My name is Danielle and my boyfriend's name is Bruno. We are from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I am moving to Sydney to do an MBA and Bruno is a photographer. We are a very chill couple who loves to go to the beach, surf, go out to bars and meeting new people.
23 Chinese Australian From North Queensland Speaks English & mandarin chinese Studied at Uni of QLD Works in Sydney as lab assistant ------------------------------------------------------------ I work full time in Alexandria. During the week I’m pretty busy, I will be out and work Monday to Friday 7am-5pm (at least). And if I go to the gym and exercise after work, you might not see me until 7 or 8pm. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my work location or has easy direct transportation to my work. (Preferably near train stations with line T8). A place that can reach green square station or 'Grounds of alexandria' around 30 minutes total travel time. 1. Private room with DOUBLE bed, not shared room. 2. Insect screen or AIR CON would be great, but not essential if there is no much mosquito or the house is not too hot during summer. 3. Small number housemates (3 or less), prefer single full time workers. 4. Quiet, no parties. No frequent visitors. 5. No annual contract, flexible rent length. (Im looking for long term rent, but i dont like yearly contracts) I am a really quiet person. I would love to live in a clean, quiet and friendly place. I don’t mind you have friends come over when I’m not home during the week, and Im happy with you and your friends having lunch or afternoon teas in the weekend every now and then. But please no friends parties and dinners at the house. It would be unconfortable and inconvenient. I love drawing and painting. I like animals, I’m okay sharing the place with pet as long as you keep it clean. I’m really easy going, I’ve been living in shared accommodation since university, I know how to clean after myself and respect my housemates. Hopefully the rent length is flexible, I don’t like signing annual contracts. But that doesn’t mean I will stay short term, I don’t like moving houses and looking for new rent, I would definitely stay long term if the place suit me. And even I need to move out because of work or other reasons, I will definitely tell you way before as you require. ——————————————————— I will delete this ad once i have found a place to live. So as long as you see this ad, im still looking for rent. Thanks for reading! Please get in touch with me via private message if you think your listing is suitable :) Thank you!

Hello my name is Christ and I'm from France! I'm looking to live closer to work with stable people who are easy to get along with. I work full time as a Business Analyst for a logistics company and usually keep myself pretty busy after work so am really only home at nights and on the weekend. I appreciate living in a clean and relaxing space and will always pick up after myself. I enjoy a balance of social activities, gym and some amazing TV shows. I have a surf board to store :) I have cat allergies so impossible for me to live in a place with cats :( Cheers!
I'm Jess, a visual merchandiser moving to Sydney in late February / early March. I work full time, study part time and take pottery classes. I'm health conscious, try to exercise regularly and practice yoga. I love to travel. I've lived in share-houses for the past 10 years and currently live alone - I'm independent and comfortable living with others. I'm looking for either a studio/ 1 bedroom apartment, or a room in a share-house with like minded people.
Hiya, I'm Meg. I'm 25 and work in the CBD area in IT. During the week I'll be at work either travelling interstate or in Sydney. I've signed on a new apartment in St Leonards which I'm looking to find a flatmate for the second bedroom. This may fall through which means I will still be looking for a plce On the weekdays I like to go for walks/to the gym, watch the bachelorette (yes you read that right), attempt and fail at cooking then order in. On the weekend, I like to go on roadtrips, catch up with friends for dinner and drinks. I also brunch religiously. For ease of access to the CBD, I need to be close to a train station. Ideally looking for a room with ensuite but I'm also open to teamups and finding an apartment for lease if I can find a clean and tidy flatmate. I'm clean and tidy, I like to keep the apartment looking (and smelling) nice at all times. I will know more about the apartment I've applied for in St Leonards in the next couple of days. But basically looking to find a flatmate who I can flat with or find a room for me to move into.

Hey I'm Clément ! Just arrived from Paris to start a new job in Sydney (I am a logistics engineer). I've been travelling a lot these last couple of years and I enjoyed so much Sydney that I decided to settle here for a few years and see how it goes. I'm an easy going guy, respectul and very clean. I love sport (tennis, golf, running, bushwalking) and music (I'm always down for a live band session), I am not a big party guy but I like relaxed conversations with friends around a glass of wine (it sometimes ends up into a party though). I'm into reading as soon as I can and I would like to start cooking a little (that's my 2018 resolution!). I also wish I will have time to explore Australia and enjoy the amazing nature we have here ! Cheers
