I am from Malaysia and I will be studying for masters in UNSW. So I am looking for a place till November 2017. I am pretty laid-back and easygoing person and I prefer a place that is not too noisy (meaning not a party house). I am a tidy person as I hate making a mess especially in communal areas. I would prefer to have a furnished room to myself with bills included preferably (especially high-speed wifi internet included!). However, if it is not possible, sharing a room with someone the same gender with me is ok too as long as I have enough space for myself. And if possible, I would like the place to be within 10 minutes walking distance to UNSW. Surfing the internet, watching movies and reading are among my favorite pastimes. I also enjoy chatting if our interests clicked! I can be quite the chatterbox sometimes for stuffs that I really really like. I look forward to hear from you! :D

Thanks for reading hopefully contacting me :) (I'll be in Sydney around the 26th of march)

I'm looking for a private room preferably in a flat where there are other students. I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy. You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine.

Communications professional working full-time in the CBD; warm and laidback, and fully house-trained. Very responsible and timely with rent and bills. My ideal evening in is likely to involve cooking up a nice meal, having a cuppa and reading a book, or watching Netflix. Ideal summer weekend would probably involve brunch (smashed avo, which is why I can't afford to buy and am still renting), a swim at the beach or a walk in a park, a G&T, more cooking, catching some kind of live performance, and a bit of PC gaming. Love animals (I'm an experienced dog and cat-sitter), so furry critters are great! NB: I'm currently looking for a furnished room :) And my move date is flexible

British traveller settled in Sydney for 4-8 months! I'll be working during the week (I start in February) and love to make the most of my weekends in this amazing city - beach days, road trips, brunches and the odd Sunday session. Do enjoy a glass of wine and going out for dinner, equally partial to a chilling out, cooking up a feast and a netflix binge. I'd like to think i'ma pretty chilled and tidy housemate, love being around fun interesting people who are work hard play hard too and making the most of being in Australia. I'd like to live as close to the beach as I can afford and easily accessible to the CBD. Would be great to have a social house to hang out and do things together but also respect each other's space and the different things we all have going on.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place in the Bondi to Maroubra area. I would be particularly interested in your place if you're planning on starting up a new share-house or if there's a possibility of getting my name onto your existing lease. A few aspects of myself. I grew up in Sydney, mainly on the northern beaches. Studied as a Rudolf Steiner teacher and have now gone on to study Social Work, with the idea of combining these two fields down the track. I'm a cat person, though i would love a dog at some stage. Any other questions, don't hesitate just ask away.
