I'm from New Zealand, and I'm going to be studying design full-time at Shillington. I'm very tidy and easy-going!
Hiya! I am looking for a place to call home in Brisbane. I work full time as a health care professional and married to my job (just a little bit). My hobbies are climbing, playing tennis, crafts and whatever the flavour of the month is. I consider myself a clean and tidy person and respectful of any house rules. Would love to live in a house where I can eventually consider my housemates as friends, to have an occasional couch date with Netflix, discuss crappy reality tv and have a drink or ten! But also very respectful of giving each other space and respecting privacy. Hit me up! Love Anushka
Hi I’m Dan, I’m Australian and I’m a full time chef working in the city. Currently looking for a place close to the city to move into before the end of the year, tend to spend a lot of hours working nights and weekends. Im tidy and easy to get on without
Hey, I’m 23 and currently working full time in west end. Looking for a sharehouse with likeminded people - I enjoy socialising, having a drink, going to the beach and exploring! I’m fairly new to Brisbane so don’t really know many areas but open to most suburbs close enough to my work I have lived in sharehouses for around 5 years so I know the drill, I’m good with cleaning, paying rent and paying bills on time. I am going away on holidays for the next month and will return on the 19th January which is when I will be looking to move in. A pool would be appreciated, as would a room distant to others as I do get grumpy when woken up! Please no share rooms! Also there is a possibility for me to bring my cat up so if that’s an option that would be great! :) hit me up if you think you might have a house for me!
With my expertise working in fashion, never again will you be stuck on what to wear👗👒 Jokes aside, I'm always happy to be struck up for a chat about anything. In my downtime you're most likely to catch me watering my pot plants, cooking up whatever I hauled from the farmers market, or off to a gig.
Hi! I’ve just moved living in the NT for 5 years. It’s been a while since I’ve been in the city but I’m loving Brissy so far. I’m looking for a place near the fortitude valley or gown hills train stations as I work in Kedron. I work in government doing industrial relations. While I have a serious job I also have hobbies and enjoy socialising and dancing. A pretty balanced person who is also a bit quirky. I’ve got a 6 month old kitten SoSo who is adorable and loves all people. She is still in Darwin but looking to join me soon in Brisbane. Again, she loves people and is pretty entertaining. Any questions please ask.
I am clean and tidy, pretty sociable but totally respectful to others alone time. I am laid back and enjoy a chat over a wine now and then. I'm into the outdoors and love to be active. I'm not a party animal but am social when it comes to friends and doing fun stuff 😁 I am looking to move in with someone who is similar in their thinking to me and not someone who's gonna want house parties all the time. I work part time at the moment but hoping to get a full time job in the new year. I'm good with money and reliable also. If you recon you could live with me, message me and we can maybe grab a coffee and check we mesh lol.
Please see my requirements below and let me know if your listing could be a good fit! Looking for: - PRIVATE ROOM - Either furnished or unfurnished - Room must have air conditioning - Own bathroom, or really tidy shared bathroom - Must fit queen bed - Decent wardrobe (not with a hot water cylinder in it) - Pool - Gym About me: I am a 25 year old, working professional from New Zealand. I have been in Brisbane for a few months now and still looking for the ideal place to call home :) I'm easy going, respect other people’s space and appreciate my own, I'm a considerate person to live with, I clean up after myself and so do expect others to do the same. Love animals, adventures, rockclimbing, the beach, gigs/festivals, keeping active and a few beverages on the weekends. For the most part I just need a welcoming, clean space with great flatmates to kick start my new life in Brisbane. I travel 4 times a year for work, but am a full time, long term employee. I do have plans to have Kiwi friends visit for a few days throughout the year, so must be open to having people around. Budget: $250 inc bills Let me know if this sounds a bit what you've got going!
Hi! My name is Rachel and I am 20 years old! I have been living in Australia for almost two years and I am loving it here! I am looking for a share house to live in as my lease is up soon! I am looking for somewhere close to the city that is between $150-$210, including all bills (water, internet, etc). I’m looking for a furnished place around New Farm, Bowen Hills, Spring Hill, West End, and Newstead. I am very reliable and respectful of others and always clean up after myself. I am also really friendly and enjoy making new friends! I love to read, music and animals! I work 5 days a week, including weekends! I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hello, my name is Kellie and I am 27 year old professional, I currently work at ANZ as a business banker and I am also finishing my business degree at QUT. I am very bubbly and outgoing, I love socialising and don’t mind a drink or two but I am also very into living a healthy lifestyle. On the weekends you can find me having brunch at cafes and heading to the beach with friends. I am a really easy going housemate who is happy to either be social but also keep to myself.
I have lived out of home since July 2015 so I consider myself a veteran housemate. I know all the rules: chores rosters, noise curfews, not stealing other peoples food in the fridge... you name it. I also know that housemates can make a house a home, and I appreciate the friendships that can be made even with two strangers (who I live with now). I have lived in Melbourne ever since I was 2 but after many trips up-north I think I may have left my heart here. I’m graduating from uni in February and I’m looking to move my life to Brisbane and hope to find a full-time job. I have a casual work in the meantime to pay rent/bills etc but as I won’t be studying further, I’d be trying to find a job that’s constant. I’m looking for a Private Room for $150 or less, message me if you’re interested :) About me: I’m bubbly, energetic and I LOVE the outdoors and the sunshine (hence the move to Brisbane from crummy Melbourne weather). I’m a social butterfly but also appreciate my down-time when it is needed. I (will) have a degree in International Relations, so politics gets me going 😏. I’m a greeny but not a green thumb, please don’t let me look after your plants because they WILL die. Animals are my favourite thing, no matter what shape or size. Have a 4ft python or a stick insect? Cool let me hold it! I love Pilates, drinking red wine/Bacardi & coke, dancing until I can’t feel my feet and tucking into some good old banter (yes I can give shit and take it too). Hit me up if you’re interested :)
Hello everyone! My name is Hannah, I am a 24 years old professional working full-time in the city. I currently live on the Gold Coast and commute everyday for work so I am looking for a place closer to work for a better work/life balance. During my spare-time I like to go to the gym, relax, watch Netflix, read, hang with friends, go on adventures etc. I like to have a few drinks and go out every now and then but I am not a big party-goer by any means. I do tend to keep to myself most of the time, however, ideally I'd like to find a place that I can call home and hopefully build some level of friendship with the person/s I am living with. I have a car so an off-street park is ideal. Also interested in teaming up with someone to sign a potential lease together.
Hi, my name is Robert my flatmate just recently decided to terminate the lease and has given me two weeks to find another arrangement unfortunetly I'm studying full time and working part time. I'm easy going and barely home, clean and respectful and drug free. I'm looking for bills included and don't mind sharing and putting in my share of housework and cleaning. I respect peoples things and living space. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi, I'm Eliza. I have just moved from Melbourne to Brisbane and am looking for a share house that is a share home. I am a casual primary school teacher and love what I do. On the weekends, I like eating out, exploring new places and going for a hike/camping/adventuring. I'm excited to meet new people and hope that the people I live with, will also be considered friends. I have an adorable dog, Nala. She is a miniature pinscher and a real legend. She's very low maintenance, gets along with everyone and other animals too (cats, dogs and chickens). She's easy going and great company.
I'd say I'm a perfect flatmate. Don't bother at all, super tidy and organized. A bit shy at first but once I'm comfortable with all of you I'm very outgoing and sociable. I like chatting, cooking and listening Latin music. Currently, I work for Felons Brewing (under Story Bridge) five or six days a week reason why I'm really into moving to that area.
Hey mates, my name is Corrine. I'm looking for a nice place for short term before I have my own place in Brisbane. Im working full time as an advertising and marketing role. I do some filmmaking and photography during my part time, and it's my pleasure to know special creatures who have the same hobbies to work with. I m a very clean and tidy person, and would like to stay in a place which is cleaned by everyone. I love music, movies, arts, reading and traveling. That'll be so great if can live with cool people who can share good time together and also give private space to each other. The property I prefer is more like a nice apartment or two/three bedroom unit or new house. The room is sunny and cosy, with build-in wardrobe, a double or queen size bed, a simple clean desk. It would be nice that it feels like a home with good living environment. Do not consider accommodation for students. Hope to hear from you. ;) Cheers.
