Hi there, I'm Shalveen born and bred in Sydney. I moved down roughly 3 years ago to undertake my childhood ambition of becoming a pilot. Since then i have completed most of my studies, my commercial pilots licence and my flight instructor rating and now work full time at my Flying School as a flight instructor teaching others how to fly. I'm very clean and can be very social, at the same time I'm also one to respect everyone's privacy. For the most part i cause very little footprint around the house as i get stuck in my playstation or some studying. I do work weekends with my day's off being Thursday and Friday. I also DJ on the weekends at some nightclubs as it is my part time hobby but I'm not a party person at all. I literally go in and do my work and leave straight away due to working Sunday mornings at the flying school. I rarely drink if ever, but more than happy to join in on social things with flatmates. I'm a pretty chill guy who respects everyones opinions and views. I'm not one to bring a party to the house or anything like that ... Happy to join in on home chores etc and i'm not one to argue. Would preferably like my flatmates to be young professionals, trustworthy and positive fun people. Thanks for reading my profile! ps: I've been getting an influx of calls since creating this ad and it feels like i'm getting spammed, please message me through here, I don't like a call unless i've seen the room - most importantly i'm looking for a room between the city and moorabbin airport and has its own ensuite or own personal bathroom.
Hi there, I'm 25 yo Polish, arrived to Melbourne 3 months ago. I'm seeking a private room starting with 12 March, or better -prospective housemates to create a new place to call home! I'd preferably stay in the northern suburbs (Brunswick, Northcote etc) but I'm not really fussy about that. Flexible with rent duration, but 3 months is a minimum stay. The only condition is more or less convenient location with public transport going straight to the city in the nearby. Some basics about me - I'm pretty laid back, positive person, not intrusive though which means I'm keen to hang out with a beer or 5 every now and then but need to have my own space as well (and I'm happy to give you same opportunity). I'm much into music and everything what is related to that. What I'm doing in Melbourne is generally having fun, meeting people, gathering good memories and money for further adventures! I used to work in accounting, here I'm working full-time in hospo. Pm me if it feels like we might get along well!
My name is Michael, I'm 25 and I'm looking for a 2/3/4 bedroom sharehouse close to the city. Preferred move in date would be March 5, but I'm flexible. I'm an entrepreneur, having started a smoothie business in late 2015 which I work on full-time. I also do some freelancing work for the self storage industry. My business has recently just moved into a premises in Collingwood, so I'm looking to find a place nearby. And yes, there will be opportunities for free smoothies! I'm very organised, clean and would like to live with people who are as well. I'm pretty easy going, always up for a chat and respectful of others privacy. Outside of work I like to stay fit by going to the gym and playing touch footy, going out to brekky with friends and exploring Melbourne! I'm originally from Brisbane and have a few friendship groups down here, but I'm always keen to meet new and interesting people :) -Michael
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, I am a very chill, laid-back and friendly. I'm very responsible when it comes to committing to agreements and I also try to maintain a pretty clean and tidy space. Also love a few drinks over the weekend.
I'm a Brazilian/German architecture student in Melbourne. Already a civil engineer with masters but decided to start it all over again studying architecture, guess there is no better way to make a great change in life than by moving to Australia. Into art, technology, history, gardening, architecture but trying to keep myself always curious about everything else. Currently not working but will probably try to find something after finding a place to stay.
Hi there, I'm Rush and I'm currently studying Biomedicine at The University of Melbourne. Im going for my 3rd year and I am looking for a nice place to stay. Im easy going, down to earth and not messy. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have something that might suit me, it's quite urgent. Cheers.
Hello I'm Eileen, 22, finished a photography degree and currently looking for photography work in Melbourne, all the while, working as a waitress in a restaurant. I enjoy art/galleries, board games and a good drink. I'm easy-going, LGBT+ friendly and sociable. Looking for a private room in a sharehouse where everyone respect each other and also share the fun of living together instead of hiding in their own rooms. If it sounds suitable for your house, I would love to hear from you, thank you.

Hi potential future-flatmates!! I'm from Hobart, Tasmania, and I've just moved to Melbourne for university (UniMelb), so I'm hoping to find a place in that area somewhere. I play hockey and I also do a bit of orienteering (bonus points if you don't have to google 'what is orienteering'), and I've got a bike to get from A to B. That makes me sound quite a bit more energetic than I am, but I do have my lazy moments (trust me). Also, if you want a pub-buddy, then look no further! Say 'beer' or 'wine' or 'alcohol' and I'll be there with bells on. Same goes for coffee. I hope that I'm easy to live with, I do chores and I generally clean up after myself. I listen to music a lot, especially when I'm studying, but if you don't like that then thats why I've got headphones. I don't mind moving into a non-furnished place, but if its furnished, then, well, what a bonus. I don't smoke, I love most animals, I'm not a morning person, and I eat almost continuously (but don't worry, I wont eat your food). I've ticked 'working part-time' because hopefully I will have a casual hospo job by then (anyone know of one going..?) but I am currently unemployed, unfortunately. Also flexible with moving in dates and preferred length of stay. Hopefully my rambling has convinced that I'd be a cool person to live with! If you think so just give me a yell and we can meet up!!
Hi ! I'm Alex, 21, french student and I will study at Monash University (Caulfield campus). I am really tidy and clean, like watching films, cooking and I am easy going. I'm looking for a room not far from the uni but also easily accessible from the center ! Thanks, see you!
My name is Michael, I am a 23 year old coffee professional from Perth and moving to Melbourne at the beginning of March. I am starting a job as a coffee trainer for an awesome company in Collingwood and will be working 5-6 days per week. I enjoy coming home to relax with a tasty beer or wine, some good conversation and a movie. On my nights and days off I enjoy exploring the city for new places to eat and drink and spend my holidays snowboarding as much as possible! I have been renting for the last 6 years including in Melbourne, Perth and Switzerland and have never been late with any payments. I am trustworthy, clean and considerate and excited to find my new home!
I'm a semi-workaholic who is very sociable. Pretty chilled out, lately I've been focusing on work. I've joined up as I've been home a while after spending the better part of the last 3-4 years travelling and living overseas. The type who's pretty focused most of the time (see career orientated and trying to get myself back into a regular gym routine). But not so much that I'm no fun, regularly catching up with friends and lead a pretty active social life, looking to live with people of a similar attitude but not a requirement, as long as I don't feel like I'm walking around on egg shells and feel at home, I'm happy. I've put 6 months as my preferred length of stay as I don't want to commit anyone including myself to living with anyone I don't get along, but more than happy looking for something long term.
Hello, I'm 23 and from England, I am a clean neat fitness finatic who spends a lot of time cooking and working out so a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. For work I currently work as a Sales Consultant at Mercedes Benz so will be looking to do something similar in Australia. Spent a lot of time prepping food and cooking meals for the gym so I'm a half decent chef it turns out & I am a huge fan of football (soccer) and UFC, like everyone I enjoy a couple of drinks now and again. I'm a very sociable person who will get on with anyone. I don't judge anyone on pre tense and I will get to know anyone given the chance. I'm emigrating to Melbourne 30th of March 2017, and I'm open to any potential living arrangements. Thanks, Robin ✌🏼

Hi I'm Paul, I'm a 31 year old professional musician and teacher. I teach a few days a week and perform on the weekends for a living. I'm looking in particular for a place where I could do some saxophone practise during the day. Generally between 9-5 business days, and maybe on occasion a hour or two on the weekends. If that suits you that'd be great! I'm a very laid back person, not really a party animal, and tend to stay home a fair bit. I also enjoy cycling, seeing live music, and catching up with friends. Totes up for a beer and hang in the evenings. Love pets, but don't have any myself, if you have a pet, consider me the fun uncle to that pet...or is that weird...
Hi Guys, ONLY LOOKING FOR A 2 WEEK LASE WITH POTENTIAL TO STAY WEEK TO WEEK UNTIL I FIND MY OWN PLACE. AVAILABLE 25thFEB. My name is Rochelle, I am 26 years old and have just come back from a year long break travelling in Central and South America. Before travelling I was based in Annandale, Sydney and had a successful real estate career in Mosman. I am relocating to Melbourne and continuing to work in the real estate industry however in a more behind the scenes, Monday to Friday role. My main interests are health and fitness, live music, the beach, food and socialising. I am very career and fitness motivated and spend most of my time working, at the gym or going on spontaneous adventures. I am neat and tidy, very considerate of others and personal space however love a bit of banter over a wine or dinner. Cheers, Rochelle.
Hi! I'm a full-time student at swinburne uni (studying graphic design) that enjoys being outside, looking at art, attending gigs and reading. My friends tell me that i'm 'super chill,' my mum tells me i 'need to stop making dad jokes,' and dogs don't tend to say anything, but they seem to like me plenty well too. I'm still working on my cooking skills, but I'm a pretty excellent baker and will make my family's secret recipe sponge cake on birthdays! I am also a tidy, friendly person and don't mind hanging out with flatmates, but enjoy time alone equally as much :^)
Hi I am currently working full time in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne and looking to find a room in an existing share house or even happy to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the the chadstone, bentleigh or brighton area. About me: I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!
Irish guy moving to Melbourne. Very easy going and clean. Outgoing, so normally not in the house too much, love meeting new people and I have never had any issues with prior room mates, I can give you contact info for them, if you would like to talk to them directly for their perspective. I love cooking (for myself and others) and I am very approachable if you do have anything you need to say. Moving to a new city, open to meeting anyone! Feel free to get in touch
Hey Everyone, My name is Amber and I'm fun, clean, easy going and friendly :) I am looking for a place for at least 12 months, preferably longer. I do smoke but only outside also I'm not driving and don't have a car at the moment so I'm looking for somewhere close to public transpor. I'm a student at RMIT University in the city, I am also currently searching for part time employment
I'm a quiet mannered software engineer just looking for a place and a room to call his own. Own bathroom would be a huge plus. I don't do loud parties, I keep to myself mostly and am always considerate of others around me. Being close to public transport is a must!
I'm clean and tidy, love to cook and drink wine of an evening. My passion is baking so if you love cakes you'll love me! Love animals! Sociable but also like to have time to myself.
I am as easy-going as you can get without descending into laziness. Always finding the positive in most anything, I brighten up the place with wit. Being a writer, it's either this, or way-too-deep insights into something I read that morning. Love my nerd culture including board games, mostly for the social aspect, so expect that I'll crack them out when we have guests. I like a house that gets along well and doesn't mind visitors. I rather like guests. Working as a teacher, writer and cricket umpire, and studying a degree in professional writing with plenty of food-for-thought subjects like philosophy and game design. So come! Let's crack a bottle and talk!
Hey, I'm Aimee-May from the UK. I've been travelling for 3 months so far and I'm looking for work and accommodation. I attended boarding school when I was 11, so I'm used to living and sharing space with others. I'm up for a chilled night in, but also a mental night out. I'm responsible and looking to meet new people.
Hi, Im a friendly, social being who likes a tidy house. I've lived in all sorts of share situations - sharing food, going it alone, cleaning as needed and keeping to a strict roster. I'm reliable and organised - hopefully this doesn't mean I'm not fun! I like to think I am and love a good bonding/gossip sesh and a laugh. Like to share teas/wines/beers as they happen and have no problems grabbing washing off the line before rain, watering pot plants when others are away and picking this up from the shops on the way home. I'm an urban planner working for state gov full time, a country girl at heart I'm a fan of a bit of gardening. My current house has chickens which I love and am sad to be leaving. I have a super affectionate cat and an entire house of furniture to contribute (although I'd happily discuss letting some of it go if needed). Looking to move by May 15 either into a great existing sharehouse or start a new one. My location preference is super-free, I'm only in need of a train within 10mins walk or a 1/2 hr easy bike ride to the cbd.
Hello. My name is Joel Buchanan.I am a 4th year student from deakin University. I'm looking for a place close to the city as I work over 25 hours a week on collins Street. I do enjoy a good night out but normally will be studying or working but don't mind if others have people round. I would like to have people round on occasions.
Hey, I'm Jess and I'm 27. I'm currently working a part time freelance writing job. I relocated back to Melbourne from the Gold Coast in Dec 2016. I'm looking for a share house with easygoing, open-minded, friendly people who love anything to do with the arts. If you're a creative type, we'll definitely get along! Prefer: * Unfurnished bedroom (I have a bed, TV and desk) * Rent between $150-190 only (pls don't message if your room is over $200!) * Heating and internet available. * Similar ages, around 23-32. * I have very mild asthma. Can't be around strong perfumes/colognes and incense. * Honest, happy, inclusive people. * If you have a dog, I love it already :D * Would like 2 or more housemates, rather than just one other person. * I'm up for team-ups, though I only have a TV and bedroom furniture, no main appliances like fridge, washing machine etc.
Pro: I was in the Air Force for a year so I really know how to clean! Neg: I can be super clumsy (recently cut my hand with a ceiling fan trying to dry washing... :/) I'm moving to Melbourne from Canberra to start a degree in communication (media) at RMIT. I've been working fulltime for the last 2 years saving for the move so I'm really keen to find somewhere awesome to live! I love travel and photography. I'm comfortable with spending time on my own but I also love to chill with friends. I'm looking for somewhere livable with easy access to RMIT. Would love a sharehouse with friendly people in their 20s.
I'm currently a student at Deakin University studying in my final year of a Bachelor of Laws degree, so will be studying quite a bit. I'm tidy, easy to get to know and get along with, love meeting new people and have a lot of different interests. Im into running and fitness generally, and don't mind a night out occasionally for a whisky or two.
Hi there, I'm Sandra and I'm 38. I have just moved from QLD to Melbourne and I am looking for a new comfy and tidy place to call home. As Portuguese, I love my food and a good wine/beer. I'm also very easy going and I love a nice talk along with a good laugh.

Hey there! I'm Therese, I'm a full-time student studying a BA of Media and Communications at Swinburne. I work part-time at Market Lane Coffee and write for websites in my spare time. I love creating things, the spark of a good idea and acting on it. I recently just arrived back in AUS after a 2 month solo trip around Europe, which entailed everything from Hiking around Austria/Switzerland to gobbling down all the pasta i could get my hands on. I love getting out and about, mingling, seeing new bands, tasting new foods and keeping active. However, i'm a bit of a nerd maybe underneath it all, I'm always working on a new writing/photography project or ravenously chewing through a book. I'm an avid runner but try to balance it out with being a dynamo at cupcakes on the weekend. As your flatmate will be clean, considerate and respectful. I'm super friendly, easy-going, love a glass of wine and good conversation. I believe i contribute very well to flat shares. Meanwhile, i do enjoy a bit of my own space. Hope to hear from you soon, Therese. :)
Hey I'm 22 and have just moved from Perth. I've lived in sharehouses for the past 5 years, and am really clean and easygoing. I study naturopathy full time and work part time.
Hi there, our names are Mariel and Tom and we're hoping to be your new house mates! I (Mariel) am a full-time student at Monash in my final year studying Arts/Law and Tom works full-time as a doctor, and we're both 23 years old. We are great lovers of travel, cooking, hanging with friends, going to music gigs, sport (netball for Mariel and hockey for Tom) and the outdoors. We are easy-going, clean and reliable. Please shoot us a message if you have anything to ask. Thanks x
University of Melbourne student. Looking for a shared apartment or studio in south Yarra, Collingwood, Toorak, St Kilda, Brighton, Elwood. Looking for a car spot and long term lease. I am usually out at work or study for most of the day, so won't be a problem for potential flatmate(s). Never missed a payment in the past. I cook most my meals and train regularly, so your potential flatmate is a healthy bloke. Interested in teaming up too just shoot a message to discuss possibilities.
I moved down to Melbourne from Brisbane last October after returning from a summer in Europe! I'm currently living in Windsor and although I am working full time as a restaurant manager in Fitzroy I would love to stay in this general area as I have fallen in love with it! Outside of work, I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week, I love to cook, I enjoy a good old netflix and chill session but also love to get out of the house and explore Melbourne! I love brunching and picnicking on the weekends and a drink or two along Chapel. I'm very easy to get along with, I'm super tidy and actually enjoy cleaning and I'm financially stable so bills are always paid on time :) I'm currently living with my best friend, my sister and her boyfriend and our lease is up on the 18th of March, as I am wanting to make Melbourne my permanent home I am looking for something a bit more long term but would be happy either way! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message me :) Rikki
I have lived in share houses for many years and wouldn't have it any other way - I love community, and the people I've lived with tend to become great friends. Traits I value in myself and others include being considerate, open and kind communication, and taking care of all the usual sharehouse duties with grace! A bit about me - I'm 33 with a few creative bones in my body (background in theatre and visual art), and a passion for complimentary health (Naturopathy graduate, working as a Kinesiologist one day per week), and avid nature lover/camper/hiker, and also work the 9-5 x four days per week in local government. I'm rather busy and tend to fill my days and evenings, but I see building a strong relationship with my housemates as a high priority and love the periodic 'family dinner', and of course regular spontaneous cups of tea/vino and chats. Rachel :)
Hi there! My name is Sarah, and I am relocating from Adelaide in April. I'm looking to move into a fully furnished place but can furnish my own room. I'm a very easy-going person, friendly and open-minded so we will never be short of fun conversations. I'm neat and tidy with my personal spaces and have great respect for those around me. I like to cook and am more than capable of cleaning and cooking. I'm more the type of person to have someone over for dinner as opposed to being a big party person, but I do love to socialise. In regards to practical details, I'm working full-time as an Accounts Administrator but am looking at moving into HR. I look forward to hearing from you!
