Just got back from travelling the globe for 2 years, and am buying a business in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. Looking for somewhere to live, preferably with younger people, that are clean and tidy, respectful, fun and social. Born in Zimbabwe, good handyman, clean, tidy, respectful. I have family/friends in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunny Coast, so will most likely be out and about on the weekends. Looking for a place for only a few months initially, but if the vibe is good and I can stick around for longer, I will. Quite flexible really. I need decent internet for invoicing etc for the business, and Netflix :)
I'm quiet, responsible and keep to myself. I do enjoy a drink or a night out occasionally but most of the time I love my private space. However I'd love to help out with anything if you need. I'm a graduate teacher but currently working part-time at UQ, will be looking for a teaching job next year.
I am looking for a room that is big enough to fit a queen bed and desk with a drawer set. i would prefer that rent included all utilities. I am currently studying full time, and have a small business as a makeup artist which is more of a hobby. i am a non smoker who has no pets or children. I always pay bills on time and am respectful of others. I have my own bedroom furniture and a desk so am hoping to find room enough for that I am references available if required, and also do not mind living with children. I do have a back injury, but that is easily worked around
Hey Everyone! We are Jacqui and Jade. We will be moving down to Brisbane in early Feb, before uni starts. Not picky at all... we are happy to live with anyone that is friendly, tidy and doesn't mind a chat every now and then. Most of our time will be spent studying or working. However, in our spare time we love to get active: Whether we're wake boarding, snow boarding, hiking, fishing, scuba diving or jamming out with awesome music/people.... we are there! TEAMUPS! (What we are looking for): -ideally i'd like to live in a unit close to the city: a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. Facilities including: gym, pool, A/C...etc... -another couple would be cool but no preference really ABOUT US! (couple): -I would consider ourselves to be friendly, adventurous and social... Although, we don't mind a bit of quite time. - I am studying a bachelor of business at Nathan/My partner (Jade) will be studying his honors in mechanical/electrical engineering at UQ. -Part time workers in hospitality -Human lovers (regardless of ethnicity/gender/orientation) -Pet lovers -Food lovers -Non-smokers ....Let me know if you have any more questions :)
I'm a 17 year old female, turning 18 in early march, moving from a small town north of Brisbane to the (not so) big smoke, I will be studying at Griffith University (Nathan Campus). I am an avid reader and I enjoy binge watching tv shows when I get the time, which is seldom. I'm pretty laid back and easy going, and my friends parents say I am a gem, so what is not to love?
Hi I'm a respectful and super clean and tidy guy, transitioning between selling and buying my next house (should be move ready in April, possibly sooner). Looking for potential team ups in advance. I'm friendly and active, I play Tennis, go running and gym. Love a nice weekend coffee and breakfast out, cooking. Hoping to team up with someone similar, would love to meet new friends out of the experience also. An undercover or garage spot would be highly regarded.
Hello there, my partner and I are looking to move to any southside areas in Brisbane 6months min. We've been living in Southbank the past year but are now seeking to move as I've finished my studies and looking for a second job and for my partner to continue her secondary studies and work. We are happy to negotiate and accommodate pricing, we are looking for an average to large size room, preferably that can hold at minimum a queen bed & study desk. We are both mostly out as we love to exercise, go to events and do photography. We are a quiet bunch, respectful and clean and we hope to make new friends along the way contact us anytime. :) Raydann & Clair~
Im a relaxed guy who is looking for a nice place to live with males or females. I'll be working, studying so looking for a pleasant, clean place to call home. I play soccer so am training most nights and have a game every weekend. I love to have fun and be spontaneous but not looking for a rowdy party house cos I also like my sleep. This feels like I'm writing a dating app profile. Any questions, hit me up.
I'm a young, reliable teen looking to move to the big city. Decided for a change and where else but the big city. I'm hoping to be there by January 2017. I'm a fashion illustrator, want-to-be actor. I love animals cats or dogs. Stick to myself but once you get to know me, I believe we will be amazing friends.
We have a small puppy who loves cuddles. We both work and study full time so we wouldn't be around too much. Ideally we are looking for a granny flat but we are open to sharing with another couple or single. I study design and my partner studies media comms. We are friendly, clean and like a few drinks on the weekend.
I'm easygoing, clean and tidy, I respect personal space but I'm down for a chat or movie night or dinner with housemates if they're keen too. I don't smoke or drink. I'm a graphic designer. I enjoy the outdoors including mountain biking, snorkelling and bushwalking. In my down time I enjoy reading, playing guitar, or movie nights.
Hi! My name is Kieran. FIRST THINGS FIRST (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!): 1) This ad posting is VERY LONG and I've done that DELIBERATELY. I do this to "Weed out the Tyre Kickers" (as it's known/called in Online Marketing Circles). Of course the "Tyre Kickers" are bad flatmates! 2) This ad may cut-out for you (being so long). If so, simply send me me a brief message with your email and I will send you this as a word attachment for easy viewing. :) And Don't Worry I will NEVER spam you! 3) If you DON'T WANT TO READ THE WHOLE THING THEN JUST PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY TWO BASIC REQUIREMENTS BEFORE MESSAGING: a) I need air con (ideally in the bedroom), and b) I need reliable (without major dropouts) and fast internet connection. WHY READ IT IN FULL? (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!): - Well let's face it you never really know until you start "Sharing" with someone. We all know that!! - But why not take out some of the GUESS-WORK? Take out some of the RUSSIAN ROULETTE?? The Random DART THROWING at the Board??? - Reading my ad (or document) in full may bring you closer to finding the ideal flatmate :) - And the alternative? It's much closer to Russian Roulette in my opinion. You can go back to the next ad and ask the same old questions...It's all so COMMON...Are you clean and tidy? (who would admit to being not)...Are you social? (who would admit to being a hermit crab)... Are you easy to live with? (who would admit to being a/the next axe murderer!!). DON'T JUDGE ME (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ!): - As a flatmate based off the writing style/tone of this post. - As explained (in this post/ad) I'm an extremely relaxed and calm individual. I'm VERY EASY to live with. - Being a Writer (for a living) I many different writing styles/tones and I have chosen to adapt this style (with this level of detail) in the hope of attracting the perfect place and flatmate! Let's Cut Straight to the Chase (which is what you want)... I'M NOT (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - In-your face type person. In fact I'm the complete opposite! I'm friendly and social but I tend to do "my own thing" in the main. This is just my personality. I AM (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Single/Straight/Mature/Non-smoking 36 year old Professional Working Male. - Looking to Share with one Other (unless you have a place that is very Special- hint hint) Professional Working Person (sorry no couples). - EXTREMELY reliable. Rent and bills will always be paid on time or in advance. I will supply you with references from my current landlord and previous landlords (if required). - 100% Without a Doubt Looking to Live somewhere for at Least the Next 12 months (probably Longer) and I am more than happy to Sign a/the Lease. - Calm, Relaxed and Laid-Back Individual. Yes that's right. I am the complete opposite of someone that is highly strung. That's what you want right? I seek likewise. And no that doesn't mean we can't hold an intelligent conversation ;) - Very Clean and Tidy but Definitely not Obsessive. "Obsession" is not a good trait to have in your life. It's what pushes bodybuilders to take steroids...it's what forces people to count every single calorie (yeah I used to do this lol)...it's why people with OCD count in their head. If the picture is not clear enough now I'll make it CRYSTAL. If you are "Obsessive" about anything (particularly cleaning) then this probably won't work. In regards to chores (like you no doubt) I restrict these to around the meal times. I have weekly chores I like to do each Friday afternoon (yes nice for some working from home lol) so that the flat/unit/property is nice and clean for the weekend! I also have monthly chores (but lets net go there and put you to sleep) ;) If you have or are open to getting a cleaner then I will consider that too. But I'm fine either way. - Moving from my Current Place in Sandgate because there is no Air-Con or Ceiling Fans! (I WILL NEED AIR CON - PLEASE READ FURTHER BELOW). - Writer (as mentioned earlier) and Online Marketer for a living. I have a VERY stable income and have been doing freelancing (writing/online marketing) work from home for the last 5 years (that's right, it's NOT new). Work references can easily be supplied. Better still, just check my LinkedIn Profile below! I work from home between the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday. I divide my time equally between writing and marketing. That's around 20 hours of writing a week and 20 hours of working on a large marketing project (which I'm not getting paid for yet - but my time will come lol). DO NOT WORRY I AM QUITE NOT LOUD if you home during house hours. I'm a writer (firstly) and a marketer (secondly). In Plain English: I'm not on the phone (or listening to music) really at all as my work is obviously writing based. It is only every now and then when I get a new Client. Look let's just be honest. The ideal scenario is that you would be at work (in the main) during the week between those rough hours :) I CAN (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Give your PETS attention (if you have them and are at work) during my working day (my breaks). I like animals and can do this :) - Mind your PETS (including walking) and look after your belongings if you are away on Business/Holiday/Weekend Breaks a lot! You might be in a bind right now but I could be the SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM. - Sign for your registered mail (during the week) and save you a lot of time lining up at the post office on Saturday Morning! I WILL (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Move in at WHATEVER date suits you! That's right. I want to move sooner rather than later but I'm in no rush. I'm not on a lease currently and can move whenever (and I mean the exact day/date that works for you). - ABSOLUTELY 100% WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT NEED AIR-CON!! Surely having either air-con or ceiling fans should be compulsory (like insulation) in Queensland! Yes, I'm not a Queenslander (originally) if you haven't guessed already. And No this does not mean I will use the air con all day and night! I will use it to be comfortable and in moderation. I'm more than happy to chip in for the extra electricity bill if I use it more (I would in fact over-compensate you 100%). - Consider a SPACIOUS GRANNY FLAT/SPACIOUS STUDIO (if you have one on offer) provided it has Air-Con and that I can get solid/reliable (without dropouts) internet connection. It would have to be of a decent size though as I work from home during the week. I WANT (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Place with decent size kitchen and living room but this is not high on my hit list! I would much rather have a bigger bedroom (as explained below). I'D LIKE (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Flatmate this is just very calm, relaxed and laid-back. Simple as that. A bit of intelligent conversation doesn't go astray either ;) - Ensuite or Separate Bathroom (but not essential). - Ceilings fans are always good (in addition to air con). I'D LOVE (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Place that is very open/bright. I lived/worked in London 5 years and know all about the cold, rain and the DARKNESS!! I'm definitely more productive/efficient/creative when operating in a bright/open space. I NEED (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Decent (and I mean DECENT) sized bedroom. This should fit a queen size bed (ideally) and standard size desk (definitely). There should be a bit of a room to move too! Remember guys this is not only my bedroom but my "Creative Working Space." I'm NOT part of the corporate working world now. I've considered renting office space but I can't justify the cost at this stage in my life. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Place that is miles (more than 15 minutes walk for me) from PUBLIC TRANSPORT. I won't have a car for at least the next 3-6 months and so nothing further has to be said! - Place that is miles (more than 15 minutes walk for me) from any type of SHOPS (groceries etc). - Place that is miles from ANY GYM (more than 15 minutes walk for me). - Place with LOTS OF LAWN and GARDEN to be maintained. Unless you love doing this of course! A little bit might be OK. In summer the maintenance just becomes too much. - PARTY HOUSE or NOISY ONE. I need the peace and quiet most of the time. And no I don't mean "Church Quiet." I live in society too lol ;) I'M LOOKING FOR (PLEASE READ - ANSWERS YOUR MAIN QUESTIONS): - Place that is 12-15 minutes walk max to TRAIN STATION/SHOPS/GYM/S. Buses are good but prefer trains. With Shops I mean groceries. - AIR CONDITIONED place. Ideally in all main rooms. I understand it's expensive and I don't plan to use it much but I need it to be comfortable during the day and on briefly at night to get to sleep. Don't worry I will over-compensate you (when the bill comes in) for my usage. - RELIABLE (no dropouts in main) and FAST (doesn't have to be lightning!) INTERNET connection. My income depends on this. At my current property there has been problems with the connection at times which is a real negative. To summarise: I'm looking for RELIABILITY (UP-TIME) over speed (but of course the speed must be reasonable). - PARKING (either reliable street parking or even better lock up garage). I will get a car eventually!! - PARTLY FURNISHED (TV, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine at least). I don't mind chipping in for other stuff. For my bedroom I have a standard size desk and will buy a queen size bed if the room doesn't have one. That's all the furniture I have! All the rest is clothes. So if you are selling anything then I might be interested :) OPTIONAL READING - LEARN (NOT GUESS) MORE ABOUT YOUR TRUE FLATMATE Now for the Extremely Boring Nitty Gritty Minute Detail Part! Lol OK I'm joking about Nitty Gritty!! But Why the Detail? I ask you WHY NOT?? 1) Think of the hundreds (if not thousands of dollars) you may potentially have to spend if you choose the wrong flatmate based of: a) Putting a basic ad up and HOPING for the best. b) Just asking them a few STANDARD questions at the viewing. c) Going off their DEMEANOR and what they LOOK like. 2) And no I'm not just talking about absolute worst case scenarios like damage to your property. Yeah that can happen (but it's pretty rare - you have to assume most people are good people). a) I'm talking about advertising costs and just lost rental income. b) Not to mention your precious valuable time wasted! YOU CAN NEVER EVER PUT A DOLLAR FIGURE ON THIS!! OPTIONAL READING - LEARN (NOT GUESS) MORE ABOUT YOUR TRUE FLATMATE - I have recently done some exploring around Brisbane suburbs (without a car - as I don't have one now but will look to buy in next 6 months) and found that the "Listed Preferred Suburbs" best fit my requirements. - I will consider the areas of Nundah, Toombul, Sherwood, Oxley, Fairfield, Auchenflower, Taringa, Toowong, Indooroopilly, Mitchelton, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Bulimba (maybe wishful thinking) and Hamilton (most definitely wishful thinking). - These suburbs (depending on the location of the property) meet most of my criteria. Please give me a shout if you have something in those areas! - For other suburbs it would want to be SOMETHING SPECIAL!! - Everything comes down to the place and of course I want to be able to gel and live comfortably with you :) I'll just know straight away when I see the place and meet you. I'm very much an instinct person (like most of us). OPTIONAL READING - LEARN (NOT GUESS) MORE ABOUT YOUR TRUE FLATMATE - BIT ABOUT ME: - I like the gym (first thing in the morning), walks (near the water if I can), tennis (now and again), football (on TV), admiring nature (whenever I can), travelling (every so often) reading (daily for work and before bed), writing (for work and pleasure), self-improvement (generally), online marketing (work), restaurants (many), socialising (mainly on weekends) and coffee (in small doses). - I'm a social/friendly person but I'm definitely more on the quiet side. I'm not big on TV (in one place I didn't even own a TV lol) at all so don't expect me to join you on the couch watching it. I don't mind the news and a bit of sport though. I just find you learn more by reading. - I do all of my socialising with friends outside of the flat/property but I 100% don't mind if you have people over. I'm not one for dinner parties but go for it!! - I'm not a vegetarian. I cook my own meals as have my own diet I need to follow. Of course there may be a time where a meal or take-away could be shared. - I'm a clean and tidy person and expect likewise. - I'm straight and single currently. I'm too focused on my online business at the moment to pursue anything. - I'm open to living with people of all cultures and sexuality. - I have lived and worked in Sydney (4 years) London (5 years) and Melbourne (3 years) previously. OPTIONAL READING - LEARN (NOT GUESS) MORE ABOUT YOUR TRUE FLATMATE - MY WEEK DAY SCHEDULE: - I'm up each day at 5am (always) and go to bed at 9pm (98% of the time) in the evening. I shoot for eight but settle for around 7 hours sleep! - I'm extremely quiet when I get up at the time. I simply get up, have my morning coffee and head to the local gym. I find it sets up my whole day :) - Then I'll simply come home (from the gym) and have my breakfast and then do some morning chores (quietly if you are in bed). - By 8:00am (yeah I like to relax in the morning not rush) I'll go into my bedroom/office/creative space (whatever you want to call it lol) and do some pleasure/work reading or generally relax (depending on my work schedule for the day). - Then between the hours of 8:30am-5pm I'm working solidly (with breaks - yes including patting your dog or cat ;)). - 5pm-6pm: I will go for a wander/stroll/walk/jog/run (whatever I feel like). - 6:30pm-8pm: I will have dinner and watch a bit of TV (news or whatever is on - I'm not fussy). - 8pm-9pm: I ALWAYS (and I mean always) unplug/tune-out and minimise technology usage completely. Just read (mostly non-fiction). - 9pm: Bed!! Lol. All pretty structured right? Well these times are NOT ALWAYS STRICT. DON'T WORRY I'VE NEVER BEEN ONE FOR THE ARMY. I use them more as guidelines (but this will give you A GREAT idea as to who you would be living with and when you might see me etc etc). OPTIONAL READING - LEARN (NOT GUESS) MORE ABOUT YOUR TRUE FLATMATE - MY WEEKEND SCHEDULE: - Like Most of us I like to unwind and generally relax on weekends :) - I still get up early ( around 6am) but I do stay up later and don't have such a set/regimented/structured day planned! - I'm more a "go-with-the-flow" type of person when it comes to socialising on weekends. Yeah I keep a strict diary for my work but not for social engagements :) - I have a small group of friends in Brisbane (as still quite new to the city). - On weekends I like to get out where possible. For example gym on a Saturday. Lunch/Movie/Dinner with a friend. I might meet up with my youngest sister (I have 3) too. - I'm not the sort of person that will go out for a whole day though. It's generally for half a day or maybe 3/4 of the day (max). Lol I'm just telling this so you know that I will be around a bit on weekends. I'm working on a online marketing project (which I'm passionate about) and so I will spend some time in my room working on that. You might say why work on the wkend? Well for me it's not really work as I'm passionate about it. It's more fun :) I also have a plan and don't always plan to be doing this on wkends! STILL WITH ME??? - We are finished now Lol. FINALLY YOU SAY!! - But at least now you have a much BETTER IDEA as to the person you would be living with! - I'm sorry but I've never been a fan of just throwing a dart at the dartboard and hoping for the best. You need more precision than that if you want to attract the right flatmate (or anything else you want in life). Nothing in life is random despite lotto numbers (despite what you believe). TAKE THE NEXT STEP!!! 1) Please send me a brief (lol not this long) message or text if you have something that will fit my main criteria or if you have any questions for me. 2) I am very responsive to messages (outside of work hours - I do have time on my breaks though) and just to repeat I currently have a place where I can leave at any time. 3) Please avoid calling me (about your place) between the hours of 8:30am-5pm (my work hours). If you have to then please just leave a voicemail and I will get back to you. Calling outside these times is perfectly fine :) FINAL NOTE: - Messages (from property owners) that don't meet my basic requirements (i.e. no air con or not near public transport) will be ignored (it's a long post but seriously just skim read guys - you do it each and every day!). - No hard feelings if I don't respond :) Thanks for your time :) Kieran NOTE: I may be interested in Teaming-Up (and finding a place) but just with one other person (no couples) and you would need to have (or invest) in the majority of the furniture. Don't worry I'd be willing to chip in too :)
Quiet, respectful and mindful of others when needed however very social especially if we get along well. Love spending nights in watching either sport or netflix but love going out for a drink. Lover of breakfast foods and burgers so if you want to try a new cafe or burger joint count me in. Night shift worker away from the city so need a car space (secured or free street parking is fine) and need housemates to be okay with said shift - usual arrival time home from work would be roughly 5-6am. Very understanding that there may be noise around while I sleep during the day and will not make this an issue. Looking for a private room (ensuite or own bathroom preferred but not a deal breaker) where I can walk and explore the Valley and inner city lifestyle and enjoy a drink at live gigs without needing a $60 cab or be a short uber ride away (eg Morningside) Also interested in starting a teamup possibly with one or two others and have seen plenty properties online around Morningside and also some closer to the Valley. Very respectful and clean in shared areas and always open to conversations about how we are able to improve or keep our living situations running well. Feel free to message me whenever. Most likely to reply after 2pm due to sleeping during the day.
Third year business student and pilot about to start flight school both mates looking for a place to stay for the next year at least. Previously we both lived on college at Griffith university and are now looking for somewhere quieter with a bit more space. We are both laidback and are usually down for a few drinks over the weekend unless uni is getting busy. During the week we both normally go to the gym and have sports commitments as well. Someone who keeps the communal areas clean and dosnt mind a having a chat would be great.
Hey there! My names max. I'm just looking for a place to stay while I work and train. Im very healthy and fit, love going to the gym and doing MMA. I'm very easy to get along with and I generally just pickup straight after myself so no one has to worry about my messes and I like to cook up healthy meals to have during the week and I don't mind cooking for others. Really looking for some likeminded healthy, but laid back people to spend some time around while I make bank for my training camp in Canada. Im no party animal these days, but I have no problems socializing and having some drinks, I'll never say no to the Bavarian beer cafe. Mostly, with the time I have at home, I'll be drawing, gaming (streaming down the track) and straightout resting from training and work. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Just moved back to Australia from London after 2.5 years to go back to Uni. I'm originally from Ballarat in Victoria but have chosen Brisbane for the warmer weather! I'm into most sports, music (both playing and listening), going on adventures, new experiences and meeting new people. As I'm new to Brisbane I'm ideally looking for a place with like minded people, roughly the same age as me. I'm a good housemate as I am clean and tidy, respectful of housemates space but also up for socialising.
Really easy going, clean and tidy. I am really busy between work, sport, studies, gym, etc. I like doing my own thing but I also love socialising. I have my own bedroom furniture so ideally am after an unfurnished room.
Hey! My name is Faz (Faisal) & I'm a 28 year old junior doctor who will be working full time at Greenslopes Hospital for 12 weeks starting from the 13th of Feb this year. I can tell you all about how awesome I am but I'll make it short and sweet: I'm clean & tidy, easy going & open minded. I drink only socially but I don't smoke. I love pets & I don't have any dietary restrictions. I'm basically looking for a lovely place to stay in & a nice people to share the place with. Please let me know if you're happy to rent me the room for that period (3 months), preferably moving in on the 11th or 12th of Feb. Cheers Faz
I am a very tidy person, I keep my room clean and the house. I clean after myself and I am always aware of others. I am a team player. I am currently studying a double degree of IT and Multimedia at Griffith uni, I'm easy going like to chill and really cool. I'm looking for a furnished room but if not that's also cool. I exercise a lot and gym quite often. I play competitive football (soccer) so I'm a very active guy. Just hit me up if you've got a place and look forward to meeting you. Cheers.

Hi, we are friends (not a couple) from Bundaberg who are looking for a 2 bedroom place in Brisbane. Romy is 17 (18 in August) and will be starting at Griffith Uni this year to study Bachelor of law. Jack is 17 (18 in May) and is getting a work transfer to Brisbane for this year and hopes to study at Uni next year. We are looking for a place near Griffith or close to public transport to get to Uni. Romy has a little dog but if pets are not allowed that's ok, the dog can stay with her parents in Bundaberg. We will respect your place and keep it clean & tidy.
I am respectable and very mature. Not a party animal or anything like that. Lol. I am tidy, clean up after myself. I have a dirtbike so i ride that sometimes when im free. Im australian/aboriginal/kiwi.

Hey! My name is Vanessa, I'm studying full time a bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Counselling and looking for a place to call home for a year or so until I finish my degree. I'm laid back but extroverted so always up for a chat if you are! I'm clean, compassionate, fun loving, really enjoy cooking when I have the time, am a freelanced artist and before starting Uni was a private art teacher. I love the outdoors and music is also one of my passions. I grew up in Brisbane, have travelled heaps, lived in Sydney for four years and now I'm back in the motherland doing my degree. I have a Christian faith, but I'm not judgy and not into evangelising. I will be really busy with Uni commitments, Prac placements, work and trying to fit in a social life so I may seems like a bit of a ghost from time to time. Im not a drinker, smoker nor do drugs and would prefer to live with others who share similar interests of a healthy and wellness lifestyle. For fun I like to go on hikes with my boyfriend, go camping, surfing, travel, pretty much anything outdoors. I like an active social life, so catching up with my friends is important for me! Well that's me in a nutshell. Hit me up if you think I'd be a good candidate for your house-family. Cheers!

I'm easy going and looking for one or two other people to share a place with. Either short term or long term suits me, and I'm looking at moving mid-February or so, however, this is flexible. Clean and tidy but also fun and social , but getting out of the party party stage.... i need a place by this weekend as I start my new job on Monday. Thanks
I'm a clean, intuitive individual who loves socialising as much as I love my own time. I would love to live in a share house with people around my own age, preferably students. I'm currently studying Business and Psychological Science at Griffith, about to start my third year. I currently work at an architecture printing shop in Slacks Creek. I also have a ute, and have a passion for driving; so if you ever need anything moved, or just need a lift, I'm always happy to help. My hobbies include: Game of Thrones, movie watching, working out, playing PlayStation; all the usual 20-year-old male things. I get along well with women and have lived with them before, and respect the privacy and rules of other housemates, as much as I expect them to respect mine. I'm 6 foot 3, and love working out, but also love pizza. You do the math. If you need furniture moved, or a spider killed (or moved), I'm your guy. I currently live in a share house in Holland Park. I love the location, and to a degree, the house, but my housemates don't seem to understand the value of a clean house, hence why I'm here :)
My partner and I are very quiet keep to ourselves, his a Brickie apprentice and I'm studying and looking for work, we are quite happy to do our own thing or hang out with others, we like to have our best friend and her baby come visit, we are shy when it comes to new people but will open up as we get to know you. I play netball on Monday nights and can sometimes get home late, this would be our first experience with share housing so we are not to sure what to expect. We have a turtle in a small cage and to small lizards that love to run around and play. They don't take up much room.
I am a young student at Griffith Nathan, looking to move with my cat Finn into a lovely home with wonderful housemates. I am very tidy and usually keep to myself but also enjoy socialising with friends and housemates.
I am looking for a share house with a reasonable sized room. I will need a place with space to park my car and motorcycle. I work full time. I leave early in the morning and get home in the afternoon.
I am a 23 yr old girl living in Brisbane, working full time. I will never go to the gym with you but I am always down for an adventure. Pretty independent and happy to chill in my room but also pay for Stan and make a mean cheese board if you want to hang out. Can cook, can clean, can't resist a wine. Not in a gang, no crazy ex, and if you do meet my friends I promise you get used to them :)
I'm a second year film student who works part time as a barista, I like long drives and relaxing but also can be heaps of fun. Would love to have dinner and with my flat mates from time to time! I could bring a super cute ragdoll cat but don't need too ! Looking for like minded females or males around my age and a place to call home !
hey !!! my name is mujtaba but people call me "muj".n about me , laid back kind a person at the same time creative, ambitious, motivator and always up for laugh's. Fitness conscious person (gym, swimming, etc ) whatever floats my fitness boat!
Hello, My name is Oscar I'm a 19 year old male currently living in Brisbane. I'm a student at UQ who also works around 25 hours a week so I'm pretty busy but when I can I love to relax and socialize! Looking to downsize from my current place in StLucia. I'm quite clean and always up for a chat!
I'm currently training at a Academy and will not be home during the days, train and play rugby outside of this so will be away during some nights and weekends as well. Recently moved to Brisbane from NSW, all Australian, love meeting new people and having conversations, sense of humour and worth taking the risk to get to know. Clean and organised, more then happy to share and cleaning or labouring duties needed around the house, plenty of fun to be had and life to live, so lets move in together :)
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $150 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Marsden and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also looking for a place that doesn't mind smoking in the house or in your own room (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
I work at a cafe in Mount Gravatt, I am pretty laid back I think. I am easy to get along with, love a roommate I can have a chat with sometimes but I respect your privacy. I am generally clean, though if I ever get messy just tell me I wont argue :) I will always contribute to whatever jobs need to be done. I don't have any pets but I love them.
Looking for a master bedroom/ ensuite for us to move into late February. We're both clean, fun, outgoing people but also enjoy our personal space. We work during the week & have the weekends off either down the beach or having a chill drink. Ideally we'd like to be close to the bus way so it's convenient for work/uni!
I'm a first year Uni student who is easy to get along with, friendly, tidy, open minded, respectful and enjoys being around people. I am committed to work and studies, but I also like to have a good time and live life. I'm looking for a group of people who are around my age to live with, or team up together.
I'm relaxed, clean, respectful and hard working :-) I'm looking to find a room which will be suitable to spend plenty of time in studying, as I am a second year nursing student (Logan Griffith). I have my own bedroom furnishings including a Queen bed, 1 x chest of drawers, a desk and some other smaller items. I have secure permanent part time employment, as well as my full time study. I don't have any pets, and I'm not a party kind of person but love great company and sharing an occasional household meal.
Neat and tidy housemate looking for new sharehouse accommodation. I'm friendly, very easy going, generally get along with anybody. I'm looking for a place i can have some quality friendship and banter with housemates, a place that will welcome myself and my little budgie bro into their home. Occasionally I like to have my partner spend the night but for most nights I spend the night at his house. Feel free to contact me, looking for either an existing sharehouse or people willing to team-up!
I'm tidy, respectful, hygienic, honest and self reliant. I'm a qualified sparkie with a reliable job, I like 4x4ing and riding moto, I've always lived at home but I'm more then eager to move out and experience living with other people aside from friends and family. I like socializing but can also respect boundaries and can analyse situations quite well. I have no debt meaning I can pay rent on time every time, I don't smoke and am out most weekends. I'm a team player and can get along with almost anyone. I hope to find a genuine group of people with the same attitude as myself. I am keen to move out sooner than said date if need be. Feel free to msg me, I'm pretty easy going.
