A home where I can live my life not just be treated as a tenant? A place I can call home with great vibes. I've lived on the Gold Coast most of my life, stable home is essential. It' vital that it does not feel like a motel room situation which most offers are like. Team-Up offers welcome. If you like what you read then let's talk. no drugs (prescription on otherwise) or a constant drinkers and not into party houses. I've had my own home in the past 'renting is just temporary for me (I'm not a drifter). Love a place where I feel at home with genuine interaction and full use of common areas that I treat as my own (yet love my own space) to move into now. Let me know why you would be great to live with. I'm into health, fitness, healthy lifestyle, self motivated, appreciate genuine communication not into idle chatter. I do love friendly atmosphere where we respect each other's choices. You won't see much of me. It's vital you like who I am rather than just renting out the room. "I don't need the uncertainty of not knowing peoples moods etc that would destabilize my home environment. It's best you are emotionally sound and not a reactive person. You'll know if you are. So lets begin with honesty. HOW I LOVE TO LIVE - I love to live the ALOHA principals; people don't know that it means a way of living and that extends to; *business *workplace *family *friendships and intimate relationships *life goals *health *fitness *and world around us I value ALOHA principals and I hope you do too when you know what it really means. I am treated with tremendous respect at work and would like my home to be just as respectful of me as I would be of you. It's a two way street. Each letter of ALOHA has an entire meaning for example - A. means to look and behaviour on win-win principals. - L. stands for oneness. Us supporting each other - O. stands for truth not just be polite and engage in safe small talk. - H. means to be humble and be aware (also be aware of the ego. - A. stands for absolute love for life People have lost the capacity to live in real harmony and friendships. Most ads intend to just rent out the room with token access to rest of the house. That is not a home - it's a motel room with landlord hovering over you 24/7. Therefore I've been advertising for many months for people with better attitudes and intentions because that is the level of care I want in my private life. Home is a sanctuary, a real home base where one feels welcome at all times and not subject to approval at every turn. Unfortunately the culture of people has changed considerably which results in just a financial transaction with no soul involved. I would never live in a place where I am treated as a tenant (many advertisers are constantly advertising 'this makes me wonder what happened to people who lived there, were they unceremoniously tossed out on a whim?', therefore it is taking me all this time to find a great person not just a great house. Why move when I already have unsatisfactory situation just like ones advertised, only to trade it for a new location. If you feel you'd love to live with me, let me know. I have lived on Gold Coast most of my life, so not passing through - therefore not disposable. Looking for a place to rest, relax and enjoy life the life I love to live. A place where I feel at home with genuine interaction and full use of common areas that treat as my own (yet love my own space since I'm always developing some project) to move into now - easy going drug free environment. Healthy caring sharing attitude wanted. I'm looking to share with someone who is - fun, relaxed and confident (with some humility) not superficial fun but one who actually wants to live their life that they love. - someone who has healthy eating and exercise habits - likes a simple home life - easy going DRUG-FREE environment and NO ALCOHOLICS (a few drinks is OK, but all night every night is a bit much) please. - Healthy caring sharing attitude wanted. Oceana ---------------------------------------------------------- WHO ARE YOU REALLY Not just the property but the real you that'll show up every day when I move in. I really need to know about you. Not just about what you do for a living, but how you relate to people around you and how you treat them. Especially if you've had enough of petty issues that people hook into when they live together. WHY? I don't want to waste time on petty dramas that interfere with progress and personal development. 'small minds make most noise' they are the ones always finding fault. I'm into solutions and they must be addressed at the right time, not all the time. I don't want to be treated as just a person who rents a room and someone you do not want to get to know and respect. This goes both ways. I've chosen to share a lot about me to begin with trust. If you are someone who WANTS me to do as I'm told that would not work. Appreciate people who are genuinely friendly, observant and see me as someone you like and appreciate yet value personal space after-all as we live in the same house we will see each other daily and this needs to be considered. I'm into health, fitness and most of all healthy eating and respectful caring generous way of communicating and interacting. I'm very down to earth person who has explored as much as possible. Not a know it all at all, just love to know as much about life as is possible. At the end of the day, all I want is a great emotionally healthy environment that I feel at home in. So I love occasional family dinner with people (to ensure I don't live with strangers or feel I'm just a border but considered to be part of the home dynamics) I live with quiet times to chill. It's easy when we all care about the ambience we create. Happy attitude essential. You'll find I have super young vibrant attitude and energy, at the same time I love to really be with myself and my own life. What I'm into - Martial arts, I've trained in Aikido and Aikido Ki principals Philosophy and application - Personal development - Cooking - Well Traveled - Explored Culture including spiritual culture - deeply ( no point in being surface dweller) - Love Indigenous cultures - have participated in their spirit connection rituals. - Worked on million Dollar Projects and love it when we treat each encounter as invaluably as any million dollar project. Never take any moment for granted. Many people are very dismissive of each other (sadly missing every moment of being present) - Respect and Regard Business Principals - Studied Classical Piano at Music Academy & backed performers - Dance - Appreciate entrepreneurial spirit in people. - Love generous attitude to life. - I'm focused on maintaining momentum and completing things that need to be done therefore I need a safe place to do that. - honestly I'm self correcting as most healthy humans are, so don't need to be told what to do and how to behave. I'm active, not into sharing with couch potatoes. I'm truthful, giving, respectful with a big heart. Wish to share with similar life outlook to this. Home wanted now. Long term where possible, Short term how would suit beautifully in the meantime. Currently I am staying with friends, staying with friends changes dynamics. Love to move ASAP. Basic requirements decent sized bedroom and some storage space - Surfers to Tugan area - Prefer unfurnished - own bathroom where possible (however I don't mind sharing bathroom with a compatible person) ***If you feel we may be a good fit just email me your phone number and I'll get in touch with you, or just call me, I'd love to hear from you.***

Hi, me and my husband are looking for a place to move in. We are very clean, quiet and easy going people. We have been living in the same place since we arrived on Gold Coast, about 1 and half year ago. We are looking for a place we can actually call home. We both are originally from Brazil, and we work together at Varsity College as cleaners every morning, from Monday to Friday, besides another casual jobs. In our free time we like to stay quiet, play games, watch movies, cooking, read or go out to the beach or eat something. We are not party people, but we like to have social dinners ocasinally, if it is ok. We do not smoke and drink only casually. We are looking to pay up to 275 per week, with bills included, for a double room with individual toilet, or up to 550 per week, with bills included, for a whole property with at least two bedroons and two toilet. Ps: Place must be furnished PS2: Looking to move in asap.
Hi! My current lease ends in early Feb but I am willing to move sooner if the right place comes along. I am looking to stay long term but it doesn't matter whether you are looking for short or long term. I have furniture, etc to fill an entire home, including your room if needed, and am looking for a place that provides you with your own bathroom/ensuite/granny flat as I host homestay/university students. It ebbs and flows - sometimes I have none and other times three, but I am financially secure either way. They mostly keep to themselves and study at night, aside from sharing a meal at dinner. I am searching for one housemate with a budget of $250+ p/w to share a four bedroom, three bathroom home up to around $750 -$850 p/w max, depending on the home. Having two cats, somebody with no pets yet a liking of animals would be ideal. I am an extroverted introvert - friendly and like to have a chat and a laugh, but also like to retreat to unwind. I am very clean, respectful of others and am looking for the same in a housemate.
Super fun, and hard working professional! I work shift work over a 24/7 roster (GCUH) so I tend to be at work a lot or recovering from work! Enjoy health, fitness (F45), beach and also dining out/having a social few drinks with friends. I am also looking for a non-furnished room anywhere from broady down past Burleigh :) I also have a dog that lives with me in Miami atm, however he can return to the family home to live if this is an issue. Please advise upon message if the accom is pet friendly or not 😎

Hi Guys My name is Pat. I moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue academic and career goals. Now moving from Melbourne to Brisbane to pursue postgrad psychology. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laidback. Preferred social setting is definitely a café/restaurant, although I do enjoy a sneaky night out once in a while. I have been a professional swim coach for 10 years now - hours are normally 5.00am - 8.00am and 3.00pm - 7.00pm with school in between so I'm normally the first out of the house and first to bed but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you. Pat.
I’m 53 years young and am looking for a granny flat or a large room with my own bathroom, in a share house. I am in limbo until my friends granny flat becomes available in another 6-8 months so I’m needing somewhere to stay with my little moodle, Preston! He is fully toilet trained, non-shedding and loves people! I have a storage shed full of new furniture which I can bring with me or I can just bring what’s needed, I’m pretty easy in that area. I have numerous references if required, as does Preston! I’m currently staying with family and am available to move whenever, preferably before Christmas. Please contact me if you think I’d suit your current situation or if you have a granny flat available! Pleae message me and I’ll get back to you asap. Thanks, Deni 😊🐶
