I'm clean, can communicate well and like to have a laugh. I like my space but I also like people. Not a binge drinker or smoker. A clean kitchen & bathroom situation is a must! Want to live with considerate people who can adult well, for the sake of harmonious living. I have a lovely ginger cat, Frank, he's incredible and lives indoor /outdoor and loves people (like a dog-cat really) would love to find a home where is welcome too.
Hi Friends/Potential Roommate! I currently work full time in HR, in the City, so love nothing more than to come home from work and unwind on the couch. I really enjoy cooking, and am more than happy to share whatever I cook with anyone who is willing to try it. I'd like to live with people who don't mind a chat, or a drink, but also respect privacy and downtime. I am not looking to move until the end of April (as that is when my current lease finishes), and need an unfurnished room. If you are looking to team up to start a new share house, I can bring along some furniture with me as well!
I'm an artist who works part-time in hospitality to pay my bills. I'm a very relaxed housemate, clean and friendly. Very happy to hangout and make friends, but am pretty busy so I'll be out of the house a bit. Looking for a nice housemate/s to make a nice home with :)
Hey everyone! My name is Sarah and I'm a 20 year old law student at QUT. I also work part time at the Telstra store at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. I'm an independent, organised and tidy person who likes to maintain a clean and relaxed living environment. I am looking for some like-minded flatmates, in a centrally located apartment, unit or flat close to public transport. My personal interests include dogs, wine+cheese, and travelling. I'd be looking to sign a 6-12 month lease. I would be keen to socialise with you, but I can also respect privacy. I also spend a bit of time at my partners place in New Farm so will be out of your hair at least a few nights per week! If you think we would be a good match, I would love to hear from you!
Hey there this is Jason, I am a UQ student doing a master's program, with 3 more semesters to go. I am an open-minded person, keen to make friends with others. In fact, the reason why I want to move out of my current house is that it is so dead!!! Nobody talks in the house. I remember vividly one day I was having such a good time at uni with friends and when I hopped off the bus home and realised I was on my way back to the house, I got so upset. I think there is no need to explain why I want to live in Newfarm. I have been there a few times, to me, it is quite ideal to live. Although uni has taken most of my current life, I am a huge fan of cheesy pop music and Netflix, in love with all those cliche things and proud of it haha
I just recently moved here from Canada and am currently looking for a place in Brisbane! Im 23 years old, and am quite used to living with other people as i did that all through university. I can keep to myself or be as social as you like,I do like to clean, and am a huge fan of baking so,if you like desserts, I can definitely make something for us. I am also flexible on how long I require a place, ideally I'd like to be somewhere for at least 3 months to settle in.
I just arrived in Brisbane and am looking for a room. I'm a Spanish guy who's been living in Germany for the past three years being now on a new adventure. I'm going to stay in Brisbane for, at least, six months, studying and working. Though I value a quiet environment I'm also looking forward to meeting new people.
Move in date -end of June by 1st of July Locations considered South Brisbane, New Farm, West End, Gabba, CBD Must include 1car,1bath,1bed happy to share other spaces Preferably gym, pool, media room. Flexible with furnishings. Clean, quiet, respectful, social, organised. The ideal flatmate would appreciate home cooked meals, the odd dinner party, netflix binge.
I’m starting my housemate search early to save a bit of stress! My current lease is up on 12 July and I am open to moving and finding a new place my new housemate and I like. I work in the CBD in HR. Most nights I head to the gym after work so weeknights are pretty low key. On the weekends I’m out and about with friends. Not much of a party person but enjoy having a quiet wine at home watching a movie. I’m a non-smoker. Very clean. Reliable with bills and have a house full of furniture. It’d be great to hear from you!

I play ukulele but Im terrible, I was art director for movies and TV in Chile (that's my career) but now Im interesting about improve my english (Im english student) and find a job. Actually I'm really quiet, simple girl with simple things. Im a colorful, happy, smiling and sweet person. I love books, take naps, chocolate and take long walks. I don't have any problem if you really love eat meat is not a problem for me cooking meat or spend time with you when you're eating (I say this because everybody always ask me about that haha but for me it's ok) I love drink beer but Im not the kind of girl who loves go to parties every week maybe because I have a kind of old soul hahaha I don't know... I'm so friendly but shy at the same time just because Im not pretty good speaker, my english is not good enough but Im working on that (-: *I'm very clean *Student *Left handed *Freckles *From South America *Purple & Blue *Analogue photography *Healthy and active person. *Optimist *Creative *Quiet *Easy-going *Happy person. *No party-person I'm searching for a place close to the Central Station or Fortitude Valley (around 5-10 minutes on train or 30-40 minutes walking)
I work all week but when I am not working I focus on my painting. I am an artist on the side, I know this takes many years but a dream is a dream : ). I don't go out and party any more but love a good chat till the early mornings and adventures around town or camping! I am tidy, I don't care what you do to your own space but common areas have to be at least a peaceful environment to wake up to and not a jungle of Mayhem to jump over to make a coffee. If your keen for a chat, send me a message. Cam.
I am an easy going nice and clean guy in my late 30s - into bike riding, rock-climbing and tai-chi, working as an IT engineer in Brisbane. An adopted Kiwi Russian from Auckland I'm absolutely drama-free and mature, pay rent on time and look after the property well (this is providing you are not one of those people bent up on wiping-dry the sink after each face wash). I am looking for a temporary place until my family comes over from Auckland to join me. If you have anything longer term for rent in the area - please let me know too.
Hi, I'm Tessa and looking for a place to stay. I'm a PhD student at UQ, so during the week I'm working at Uni and during the weekends I'm often out and about. I like a place with privacy so I can rewind when coming home. I also love the occasional chat to tell all the good and funny stories that happened that day. I am very tidy, so I appreciate it if my housemates are also like that. I'm looking for a room with own bathroom. A rental price between 200-250 AUD/week (depending on what bills are included) would be great. If there's a bit of extra storage so I can put my stuff away that would be great. I do have a car so parking (on or off street) would be great. Love to hear from you if you think it would be a match. Cheers, Tessa
I'm a 21 year old creative, working part time as barista. I spend most of my time writing beats and self teaching, so day to day I like to have autonomy to do my own thing, but I also love to meet people and involve myself in new experiences. Beer drinking is always an option with me. To live with I'm pretty clean and self-contained but if you're a social type I'll probably ask you about your day if I bump into you. If you have a cat I'll probably win its love within a month so if you're insecure about your pets dedication to you then you might want to keep it away from me. :)
Hi! I am Julia, working and studying nearly all the time))). I love quietness and comfort, but I also enjoy to have a nice evening with mates. Easy going and friendly person. I do not mind about your pets. I'd love to hear from you soon!
Hello & Guten tag, it's lovely to meet you! We are an English girl and German guy couple who are looking for a place to stay in Brisbane during our working holiday. Expect us to be a laid back, respectful, kind couple who enjoy art, film, music and dancing (- one of us is much better than the other!) We also enjoy playing video games, reading, learning languages and trying to keep fit. Australia is a wonderful country and we would love to meet new people whilst living in this brilliant city! We look forward to being your new housemates!
We are currently looking for a house/apartment to rent in the inner Brisbane suburbs and have recently applied for a house. Leigh is a full-time accountant and works in the city. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, beer and has a keen eye for spotting dogs. I work full time in my own company and part-time for a Hotel in Brisbane. In my spare time I binge watch TV series’ (currently rewatching The Office), gym and enjoy a wine on the weekends. Ideally our potential housemate is clean and respectful of shared areas of the house. We’re both laid back and definitely want someone who is friendly and sociable and keen for after work drinks every now and then. Although we’re keen for a social housemate we also are wary of respecting each others space and need for downtime when at home. If you think you’d be the right fit shoot us a message!
I'm a PA who works fulltime in East Brisbane, and I'm currently 25, turning 26 end of March. I'm easy going, bubbly personality, I love to be sociable, but also enjoy time to myself, and know how to respect others personal space. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with housemates who are the same. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast, so I try to get up there for the weekend around once a month, besides that I either chill at home, or catch up with mates. Also don't mind an occasional drink. I'm wanting to pay a maximum of $180 a week, bills/utilities included. I have a car, so ideally a garage/carport/driveway to park in would be amazing, but I don't mind if it's just street parking - as long as its easy enough to find parking spaces. I have all bedroom furniture, so would be looking for the bedroom to be unfurnished, but the rest of the house furnished. The locations I've listed are just a rough guide to the areas I'm looking at, but am happy to consider other places near by (preference is to stay North of the river), as long as they're lovely areas to live in. I'm flexible on moving date, but start of April would be the earliest. Look forward to hearing from you. Miriah :)
