Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location on weekends / some evenings. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I love Sydney and Melbourne and think its a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
I am a very neat, tidy, highly educated (PhD) and quiet professional and am looking for a tidy and quiet person to share with. I am looking to flatshare in a tidy and new unit and prefer to have an ensuite (or own bathroom).

Hello! My name is Shawn and i am 25 years old and from the UK. I am looking for a PRIVATE ROOM I am new to Australia and found myself work in Sydney. I am currently living in a hostel and would like to find somewhere cheaper but close to transport to get to work and back everyday. There is a possibility i could stay for longer than 3 months depending on work. Hope to hear from you soon! Shawn
My new flat mate of 1 day received an exciting work opportunity in Melbourne, so I am looking a room to rent in the Lane Cove area. I am a professional working in the Sydney CBD. I am a clean and tidy person (my current housemates love this quality about me). I also like to be friendly and social with my housemates, often enjoying a glass of wine and a chat. Importantly, I am considerate and appreciate space. I have a car; however, a car space is not necessarily required (although it would be useful). I will be leaving Australia to travel on at the end of August, so my 'length of stay' will be around 4 and a half months.
Hi there, I'm Sarah from Scotland and I have just moved to Sydney after travelling around Australia and NZ for the last few months. I'm 25, work full-time in a media agency, I'm very friendly, respectful and easy going, and I'm looking for a great bunch of people to share with over the next 3-9 months. I'm a bit of a foodie and love going out for brunch at the weekends! I also enjoy going to the gym and playing sports, going hiking, and enjoy the occasional night out with friends :)
We are a couple from Newcastle! I just recently got offered a full time position in Surry Hills, so the move to Sydney is a little rushed! We're hard working, but we love to relax on the weekends. We'd love someone easy going to live with!
Hi, some word's that describe me... Easy going, friendly, kind, rational, leftist, liberal, egalitarian. Don't much like drama and overcomplication. I'd like to live with someone reasonable who is conscious of those around him/her. Although my qualifications are in IT I'm looking at switching careers and considering going back to uni so i can teach. Science/technology enthusiast. I also like to pretend like i know how to play the piano ;) I have a few preferred locations listed but i'm hoping to find a place in Rockdale or surrounding area's.
Moving to Sydney from Perth for work around the 8th of May. Looking for somewhere in the inner suburbs. Pretty chilled guy, love cooking, music, sport, cheeky glass of red on a week night. Looking for friendly housemates to help me transition into Sydney life.
Recently moved to Sydney for work. Quiet, tidy and respectable room mate. Love to be social but I also enjoy and respect privacy. Working full time during the week, on weekends like to go out for a drink, beach, shopping, gym and studying.
We are both professional full time working males from Germany. We are outgoing on the weekends and like to keep it easy and simple during the week. We are tidy and after weeks (or month?) of staying in a hostel we just want our own shelf and closet. Both of us are smoker but we don't mind if we have to go outside for a smoke. We could move in on the 6th of may. Our budget is around $280 p.p. max! Preferable something around 200 or less. Cheers! Luka and Noor
I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! Basically I'm a sociable hermit, who enjoys socializing but also enjoys being holed up at home :) I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in. I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. My PS4 does come with Netflix too 😆 I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. I'm good at chores as well, my Mum taught me well! Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon :D P.S: I'm definitely not looking to share a room with anyone so please don't message me about a shared room you have available. Also I have no problems living with smokers, as long as the actual smoke is never inside the house. Boundaries folks!
Hi there, I'm Kelly. I'm 27 years old and work full time in the CBD in finance. I am originally from the south coast of NSW and moved to Sydney about 8 years ago. I love Sydney and everything it has to offer! I enjoy going for walks, brunch, having a wine or two with friends, trying new restaurants, and playing tennis. I like to feel at home with my housemates and enjoy a wine/dinner together from time to time. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of personal space.
Hey hey! My name's Isabella - I'm 24, graphic designer from England over here on a working holiday visa and I'm moving down to Sydney from Brisbane on the 8th of May. I'm planning on staying in Sydney for at least a year so I'm looking for a home with some friendly people :) Not a party animal but enjoy a wine and some good food. I'm really into fitness and dance so would be great if I could find a gym buddy in one of my housemates too! Length of stay is flexible - ideally I don't want to sign onto a lease that's longer than 2 months just so I can make sure I'm a good fit in the house - however if I'm happy there I could extend a lot longer.

Working as a Software Engineer in CBD. Pretty busy person overall. Love meeting new people. Find high value in a clean home. Love to cook, and pretty good at it. Looking for a fun but low drama household. About me: I spend a lot of time with work, friends, and my church. Love CrossFit, the beach, climbing, and road trips with my beloved truck. I'm from California, been here ~2 years now. Loving life. Looking for a modern place with parking for my car, with a decent public transportation commute to CBD where I work. Hopefully also close to a good grocery store as I like to cook and eat healthy.
