Hi, I am a health professional from New Zealand and love Melbourne very much so I decided to give it a go! I am clean, tidy, respectful and pleasant to be around. Like to stay fit, healthy eating, watching a good movie/netflix, glass of wine during the weekend, long walk and socialising but at the same time value my solidarity. I am a non smoker, currently working 4 days per week and planning to work full time soon. Love to explore whatever this beautiful city offers.
Hi! I’m Eden! I recently moved down to Melbourne from Port Stephens in NSW! I’m looking for a place with a couple of people to try and get a bit more accustomed to the Melbourne lifestyle and also to find out what kind of places are around. I work full time tuesday to saturdays, so i’m out most days; but in my spare time i love to play video games, i like Magic the Gathering, i dont read often but i like books, i LOOOVVVEE movies and netflix haha, and of course food. Who doesnt love fooood!!! I do gym regularly, and i like to explore and be social with friends! (Although in a new city i only have a few haha) But i do at times like my own privacy, as do most. I’m a pale white kid who’s really easy to get along with; i can cook, wash, dry, clean, bake, and i look out for my mates. Look forward to meeting new people and making friends!!
I am originally from Alexandria , Egypt and have been living in Adelaide for 4 years now. I am moving to Melbourne on 15/06 as Im gonna be starting full-time work in public health as a health promotion officer. My work will be in Heatherton so I'm easy living in any suburbs around that since atm I don't have a car. Im a 27 year old guy who is looking to share a house with one more person or rent a studio/ granny pen by myself. I enjoy sports ( especially soccer), im a big movie buff, and Im generally a neat and tidy person. I'm not looking for a party house by any means and would appreciate living with considerate and fairly social house mates. Also I have been sharing houses for 3 years now so I understand the necessities of making a harmonious home :) . I am always clean and while I am friendly and approachable, I understand the importance of private space. Cheers- Izzy
Very easy to live with 🙂 clean, tidy and I like to leave things as they first were. I’m very independent and get along with pretty much everyone! I don’t judge people. I’m very responsible with my finances. I’m studying a full-time degree so I need the quiet and I like the peaceful type of lifestyle. I’m an all around easy going person. I grew up travelling and living overseas as an expect and now have moved home and have been back in Melbourne for around 9 years. I’ve been living around the bayside areas. About my careers- I have studied quite a bit in my life, i have qualifications working with children and have done so for 3 years. Hospitality management and also am a qulifilied beauty therapist which am currently in the process of a complete career change into psychology. I’m all about living in peace and having a calm lifestyle😊 I do prefer an all female household.. Looking forward to finding my potential sharehouse buddies soon!
I enjoy a tidy quiet home. I'm a quiet person and like my own space and privacy. I recently obtained a permanent full time position in Mckinnon and Looking for a place to call home. I would like to be based around this area within 5kms of work. I enjoy nice food..wine and dine. If I'm home I'm usually sleeping/relaxing or watching a documentary/movie. I would like to live with maybe 1 or 2 other people max. Someone who is understanding and mature. I do not want to be in a party house or around drugs. If you have a cat that is great as I love cats! I like no drama. No hassles. I clean up after myself and just looking for a place to call home which is safe, clean spacious and calm. Thank you for reading and if you are currently offering a room which may suit me please let me know. - Kirra
I work in mental health, both in a support setting and in an academic capacity. I'm a part time writer and a full time procrastinator. The latter of which doesn't pay great dividends unfortunately. I love to read books, and recently completed '1984' by Orwell and 'In Cold Blood' by Capote, both of which gave me nightmares. I have a big-ass bookshelf that I think is just the bee's knees. I'm respectful and friendly, and prefer to have a chat with a housemate if there's a grievance rather than hold it in and eventually develop a tumour from it. I generally keep to myself, but I also like to engage with my housemates and have the occasional meal together. For two years I've been living with actors, which has been interesting (and fun, and inspiring, and irritating). Open to the same or different. I'm naturally creative and like to make a space my own over time. In my last house I decorated the toilet walls with posters of 1930s actors and actresses - you know, for shits and gigs. It looked great. My philosophy with house sharing is simple: A house is a home, and should be a place of safety and respite from the big bad world 'out there'. As such, I like a quiet(-ish) home - I'm no Noise Nazi - where everyone contributes to chores and household items, pays rent and bills on time, and cleans up after themselves. You know, a place where functional adults live! I'm looking for: an unfurnished, mid to large-sized room, preferably with BIRs. Storage space is a plus as I have a fridge (might sell it though) and some small furniture (like a coffee table, unless there's space in doors for it), and some miscellaneous crap that for sentimental reasons I'm hoarding. Hit me up if you're keen or interested. DJs, practising percussionists, and anyone under 25 need not apply! Thanks, Daniel
Carly and myself are both actors and full time workers. We are both fun, respectful and tidy gals who are moving from Adelaide to Melbourne in August. We are looking for a short term stay to secure a job and a house with our other friend, Jodi. Carly and I can’t wait for this new chapter of our lives.
He ya this is Tone the backpacker from Taiwan who came here to study English and work and meet friends in Australia and must have some fun in this 2-years awesome journey, English is not my mother language so sometimes need more patients and speak slower to have a conversation with me but I always love to learn new things or new culture which different between where I was came from, I love to listen to rock and Electra and jazz music I also a bass player but I respect mate so I'm not loud and sometimes I love to smoke and have a beer with my housemates, at the moment I'm going to be a builder in a full-time job I also a tidy mate and cook after work if you are my potential housemates you'll like the Chinese food that I cooked ! Hopefully See you soon!
I am a 21 year old student who loves a good catch up with my flatmates but also like my down time. I am very clean, tidy and respectful of other privacy. I am very down to earth and relaxed but also enjoy a drink or two!
I’m a UK gal having recently having broken up with her boyfriend of 4 years in the UK and looking for a fresh start! I grew up in Melbourne so know the area well and love it! I’m a full time Recruitment Consultant so I’m professional yet do enjoy a few beversges on the weekend!! My two favourite things to do are going to dinner/drinks with friends, and walking my seriously loveable beagle! My dog and I come as a package so I’m looking for a housemate who loves dogs. I know I’m biased but Winston (my dog) is the most well natured, sweet boy in the world. He’s fully toilet trained and loves a cuddle. He’s no trouble at all and not once in his 1 year of life has he growled/showed any signs of agression to any human/animal at all. I’m clean and tidy and respectful and looking for ideally something long term. Hope to hear from someone soon!!
Hi! I'm Duygu. I currently work as a flight attendant in Turkey in a big company. I lived in Mel for 3 months, I was also going to English school to make my English a bit better. Then I came back to my job but I couldn't keep myself away from Australia, now I'm coming back around July to study Bachelor of Cookery. It's going to be 3 years if everything goes well. When I move out from here, I'm going to leave my 2 cats in my hometown with my parents. So future flatmates; Pets are more than OK for me! I can take a dog out for a walk and I'd love to take care of your pets as mine , I also love gardening. I prefer private room with a window (yes! light pls ^^) I'm cheerful, friendly, outgoing, open-minded. I like partying , movie nights, watching TV-series, camping, going for a ride with my motorbike, grabbing a glass of wine/ beer and chill sometimes..Not a 24 hours party animal but I like meeting with new people, chatting, sharing thoughts, funny stories, dancing, attending gigs as much as I like studying, chilling at home, going to gym, reading stuff, snowboarding, surfing, practising new things such as cooking, poi, slackline and else. I do respect other's life and spaces. But I wanna be more than just "Hi!- Bye!" kinda flatmates. I'm looking for a place as a private room. I may also consider a teamup as I will stay in Aus more than 3 years. Cheers!
I am a student with my old lease ending in July, looking for a place for 3-6 months. I'm a chilled fun person studying software Engineering and accounting. Hobbies include sports, having fun with mates and gaming (board games or console).
Hello! I am super easygoing, love a wine, love a netflix binge with a side of uber eats. I work in advertising and am pretty driven/career orientated. I have a 14 mth old golden retriever who is loving and friendly, must love dogs! Would love to find 2 others to find a house/townhouse in bayside area, preferably closer to the city - Elwood, Elsternwick, Ripponlea, Caulfield South, etc
Im Jessie, 21 year old Brisbane girl, looking to relocate to Melbourne late June/early July for work. I work full time as a retail manager, and love to exercise/train on a daily basis, so I am hardly ever home during the day :) I'm a super easy going, friendly, bubbly person that loves to socialise, but also appreciates my regular down time. I am neat and organised and hope to find roomates who will take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of our home. I know absolutely no one in Melbourne so would love to share a place with like minded individuals, with potential to develop friendships. Ideally would love to team up and start our own share house!
I'll be moving back to Melbourne in July in order to start my Master's degree at Monash (Caulfield campus). I was in Melbourne for 4 months as part of a working holiday and fell in love with the city, I'm back home in the States for now but can't wait to come back. I've lived in shared flats/houses several times, all through university and as part of my working holiday where I was an au pair and lived with two different families. When not in class or at work, I like running or biking, as well as curling up with a good book or going out for a few drinks.
I'm organized, efficient, respectful of others, tidy, generally quiet, and easy going. Currently studying physics and nanotechnology in Perth, Western Australia and looking to transfer to Monash in July to study atmospheric science and astrophysics. I'm looking for other uni students, preferably high achievers, to live in a like minded environment. I enjoy photography, sports, storm chasing, and going out occasionally.
We are impeccably clean and tidy. Respectful, quiet, trustworthy and a mother & son just looking to feel comfortable and safe somewhere. My Son studies Paramedicine at Uni & I work as a Nanny.
Hello Everyone, My name is Gokul. I am a 26 year old and doing a full-time job in Bentleigh. I am easy going, organized and easy to get along with. looking for a new place to start a new journey.
Quiet, just read a lot and play video games, non drinker, smoker. Disability pension due to Epilepsy, pancreatitis andgastrointestinal issues. Clean, can cook ! And issues in the gut are getting better so I'll be back to work, more than likely driving Forklifts day/Night shift as I used to, and still have the earplugs. But I would expect a little thought from any housemates/friends :-).
Looking into my options for living arrangements come the end of my current lease in December! I would be interested in moving into an existing share house, or starting a new share house with one or two other people. I work full time in the CBD in Human Resources. I keep it pretty low key during the week, and enjoy spending time with friends/family on the weekends. Love a bit of Netflix, love a bit of wine time, try to get to the gym when I can. I'm looking for a tidy, comfortable, friendly place that I can enjoy coming home to, and people that I genuinely get along with! Any questions, shoot me a message :)
I'm an acting student and will probably end up doing some weird stuff, be prepared to hear some strange noises around the house. I also work full time, so I'm always kept pretty busy, though I always find time to over analyse my existence. I want housemates who I can genuinely get along with and socialise with, but who also won't judge me when I need to sit on the couch with snacks watching Netflix for 12 hours. Doesn't happen often but when it does, it happens with a vengeance. I'm not a party girl, in fact I'm probably more of a hermit, but I do love a drink and I'm a pretty decent cook. More than happy to sit around hanging out with whoever's about. The most important thing about me is that I'm inconsistent, sometimes I'm hardcore healthy and treat my body like a temple, and other times I'm far too otherwise occupied to care how many pizzas I've eaten in a day. The inconsistencies flow over into most areas of my life, sometimes I love a chat, sometimes I don't, sometimes I have a decent sense of humour, sometimes I don't, sometimes I'm a high achieving, impressive human being, sometimes I'm not. Sometimes I'm a eclectic cheerful acting student, sometimes I'm a composed full time working professional.
Hi everyone, we are a couple from Viet Nam. My name is Giao and my wife is Ngan. I am an Australia Award Scholar who is studying at Monash University (Caulfield Campus). I am cool guy who used to share with people .I'm clean and tidy person I respect the people. I like to watch sport
Hmmmm what makes me great to live with?! My insatiable sense of humour?! ;) My ability to cook gourmet meals and deserts, being able to listen to music/t.v with headphones on, a love of take away, restaurants, pubs and clubs, my ability to design (and make) lingerie, no pets :(, my caring nature that will happily listen to your daily problems and help you figure them out, an ability to clean (well), a sixth sense that allows me to disappear should you be 'having one of those days', sharing a name with a legend (just call me warrior princess), no car, an unusual ability to ride a horse.. because you never know when you many need that in a flatmate?!, and the easiest going nature you could possibly hope to find...yep..totally great, contact me NOW, I won't last long! ;) Available to move in 17th-24th June, 2018
Hi everyone! :) I'm Tommi, 27, originally from Finland but I've lived the past 7 years here in Australia. Some of my interests include sports, travelling, languages, video games and spending time with my friends whether it's, chilling at home, camping in the woods or having drinks at a bar. I'm very easy going, laid back and I enjoy having a bit of banter with my friends. However, I'm also responsible, tidy and like living in a clean environment. I currently have a very hectic life style. I work hard 7 days a week and probably can't spend a lot of time at home. So I definitely will be giving my future flatmate(s) a lot of personal space. But when we all have time I wouldn't mind socializing a bit :)
I am twenty two years old and I currently work fulltime for medibank PHI in the CBD. I am super fun and talkative and love to socialize. I respect others personal space and like to be out and about.
Hi my name is Maj. I am currently 18, but 19 at the time I move to Melbourne. I am from Denmark. My working holiday will be starting in mid August and I am looking for a place to stay, while I am working. I am currently a student, but I graduate in July 2018. I work as an office assistant for an entrepreneur company on a project. When not studying and working, I enjoy doing scouting and musical theater. I have friends in Melbourne from a previous exchange stay, but I would like to expand my social circle with other Aussies and international folks, even more. I am planning to stay in the Melbourne for the entire year of my working holiday, with only short trips to see the rest of Australia. Simply because I enjoy the city so much. I consider myself to be a well behaved and nice person. I like my stuff to be in order and wish to live healthy. I am in general a very talkative and smiling person, but I of course have an understanding of other peoples privacy.

My name is Patrick and I'm a full time Monash University student. I study at the Caulfield campus and am moving to be closer to Uni. I'm a pretty laid back guy who likes to have fun although my studies and part-time work are my priorities. Ideally i'd be sharing a flat with people similar age/occupation as me but at the end of the day I just need somewhere to live.
Hi, my name is Nicole and I am from Malaysia. I will be exchanging to Monash University Clayton in July for six months. I am 20 years old, turning 21 but don't tell anyone. I am someone who cleans up after myself and I can never deal with too big of a mess (unless it's my own room). I also keep to myself, but that's only when people don't talk to me, so if you talk to me, I'll definitely be able to keep up with the conversation. I enjoy a few drinks every now and then, but I definitely do not like to party - I really like my peace and quiet. All-female unit please.
Hi I'm Zaya, a laid back full-time worker from Perth, who loves cooking, quiet nights in watching movies, going to live music gigs, writing, and reading. I'm a pretty easy going and very clean person who respects other's privacy. Ideal renting place would have a furnished bedroom and (if I'm super lucky) an ensuite. But I'm not too fussed. Only must is easy access to public transport, as I don't drive. My current lease will be ending mid-July, so I'm looking for a place that will be available from end of June or start of July. Thanks :)
