Hey there My name is David, Im a 27yo professional from Barcelona that accidentally has fallen in love with Sydney. I’m looking to move in a home with flatmates I can soon call my friends. About me I could say that I'm quite of an extrovert and I warm up quite quickly around people. Also I like to keep my stuff nice and clean, and respect others privacy. I work full time for a retail company in Bondi Junction with quite stable schedule. My passions include being outdoors and active, as well as art, photography and architecture. I also like to chill out with a good movie/TV show/book, and am always in favour of a quality chat over some food & drinks. Contact me if you think we are a match! Cheers, David
Hello, I am a professional working full-time in Finance for a Car Company in Zetland. Looking to share with one two other person(s). I am easy going, friendly, sociable so i enjoy a drink, but i respect your own space too. I am into sports, which i usually train on weekdays. Due to this, I have a fairly busy schedule through the week, so you will only see me mid-late evening, and i look to get out on weekends and explore Sydney! I will be away every few weekends, as i will be visiting family on the South Coast (and the odd trip to the Gold Coast). Of course, neat and tidy, I have a car, and will be driving to work, So I need a car spot(either On- or off street). Very Excited for the new endeavour, Looking forward to meet with my new flatmate! If you would like further information, Please don't hesitate to give me a message.
Hi, I'm Jeremy, 35yo gay guy, easy going. Hairstylist working on Bondi Rd. Also a 'Diploma in Nutrition' start of the year! Looking for a long term home close to the beach, VERY flexible with move dates. My hours are Tues-Sat 5/6pm. Wed, Thurs being late finish at 8/9pm, so ideally needing to find a place where i can walk or cycle to work. Moved back to Sydney in April, after 5 yrs in the UK, living in London....I grew up in Sydney around Newtown. I love travel and exploring new places... but want to come back from adventures, to a home by the sea. My lifestyle is down the beach on my days off either out with friends being social or doing sporty things. Recovering from a broken ankle this year, so being active for summer is the goal. On the odd occasion... a wine or a cold beer is usually a good idea... Would like flatmates i could consider friends, hang out with... do fun things with. Consider myself well rounded, well traveled, open minded and cultured, a creative person. Having lived with many different people both abroad and in Oz.... can say i'm also well house trained ! I clean as i go, so you wont find my dirty dishes in the kitchen or a mess in the bathroom or lounge! Keep tidy and big on respecting peoples space. Can adapt easily to new places, environments and people i share common interests with. Music, gigs, cooking/fitness, gardening, art, photography, travel, DIY, etc..... Love plants, owned allot of house plants in my time, have a green thumb. learning to surf over Summer is the plan. Also play Piano and the Violin (rusty though), looking at guitar lessons! Again, im very flexible with move dates. I am searching for LONG TERM. Happy to live with boys or girls, gay, lesbian, straight and all in between.... I love pets, as long as they are friendly... dog person here! Please get in touch :) Jem.
Heya, My name is Kara I am a 27yr old Australian. I have just recnelty moved back to Sydney after working abroad for 5 years. I work in the Travel Industry Mon-Friday. My office is located in the CBD so I am looking for a spot close to work. After work I like to come home, relax, catch up on missed episodes of The bachelor and enjoy some down time (this sometimes includes a glass of wine...or two). Though on weekends I do like to go out with friends have a few cocktails and enjoy myself. I am only wanting to share with one other person (preferably female). I am a trustworthy and well mannered person and am looking for the same. I really do hope to find someone that I get along with, have a good conversation/laugh with and can soon call a friend (as we will be sharing a home together) When it comes to ideal properties, I am looking for a location close to transport, something relativly new and modern, not necessarily furnished as I have a lot of brand new furniture of my own and having my own bathroom would be the ultimate! After reading my listing descriptions, If you feel I am suited and someone you could see living with please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks! :)
I'm a nurse. I will be starting a new job at St George Hospital on 29th October so will be looking to move during the previous week, a little flexible on exact date. Looking for a place ideally situated 10-15 minutes walk from Bondi Junction or Edgecliff stations. A little about me... Im 31, originally ftom England. Moved over amost a year ago permanently. I will be working afternoons/evenings only, no nights! Approx.1-9pm so will generally be out 5 out of 7 evenings a week until about 10pm so if you're a 9-5 worker you will often have the place to yourselves during many evenings. I'm generally out and about on my days off, spending time with friends, outdoors and am generally looking forward to spring and summer by the beach! Company welcome! I'm well house trained, easy going and looking for a quiet, relaxed place to call home with some friendly housemates included! I like my home to be my escape from a busy work life so am definitely not looking for a party house! I like my privacy but like the company too. Occasional meals together might be nice as I love to cook for people and am looking for a friendly home not just a place to stay. Let me know if it sounds like you've got a place to fit what I'm searching for! Thanks! Fiona
I'm a quiet and easy-going person. I like good conversations, art and studying many things. I work and study, so I usually dont stay much at home. I like exchanging cultures and experiences whenever it's possible. =)

Hi my name is Matt. I am from Melbourne but am relocating up to Sydney for work for 3 months, and looking for a short term rental for up to 12 weeks from 1st October til 22nd December (flexible dates if full 3 month rental not available. Happy to relocate. After a month or 2) I have previously lived in Sydney. I'm a working professional in TV production. Office based in McMahons Point, I will be working 5-6 days a week and be travelling back and forth to Melbourne on certain weekends. I am married so need to factor my wife coming to visit a couple of times over the 3 month period TBC but I can source alternate accomodation at those times as we may do weekend trips away. I'm very social, but I also work long hours and happy to keep to my own to suit housemate and I like my own space.
"Quite possibly the most clean, quiet and respectful person of all time" - Flatmates Monthly ($100% genuine magazine) No seriously I'm super clean and I know how to be a good flatmate - I have a lot of experience.
Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone. My name is Maz i am local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz
Im easy going, I’m barely home. I’m out of the house by 5:00am (I go to the gym before work) then I finish work at 6:00pm Monday to Friday (I may stay back later) I love a laugh, a wine and good banter. I’m clean and tidy and would love to not just be housemates but be friends too!
Easy going, respectful and clean! Looking for like minded individuals so keep their home a haven. I enjoy being outside-beach walks and going to Pilates and yoga when I’m not at work. I like to cook and have a wine, or catch up with friends for dinner.
Hey! I'm 19 and I'm currently studying Computer Science and Media Arts at UNSW. I would love a clean and peaceful home to share with someone. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment/house but team up with other uni students would be good as well. I'm very organized and clean and I respect one's personal space. Hi guys, We are a working professional couple originally from Melbourne, looking to relocate to Sydney for our new jobs. I work in software so will be joining a startup in Sydney, and he works in private equity. We would need a place for roughly 5 weeks before we move our furniture from Melbourne into our permanent place in Sydney. We are easy-going, quiet, clean and respectful. Back in Melbourne we've listed our own apartment and townhouse out through flatmates and the experience has been great. Please shoot me a message if interested, we'd love to come for an inspection!
Looking to move ASAP (current tenancy ends this Saturday 22/09!) Hey, a little bit about us: I'm Chris, 27, from England, Business Analyst for NSW Health; and Patrycja, 24, from Poland, works in office administration. Both young professionals working full time. We enjoy cooking dinner after work, TV/Netflix, gym, having some drinks, exploring Sydney, going to the beach. We're laid back, clean and tidy. We've both shared apartments/houses for years so we should be pretty good housemates, and we'd consider ourselves friendly and easy to get on with. We're after: • A double room in an apartment/house • Ideally with a pool, potentially with a complex gym. • Good transport links • Wardrobe space for the both of us • Living / dining area Could stay up to 10 months, but flexibility preferred (e.g. 1 month notice)
We're both young professionals, moved here from London in the last few months. Anna works in marketing and a part-time yoga teacher. Lucas is a software developer and ex-Apple Genius, so can help with your device issues ;). We're very relaxed, active and love the outdoors!
Hi! I'm a young professional about to move to Sydney from NYC in October. Looking forward to exploring the city and meeting new people. I’m very tidy and try to be as respectful as possible. I like cooking here and there, working out, going to the beach, hiking, going out with friends, trying new restaurants and bars, but also hanging out with just Netflix and wine once in a while :). Looking for a furnished (but unfurnished could potentially work) room, starting Oct 14th or October 21st at the latest. Would love to live with like minded people and socialize/be friends with my flat mates!
