I'm a PA who works fulltime in East Brisbane, and I'm currently 25, turning 26 end of March. I'm easy going, bubbly personality, I love to be sociable, but also enjoy time to myself, and know how to respect others personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with housemates who are the same. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast, so I try to get up there for the weekend around once a month, besides that I either chill at home, or catch up with mates. Also don't mind an occasional drink. I'm wanting to pay a maximum of $180 a week, bills/utilities included. I have a car, so ideally a garage/carport/driveway to park in would be amazing, but I don't mind if it's just street parking - as long as its easy enough to find parking spaces. I have all bedroom furniture, so would be looking for the bedroom to be unfurnished, but the rest of the house furnished. The locations I've listed are just a rough guide to the areas I'm looking at, but am happy to consider other places near by (preference is to stay North of the river), as long as they're lovely areas to live in. I'm flexible on moving date, but start of April would be the earliest. Look forward to hearing from you. Miriah :)
Recently moved up here from Melbourne, to be closer to my grown up family. Im out & about a lot exploring my new surroundings, which i love. Im easy going, honest and respectful of other people’s space & quiet times. I am a people person at heart, so when paths cross, im always up for a chat. I believe that a day without laughter, is a day wasted 🙂
I am a 24 year old student who also works full-time in property management! I love socialising and meeting new people and have no issues with living with anyone with a large set of friends to introduce too. I consider myself a very respectful and clean person, but also fun who can get along with anyone. I enjoy having a drink on weekends with friends and going to gigs or pretty much any event but also love some downtime when necessary. I definitely enjoy coming home to have a chat at the end of the day but also respectful to giving someone the space they need when required.
I am a very down to earth and bubbly person who loves meeting new people but also respects everyone’s personal space. I’m neat and tidy so theres no drama there. I live a very busy lifestyle but In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, at the beach, hiking and exploring.... or having a beer or glass of wine 😁
We are easy going, love to cook, and have some awesome travel stories to share. We keep our space clean and tidy up after ourselves. We are always interested in our flatmates’ language and culture and already learned a bit of French, Spanish and Urdu ;)
Hi! I’m Laura, I’m 30 years old and I’m relocating to Brisbane in early April to take up a position at UQ. I’m from Sydney but have been living in Cambodia for the past year, and Canberra for 6 years before that. I love coffee and cheese and playing sports and when I get a chance I love to cook up a storm in the kitchen. On the weekends I like to enjoy a mix of socialising, weekends away and hanging out at home. I’m looking for a room in a share house (preferably with just one other female housemate) that is spacious, tidy and clean and will provide me with a comfortable place to relax and hang out. I’ve done the sharehouse thing for many years and am a respectable and tidy housemate - very happy to share a meal, glass of wine or Netflix session when the opportunity pops up but also respect the need for privacy. Hoping my new housemate can also show me the cool places of Brisbane!
I just recently moved here from Canada and am currently looking for a place in Brisbane! Im 23 years old, and am quite used to living with other people as i did that all through university. I can keep to myself or be as social as you like,I do like to clean, and am a huge fan of baking so,if you like desserts, I can definitely make something for us.
I'm an environmental consultant who is a pretty easy going professional. I've been based in Sydney for the past 2.5 years but am a Brissie boy at heart. I work Monday to Friday in the city, standard business hours with a few early starts and/or late finishes from time to time. I sometimes get sent interstate for work. I'm a considerate housemate and respectful of common spaces, people's routine, personal space and belongings. During the week, i usually hit the gym after work or catch up with mates for a feed or drink. I enjoy my downtime when I'm not up and about. Easy going and no drama but can still have fun and am keen for a chat. I enjoy my coffee, attempting to working out, basketball, touch footy, the beach and travelling. I also like movies and sports. I'm a proud card carrying member at Dendy Cinemas. I'm not a big drinker but still love to go out and hang out with my mates and meet new people. I'm a tidy person (e.g. I don't leave dirty dishes over night and wipe down kitchen surfaces after use). Also, I'm a seasoned house sharer. My uber rating is 4.8. I enjoy smashed avo.
I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom unit with me inner city. Currently living by myself but have always previously lived with housemates. I have everything required to furnish the property, you would just need your own bedroom set up. I am very clean & tidy and respectful of others. Work full time during the week, enjoy exercising and socializing when I can. On the weekends I don't spend a lot of time at home and would be happy to have a housemate I could have a drink or catch up with after work.
Very clean, I can be social and also very private - keeping to myself. I'm a very positive person and love living in a vibrant place. Last place I had fell through so had to re-do my listing x
I'm currently studying full time at university in my fourth year and have a few years to go. I also have 2 casual jobs so I'm basically working part-time hours. I'm originally from Sydney and moved up to Brisbane for uni in 2015. Living arrangements wise, I used to live in a flat but then moved into a townhouse. I've also lived in a boarding house and had 30 sisters. I'm clean, tidy up after myself, love a good meal, socialising and also having some quiet time. I'm a good worker and study to do to my best. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I also like helping others and having a happy home. I'm also open to living with pets :) Brisbane has been a wonderful experience so far and I'm looking forward to my future here.
Hey I am Louisa and I am a passionate runner from Germany. I love to do sports in my leissure time. So I am always looking for someone who joins me to go to the gym, in a yoga class or for a run. Actually I am studying educational science in my masters and I am coming to Australia to have my last master semester here. After that I am going to do my PhD and I will work for a consulting agency. I love pets and I am living since 5 years in shared flats and in other countries (e.g. Denmark). Perhaps you are the next one I will stay with! I am looking forword for my time in Brisbane :)
Hey guys, My name is Naomi. I'm 27 and I'm looking for a place in fortitude valley/ newfarm areas. Im quite a private person but also enjoy socialising with housemates with some good cheese and wine.I enjoy doing yoga in the morning, and am a strong believer that coffee makes the world go round. No couples please x
Hi! I am 25 working full time in banking in the valley. I am really friendly and love to have a chat but can also be pretty independent and want my own space at home to relax. I like having a balance between social and down time and would like to live in that type of home so not looking for a party house as I get up early and go to bed at a decent time during the working week. I also have an indoor kitty, Zola that I would be bringing. He is independent and will spend most of his time in my room as he is not very social so wont really notice him. He has lived well with kittens/puppies, cats and dogs before. If around Newstead/Teneriffe I would be wanting a room that comes with a car park/garage or option to pay additional and rent one etc. Any other areas I would still like a car park with the room though, not as fussed. Would also like aircon in the room though, also not too fussed depending on the property and breeze etc. I would be wanting to move the weekend of Saturday 31st March, 7th or 14th April. Would prefer to not sign a lease. Nikki :)
Hello! I am 28 years old and work full time in Brisbane CBD. I am looking to share a home with like-minded person/s for a minimum of 6 months, but with a view to extending. I am a bubbly person who enjoys a glass of wine and a chat after work, but I also value my own space and privacy. I enjoy bush walking, yoga and reading and I spend most of my weekends camping or out west visiting family. Ideally, I would like to continue to live within walking distance of the CBD. I have a 4x4 ute so easily accessible street parking is a must for me. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer a non-smoking environment.
I am a student at QUT Kelvin Grove who needs to move out of home as soon as possible. I am a very quiet person who likes to keep to myself but I am very friendly and could easily hold a conversation with you. I've spent my whole life in Brisbane so far and would like to continue that. I am a pretty active person but I will only run if my life depended on it. I am a cheerleader so I will be home pretty late due to training and coaching most nights but I will always be more than happy to have meals with you if you would like. I'm not too fussy I'm just here to be myself. Thanks for reading, Emily
I work full time in the city, I have a rather busy schedule but when I'm not working I enjoy evenings out for dinner and a glass of wine. I love cooking, watching movies or binging a series on Netflix. I am a very social person but I equally respect the privacy of others. I like to keep a place tidy and clean. Looking for a place that I can call home and a flatmate that I can also call a friend.
We’ve applied for houses in NUNDAH, NORTHGATE, NORMAN PARK & COORPAROO. If you’re looking for a room in any of these suburbs hit us up details. Hiya, after a year in Adelaide we are moving back to Brisbane! We are an engaged couple (30 & 32 y/o) looking to teamup in the inner-suburbs of Brisbane. Looking for a house (with fenced yard) that allows pets (we have 2 amazing staffy x’s who love people). We both work full-time and Luke is also starting his own electrical business on the side. We are really busy during the week and not home often. We are Pub over club people and enjoy the occasional wine or drink. On the weekend you’ll find as at the local cafe getting our daily caffeine fix. This year we are keen to get out and go adventuring around Brisbane more and be a tourist in our own backyard! We are flexible on areas but would love to find a place that has a big outdoor deck/patio for that casual Sunday bbq/wine. We come with almost a full house of furniture if needed. Thanks for looking - get in touch :)
I’m looking to move in somewhere close to Brisbane city with good public transport in close proximity. I work full-time at a law firm in Brisbane. I need the accommodation to be close to work which usually finishes later in the afternoon. I wish to be able to have my family, loved ones and friends over at my place without any problem. I expect to spend some weekends out of Brisbane to be with family and friends. I would prefer an initial arrangement of a short stay (say a couple of months) after which time we can decide whether a renewal is a good option. A person with respect for diversity would go a long way.
Hey guys, I've recently moved to Brisbane to begin my Masters of Medical Physics! I am working part time aswell so will most often be at work or in the library. I really love going to the markets on a Sunday morning and like to stay pretty active. I really enjoy cooking and am a clean and tidy person - I'm partial to a cleaning roster haha I am a considerate housemate and am always up for a chat or a new brunch destination. Looking forward to meeting you :)
Hi there 👋🏽 I'm a really easy going and relatively quiet student of QUT KG. My goal this year is to finish my degree, and so will mainly be concentrating on acheiving that, whilst able to still enjoy sharing dinner or a wine on occasion. I like to keep my living spaces clean and tidy also :)
