Hi. I'm Shahram 38 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be essential. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Looking for a FURNISHED one with PRIVATE BATHROOM. Thanks.
Hey everyone, I'm Tom. I'm 22 and I'm an international student from Ireland, I've lived in Melbourne for 4.5 years now and I'm currently renting by myself, however rent and bills are super expensive for just one person so I'm very keen to find a sharehouse with some cool people (preferrably students). Because I’ve got my own place, I have a bunch of stuff to offer to a new place, so I’d be happy to team up with people to start a new sharehouse. I study Science/Arts at Monash Clayton and I work two jobs. My interests include playing/watching soccer, photography, camping, skateboarding, listening to music and reading. I'm a pretty friendly guy and I'd like a group of nice people to live with and ideally become good friends with, although I am used to my own space so I do like some alone time. I think I'd be the perfect addition to any existing student house because I'm super clean (as a result of living by myself), very self sufficient, an able cook and a friendly dude who just wants to relax at the end of the day. P.S. I study Zoology so if you're afraid of spiders or any other creepy crawlies, I am happy to rescue you!
I am an Italian girl who is now living in Melbourne to complete a Master of two years at Monash University. I am a friendly and respectful person who like travelling and meet new people. During the day, I usually study or I go to the university and I also work in the evening sometimes. I'm clean and easy going, I like to have a talk sometimes but I also respect each other's space.
Hi, I’m an Aussie male who has recently moved to Melbourne after living in London and traveling abroad for the last 10 years. I have a full time 9 to 5 job, I’m clean, tidy and respectful. I am social, and like exploring around Melbourne and the surrounding areas over the weekend. I’m into live music, travel, cafe culture and keeping healthy and fit. During the week I’m fairly relaxed and quiet after work.
Hiya, 24 years old, non smoker, foodie and coffee lover. Currently Teaching outdoor education at a local school in Brightonl. Positive, energetic, laid back and social person who loves a red wine and tea of a night while watching a good old reality TV show (Take me out UK or First dates - ultimate favourites) and a good brewed coffee of a morning. I love a comfortable and happy home so pride myself on being neat and tidy. Love to socialise time to time but understand the need for own space as well. Due to my job being in the outdoor and education industry, throughout the year there are times were I am away for a week or two with groups at a time. During school holidays I am somewhere in the world travelling and on weekends I'll either be exploring, down at the beach or chilling at home, wine in hand movie binging. Am looking for people who are wanting to move out to the areas listed and find a house together. Looking at renting a 3- 4 bedroom house, so need another person. so if you are interested please message me. Cheers, Erin
Hello all! My name is Kelsey. I’m a Drama teacher living in the Inner South East on my own currently, and although I love it, I’m looking to team up with someone and move out of my place at the end of May/start of June. I’m trying to do this whole “saving for a house” adult thing, and it’s easier when you live with an awesome housemate. I’ve been teaching for 6 years (Drama/English/Psych), so I have a reliable job. I spend most of the week either slaving away at work (kidding...I swear I love my job), at the gym (let’s see how long that resolution lasts), playing tennis or visiting friends/family. Bonus points if you play tennis. I’m pretty relaxed and like to chill with wine and watch tv every now and then. If I’m in a bad mood, I know to lock myself away. Would like a housemate that isn’t going to lock themselves away 24/7 though. Wouldn’t mind making a new friend! I like to go out every now and then, but I’m not a huge party animal (probably because all of my friends are basically married, but anyway....) I have everything needed for a house (fridge, couch, coffee table, tv, storage cubes, washing machine etc). Please note: my lease runs out mid June, so not looking to move until at least May :) Thanks!
I am sociable and pretty easy going. I enjoy good conversation and like to hang out with minded people. Now I am looking for a quiet place to call home and relax. I am studying my master degree in the city and the course could be a bit full on. I always respect people's space and privacy! And I love to keep house tidy and clean. I don't the place being messy. I am respecful and always try to put myself in other's shoes. In the past, I shared house with 3 males. All of us got along well! I have a few sharing house experiences. I am looking forward to finding a place called home.
Hi, I'm a very laid back, easy going person. I'm very neat and tidy as mess in a home is a pet hate of mine. I've been a Melbourne boy all my life so know it well. I have a great respect for other people's space and property, as I appreciate the same in return. I'm a 29 year old Chef, so food is something of huge interest to me (everyone wins there!) 🙄
Hey! I'm Amy, I'm a full-time PhD student with a stable income based at Monash Medical Centre and the Alfred looking for a new housemate/friend! I'm originally from Gippsland but I've lived in Melbourne for the past 3 years. I am a friendly, reliable, tidy and easy going person who likes a good chat but I also like my own space sometimes. On weekends I like socialising/chilling, having a drink or two, listening to music, eating out or just relaxing with Netflix. Would like to be close to public transport and access to unlimited street parking. Don't have any pets but I wouldn't object if you have one ;) Looking for somewhere to live in early-mid April but available to move in ASAP. Hope to hear from you! Thanks, Amy
I'm a 26 year old working full time at Sport and Recreation Victoria. My work often spills over into weekends attending sporting events around the state, but when I've got free time I like to fill it with going to the gym, practicing jiu-jitsu and playing video games. Looking for an easy going housemate that likes to keep common areas relatively neat. I enjoy the odd night out but wouldn't describe myself as a party person. I'm excellent at trivia if you're ever in need of Dumbledore-ish levels of wisdom.
Clean, respectful, friendly and will always pay on time. Work full time in the CBD. Good with chores and sharing cooking etc. Always up to socialise but respectful of personal space
Hey my name is Jaclyn I am a 33 year old queer, vegan woman. Who is studying a bachelor degree in Counselling and currently working in retail. I am also a friendly, organised, reliable neat and tidy person who keeps to herself most of the time but I’m also happy to have a chat with other housemates at times too.
Friendly and reliable, I am thoughtful of others and enjoy doing my own thing independently or having a chat and coffee with housemates. Work in the healthcare field. Looking for a place that is relatively quiet, not a party house. I like the beach, movies, and spending time with friends and family. I like animals, but do not have any of my own.
Hi ! We are Juan (JD) & Avani, currently in our early 20's looking for a great household to move into as soon as possible! As our lease ends in March! We both are extremely chilled, respectful, mindful, and easy going. Avani currently works as an executive assistant full-time at Parliament, and I (Juan) work part time as an in-house designer (Monash University) and currently study at Monash University (Fine Arts). I (Juan) speak fluent Spanish, so I wouldn't mind teaching you a few words here and there! While Avani is amazing with spoken word poetry . We are both very passionate about, art, music, film, poetry and food. Did I also say we are great cooks? Both Vegan & Veggie friendly! We can play a great tune for you or have a great book/art talk over a wine and a nice dessert. We also love animals! That being said, we too respect and value privacy! We aren't party people, but we love going to see a band or a play here and there! Lastly, we just want to make new friends and are looking to have a rad set of housemates. So feel free to contact me, if you think we'd be a great match or have any questions!
Quiet and decent Singaporean couple. Legally married for 2 years now. One student and one full-time working adult. Mature and not party-goers. Busy people. Clean and Tidy. Very friendly and cooperative. Make payment timely. One smoker but only smokes outdoors so as to keep the household environment healthy and clean. Looking for a room/house that is affordable to us for a long-term basis. Sure to win your hearts and we do not disappoint owners wherever we go.
Hi guys, I’m a 28 year old Nurse looking for a place sometime at the end of February around Caulfield, Carnegie, Malvern and Oakleigh. I will be working at Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, so open to other suburbs if it will be relatively easy for a public transport commute. I’m new to Melbourne so open to suggestions of where is best to live! I come with a beautiful 8 year old Samoyed x Golden Retriever. She’s well behaved, gentle, gets along well with other dogs and loves a good pat. I am clean, respectful of others personal space and have lived in share houses before. Would love somewhere to share meals and drinks occasionally but happy to fit into any current living arrangement.
Well in terms of what makes me great to live with I’m very neat and clean (but not obsessive) and I also really enjoy cooking. I like to chat but I wouldn’t call myself a party animal or a massive extrovert so I’m fine with giving my house mate as much space as they want. I just finished uni studied engineering and commerce so right now I’m also looking for a grad job. I currently work part time at Coles which I’m going to be honest might be a bit of an issue for some people because my shift’s finish at midnight so I might make a little noise between 12-1 am some nights. I’ve been living with my two best friends for almost 2 years in Glen Huntley now and while I love them to death it’s not exactly a fantastic apartment as it’s on a busy road with a tiny kitchen and bathroom. My ideal place would be somewhere fairly quiet because I do value my sleep and it would be great if I had some housemates with a few similar interests such as video games, film and TV, cooking, volunteering, writing/game design, engineering or finance.
I'm a super nice guy who is outgoing, humorous and most importantly----can cook :) I'm from China and love movies and music. Currently studying at Monash University.
I am twenty two years old and I currently work fulltime for medibank PHI in the CBD. I am super fun and talkative and love to socialize. I respect others personal space and like to be out and about.
Hi ! I'm a Japanese student living in Melbourne studying English and working for 6 months and I need a place to stay between from 7th April onwards! I need somewhere that’s along the train line, close-ish to the city, and would prefer my own room :) I'm very respectful and clean and would make a great guest :) I'm also looking for somewhere where it would be possible for my boyfriend to stay over one night per week! Thank you very much!! Maiko
Just a guy trying to find his way, trying to figure out all this being an adult stuff. Currently employed full time and just kinda going with the flow. Usually keep to myself and consider myself a decent person to live with. Tidy, I clean up after myself if I make a mess or w/e. NON-SMOKER. Have an old little dog, he does shed a bit but I do make sure to vacuum at least once a week. He is a small / medium breed and quite honestly the nicest dog you'll ever meet. He's a little shy at first but will warm up to you within hours. (pics of him included of course.) ($250 a week on rent at the most please, am maybe happy to stretch a little more for utilities but would love for that to include them already.)
Hi my name is Maj. I am currently 18, but 19 at the time I move to Melbourne. I am from Denmark. My working holiday will be starting in mid August and I am looking for a place to stay, while I am working. I am currently a student, but I graduate in July 2018. I work as an office assistant for an entrepreneur company on a project. When not studying and working, I enjoy doing scouting and musical theater. I have friends in Melbourne from a previous exchange stay, but I would like to expand my social circle with other Aussies and international folks, even more. I am planning to stay in the Melbourne for the entire year of my working holiday, with only short trips to see the rest of Australia. Simply because I enjoy the city so much. I consider myself to be a well behaved and nice person. I like my stuff to be in order and wish to live healthy. I am in general a very talkative and smiling person, but I of course have an understanding of other peoples privacy.

Non smoker, quite, keeps to myself but in saying that do love a cold beer after work. I am respectful and courteous to ones needs. I am looking for something that is minimum 1 year which will more than likely extend if all in agreement. I do travel 4-6 times a year for work. You most certainly wont have any issues with me. Im a bit old school in that I prefer Face to Face communication so please, if you feel that you have something that suits me by all means drop me a line. Look forward to hearing from you.
very easy going, have a gorgeous little dog that isn't any problems at all. Have all my own stuff (fridge, tv, couch, foxtel, washine machine etc). I'm very respectful and like to keep a clean house and rent is always paid on time. I work full time in a good job, love to walk the dog or get to the gym most nights and relax and enjoy the weekend! Love the Footy and snowboarding in the winter and beach days during the summer. Ready to move whenever the right place comes up
