Hi, My name is François, 29 years old and I'm living and working in Sydney since 1 year now. I'm very clean and tidy, looking for a furnished private room My week days are pretty calm and relaxing between work, sport and music (I'm playing bass guitar but no worries I will not disturb you at all) During the weekend I enjoy going out with my friends, watch movies and cooking especially desserts.
I'm just a really down to earth individual, easy-going, clean, tidy and love meeting new people. I know the boundaries of personal space and just looking to live with someone who is the same. We all like "me time" now and again haha! I'm a working professional so would like to live with someone like-minded. I can cook and have a keen interest in playing sport/ going to the gym. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.

Hello! My name is Fiona, and I'm in search of a private room in the inner suburbs of Sydney. I am currently working full-time in Finance and as a result, I am quite busy during the working week. In my spare time, I like to wind down, exercise, explore Sydney and spend time with my friends and family. I am very neat and tidy, as well as, respectful of others and their spaces - I hope to find flatmates similar in this regard. I’d consider myself friendly and sociable, so I'm sure you'll find me very easy to get along with! Please feel welcome to send me a message if you have any questions! Fiona
Hey my names Tegan, I'm 23 and study fashion and textiles at UTS. I work part time at Star Casino so the night time travel is starting to catch up with me, so I want to move a bit closer ( no more and 1hr via public transport) I'm generally pretty busy but love a good chat and a drink to blow off some steam. My guilty pleasure is cooking, so we could share a meal or 2 :). But don't worry I'm always clean and tidy and make sure I'm easy to communicate with.
Hi! I am a Physical Education Teacher from Uruguay in a WHV. I'm friendly, organized, clean, respectful, helpful, I learn fast and I'm a hard worker. I love going out, dancing and knowing new people. I speak Spanish, English and a bit of Portuguese.
I'm an easygoing girl, who cleans up after myself, so you'll never find the kitchen or my room messy 😁 I work part time in North Sydney when i don't have classes at University of Sydney (i'm a full time Master Student). I enjoy making food, fun nights out, exploring the city, festivals, food, watering holes, movies etc. On weekends either i'll go to Church or have a quiet day resting at home :) i'm the housemate who'll say hi and make an effort to get to know my housemates, after all, that's what makes a home. Say hello!
I am 32 years old, male. I am an embedded software engineer. While I am new to Sydney, I have been in Australia for 6 years (I lived in Adelaide all this time, which is where I did my PhD in Engineering), and have Australian experience of living in shared houses / flats. Generally, I am clean, considerate and easy to get along with. In my spare time, I like reading to keep myself up to date with current affairs and what is happening in the world. I like watching cricket (Big Bash League these days). I enjoy going for a drink on weekends.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
