Hey Hey, I‘m looking for a room in the beautiful city of Melbourne from around the 2. February 2019 since I have been admitted to university there. I’m searching for a room from February 1st and my budget is between 250 - 350 AUD each week(1.200 each month). I will study for around 5 months and is looking for a long-term contract. (I would like to have a permanent place during the time.) I am looking for a place near Deakin University, Melbourne Burwood Campus. (May be within walking or biking distance from the school) I am a 20 years old female from Denmark. As a person, I am very happy and always ready to meeting new people and learning new cultures. I have lived both alone and with others in a house share the past 2 years and know everything about living with other people(I know how it is to share and to value people’s privacy.) I am a responsible young girl, I do not smoke on a regular basis. Most of my time will probably spend on my studies study and otherwise, I like to practice sports and spend some time on that too. I am very social, clean and outgoing person who loves to talk with people and enjoy a cup of coffee with my flatmates here and there to talk about the latest news in their lives. Other than that I have quite common hobbies and interests like all other youngsters. Please sent me a message if you can help me out. please contact me over email: email@example.com Benazeer Turkmani
I have a house full of furniture and appliances, I’m easy to get along with as long as you clean and pay the bills on time. I work full time and like sewing and other craft. I’m looking for a share house of like minded people. I’d prefer a master bedroom and no stairs as I’ve had knee surgery.
I'm Nils, 22 years old and a fairly easy person to live with. When it comes to tidiness, I'm quite clean myself and make sure that there's nothing of me lying around in community areas, but I'm not meticulous and don't bother myself if someone does the plates or something like that the next morning if he's busy at the moment. I've spent the last year as Erasmus-Student on Tenerife and in Melbourne and lived with 6 persons in one flat, so I am used to living with flatmates as well. I will study some Psychology, IT stuff and Music at Deakin University. I work as a musician in my free time, play guitar, piano and I sing, so if you're into music we will get along anyway. If not I also love to do Sports and am interested in everything this life has to offer.
Hi there! we are a couple from Indonesia, looking for a place to stay in the eastern suburb of Melbourne, preferably in Blackburn and surrounding area. I've been living in Melbourne for 2 years and currently work full-time 9-5 weekdays while my wife came 2 months ago and is planning to study in uni early next year, so she is flexible with her time at the moment. We are clean and tidy human being and will absolutely happy to contribute on cleaning roster. We are friendly and love to chat with new people (especially my wife!) but we also respect other's privacy. I will be bringing in my lovely guitars and bass guitar, but don't worry! I am not a big fan of heavy metal music. I totally considerate with others and will keep the volume low (I myself prefer a quiet place, so I will keep the noise minimum) Surely, we always pay rent on time. Cheers, Adrian & Kezia
Very easy going and relaxed and honest and tidy . Respectful and clean . Vegetarian ( not religiously just by choice ) . From India working full time , Permanent Resident of Australia. Looking for someone reasonable to go on lease with . Not after shared accommodations. I have a very strong rent history in Melbourne, getting a place would be easy . Thanks
Hi there My name is Jason I am an easy going professional working full time looking for immediate temporary accomadation whilst I look for a rental of my own, however should I meet housemates that are like minded I would have no reason to continue looking I very much value my cleanliness both personal and the environment I am living In and would like to find like minded flat mates. I seldom drink dont do drugs however I have no problem with the 420 lovers of this world and love to play golf on my days off. Most importantly I do not judge based on race, religion, sexual orientation or personal apperance
Hi, my name is Shehreen. I am looking for an all female share house near Deakin University. I moved here from Myanmar and am currently doing my Bachelor of Education (Early Years). I am a huge foodie and I love to read and travel. I consider myself to be friendly, approachable, and tidy. I don’t smoke and am not big on partying so, I would not be much of a bother. I hope to find a place where I can get to know my housemates and make some new friends.
Hey! My name is Adrian. Currently working full time. Looking to find a place that is a bit closer to work. Love gaming, music and movies. I'm a friendly individual who is tidy, flexible, easily to get along with and would make a great house mate to live with. I also respect people's privacy and understand when someone needs their space. I do have a pet cat named is Jasper who is tagging along with me so it would be nice to find a home for him as well. He won't be a trouble as he's mostly an outdoors cat.
Hi! My name is Shannan. I’m 20 years old and have been living out of home for almost 3 years. I’m currently living in a share house but I'm looking to move into a home with easier access to work. My family lives in Mount Dandenong in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Ringwood as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 4 yo brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a full-time job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes that cater to the public hospital system and mainly work out of the Box Hill store. It is rostered shift-work so sometimes I’ll be starting early (6.30am) and at other times I’ll probably start in the early afternoon and finish in the evening (probably home by 7-8pm). I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. Then there are are all the wild animals that live on the property - Cockatoos, Kookaburras, king parrots, lorikeets, deer, wombats and wallabies :-) I don’t yet own a car - I’m still working toward achieving my 120 hours (almost there) so I’ll be missioning it everywhere on PT for the time being.
Hey guys, A bit about me I would say that I’m a easygoing, charismatic, tidy and busy person. Moved to Melbourne almost 6 years ago. I’m from Venezuela (South America). Working as marketing agent and Zumba instructor. Anyways, I will tell more details about myself when we arrange a time to meet up to see the room.. ;)
I am looking for a room to stay in with my two daughters aged 8 and 10 until the end of the year in Camberwell, Glen Iris, Surrey Hills or Burwood areas. We are about to move to Europe and our home has been packed up and on the ship to our new country. I work full time and my girls are at Hartwell Primary school. The girls are well behaved, love animals and very sociable. We will be away most weekends spending time with friends and family before moving away. This is a short term arrangement (7 weeks), and we need a room that will sleep the 3 of us (however happy to bring a blow up mattress if required). Thanks for reading.
Hey guys! I’d describe myself as an independent, fun-loving kind of person. I’m generally quiet and keep to myself but then again, I am always down to be social, watch movies, cook and eat together. I like to play music, sing totally terribly, and spend my free time drinking coffee or at the gym. I love all animals, although I will admit that birds kinda freak me out and that I’m allergic (mildly) to cats. However I will give them love and attention anyway, and if you have a doggo, I’d love to walk them! I’m neat and organised, and will happily clean up after myself and complete any household chores that need to be done. I have my own car and, like the millennial I am, my phone is always within reach, so I’ll never be hard to contact. I grew up in NSW on a property, where my only family still lives, and I’m currently completing my under-grad in Psychology and Criminology in Brisbane, QLD. I’m moving to Melbourne for a few reasons including: I want to do my masters in social work at Monash; I have always wanted to live in Melbourne; The best jobs in my field are offered in Melbourne and finally, my long-distance partner also lives in Melbourne. He will be around wherever I live within reason, but please note that he is very respectful, clean and surprisingly funny. I would love to be able to move in with friendly, down to earth people who can I can become really good friends with. I basically know three people in Melbourne so more friends are MORE than welcome. I’m planning to move to Melbourne as soon as I can, which will be towards the end of November/ early december. I am planning to work full-time upon arrival and begin my masters within the next year at Monash, if possible. Any questions, please ask. I will accept a furnished (double-bed/queen) or unfurnished room. I will be in Melbourne again in early November, and am happy to check some places out then.
I am incoming student in one of the university in Deakin. I am friendly, easy to get along person, good to chat with. I am from Adelaide and I will be doing my bridging course for 10 weeks and i’ll need a place to stay. I hope there's one there who can share a room for me for 10 weeks or more. Thanks
Comedian, Chef, Cleaner, Sports Commentary and much much more, I’m awesome to live with, and I work all weekend so I’m not around that much. I'm looking for social people that enjoy drinks and dinner every now and then. A good HBO series ( I have been caught watching episodes on my own ) I play golf once a fortnight, love to watch my team play footy either on TV or go to the game. I keep the home very clean on my days off I spend half the day doing my weekly choirs such as floors, washing, bathroom, windows kitchen ect. looking for the next great group of people to make friends with!
PhD student and casual academic at Deakin University! I am from Oman (YouTube/Google it and you will love it) I did my bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I love coffee and hangout specifically next to the beaches. I like to share meals with my flatmates. I like walking, running, swimming, boxing, spinning and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week and hang out at the weekends. I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area, toilets, and kitchen clean and tidy) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each, and I want to practice them in our free time)
Hi, My name is Abdul Haseeb, a current international student at Deakin University. I am an easy going, respectful to others person. Want to keep on focusing on my things but won't mind a chat or watch Sci Fi Movies on Netflix. I respect everyone's boundaries and know how to live with others.
*location not set in stone, happy to consider surrounding suburbs :-) Full time student who also works every weekend, Respectful, understanding space for the rest of the housemates. Non smoker, rarely ever drink. Happy to live with pets as that is not an issue for me :)
I'm currently in my second year of university, studying a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin. I'm from a small town in regional Victoria and moved to Melbourne early last year to study. I've had many of experience living with other people. Last year, I lived on Deakin Residences with five other roommates. This year I lived with two people in a shared house. I'm definitely the quieter and reserved housemate but always up for socialising and movie nights.

I am already staying in Melbourne, so I am aware of the house sharing rules. I am a very chill out person and will maintain privacy and one's own space and will always clean after my self and expect the same. Open for teamups and suggestions
