I'm looking for an easy going household to move into with males, females or a couple. I'm Currently Living on the Gold Coast and working with the Commonwealth Games, however a new opportunity is taking me to Brisbane. Sad to leave my current housemates but am sure they would agree when I say i'm respectful of everyone's space, easy to get along with and always happy to have a meal or a few drinks after work.
Hello, my name is Raydann, Ray for short. I'm looking for a fair sized room to set up in. I've just completed my Double Diploma and I work part time currently as a Kitchen hand and waiter. I'm quiet, clean and respectful to people from all walks of Life. I'm a photographer and usually always find myself out and about exploring and seeing live shows. Whenever I'll be in the home I just game, do light reading and love cooking. 🙂 Looking to move asap and anwhere between 1month to a year so I'm really flexible with length of stay
I am a Happy Healthy Hippy chick originally from central NSW. Im vegan and health-conscious but not a Nazi about anyone elses diet (You do you, boo). About to commence my clinical counselling placement with an amazing organisation in Stones corner. So I guess somewhere relaxed and quiet-ish and even in that area would be great. I am a member of the LGBTI community and would ideally like to live with the same or people who are supportive and ok with who I am. Also currently completing my postgrad in Psychology. About to start my clinical placement. So a quiet place would be ideal. I am a reliable, tidy, outgoing and positive peep. my "partying" days are extinct but still head out now and again. Did i mention I bake on the weekends??? As mentioned, I am also a member of the LGBTI rainbow ... so you will need to be respectful and open to that. Cant wait to chat! Ps i am ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom but am aware thats not always possible ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive and can be upsized if something is amazing. Please no dodgy boarding houses masquerading as share places ... and please no 3 am messages. pps i am also not comfortable with living with couples, single straight males, or a shared room ... I guess i wouldnt want to be a total third wheel. Sorry ! Ditto with random SMS from people telling me about their room or ppl contacting me with hevily overpriced rooms. Im not really looking to subsidize your rent and its so unethical to position yourself that way. I find these "group inspections" a real turn off also. If you arent capable of setting aside 20 minutes to show me around one-on-one? then that shows me alot. i guess if im interested i will get in contact. thanks! I also dont post my face online as I often attract creepy weirdos ... Sad right?
I graduated last year and i am currently working part time at a hotel and also pursuing my career in psychology. I enjoy cooking, festivals/concerts and a relaxing day at home. Im good at cleaning up after myself especially in shared spaces.
Hello potential housemates After living in sunny Cairns I'm looking to live in Brissy. Big city life is calling! I work full time in digital marketing / social media and travel a fair bit. I love to cook and I clean up after myself too which is a bonus. Totally known for my Thai food. I like to pay rent well in advance, normally a month or two ahead. I'm looking for somewhere to live that ideally has - has aircon - modern look / furniture - easy going environment - similar age group - views of the city would be a bonus - a space for my small car. Sometimes I'm away for up to two weeks at a time for work and needs somewhere safe. Moving date is flexible. I'm travelling a fair bit in Aug. Have a few days in Brissy here and there so I can always pop in and meet you :-) Also - I have a lot of clothes....it comes with my work so would love a decent wardrobe or storage. If you have pets I'm always happy to look after them. I do a bit of work with the Rspca so an animal lover *********** I have been stuffed around SO much. Two places have pulled out after they had confirmed and I had even paid two months rent in advance, so please only reach out if you know that the other person is 100% moving out. I don't live in Brissy yet and travel there to view properties
Hi guys! I am looking for a last minute place to stay for 2 weeks, maybe a month as I have to move out of my current location. I am a marine biology graduate from the UK who is currently on a working holiday in Australia, currently working at Hello Harrys at Portside. Would love to find a place to stay for a few weeks! I am very easygoing, tidy and clean. Love to cook, play music and stay fit. I am always respectful of others property and I like to think I can easily fit in anywhere! If you are looking for a short term tenant, please let me know! Sam.
Working as doctor at RBWH, looking to move closer to the hospital. I'm friendly, clean, considerate and social. Highly health conscious and will not live with people who smoke cigrettes.
Hi there! We're a young married couple looking to move to Brisbane from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia sometime in January 2018. While my husband will enroll into QUT for his Masters program in February, I will be working full time in the insurance field. We're looking for a fully furnished en suite bedroom for 230aud with bills. We love animals too, so if you've got a furkid we don't mind helping out with the pets.
Hailing from Scotland but have been travelling for a number of years. A vibrant and outgoing soul - love exploring and cycling in my free time. I also love to read, bake, cook and create art when I'm not exploring. So expect lots of cake and treats around the house. Love a good singalong. Very clean, tidy and organised and highly respective of other people's space. I'll be studying Early Childhood Education and Care next year and also working.
Hi I'm Christina 😊 am a high school teacher and a food lover! Very bubbly and positive, am generally always up for a chat, however I am considerate of personal space etc. Very tidy, not a party animal, but do love a few drinks over dinner. On weekends I often like to go up the coast or hike, things that get me out and about. Looking to move into an unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobes, preferably own bathroom and parking space (or at least safe and close). Moving dates aren't too crazy as I'm just looking to relocate closer to the city, but sometime in October would be ideal 😊
Super easy to get along with, clean, respectful, professional fashion designer working full-time during the week. Super social and looking for fun housemates who are like-minded. I have just come back from living in London and travelling for the last 18 months. I am fairly active and am often away on weekends at the coast visiting friends and family. Also don't mind having a drink here and there at the local establishments!
Back on Mainlandia (Briz) after 2 years on Nth Stradbroke Island. Looking for a share house preferably with a back yard in a tobacco tolerant or indifferent household. I'm an active filmmaker shooting sketch comedy, documentaries and landscape motion capture. I'll be in and out of Moreton Bay and need a stable base in the more Bohemian regions of Briz. Clean, a good cook and conversational across a broad range of topics. You'll find me upbeat and respectful of privacy.
Hi Everyone! So I've just secured a new job back in Brisbane and I'm look for a place to settle. I have been based on the Gold Coast for some years but it's time to move back to the big smoke. I work in construction so my days can be fairly long but I still like to make time for paying the Gym a visit as I try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going out for a feed, movies, and maybe a scotch or two or whatever random thing maybe on the cards. I'm a quite easy to get along with and happy to have a chat about the day had and watch movies or whatever but I also respect ones privacy if that's what they prefer. I'm also good with pets though have none of my own. Well I hope to hear from you. Take care and talk soon! Trent :)
I work full time, gym in my spare time and is a tidy person. Looking for people that are like minded and friendly easy to get along with.
Hey guys. We're a couple who have been travelling the world and are now setting ourselves up in Brisbane for the next few years at least. We're looking for team ups primarily, to get a 2 or 3 bedroom place. We enjoy a glass of wine (or seven) but are definitely not partyers. We rather chill at home playing a game of Risk or having a movie night. We love cooking so there will be always good food around. We are clean and tidy and we are looking for the same. Ideally, we'd like to share the space with someone/some people who are not only housemates but would become friends. If you think we'd be a good fit as housemates, message us as soon as you like and we will get back to you promptly. Cheers. Jacob and Petra.
Hello! Ideally I'm looking for a small place to myself because I haven't lived on my own in over 6 years. Having your own place can be quite expensive, so I'm also open to sharing a place with someone. I'm a flight attendant at Brisbane Airport, so my roster is all over the place. Some weeks I'm never home, and other weeks I'm just catching up on sleep. When I'm not working, I'm usually out camping or exploring mother nature. I'm a very quiet and respectful person. I mostly keep to myself when I'm home. Definitely not a party animal. I'm basically 27 going on 57 ;)
Hi, I am currently a FIFO worker (see below). My roster is quite lengthy and want to be as savvy with money as possible - this currently is a Expression Of Interest - to see if I can find a decent priced/location/residence that matches my current needs/fiscal outlay. I need to grow up and have a base. - I am quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humour, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one other female/male, within or around the same age group (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently). - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer people around my age. - Close by to gym franchises or gyms in general. - I do own a little SUV, however I am considering selling it currently. Please note - I am not into uni accommodation or shared housing where there is 2+ people to a single room. I am only interested in sharing a apartment/flat with one other person and I am flexible/neg on price. Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there. Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, Teneriffe, South Brisbane, New Farm, Newstead, Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life :). If there is a residence that matches my fiscal outlay and is a beneficial area then I am happy to move earlier. Bit about me currently - I am FIFO into Darwin on a 4 weeks on 1 week off roster which is not the most ideal roster. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job is in jeans and steel caps! Bit of a gym addict as well :). Future plans are to either give up FIFO and settle into mainstream society, normal 9-5 job and a sleep in on weekends :). Thank you Cassandra
