Single, independent, non smoker female. I'm a Fitness Trainer and work in admin as my other part time job. Have my own car. I live very neat and clean, happiest to live with a clean and neat person also. Happy to do my fair share of weekly chores. Buy my own groceries and cook my own meals and clean up. I'm fair and reasonably easy going. I have shared with others most of my adult life and currently living with a friend. Fitness is part of my lifestyle and a little Netflix on weekends. I go out with friends to dinners, drinks and movies. I respect people I share with and would like the same in return. I have an adult female cat who is house trained. She is out all day and comes inside of a nightime. I am fully responsible for her feeding and cleaning up etc. I have had her since she was a kitten. She will be with me.
Hey there, how's it going? Nice to meet you, my name's Phillip, I'm 21 years old & am a working sales professional for Telstra. In my time off I enjoy physical exercise (gym, basketball, swimming or even just going for a jog), cooking, cleaning & my own personal downtime. I am very big on privacy and will respect and honour each and every individual's privacy and personal space. I also believe that cleanliness is a feature of organisation and that it translates into productivity. I often work 6 days out of the week for a total of nearly up to 60 hours, so for a good majority of the day I will be absent as I usually visit the gym straight after work. I also have my own car, appliances and furniture that I am more than happy to contribute to any individual in the household. Coming up with rent money will never be an issue as I am more than happy to pay months in advance if need be. If this ad more than meets your criteria, please do not hesitate to contact me via mobile or email Hope to hear back from you soon. Kind Regards, Phillip.
My name is Amy and my dog’s name is Gizmo. We are looking for a friendly, tranquil, animal loving share-house to settle into. I am 37 and currently work full time during the day (Monday – Friday). I am returning to study next year (Teaching Masters at Monash) and will be working part-time - receiving Austudy/Rent assistance from Centrelink. I enjoy Yoga, walking with Gizmo, reading, cooking, watching movies/t.v shows and catching up with family and friends. I’m looking for a furnished house with an unfurnished queen size bedroom. If possible I'd like my own bathroom, but would be ok to share with one other person. Non-smoking house please, this also includes outside. Gizmo is a Cavalier X Tibetan Spaniel (small/medium dog) who is predominantly indoors, but has access to an enclosed yard via a doggy door at the moment. He is fed in my room and sleeps with me at night. He is toilet trained, has a loving and social nature and doesn't bark much. I also take very good care of his hygiene so our house would never smell of dog. I'm a creative soul who loves music and theatre and will often randomly sing and dance around the house. I have an electric keyboard that I like to play occasionally as well. I’m happy to spend time socialising with my housemates, but also appreciate my alone time - it’s all about balance. Please feel free to contact me if you have a place you'd like me to consider, thanks :)
I'm good at listening and I'm good at cleaning and I also keep to myself. I'm told I'm a likeable guy. I'm 22 yrs old but look about 14 - good genetics I guess. Just saying..... I work full time in Business Relocations - that's moving businesses all around Melbourne. I'm originally from Bundaberg but managed to escape (thank God) and have now been in Melbourne for almost 2 yrs...looking forward to meeting yous all....Matt

I am a 23 year old health professional. I am fairly quiet and enjoy reading, cooking, boardgames and watching tv shows/movies. Not much of a party person. I am a neat person and will do my fair share of household cleaning. Looking to live with people who will be friends not just housemates.
Hello there! I am currently studying in high school as a student :) I am a very friendly and upbeat person!! I know how to have fun but I also respect when people need their quiet time. i'm a very understanding and adaptable person. I can keep to myself when needed and know my boundaries, but I still know how to have a good time :)
Easy going, tidy, bubbly and fun! I love to cook when I get the time and I am very easy to get along with. I am currently looking for a job on the beach for the summer as I have just finished a season in the snow and the weather change is definitely needed! I'm looking to start a healthier lifestyle and can't wait for what the next 6 months bring to me!
Hi! I have just moved back to Melbourne from 2 years in Townsville. I work full time as a property manager. I’m laid back, clean, respectful. I love my own space but love a chat and am always out and about on weekends. I am fairly active and quite social. Having lived on the beach for two years in Townsville I am really wanting to move somewhere close to it here. No pets and am a social smoker only.
My name is Sabrina. I'm 33 years old, have two part time jobs and study at University. I like to have my own space but enjoy having a wine and chat with my housemate/s. I'm a very neat, clean and considerate housemate and appreciate the same. I also have two small dogs (house-trained, vaccinated, desexed and well behaved) that I share with my ex-husband, so I generally only have them on weekends. I'm sure you'll love them too! For fun I perform in musical theatre productions and love going out for a meal/drink and catching up with friends.
Hi, URGENT ACCOMODATION NEEDED ... CAN YOU PLEASE HELP I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom but that is not a deal breaker ceiling fans and or aircon would be nice. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot on the film late 2017 if I can raise the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours. At the moment I will be writing from home hence the study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio, looking for an office next year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a nine year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates my lease is up on the 9th of October so any time after that is good for me, I am really looking for the right home. Cheers Peita:)
I am an easy go luck guy with no hang ups, friendly, honest, down to earth, quite, clean and tidy, love to cook and have good times. I love all sports, motor racing still involved am in the warehousing and logistics industry. am a Melbourne boy but grew up in Canada and the States, for fun love catching up with family and friends, walks along the beach and spending weekends with my beautiful girlfriend.
Hi, my name is Luisa and these are my beautiful nieces, not my children. Ive moved to Melbourne recently and am dabbling into the arts doing some study part time. I work as a Barista part time I am a healthy, independent, responsible and respectful housemate that pays rent on time. I like the space I live in to be physically and energetically clean and clear as I see home a place of recuperation and rejuvenation. I am a plant and animal lover although not okay with fluffy animals living inside the house. I love being in nature and trying my hand and herb and veggie gardening so green in and around the house is a bonus! I am creative and my home is a place where every now and again I can spread out when I feel the need to paint or craft. I eat a mostly vegetarian diet and the kitchen space is very important to me in that it is clean, preferably meat free, has good bench space, good light, clear sink (dishes not left piled) and clean fridge. I'd like to live with healthy housemates where drinking alcohol, eating meat and watching television isn't a CENTRAL life focus. I would like to share a home with housemates where our ways of living aren’t starkly different as to create a positive, uplifting household. I want to feel like the space we share is a home for all of us - not just one person dictating the tone. I enjoy my space and privacy and respect yours also and I'm happy to share a meal or pot of tea with my housemate’s as/if it naturally happens. I am calm and friendly but tend not to talk much at home as it’s how I recoup. Even so I am mindful of working as a team in creating a friendly, supportive home where we can communicate easily and directly. I use eco friendly cleaning/household products where possible. It goes unsaid to share weekly house work. I have a car so a space to park would be great or off road parking at least. I also have a little camping and kitchen equipment so some storage other than just bedroom space is ideal. I am looking for somewhere short term initially with possible view for longer term. I am looking to share with 1 or 2 other people preferably in a house/open living space, not a confined space. Looking forward to sharing space and happy to clarify anything :)
I'm Sam. I'm just about to graduate from Melbourne Uni with a Masters Degree in Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing and am looking for someone to share a place with. I currently work part-time as a waitress and will increase my hours once I finish uni until I find a job in publishing, which will most likely be in the city, so it would be convenient to live walking distance from a train station. I am friendly, neat and tidy. I enjoy horse riding, reading and binge watching TV shows. Ideally, I would only like to live with one or two others (females only, preferably also in their 20s), either in an established place or somewhere we rent together. I'm looking for housemates I can become close friends with, who enjoy watching movies and TV and going out for meals. I'm happy to live with students (as I've been one for the past 5 years) or with someone working full time. I love animals so I'm happy to live with any pets but don't currently have one of my own. I would love to get a dog at some point but I have no plans to get one in the near future. I have all of my own bedroom furniture and a few pieces for communal areas.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Happy to move out sooner than Jan 1st. Im just in no hurry if i dont find something i like. Looking to find a new home and hopefully make some new friends along the way. Ideally looking to rent with a few people, dont mind a crowded house :) Happy to live with guys or girls, would prefer people in their 20s though. Im friendly and social, though i know people need their space from time to time. Working as a tradie now but used to be in a corporate role so used to all kinds of people, get along with everyone. Earn a good wage in a stable job. No issues paying rent/bills on time. Dont smoke or do drugs. Good sense of humor. Hmmm. Not sure what else to write, hobbies? i spend a lot of time at the gym in a futile attempt to bulk up a bit. Snowboarding in winter, camping in summer. Need any more info just ask :)
I'm very independent. I'll be out Of the way and mostly doing my ken thing . I love interior design so decorating the house with little bits and pieces ( if that's cool with you )
I like to think that I make a great housemate - I'm quiet, clean and love to cook. As a person, I'm always up for a drink and a chat. I'm interested in business, marketing, economics, tech, science, keeping fit and being social. I'm originally from Geelong, but have been living in Melbourne since uni. Looking to start fresh and meet new people after recently coming out of a long term relationship. Looking for like-minded housemates to have a laugh over Gruen with. I'm looking for a place with air con, heating and dishwasher - no apartments please.
I work as a researcher and I'm looking for a quiet place to come home after a hectic day. I like to maintain clean and clear spaces always respectful of other people space. I love running and biking. I also make a great coconut based granola :-)
Hi, I'm Kate, a 29yr old student studying early childhood and primary teaching at Monash. I currently work in sports retail, which helps to pay the bills. I am clean, tidy, honest and relaxed.
Hi, my name is Lachy and I am a 27 year old looking to move back in to my old neck of the woods. Currently I can't quite afford a full place to myself but I would rather live with other people anyway so here I am. I work full time and consider myself to be a very reliable person as well as being neat and tidy (without being a nazi about it) and also like to cook. So I think I make a good house mate. I'm pretty relaxed and would ideally like to live with some like minded people who I can become friends with rather than just have a house mate who I don't necessarily click with.
Hey I'm Tayla, Looking to move into a place with like minded females who share common interests! Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time. About me! I work full time in the not for profit sector, am reliable and friendly. I have a puppy named Frenzal and an old kitty named Muggles who sleeps most of the time. I'm pretty quiet during the week and on the weekends I will usually be out and about at a gig, brunch, markets, catching up with my family/friends, or somewhere dog friendly. Hoping to find a reliable house mate that likes a chat but appreciates privacy too. Would love to do a team up but happy to join an existing space too. I'm not keen on the CBD or apartments. I am keen on a backyard and an unfurnished room!
Hi, I am a really easy going friendly Aussie who works fulltime. I am quiet at home, clean and respectable. I am an electrician by trade and have moved here from QLD. Also a non smoker nor a party animal. I would love to be your new housemate! I don't mind if you have somewhere from 4 weeks to a year just let me know what you have available.

Work long hours Tuesday to Friday and not home most weekends but thankfully I love my job so it's all ok. I have a warped sense of humour, crack myself up! I love travel, sport (motor sport predominately) and dogs and pretty much get along with anyone.
PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING I've been renting for about a year now, and my time at my current home is coming to a close. Looking for a new home in the east/south east. I am a casual stocktaker with a reliable income, and I work at various times on different days. I don't drive or own a car so I would prefer to be close to public transport. I clean up after myself, am careful in my usage of home utilities and respect others' privacy and personal space, so I hope to expect the same from those I share with. I'm pretty quiet but happy to socialise, and I'm open to house events and the like. In my free time, I tend to keep to myself as I'm a bit of an introvert. I like to play games, read, watch movies and learn things to cook. I don't often drink or go out, but I don't care if anyone else does. I'm also non-vegan (don't mind if you are), non-smoker and am happy with LGBT+. I'd prefer to live with other non-smokers, and people who aren't fussed about my sexuality. My boyfriend sometimes comes over for a visit, or to stay the night, and other nights I stay at his place (we work together so it depends). He is 21, quiet and respectful. We mostly keep to ourselves, playing games and watching stuff on my computer. If there is anything you need to know, please feel free to message me. :)

Hi! I recently moved to Melbourne (from Germany) and started my PhD here which should take me around two to three years. I'm looking for a place that is either in walking distance to Monash's Clayton campus or in a more lively area with good public transport, preferably close to the beach. I'm practically working full-time, sometimes very late, but I do like to go out for dinner and drinks. I'm very much into music and movies but I'm very used to wearing headphones. Besides that, I have a talent for fixing things with mostly great success. Cheers, Hagen
