, but I'm not looking for a party house, but more of a nice and cozy place where to relax after work. I'm currently working full-time in CBD. I haven't planned the length of my stay yet, but this can be anything between a few months to a year. Depends how fast I will fall in love with Sydney :) I'm also keen to team up and flexible with the move in date. Let me know if you want to be my new flatmate and let's work something out!

Hi, my name is Adam. I’m 30, from the UK and here for the next 4 years so ideally looking for a place long term. I am working in full time in tele fundraising management in the city. I’m a clean and tidy person and respectful of other’s so I expect the same in return. I won’t be looking to have house parties (I value my possessions too much) but do enjoy a couple of social beers after a hard days work. Love watching movies and TV series and even the occasional board game night. I also love music and I DJ and produce in my spare time.
I moved to Sydney from Tokyo last year and work in finance (457 visa). I'm very clean, friendly, respectful and social. I'm looking for a modern and nice place with flatmates who are also young professionals and enjoy socializing in the house. I don't mind either male or female, but sorry no couple! Someone with a dog is ideal for me as I miss mine back home very much!
People open to share a conversation and good fun, whatever if they are backpackers or australians. We can also sharing meals time to time as we are quiet good cookers! As we work everydays and start early in the morning we are after something friendly but quiet enough to rest. Smokers, pets are welcome.
Hi I am looking for privet-room/ "clean" granny-flat/ studio or unit to stay in Sydney on a long-term.( I can pay $200 max for my privet room including all bills + unlimited internet ) I'm living in Sydney for about 5 years and have been living over in Melbourne and I am working full time job here. I'm a clean, non-smoker, tidy and easy going guy and respectful of any house traditions you might have, and am keen to help out and get involved as much as is needed. I need to move to my new place between now to first of April so if something is available from then that would be ideal, but could find somewhere else for a few days if the place wasn't available immediately. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for around a month but would give or take a couple of weeks with that if it works better for you. Any questions feel free to ask, cheers! George
Hi guys, Having lived in shared houses for a good number of years, I know what I'm looking for: a (fairly) tidy house where I can kick back & relax after work, hopefully with flatmates who wanna join me for a glass of wine or go to a gig with. I like to think that I have a laidback attitude towards shared bills and friends stopping by for drinks. Likewise, I hope that you don't mind me inviting friends over for the occasional dinner, and that you are as keen on binging shows (Stranger Things anyone?) when hungover. I've lived in Melbourne for the past 1.5 years and loved it, but now it's time to get a taste of the Sydney lifestyle. Although I already know a good few people in Sydney, I'd love to get to meet new folks and see where you hang out. About myself: I love sports and great food, and try to let the one not exclude the other (aka no dieting). Sports: running (training for the Great Ocean half marathon), indoor soccer, HITT training. Other: brunch, movies, occasional museum, festivals.
I'm a 27 year old guy from England. I've recently moved to Sydney for work (I work in insurance). I love sport and socialising - rugby, soccer, running and I'm currently trying to learn to surf. Looking to live with like-minded professionals who work during the week but are happy to go for dinner and/or drinks too.
I'm a single, fit and healthy person, easy going, enjoy catching up with friends or being on my own. I'm Someone you can have a laugh with and be relaxed around. A person who is considerate and respects your privacy and doesn't like to party at home. I am pretty clean and like to share with the same. I'm looking to stay long term & prefer a place with my own bathroom.
Hello! I am a young professional looking to either team up with other like-minded people, or find a friendly, clean, social flat/house, to call home. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are in their mid-late twenties, working full time and like to hang out together, rather than just use the house as a place to sleep. Monday to Friday I keep pretty busy with work and pilates/the gym, on the weekend I like to be pretty social and catch up with friends, go out for a few drinks, head to the beach, brunch or just enjoy a few wines at home over pizza! I am moving out of my current apartment as I am hoping to live closer to the beach. I am clean, respectful of personal space and understand the key to house sharing is compromise and consideration. Let me know if I sound like a good fit and I'd love to come and inspect the house or grab a coffee sometime soon. Thanks!
I'm an easy going surfer, old enough to not want to have parties at home and not make noise. I'm a software consultant and work full time on my normal job and after work and weekends on a side project, so I'm likely to be either surfing or working. I'm tidy and clean and like to take care of things, happy to help fix things that need fixing.
Hi, My name is David. Originally from Bondi I have just returned to Sydney after 18 months living in Europe (Prague and Barcelona) and I am looking for a place to rent for at least 4-6 months. We are Father and Son looking for somewhere to stay while we work in Sydney. My wife and my other son live and work on the South Coast but there isn't much work for Earthmovers in the area and I have to come to Sydney. My son Jake also works with me as a labourer so I will need 2 rooms or 1 room big enough for the both of us. We are really down to earth, easy to get along with and will never be home unless to sleep as we do long hours.
We are a couple both working full time in Sydney and we are looking for a place to stay for our last 6 weeks in Sydney. We've lived in lots of house shares before and we are clean, sociable and friendly.

My name is Ingrid and I have recently arrived in Australia to study english for a minimum of 6 months in UNSW. I am looking for house share accommodation. My budget is maximum 200 per week (Inc bills ). I am 32 yrs old easygoing, clean and a very respectful flatmate which is looking for people with the same qualities. I preferably would like to share with females. if you know anyone who is looking to rent a room Thanks in advance everyone and have a good day =)
I am a professional, female design engineer aged 42 and seeking a modern room preferably with own bathroom or one shared with another female. I am mature minded, humorous, warm hearted and respectful of others. I prefer to share with other mature-minded people, probably between 30 and 65 years old. I am a AAA rated engineer and take construction design contracts from agencies. Most of my work can be done on my own computer. I tend to rise at 7am, breakfast, make lunch sandwiches and then go to work. My workplace varies - sometimes a clients office, a library, a coffee shop or other social work space and sometimes from home. Contracts may be anywhere between a week and 2 years in length. I have confirmed work in Sydney until 8th May; thereafter my contracts may enable me to stay in Sydney or may require me to move. Its not predictable but I can say that my physical location does not matter for most of the work I do and that I shall endeavor to stay in Sydney. I am flexible on location - any suburb within the region roughly bounded by the north and east coasts of Sydney, Ashfield in the west and the airport in the south. I would be very pleased to talk with you about sharing. Kind regards, Kellie
Hi, I am from Amsterdam and moved to Sydney to work full time at a startup in chippendale. During the week I'll be busy at work, but during the weekends I would like to go out to explore Sydney. Always lived with many kinds of people which I always enjoyed and can easily adjust. I like to cook a good diner, drink some wine and have a good chat but of course also respect each other's privacy. I just like to hang out with nice people, live in a house to call a home and enjoy life in Sydney.
