22 years old, female, Veterinary Nurse. Looking to start a new lease with 1-2 people around Wentworth Point or Five Dock. Around that area somewhere. I'm super friendly and easy going, but do enjoy my own space every now and then! Looking to move around mid June when i get back from travelling. I enjoy the outdoors and going on random adventures, coffee dates, sneaky weekend drinks, food, the beach and animals. I laugh a lot and love a good chat! Working part time at the moment, will progress into full time eventually but will be looking for a night time job once i'm settled in a place. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested or have any questions :)
My name is Matt. Im 36 and just moved to Sydney. I moved here to pursue business interests and a change in lifestyle. For my career i'm a white collar working (mainly in contracts / procurement management). I've lived in share houses for years plus i am a landlord myself, so i'm very clean, neat, respectful and like a good conversation. Currently I'm week to week in an AirBNB so I'm flexible with a move date. My length of stay would be as long as you'll have me. I keep fit. I like to cook and eat reasonably healthy. I like red wine. I like outdoors. I like taking weekend trips away. I like movies. I don't like disrespectful housemates. Im pretty chilled and considerate so would like the same :) Would love to come check it out and meet you. Oh, and i have a car so need to park it somewhere :)
Hi there, Im looking for places with utilities and internet included in rent around $200-250. I'm in the Dental industry and I'm also studying a Bachelors nursing science degree. I keep fit and healthy and I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to relax and study after a fast paced working day! Mostly looking for a place to share with considerate people with the ability to foster mutual respect and a friendly demeanour. I'm personable and always keen to have a laugh and make new friends but also very self aware and respect privacy. Mimi.
I'm easy going, fun, like to have a laugh, adventurous, spontaneous, enjoy being around people but don't mind my own space and keeping to myself when I'm at home too. I don't spend heaps of time at home generally, I have a pretty busy lifestyle. I have respect for communal spaces and am considerate of others. I'm from a middle-eastern background so appreciate good food! I work full-time and am into personal development. I'm an aspiring life coach and love a good deep and meaningful chat.
I'm a Cosmopolitan guy, peaceful, decent, Non smoker full time working professional, who respects mutual privacy. I enjoy nature, greenery, non-extreme adventure sports & cricket, volleyball. I've very high personal hygiene. I'm no party animal, but enjoy socializing & intelligent conversations.
I work long hours and my home environment and surroundings is vitally important to me. I am looking to preferably begin a flatshare with another professional person who values their living space and home. I work in the health and fitness industry, am a non smoker, manager of a very busy fitness center in the Sydney CBD and like to live comfortably and peacefully. I am reliable, friendly and respectful. Can only move in June and want to remain in Breakfast Point. Looking to commit to a 6 to 12 month lease.
Currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. Move date can be whenever. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
A 32 year old teacher. Easy going and laid back, looking for somewhere to call home. Would like a flatmate/flatmates who are up for a chat every now and then and know share etiquette. Like getting out catching up with family and friends on the weekends and friends over every now and then.
Hey everyone! I'm a young professional in the finance industry. I work full time and see clients late into the night. Which means I'm not home too often. I am "clean and tidy" like everyone else on here! I am responsible and tend to do my own thing. I am very social once I get to know someone and can easily become friends with new people. I am looking for some sort of share house or a room to rent. Preferably a team up where we all can benefit by getting a newer place! I enjoy company of others however like some alone time as well. There's much more to me once you get to know me and I am looking forward to meeting new people! Let me know if you live in an existing share house and need someone to rent a room or if you would like to team up to find a new place. Thanks.
I am a friendly and outgoing flatmate with excellent references and the proud owner of a well behaved cat, whom I can also provide references for, upon request. I enjoy the occasional chat from time to time, other wise am a very quite and private individual, who enjoys relaxing in my spare time. I am clean, tidy, respectful and always pay rent on time, if not in advance. I am looking to relocate for employment purposes. So please don't hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss my profile further.
Hey There! I'm from San Diego California and I moved to australia about 2 years ago. I am working in Sydney full time, staying through a work visa so I'll be here for the long run. I work Monday- Friday so won't be around too much during the week. Im pretty sociable and easy going - I enjoy cooking, cleaning, drinking, gardening, chatting and chilling:) And since i'm not australian yet, I am looking forward to going out and seeing what this lovely land has to offer. I have rented with flatmates before and found that the most important thing is to be considerate of each other and to have respect for space and belongings. Ideally, I'd like to move in with similar minded people:) Please message me if I sound like a good fit in your home or if you would like to team up and hunt down a great house!
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
SATAN, ...... nah just kidding but hope i got your attention.. no one's called me and I'm " sulking " so thought i'd try something different so read my blurb or your soul is at risk. Lots of smilee faces. I'm joking, seriously. I'm not even religious, jeez! so serious. Changed my rent limit from $350 to $320 to allow for "bills" LILYFIELD is my preferred location, the others are options lowering in importance the further they are away from LILYFIELD! Stupid site keeps listing Abbotsford first. Nope not first. Smilee face here. Would prefer to start a house share anew as I have a bit of furniture but open to existing ones. I'm an actor who works as a bush regenerator to pay the bills. Trying to quit smoking, badly, but NEVER smoke inside of near open doors/windows. Do not like bigotry of any kind and quite a lefty greenie who is into natural medicine (contradiction I know re smoker) but love science and modern medicine as well. Quantum physics fascinates and confuses me at the same time. Prefer one flat mate only and prefer female but open to any reasonable offer. Massive animal lover, all types right down to the smallest insect. Really want to stay in Lilyfield but the general area will be ok. Parking: don't need a secured space but do need reasonable street parking.
I'm originally from the Gold Coast, Aus. Recently moved down for work on the West Connex Project. I am positive and take responsibility for my surroundings. I pride myself on being organised, clean and a tidy person. I am easy going, reliable, honest and love a laugh with others. I will be working full-time, 12 hour days. Monday to Friday.
Hey! I'm a chilled housemate, cleans up after myself. I work full time in the CBD usually 50-60 hours a week. I'm easy going and just want to move closer to the city so it'll be easier for work. Not shy to have a glass of wine or a BBQ with anyone
Looking for a place to share with a room & ensuite. I currently work full time and study part time. I Enjoy going to the gym and keeping fit. I'm neat, tidy, conscientiousness, respectful of peoples space and friendly. I'm also financially reliable.
Hi, I’m Angela and I’m looking for a single room around the Canada Bay area. I work in Drummoyne and study in the city. I’m tidy, friendly and respectful of other people’s space.
I am equal parts courteous, neat and fun (plus reliable with bills and the other basics). I have become good friends with housemates in the past. I like a clean, friendly & communicative home environment.
Females only 25-40years. Please do not message me if you are male or a couple! I currently live in Drummoyne on Victoria road and am looking to relocate somewhere quieter close by. I work full time in the events world at Olympic park. I have most of my own furniture so ideally looking to team up with someone and sign a lease together however I am happy to look at moving into somewhere already established. I enjoy keeping fit and eating well during the week.. on weekends it's olives, cheeses and red wine and socialising with friends and family. I am clean and tidy, quite positive and upbeat - I am looking for a like minded female :)
Hi! My name is Cristiano and I am looking for a single room in nice atmosphere house. I am going to apply to English exam soon for immigration purposes. I am friendly and easy going.
Kiwi aussie, looking for a fun share house with some quirky people to hang out with. I have only lived with friends or partners so want to give this a go.. I love hanging out and having a chat but also appreciate alone time. I like climbing, chilling and camping. I like other things to, not just ones that start with 'c'
I'm a friendly and cheerful 30 year old early childhood educator. I prefer to live in an all female place or with families/couple. I'm clean and tidy, keep to myself usually but wouldn't mind a glass of wine and a chat every now and then, especially when it comes to topics like food and travel! I enjoy cooking, crafting and gardening. I love cats (although I don't have one) and am very good with young children.
Hi! I'm Zoe and I'm a 20 (about to turn 21) year old currently living in Hunters Hill. I am a neat, responsible and friendly person who loves to meet new people. I am currently working full time at Gladesville McDonalds as a shift manager and have reliable income. Please feel free to message me if you think I am suited for your household! I would love to chat.
Hi, I am easy going and down to earth professional female who is looking for a place on the north side of the bridge within an easy drive of Gladesville. I am looking for a housemate who is friendly and happy to have a chat or glass of wine but also respects personal space. I am very clean, and a non-smoker. I do drive to work so need to somewhere to park my car (safe street parking is ok). Thanks.
I'm friendly, quiet and house proud. Easy to get along with and respectful. I'm a shift worker but mostly work afternoons. Don't mind a quiet one at home and I travel a fair bit. Not really into house parties, I'd prefer to go out. Send me a message if you want to know more
I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.
Hey all! Im Tam and im 24 years old. Currently looking for a new place to call home. Working full time in retail mon-fri. I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. Im looking for a place that has more of a 'homey' feeling rather than just the usual share house where everyone just constantly sits in their rooms and doesnt interact. Im very respectful, neat and tidy. If you have anything for me dont hesitate to contact me :)
Work more or less full time thru the week and have college in the evenings, would be spending very little time at home during the week. I work as a Bicycle mechanic enjoy mountain biking, and staying fit. I'm studying at Uni and keep myself busy between the above two things. During the week I volunteer at an Op-Shop as a Handyman, and enjoy working doing home projects. Can solve most electrical, and other house kinda issues... Basically useful. I'm mostly on here looking for people to Team-up and start a house over the Long-term. Ideally a year or longer. I do have a couple of people interested, my current room mate may also decide to join-in to the house. But neither of them have confirmed. Clean, tidy, lived in a share house, happy to roster a cleaning routine, respectful of another person's space and things, friendly. Open and happy to host pets. Get in touch and can figure out the rest...
Hi guys! My name is Robert, I'm currently living in Perth but am making the move over to Sydney towards the end of March. I'm a graduate Civil Engineer and currently run my own online retail business. I'm an active person who loves the outdoors and general fitness so I'm not going to sloth around on your couch. I'm also very social and don't mind a chinwag but also appreciate my alone time and seldom keep to myself. I'm neat, tidy, respectful and won't eat your food. I'm looking to move in towards the end of March/start of April but there's some flexibility on that front (the drive will take me 5 or so days). I'd love to hear back from anyone with something to offer so don't be afraid to give me a hoy! Ciao.
Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
My partner (Thomas) and I (Alizée) will be moving to Sydney on the 20th of April. We are looking for a spacious and modern appartment/house. It would be great to share the place with another couple but feel free to contact us if you would like to become our flatmate! We are from Belgium and are both working. Thomas is an automation and electrical engineer and I'm a research assistant in the field of natural disasters/geographer/cartographer/geography teacher. I'm actively looking for a position but my boyfriend already found one! I felt in love with Australia 3 years ago while I was on the working holiday visa as an Au Pair. We both like water sports and are very social people. We are reliable and would keep the place tidy and clean. We would be delighted to get to know you; even to go for a drink. See you around! Best, Thomas and Alizée
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
I'm a remedial massage therapist, looking for somewhere to settle down as long-term as possible. Polite, neat, eclectic interests. Would prefer an unfurnished place - I like my bed and don't want to go through the hassle of disposing of it after those years of loyal service.
Hi am Tej. I am currently studying and working casual looking for private room. Something about me: I am a pastry chef and also working as one at The Rocks. I love cooking so you might see me cooking when ever a I am home. I tend to socialize but also like to have quite time. I am very hygienic and like my flatmates to be the same.
Hello! I recently moved from Brisbane and am currently living in Baulkham Hills however am wanting to move closer to the city. I work full time in cardiology at the children's hospital at Westmead so would like to stay this side of the CBD. I am a respectful, honest and clean housemate who always pays bills on time. I am down to earth and like to have a laugh but also enjoy my own space. I come in a package deal with a little 3 yo miniature Dachshund :) She has always been approved on previous leases. She is desexed, clean and once she warms up to you will become your little sidekick.
Hi I'm Jess I am looking for a share house for med-long term. I am 26. I work full time in Sydney CBD in a 5 star hotel chain. Monday-Friday. Very neat and tidy (actually a bit of a clean freak) love doing a bit of interior decorating. I have a fair bit of furniture which I am happy to bring along. Ideally looking for bills inclusive and need a parking space. Great cook and love to host a dinner party here and there (Vegans probably would not want to live with me as I do a great roast dinner) Use a lot of my spare time at the gym, yoga or shopping. After work I like to try different restaurants with my colleagues or just chill out with some trashy tv. I am pretty social and you will see my sarcastic humor come out once I get to know you.
We are an international couple (physicist and art historian), just moved to Sydney to do a PhD in Macquarie University and work. We are relaxed, sporty and hard-working. Home is a rest-place for us. We are not into loud parties, but would be happy to chill out with people every now and then. We are pet-friendly.
I cook I like a clean house especially the kitchen, though not a clean freak (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships Historical tour guide and host. I love the smell of Real Coffee anytime of the day ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a challenge to the Captain.
I'm very clean, I have two well trained cats who I always clean up after, you won't even notice them unless you like cuddling cats then you'll love them!
I work as PA for Woolworths food group. I am clean, respectable and social. I will not be around every night and some days/nights on weekends. My husband and I are separating and already own a very expensive house in the new Rouse Hill estate and investment properties this will be my escape from home when I am not with my children as they will be with their dad, He stay's here while he has the children and I stay with a friend or my mums but I would like somewhere temporary to call home instead of living in an out of suite case. So I won't be around too much. Although a very social person with lots of friends who are all lovely. My husband works also for Woolworths as an executive. So you can see why I would like my own space until we work out what's to be done with our family home but do not want to disrupt the twins life in any way until the time comes. So there is my story. I am also testing out some areas that potentially will settle when all the formally procedures go through. I am addicted to fashion, trashy tv (escape from reality) and love a glass or two of wine after work.
A little about me; I’m a social worker and I work 5 days a week. Apart from work, I love the outdoors, long walks, beach and going out for brunch. Coffee is one of my favourite things. I need a good cup of coffee everyday:). I like a balance of alone time and hanging out with friends. I am also a big fan of spontaneity and fun road trips. I’m looking for a place that is clean and a space that I can call home. I’d like to share a laugh with my flatmate every now and then.
