Hello there, nice to meet you. My name is Steve, 36yo extremely considerate housemate. I am easy to chat with, kind and respect others space. I am clan and tidy guy who does enjoy their own space so won't be in your way all the time but always happy to share a meal or movie together etc. As a pensioner on disability I am home quite a bit which enables me to take care of house duties when your own time is limited. I have my own transport and can cook some basic but tasty food. Please send me a message for a chat about me sharing your home with you.
I like to keep things tidy and organized. I work full time at a property valuation firm whose office is located near Hamilton cor Gympie. I like to watch tv shows and anime. I also love to play board games and sports. I started jogging when I arrived in Australia a month ago and would like to keep doing it. I clean up after myself so you don't have to worry about a dirty kitchen/dining/bedroom.
I'm respectful, quiet and I keep to myself when I'm home. I dont mind a good chat and drink, I'm clean and wash up after myself, and I dont mind mowing if the lawns need to be looked after. I have a currently 6 month old kitten named Tobias, and he's my best mate. Well behaved, desexed, toilet trained and a playful sweet heart, he's sure to not cause a fuss. He is a strictly inside cat unless taken for walks. He loves his towers, ball games and cuddles; he isn't one to scratch up curtains and fly screens as he has a scratcher and he knows better. I work at Carseldine Centre part time and I'll be moving from Woody Point. I enjoy reading, xbox and online gaming, walks with my boy, music, road trips, movies, clubbing and pubbing, and regularly seeing the people I love. I also smoke but I prefer not indoors. I dont appreciate passive aggression so if there's an issue with me, let me know like I'll do with you, so we can live together comfortably and on the same page. I do my best to be considerate, as I would like to be treated how I treat others. I want nothing but a bit of fun, peace and stability, to have a home pad I feel happy coming back to and where my boy is safe while I'm not home.
hi! I would consider myself a kind social and fun loving.I own a small business(Handicrafts and cashmere products) from Nepal and work part-time. I'm respectful of others and their space. I love being active and fit. I do cook a lot and try and eat healthy. I don't smoke or drink and easy to get along. Thanks
I'm 19 and am looking for a place to live. I work full time as a flight attendant and am looking for somewhere close to the aiport and a train and bus line. I am fully independent as my mum lives in the UK and my dad has moved interstate so I'm all alone in Brisbane. I'm really respectful. I am very neat and tidy and love to have a chat but can leave you alone when you need privacy. Please message me only to suit my budget of $170 inc bills, thank you. I'm also very keen to start a house share and get together 3 or 4 people
Hi . My names Billie-Jean, I'm 23 this year. Bright & bubbly personality, Im really friendly and easy going. I work full time tree lopping and have my own vehicle. I'm a clean & tidy person and also like to help out around the house where ever is possible. I love to cook, not much of a party person although i do like to have a social drink or bbq on the weekends or if it was a hard day at work maybe 1 or 2 that night . I do smoke, happy with it being outside. (Also trying to quit) If you would like to talk more by text or call my best number is 0434 521 388.
My name is Hayden; I am a Criminology Graduate from QUT and am currently a Border Force Officer Recruit at the Brisbane Airport; this does mean households that are even recreational drug users should not consider me as it will impact negatively upon me in professional capacity, however that is my only limitation as a housemate. On a lighter note I am a walking contradiction of incredibly active and lazy personalities. Therefore some weekends I will climb mountains and go on road trips to find cool beaches, while others I will hide away to binge something on TV/Computer. I prefer, and maintain a tidy and hygienic house as that is a priority for me. My hobbies include a variety of team sports currently including touch football and indoor soccer and I also really enjoy to cook and read on a regular basis. I have moved on from the party scene and am focusing upon building my career, however unwinding from long work weeks with a few social beers is never out of the question I am looking for roommates who can be social, but are also happy doing their own thing, and I feel that I would be a welcome addition to almost any household looking to fill a gap with someone easy going and low maintnence.
I am respectful of other people and their space, I am very tidy and clean to live with. I like to prepare and cook my meals for the week on the weekend, I live a very healthy life style with no alcohol or smoking. I enjoy walking along the water front at Sandgate early morning or sunset. I am an early to bed and early to rise sort of person. I go out to dinner most Friday or Saturday nights with Friends.
Hi, I am an easy going and respectful who is studying full time at uni. I usually spend my time for studying and working out because I pursue healthy well balanced lifestyle:) Hopefully, I will find a nice place as well as well-mannered people to live with. Thank you.
Hi there! I'm Natalia and I'm 21 years old and currently studying medical administration and seeking part time employment. Even though currently unemployed I'm still good at keeping busy and wouldn't be in the way too much. I'm a rather neat and tidy person with a great knack for gardening and cooking, I'd definitely enjoy socializing with my potential housemate whether it be playing video games, making music or enjoying the occasional beer but I also do like my alone time. I am a smoker yes but more than happy to keep it outside :)
Hi happy to do yard work and contribute to household chores. I enjoy my privacy and respect that in others. I am tall slim and young despite my years. I am easy going, respectful, clean and tidy with no prejudices. I am a fulltime retail employee. I enjoy all sport, most music, some art, camping, fishing (though i am a novice), the outdoors and quiet time reading and relaxing. I am animal friendly. I have my own furniture but don't require storage Whist my partydays are well behind me i enioy a good time as much as the next person. I am an adventurous cook and more often than not very successful I am told. I am an outdoor smoker
I work Casual, but have been with the same company for the last 8 1/2 years. I enjoy ten pin bowling, and prefer my own space from time to time. I am looking for a place with my own bedroom and preferable own bathroom, but am happy to share also. I would prefer accommodation close to Zillmere, (in Brisbane) or surrounding suburbs I am happy to sign up for a month trial, and if all goes well for us then sign up longer, and preferable a bed supplied
My name is John, I'm 16 and looking for a private room for myself. Im a student at Nudgee College and originally from Rockhampton. I was wondering if there's any possibilty to rent out one of your rooms. Yes I have lived in a share accommodation before (Boarding for over a year now). Ive always managed cooking and doing chores, repeatedly because of boarding. My mum and Centrelink will fund me enough for everything plus bond. I am not working but am trying to find a part time job to earn a little extra something.
I AM IN URGENT NEED OF A ROOM AS MY LEASE IS UP AND I AM COUCH SURFING. Hi, my name is Katrina I will be honest with all potential flat and housemates, from the start. I am a single woman in her forties who is beginning her life again after the end of a long-term relationship and raising her family, ( my children are 19, 20 and 24 this year and all live out of home), so I have no dependents nor a significant other in my life. I have recently graduated and I am looking for work to start my exciting new career. I am looking to move into a flat/room asap as my lease is up on good friday and if i do not have a place before than I will be staying at my ex's house. As a flat/housemate I would be great to live with for the following reasons * I am a neat and tidy person who never backs away from doing her share of the housework and chores. * I love animals, (except for snakes and spiders) so would look after any pets that are at any future residence. ( I do not have any pets of my own). * I am quiet so there would be no late night parties. * I pay bills and rent on time * I can cook and it is edible My negative points are * That I am a smoker who has cut down from a packet of smokes a day to about ten cigarette's a day. I do not smoke inside houses and have not since the birth of my eldest child.
Recently started work close to Chermside and am thinking of moving out of home and closer, pending my contract is extended in a few months time. Little bit about me. I'm 22. Graduated from QUT last year in economics & finance. Then spent 2 months after that backpacking around Europe. Which made me realize I can get along with living in shared spaces really easily, I quite miss it to be honest! I'm neat & tidy for sure. Very chill. Always in an optimistic mood ... Always looking on the bright side. Passionate about Djing and producing music - don't worry though, I have headphones :P. Recently keen on trying out yoga & meditation. Ideally I'd love to get to know and become best mates with whoever I live with and sharing the good times over a few beers.
Clean, friendly, relaxed, autonomous type :) I have my own life, however I am usually happy to chat for a short while and prefer a housemate who is easy going as well...definitely not interested in dramas or heavy drinking etc.
Im a single lass just moved back from overseas, previously lived on the GC, but Brissy is more my style now. I work Fulltime, love my health and sports so im always out and about! I love my privacy and own time, but love to socialise with a drink with the right people. Im neat and tidy girl who will respect your space and only ask for the same in return.
I think let's flip the game. The bio is always so generic and a couple of paragraphs can be interpreted so many different ways. Let's message, organise a meet up for coffee (tea lover here) and see if it's a killer dynamic. I'm in no rush to find a place, rather finding the right people. As they say, if the person is where home is, the place won't matter. (Too cheesy?)

‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
G'day! My name's Coen, I'm 29 years old and I am a socially active introvert. This means I'm out many nights during the week, but love my quiet time alone to recharge. Of course I'm happy to catchup and have a drink or two when we cross paths occasionally :) I work full time Thursday-Sunday currently and am often at the gym or out with the dogs around that, so we may not even run into each other too often. Very mindful to leave as little impact on the common areas as possible, cleaning up after myself as i go, and open to communicating chores. My greatest selling point: I come with two big old lazy, friendly doggos who you will just fall in love with... Meet Henry the Labrador, and Arrow the Irish Wolfhound! We can't wait to meet you! :)
I am an 18 year old full time uni student, who owns the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. I have a bubbly and fun personality, and I'm easy to get all long with. I am a part timer with Woolworths, so between work and study, I'll hardly be home to rack up the power bill haha! I'm looking to move around uni end of semester (June?) in a teamup with 2 other people. I'm looking to move anywhere between Northlakes and Chermside with houses being no more than $400 a week - between 3 people, approx $130 per week (exc bills) is within my price range 😊. Preferably looking for females, non smoker, 18+, who have their own car, license, and stable job. 😊 So if you're interested, please let me know and we shall house hunt together :) Otherwise, I am also looking at rooms for rent.
Trustworthy, honest, clean living, non-smoker. Enjoy cooking, socialising. Relocated from Darwin NT, after 50 years & working 22 years for State Government. Working full time Federal Government. Enjoy walking, swimming, going to the gym.
