Very tidy and self sufficient. I'm used to living alone and taking care of myself, and don't need to be reminded to clean up. I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a casual, friendly vibe at home. I'm not currently working, as on disability. I have 2 young indoor-only cats that are very friendly. I don't entertain much, my ideal night is relaxing at home with my cats, eating a pizza and watching a movie.
Hi, we are a German couple. We want to find a long term accomodation as we are planning to stay three to four years in Melbourne. We both have been living in shared flats for many years and are looking for a relaxed rather than a party place. Let me write a bit about us so you get a first impression. We both have studied in the beautiful little town of Heidelberg in the South West of Germany and have been a couple since 2010. We decided to go to Australia a year ago and Andrea found a job as a postdoctoral researcher at Monash University in Clayton. Before her job starts in March we took the opportunity to travel throughout New Zealand. Now the real adventure begins, we have to find a place to live and get settled into our new lives. We both enjoy nature, outdoors and like to go for walks or day hikes. We cook a lot and like to invite friends for dinner every once in a while. Arne: I have studied cultural anthropology, political science and psychology. I like to travel and I have seen my share of the world: I was one of the countless backpackers in Oz after my civil service in 2005. Later I went to Chile for an exchange year. The university there was not so good, so I rather started travelling throughout Latin America from Fireland to Mexico. I took my time to finish my studies and read some more interesting books about world history, philosophy and the global financial system. After university I tried to get a job in an IT company and was more than surprised when they actually hired me. I did a crash course in IT & project management and really liked it. In 2014 my company sent me to work for one of the big banks in Zurich, Switzerland, and I have stayed there until moving to Melbourne. Once we are settled in I will start looking for an IT job again. I have been playing indoor volleyball for my entire life and want to join a team again. But let's find a new home first... Andrea: I grew up in a German city close to the Dutch border and did my bachelor in Nijmegen. I moved to Heidelberg for my master in molecular biology and to Uppsala, Sweden, for an exchange semestre. I got my PhD in 2015. I had a great Ultimate Frisbee team in Heidelberg and am really looking forward to join one in Melbourne. So please let us know if you think we would fit in. Happy to come over to get to know eatch other in person.
I am 23 and working in the health industry with a full time job. I am very reliable with paying rent and have rented through an agent and privately before. I am clean, respectful and like to be social but also like my own space. I am from the country originally therefore very friendly and like to go to the beach, cook and bake delicious food and be active outdoors as much as possible. Also enjoy a good night out with friends on the weekends.
Hi, I am French and I will do a research internship in Clayton from March to August. So I am looking for an accomodation. I am friendly, reliable, nonsmocker and I love journeys and sharing good times with people.
Hey there potential flatmates! My name is Aisha (pronounced Ayyy-sha) and I have recently moved to Melbourne from the nations capital. I have secured work at a cute lil cafe in Camberwell, and I'll be doing some online study come mid March but until, then I'd like to find a place to home myself and my belongings. I am a friendly mature gal, always up for a bit of banter. I am clean and tidy, I try to stay relatively active and I like to cook (mostly because I like to eat). I drink an average of 6 cups of tea a day, brunch is my favourite meal and I enjoy the occasional weekend bev and social outing. So if you're looking for a housemate that doubles as a friend, pls do send me a message! xx

Hello! I am a 24-year-old female from San Francisco, CA studying Communications and Media Studies at Swinburne for a semester. I also work part-time and am extremely responsible financially! I am often inspired and a lover of all things creative: dancing, music, graphic design, fine arts, and food! Whether it's a mom and pop shop, hole-in-the-wall eatery, cafe or bar, I love to explore new places (which is why I'm here in Melbourne!). I'm a friendly and considerate roommate and always prefer clean environments where I stay. I would love to discuss further details about a space to stay at during my time in the beautiful city of Melbourne!
Hi there! I am Priscilla a student from Singapore, I will be studying at Monash University, Caulfield campus taking my degree for 3 years and I would like to find a place that's convenient. I love to read and paint, I do cook a lot, however, I will make sure to clean up after as I am quite particular about cleanliness and I do get along well with animals as well as children!
I have lived in a share house before so I'm no stranger to cleaning rosters and being respectful of everyone's space/need for quiet. I work in a chocolate shop and study part-time. When I'm not doing either of those things I can be found going to dance class, reading, or watching Netflix. I'm not after a party house, just somewhere that's awesome to live. Budget: $220 max. a week including bills, or $180 a week without bills.
Hi I am currently working full time in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne and looking to find a room in an existing share house or even happy to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the the chadstone, bentleigh or brighton area. Hi there! My name is Maddie, I'm in my mid twenties and I work full time as a primary school teacher. I am friendly, easy going and very respectful of others. I love getting away and all things travel related, art, tea, baking, films, music, keeping active, the outdoors and good food with friends. I have lived in share houses before and am looking for a friendly, homely and caring household. Somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a house and where the housemates enjoy having a chat at the end of the day or sharing a meal every now and then etc. I am a very tidy person and value a clean home so I am looking for housemates who are the same and share the cleaning. I am pretty busy during the week so would prefer a place where weeknights are fairly quiet. If these sound like the things you value too then I'd love to hear from you!

I love exploring places I've never been and relaxing with a fun loving group of people in my down time. I'm respectful of personal space but at the same time enjoy great company when I'm at home. I'm ready for a new experience, a new home and living with some fun, like minded and chilled out people :)
I am clean, respectful, easy going and have years of experience sharing and renting. I enjoy gardening and living in a welcoming space. Very reserved, mature spontaneous type of guy that can adapt well to most situations. Tidy, well mannered and well spoken. Deep thinking introvert. Loves the outdoors, all types of music and movies. Travelled extensively. Do not smoke, drink or party...been there done that. Potential flat mate needs to have a high level of respect for themselves, exceptionally hygiene and not a "me" person. Preferably mature.

I am a 25 year old New Zealander living in Melbourne working at Monash University. I am a biologist with an interest in mosquitoes! I thrive on outdoor adventures (rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, yoga). Meeting new people is something I really enjoy doing and have been described as very easy going, caring and courteous by my friends. I am courteous and respectful of people's space and time. I strongly believe in creating a positive atmosphere in which people are free to express themselves in doing so we can learn and share from one another. Living In communal settings I know the importance of having a clean and tidy environment, of which I endeavor to uphold. I can also make a legendary butter chicken dish! :)
Hi everyone, I'm a 24 year old Biochemistry/ Human Pathology major studying at Monash Clayton. I'm third year, so this is the big one (before probably several even bigger years post grad... don't remind me). I've been thinking of moving a little closer to campus but not quite ready to commit to true suburban life. So South Yarra down to the caulfield region is probably about my sweet spot. I'm very active and love to be healthy, if you want someone to go for a run with or a training partner.. you have a friend right here who you can tag along with to the gym for free (free entry for a guest). But otherwise, I'm going to be focused on school work and generally demolishing this third year at uni. Lived in a number of share houses over the year so know the drill. Very tidy in shared areas and happy to contribute to keeping the house in order. I work in a healthcare clinic but am also a signed model, so during uni breaks work a lot to fund more easy living through semester. Also very happy to live in a place with pets, if you're fine with me lavishing plenty of attention on them.
Hey lovelies! I'm a part-time exercise science student and I work in South Melbourne in a centre for lower back pain rehabilitation. I'm clean and I love cooking healthy meals. I like to work hard, study hard and most importantly play hard 😉 A few cheeky bevs every so often are a must! I'm looking to live with 2 or 3 other people in a social house where we hang out, cook together from time to time and go on crazy adventures! I'd love for everyone to be involved in sport in some way but that's not a necessity! Also my parents breed dogs so once a year I can take you to visit a swarm of puppies!!!
Hey! My name's Hayden :) I'm doing a clinical masters in neuropsychology overseas next year. I have two part-time jobs, and I'm looking for somewhere to stay where it's easy to commute to work over the next 3+ months. About me: I'm a super chill guy who loves to socialise but also respects others privacy. Well domesticated and very clean (but not intense). I also love sports so when I'm not working I'm often out training (football is my favourite! That's soccer to most Aussie folk). I want to stay somewhere east so I remain close to work. I am a group facilitator at eating disorders Victoria which means my hours can be quite varied, but I'm extremely respectful of other's schedules! If you have something that would suit me let me know. I'd love to meet you and check the house out!
Recent graduate from Melbourne university. Doing internship and part time job, looking for more possibilities. Love to watch movies, chill at home, talk a bit, and share a meal sometimes. :) location: actually anywhere close to train station or tram stop, with a less than 20 mins trip to city would be good
I am from Japan and currently study at Monash University. I am looking for a better place to live. I would like to have more opportunities to chat with housemates and share diverse cultures. However, I am so mature, tidy and neat that I can respect others' space.
I am a 3rd Year Bachelor of Sound and Audio Engineering Student at Boxhill Institute. I've been living with a housemate for the past year and a half but an opportunity has arisen for them to move into a better/cheaper residency with other friends, so I I will most likely be in need of a new place to live in the next few months, whilst I finish my final year of study. I am a musician, artist, fun and loud but respect quiet, tidy, independent. I currently don't have a car so will need to be near public transport. I have a small dog but may be able to leave them with family if necessary.
Hey there! I am moving to Melbourne in March and am looking for a place to stay. I am a mechanical engineer, Indian by passport but grew up between India, England and Malaysia. So its my first time in Australia. When I am not working I am generally reading a book, watching a movie, or working on my music (singing). Huge F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan. I cook decent pasta and Indian food but only when I am in the mood for it. Vegetarian by choice, And I tend to keep my room, kitchen (if i do cook) and bathrooms clean.
I'm clean, friendly and quiet. I like board games, TV shows and shopping. I study BComm at Deakin full time and work part time in retail. I'm looking for a private room and my own bathroom. Thank you
I'm a weird kid from Bendigo studying IT at Monash this year! I'm quiet, shy, and keep to myself, but I am not unfriendly, and I like to be helpful. In my spare time I draw, read, and worry about the future. I don't leave hair in the shower, and I put the lid down after using the toilet. If you have a lawn or some bushes and the right equipment, I can deal with that too, I've been working as a gardener for over a year!

Hi there! My name is Matiss. I am a Latvian post-grad exchange student at the University of Monash for 1 semester (till July), and I am looking for a spot ( a private room ) to lay my head while I am not at the university. In my free time, I am kind of active (after I finish my assignments for studies) and love trying new sports/hobbies. Some of my favourites are beach volleyball / wakeboarding / kite surfing.
