We're an easy-going couple coming in Australia to work and travel! For now we're settling up in Melbourne for a bit. We lived in London for the past few years, both professionals I'm a motion designer and Damien is a creative developer. We love going out to gigs, events, art exhibitions, pubs, etc. but also really big fans of outdoor activities like hikes and road trips. Don't hesitate to begin a chat to get to know more about us!
Hi! My name is Sandra and I’m a tidy girl from Sweden. My plan is to settle down in Melbourne for a while and then backpack the east coast. I got here on a working holiday visa so I’m looking for a full-time job! I like to cook, some nights I like to drink wine and go out but other nights I just like to stay in and drink tea. I always like having a fun time and just hang out!
Hi, I’m Desiree, I’m doing my PhD in education working with Indigenous people and working part time. I love traveling, learning about diverse topics, nature, hiking, clean places, good vibes and lovely people. I'm industrial designer and love creativity and Interior design.
I'm a fun and friendly 32yr old female who is respectful and clean and tidy. I'm really easy going and down to earth. I currently work most weekdays as a teacher for a temping agency, but there are some weeks I may not have a set schedule. Looking to share with like minded people.
We're two Irish girls, and we've just arrived in Melbourne on a working holiday visa for one year. We both studied chemistry in college but thankfully that's over and now we're here and hoping to do something completely different. Pros of living with us: we're easy going, tidy, fairly quite, we're always up for a drink and a chat and we bake (and always need help eating the baked goods). Cons of living with us: sometimes we get distracted by Netflix and burn the baked goods...
Hi, I am Erin - a 30 y/o professional female - relocating back to Melbourne. I will be staying with family until I find the right place, so no rush! I am super friendly, respectful, outgoing, courteous and clean. I would prefer to have just one housemate, now I am getting a little older, but would be open to more. I spend a lot of time at work or at the gym - or out for brunch with friends - my home is more like my sanctuary, where I escape it all. I will be travelling a fair bit for my job - so I am searching for a trustworthy, professional housemate that I can share a home with when I am in Melbourne, and not away. I have done the housemate thing plenty of times - so know the ropes pretty well :) Let me know if you think I would be an ok fit to your dynamic home :)
I'm positive , neat , fun and like to think of my self as a true free spirit ! I'm very conscious of peoples space and like alone time but also want to move in with someone who I can be friends with . I love meeting new people and what's the point of living with someone who you can't go out with now and then or come home and chat and eat and drink with( especially eat with haha I love to cook ) ! I am originally from Ireland , I am a textile designer and just want some new chilled , fun and friendly roomies . It's so much easier to stalk my personality from my and let me know if you have a nice bright clean apartment that I could potentially share with you ☺️
Hey! I'm Céline, 29, from Belgium, looking for a place to stay in Mebourne for a couple of weeks :) From 22/10-13/11 and from 4/12-26/12. Then I am the right person. :)
Hi.I am PAN LI, a student from China who will start my English course at Hawthorn on 7.Nov. I want to live in Hawthorn or other suburbs which are nearby Hawthorn. I like running, swimming, riding bikes and climbing mountains. I hope I can find nice flatmates here. Thank you!
Hello! I am a very easygoing and respectful flatmate to have. I love to socialise and meet new people, and am very very excited to discover Australia!! I'm an aspiring musician from London, and I'm travelling around Aus for 6 months before returning back to the UK to study! (if I can possibly tear myself away). I'm open to teamups so feel free to message me if you're looking for accommodation around the same dates!
I live a very quiet life, i am honest, reliable, caring and considerate. I always go out of my way to assist others. I like living in a clean environment and a clean house, when at home I like to clean, its just me., I find cleaning very therapeutic . I am a fitness freak so most days I would run 7 klms and do my weight training in my room, therefore would need a room which is spacious. I work fulltime from 11am to 6.30pm in St Kilda 5 days a week and think it would be ideal to live close to where i currently work.
We are a couple ( jack, 23 year old kiwi, and sara, 25 year old swedish/american ) who have been living in Melbourne since march and love it. However we're now on the hunt for a slightly bigger room a bit closer to work. I work in marketing just outside of the city and sara is currently working in a cafe and looking for an engineering role, so both fairly busy monday to friday. Both well housetrained, used to living in houseshares, and enjoy having a chat in the evenings or chilling infront of the tv, and activites and a few drinks on the weekend!
Hello! My name is Marianna and I am looking for a place to call home. I have just finished my studies in Psychology, and am starting work in the area, pretty much full time. Somewhere close to a station would be ideal for me. I am easygoing and friendly; I've been share-housing for years so am not a slob and respectful of the space! I'd love a place where we can catch up and check in with each other, but also have down time to relax. I would be coming back to Melbourne early December. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi my name is Matt and I have recently relocated from Qld. Single professional who works full time in the Civil Industry. I am a very organised, clean and respectful person. I live a somewhat active healthy lifestyle as I enjoy the outdoors and getting away on weekends. I'm a fairly laid back guy that's easy to get along with and I do enjoy having a chat over a beer or glass of wine of an evening.
Hi, my name is Frauke and I am from Berlin, Germany. I will spend a semester in Melbourne to study International Business at Deakin University. In Berlin I have lived in shared flats for the past 7 years so I definitely know what it means to live with other people. In my freetime i enjoy going to concerts, festivals, bars, meeting new people or just nice conversations over a great cup of coffee. For the past 3 years I have been working part-time at a concert venue as a barmaid and I would love to do that in Melbourne as well. When it comes to living with other people I think I am very easy-going. I enjoy having a beer/cooking with my flatmates but I find respecting each other's privacy important as well. And as long as no one is homophobic, racist, sexist or hateful in any other kind I think we will get along very well:)
32 year old spontaneous, respectful, openminded and easy going Swede. Always close to a good laugh, likes keeping it cleen and tidy around me and appreciate when it´s quiet and peaceful. Spending a lot of my free time going to the gym, likes heading out for a long walk, spending time outside, love being around animals, hanging out with good fun people and explore new things. I love my coffe in the morning and I´m also a big fan of motorsport! Have lived in Australia (Melbourne) before and i loved it. So have done the sharehouse thing before. Heading back to Australia for study, so prefer a quiet house with easy going housemates who might wanna share a good laugh together once in a while :)
Please just message me when you have a place nearby the suburbs I mentioned!!! :) Heya everyone, I'm Karo, currently looking for a new beautiful place to live. I am from Germany and moved to Australia about more than 3 1/2 years ago and absolutely love it. I am moving currently from Perth to Melbourne on the 30th of October and would need a short term place until I found my own:) I'd love to stay for a month or eventually a little longer. I don't have a car, no pets and am a non-smoker. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Karo
Hey, I'm just arrived from France with a working holiday visa, I'm not really into hostels so i'm looking for a room. I don't really know for how long, it will depends on if i can find a good job in melbourne or not I'm a non smoker, i love fitness and healthy lifestyle, i'm clean and discret. I'm not very sociable I don't like big companies with lots of people, but I really love to have very deep discussion about important or may be less important things with one or very small group of persons haha, i am not superficial.
Hi , my name is Patricia , I'm currently living in Western Australia but will be moving to Melbourne next year for study. I'm a very clean , tidy person, respectful , love the social life , friendly and love meeting new people, love the gym you can call me a gym junkie. I'm looking for a room to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
I'm looking for a space to call home in the long term in Melbourne's inner north. Aiming for a house with 3+ members below $750 a month with a communal focus. I: love talking and drinking wine, clean up after myself, can set things on fire artfully, sing and play guitar, bake a mean chocolate cake (I take on extreme baking experiments with varying but delicious results), will invest time in the garden and decor, dumpster dive, am always open to hear about your troubles or run off on an adventure, tall (can reach), strong (can lift), massage, have a great network of humans you can tap into, am keen to share meals and communal items, good problem solver.
