We are a very quiet couple from Uruguay. Myself and my girlfriend gonna start work in the stable (Randwick) on May 15 (in early hours of the mornings). We need to rent from May 12 to July 3 (maybe July 10). We are look foward to hearing from you!
I'm clean and tidy, I respect others privacy, I am not loud, I do not smoke or drink or have wild parties. I tend to mind my own business but im happy to join people for dinner outings etc I am very nice and fun to live with.
We are looking for a place to stay close to the beach. Im brazilian and my boyfriend is from Estonia. We both work full time and also studying. We are friendly, relaxed, and open people and we like to enjoy our weekends in the beach, sports and do something active. We are looking for long term stay.
I am a young professional who relocated to Sydney earlier this year. I am working full time at a fashion PR agency. At 22 I would consider myself very career-driven although I do love to get up to 22 year old things, AKA have an all round great time! I am easy going, polite, tidy and considerate of others' belongings and space. For the last 3 years I have lived in a number of multi-housemate situations both here and in London so I am very well-equipped to the dynamics and functions of living with other people. I'm not sure how much you will see me between working and socialising. I like to spend a lot of the time out of the house, I love eating out with friends, getting down to the beach and checking out the various places Sydney has to offer - that's what I intend on doing most weekends! I am looking for a room that will not just be a place to sleep but also somewhere to call home. Let me know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in 🙂
Hey there! I'm American and have been living in Newtown for a little over a year now. My company transferred me from our Manhattan office to our new place in Barangaroo. While I've enjoyed living in the inner west, I love the beach and am ready to down size from my five person share house and find a home to live in with those who appreciate a similar lifestyle. I enjoy staying fit and eat very healthy. I like to start most mornings with some type of workout so I'm usually awake pretty early. I love to cook and will travel any where for good food, especially brunch. My ideal weekend is spent outdoors either at the beach, bush walking, or wandering around new and different suburbs. Music is also a big part of my life. I love to be social and look forward to seeing friends on the weekends, or for dinner/drinks one night during the week. But, I'm not one to bring the party home. I prefer to keep my week nights low key, as I often end up working later than I'd like to. I'm really hoping to find a clean and relaxing space to come home to, with good company. I'm not in a rush to move out of my current place as the lease doesn't expire any time soon. Therefore, I can be flexible with move in dates. If you think we'd get along, I'd love to hear from you.
Hey! I'm Rena - a 21 year old full time design/media student and part time graphic designer. I also work as a freelance fashion/portrait photographer. I like to cook and maintain the house in my spare time, decorate things nicely but being a creative person I'm also chill and keep to myself and work on projects. I won't be a recluse though, and I'm always down for a chat and would love to live somewhere where we can all be friends at the end of the day. I come with a cat, his name is Lord Ragnar Puffington. He's very well house trained and friendly - absolutely more like a puppy than a cat. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a sociable graphic designer, but currently working as labor. Always keen to watch movies, go out for dinner or a drink or two. Looking for a place that would not be just a place to live but a place I could call home. I'm very responsible, clean and tidy. Hope to find flatmates that could become friends.
Clean, fun and easy going! I'm very outgoing and keen to live with people who are social and outgoing too. Excited about my plans to travel Aus but I want some stability in where I live and work. In England I'm a teacher but will be looking for hospitality work in Aus and am keen to live and work in Sydney for the majority of my stay!
Hi there! What makes me great to live with? Well I'm relaxed, easy going and kind. I can cook, like the place where I stay to be clean and like to have fun but I also like my private space and rest. If you feel like you can find me on Instagram and FB :)
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
My name is Rebecca. I’m a 29 year old design researcher working for a consultancy, currently I’m working on-site for Qantas. I was born in Taiwan, raised in Vancouver (Canada) and moved to Sydney 5 months ago. I’m a quiet person, looking for a quiet space. I like yoga, hiking, sci-fi and food. I like to live minimally and am quite tidy.
Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching Netflix or having a cheeky wine on the weekends. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station - less than a 45min commute via public transport. Preferably furnished with a double bed and available late May. My partner is currently looking to move over in 2-4 months so ideally I will have a room that either he could move into or that I could move out of once he comes. He's a super chill earth scientist who loves to surf.
I am very reliable and always clean after myself. I'm easygoing and enjoy the company of people, whilst respecting the personal space and privacy of everyone I live with. I have lived in a shared room in a share house for more than 1 year so I understand how to live with people from all around the world :)
