Hi, I'm Sarah! :) I am looking for a place to rent $200 max per week including bills. I am an easygoing person and easy to get along with. I will always respect everyone in the house. I love to socialise, chat and watch a movie but I also like my down time by myself. And I understand if you’re the same. I am very clean and organised and always clean up after myself. I am a qualified dental assistant and music lover! I have a boyfriend who I'd like to be able to visit every now and again where possible. He's a delight as well. I play netball and love being outdoors and getting active!

There`s not enough room on this page to add all the positive things i would like to talk about so it`s better to meet up somewhere and discuss things... Although i do require as a starting point is at least half a double lockup brick garage with 24hr access , it needs to be secure and i need access so no parking in front of the doors etc. Here`s a starting point! But i suppose i can point out some good qualities .. i am kind and caring, well balanced and a team player... i am loyal to those who treat me well and i am an earthy type who enjoys relaxation music at times together with cleanliness and harmony... i am not a vegetarian and i dont judge others for what they choose to do.. i am not religious and i am very fit and active in my choice of exercise and sports... eat well and share with those who share as well... i am a giver and i like to receive too but lets keep it clean here as there`s no need to direct this to the gutter... YES I WOULD PREFER TO DO A TEAM UP SCENARIO BUT IT HAS TO BE WITH THE RIGHT PERSON AND ONLY WANTING TO SHARE WITH ONE OTHER. I`m looking to share or live with just one other who is similar in a way and has respect and compassion, honesty and integrity etc... i am a true honest down to earth Australian who is busy with work, rest & play... I work for myself as well as have a job... ride mountain bikes and love life in general... i dislike others who are self centered and thoughtless... eg dont want to live anywhere near barking dogs or rowdy tenants... my drug is life and my medicine is food... i dont smoke or put any toxins into my body and i like people who are thoughtful... very approachable and a good listener... i always make time for the elderly and i can communicate on many levels. Looking for a quiet place to call home so nowhere near trains or noise... i like to come home from work and relax when i`m not doing sport... it`s called recovery... well that`s enough for now as i have work to do and need to get on with things... thanks for reading my brief post.
I've recently returned to Melbourne and am looking to buy an apartment, so I'm looking for a share house for around 3 to 5 months while I look to buy. I'm genuine, kind and fun :)
I'm James, 23 years of age. I work in the Entertainment Industry in Production Lighting, lots of fun, where I work multiple, however sometimes unusual hours. I am rather work orientated. I'm a relatively quiet person, usually keeping to myself for the most part, but do enjoy the occasional drink, night out wherever that may be and am always keen for a chat. I'm certainly one to pull my weight as well as be conscientious of others.
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
I am currently letting go of my own apartment to live closer to work. I work at Haileybury College keysborough and live in Brunswick. The commute to work takes around 1hour via east link toll. I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I have lived in shared previously.
I am a responsible, aware, considerate working professional. I have a great sense of humour and I'm very conscientious and respectful. I work full time as National Sales Manager for a brand of children's balance bike: "Balance Buddy". I also write for passion, working on submitting my first book for publishing in the immediate short term. I exercise a lot and am a devoted father to my delightful 5 year old boy. Ideally I am looking for 2 bedrooms, with a private bathroom, or at least a shared bath. I also have a beautifully dispositioned cat who is extremely gentle and well house-trained. I do exercise and yoga at home, so a little floor-space I can access would be very appreciated. And a little storage too. I don't have that much in the way of big stuff. Just boxes. I also work from home and on the road, but am used to having my desk in my bedroom. I am open to being flexible with my living needs too. So please feel free to contact me if there is something you think might be suitable. I prefer longer term arrangements. But am open to anything shorter. Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering us for your home. :) Mature, but young at heart, sociable and respectful of personal space. Conscientious and neat.
I'm pretty easy to live with, I'm pretty chilled in life only constant messiness really bothers me to be honest lol as I like things clean, I work full time in Clayton, I get up at 6.30 most days and don't get home til 6 6.30 majority of the time as well. I do also have a little dog, he is an outside dog so no issues if he's not allowed inside. He's a great guard dog and would only bark if someone is lurking around the yard. He's not a yappy dog by any means either.
Aloha. Name is Nat, I work full time at an office and part time at a pub. Looking for a place to live as after October I'm out of living at home. I am clean, respectful and I am never home but to sleep, work 6 days a week. I am quiet, the sneak in at night is undetectable unless you have a dog because I must pat said dog for it to feel loved, it's the small stuff. Will on occasion provide a cheese platter because cheese is life and I like to share my passion for dairy. I don't snore and make a mean cup of joe.
Do you have a flat bit of land where I can park my House/Caravan? I'm a 49 year old nurse with background in travel and tourism. My 2 kids have grown up and I am building a Tiny house on wheels (THOW) for me to live in once completed. My 11yr old dog is friendly and quiet but does like to hunt cats, possums and birds (although she is way to slow to be successful). I am looking for a place to put my Tiny home which will need connection to power and water but not sewage as I have a composting toilet. Do you have a big back yard or paddock with easy access to park my Tiny House (approx. 7m long x 2.4m wide x 4.1m tall) on, with me living in it? I basically BYO my own room and if connection to power is a problem contact me anyway as I am looking at getting solar panels installed. My dog and I are both low maintenance and like to live healthy lifestyles but not fitness fanatics. I'm a very positive person, happy and friendly and value respect and honesty. I want to live sustainably and love nature. A fenced yard for the dog is preferred but I would also be able to put her on a chain or create a run at the right property. Send me a message if you think you can accommodate me. My THOW can help pay your rent or rates and you can still rent out that room to someone else.
I’m currently living in Canberra, working full-time, I am employed by the Australian Army but am looking at commencing fulltime work and tertiary study. I’m looking to move to the Melbourne in the next few weeks, I intend to find a job working full time and will be going back to studying in semester 2 at Monash University. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy time by myself. I spend my time at the gym and swimming at the pool. I have previously lived in share accommodation both in the military and in university accommodation. I am a tidy person who will always clean up after myself. I am very familiar with Melbourne as I have lived there previously. Looking for places in Mentone, Mordialloc and surrounding suburbs.
Quiet, clean, sociable, respectful and private.
I’m a 23 year old dad to two rad little women that I have shared care of (no specific times can accommodate potential housemates schedule). Currently a full time student at Box Hill Institute, doing a Cert III in Animal Studies. I’m working towards becoming a vet so I can do something more for animals in need. Been cruelty free since 2k13 🥑🍉🍔 Plant based for the animals 🐷🐣🐮 I am looking for a place around Melbourne or Frankston areas to share with like minded, preferably vegan housemates that won’t mind the occasional overnight stay of my two daughters (ages 2.5years and 7months). I’m easy going, can be super sociable but like to spend a lot of my time at home either learning something new, playing video games or reading. Plus the occasional 50+ hour Netflix sesh. I’m told that I’m very good at exaggerating, but I don’t see it at all 🧐🤪 Totally supportive of LGBTQ+ beings. I couldn’t care less what anyone does as long as it isn’t harming anyone else. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore; quit about 3 years ago but don’t care if housemates do. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 so I’m very capable when it comes to household duties. I’m also not bad in the kitchen and happy to share meals occasionally. Looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully finding a place to call home 👨👧👧🌴🏠 Please feel free to message me ⬇️ ✌️ 📱📸 IG: hktpq
Friendly and reliable, I am thoughtful of others and enjoy doing my own thing independently or having a chat and coffee with housemates. Work in the healthcare field. Looking for a place that is relatively quiet, not a party house. I like the beach, movies, and spending time with friends and family. I like animals, but do not have any of my own.
I keep to myself and am very friendly. I have moved here to play professionally for a local basketball team and will be in-season and well behaved. I also teach kids basketball part-time.
Hi! My name is Danni, I am 22 and a paramedicine student at Monash. I have just moved to Melbourne from Perth. I have a bubbly personality and like to keep a clean place. I am looking to live with other students around my age, preferably somewhere along the frankston line :)
I'm clean, reliable, honest, personable and respect other people's privacy. I believe in hard work and pursing your dreams, but I like my home environment to be a place of rejuvenation and relaxation. I'm interested in health, clean eating and exercise. I'm looking for a place that is relatively new as I'm big on clean air.
Hi! Currently looking at moving closer to the city as work is relocating. Always up for a drink and a laugh. Im tidy, easy going and understand personal space but always up to hang too. Would love to keep tradition and stay by the beach but can be tempted to move further out. During the week I like to relax, eat, Netflix as well as hitting the gym a few nights too. Weekends are usually spent with mates, riding, camping and exploring. I am also up for teamups for 2 or 3 bedrooms places. Cheers

I've been living in London for the last year where my closest family live. Im from Perth originally. I have shared with flatmates and also own my own property in Perth. I’m responsible, mature and willing to do my part in shared living. I like to do yoga and swim for relaxation in my spare time.
