Hi I'm Leah, I'm 32, and about to move up to Sydney from Melbourne (previously lived in Sydney a few years ago too - hopefully moving permanently this time). I'll be working full time in the city in conference coordination. I like to catch up with friends on some weeknights/weekends (Thai food is usually involved), and love going to the beach, but equally like to relax at home internetting or watching TV - currently obsessed with The Chase Australia, and by the way, if you like Seinfeld or Arrested Development, we will probably get along well ;-). I'm quiet and respectful though, so you'll never see me playing loud music or blasting a movie in surround sound. I'm looking for a flatmate who is the same. I'll be bringing my TV so I will need a room with an aerial outlet.

Whilst I'll have to get used to not having trams, cold weather or riding my bicycle to work and around the entire city, I'm keen to get to know beaches and sydneys nightlife with housemates (ha.ha.ha). Hi! My name is Claire and I'm a professional working in consulting from Sydney. Originally from Brisbane, I've been in Sydney for almost 2 years and have been loving every minute of it. I am sociable, enjoy exercise and am currently playing in a touch team. As a flatmate I would be quite busy during the week but keen to hang or get out and about on weekends. I am largely self-sufficient, clean and tidy and quite capable of looking after myself and belongings. In my spare time I also enjoy unwinding to the TV, reading a good book or finding/making a great dessert. I’m looking for a place to call home. I have a 6 seater table, 3 seater couch (good quality) and arm chair that I could bring to new accommodation (though am also able to sell prior to moving). I intend to stay in my next place for a long period.

My name is Mark, I'm from Ireland. I've been living in Sydney for 6 years, 5.5 of which have been in Pyrmont. I recently got my permanent residency and plan on getting citizenship next year. My housemate is moving to Melbourne in December so I'm looking for a new place. I work regular hours, 8:00 to 16:30, in Crows Nest. I work in IT, currently after moving into a development role. I enjoy eating healthy and going to the gym Monday to Friday and having a couple of beers on the weekend. I like getting out of the house whenever I can and enjoy most of what life has to offer, sports, live music, cultural events, anything really. Sitting at home watching TV can be really boring, unless it's game of thrones or something like that.

Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time...
I'm into fitness, often out and about or interstate on weekends but love to socialise with housemates when I'm around. I own a company and consult to government so fairly low key during the week, just gym cooking dinner and relaxing. Have been in Sydney 8 years living in Bondi and would ideally live with someone with a similar lifestyle.
