Actually, I don't have any hurry to move from where I am but I would prefer it because I am a native Spanish speaker and now I'm living just with Spanish speakers also and one of my goals here is to improve and practice my English daily which obviously, I'm not doing now, so, yes, that's my principally reason. About me, I'm working as an educational agent helping international students applying for their visas. In addition, I will start a Master degree at Griffith next year. I am down to earth, easy going, extremely clean and tidy and of course, I would love to find a place similar to me. I like to chat and do different kind of plans with people, I am neither a smoker nor a drunk guy and I love to travel and enjoy outdoor activities, principally, because I also work as an independent doing aerial photographs and videos with my drone. For now, I have a motorbike but I'm looking for a small car, so, if the place has any parking, will be much better. Any additional information, feel free to contact me, you can call me Darío which is my middle name but the easiest one to say hahaha cheers!
I am from São Paulo / Brazil, I have a degree in physical education in my country and I was a personal trainer. I came to Australia to study English in a comprehensive way and to learn better. I am very sociable and quiet, I am very homely but I like to play sports and watch movies both at home and in the cinema, gosot to have fun in a group, to practice sports or just to go out and see other places.
Hi I'm Talia and I'm 21 years old from Melbourne. I'm moving to Brisbane to study Psychology at UQ in February and looking for someone to share an apartment with! I just spent the last 2 years studying in the USA and recently moved back to Australia half way through 2017. I work at Goodlife Health Clubs so I spend a lot of my time at the gym. I like to have my own space and privacy but I'm a very sociable person and always keen to hang out. I'd like to consider my roommate(s) to be more like friends than just roommates. I just want a nice, comfortable environment to come home to. I also have a young ragdoll cat who is very sweet, quiet and well behaved. He follows me around majority of the time and sleeps all day so he's never in the way. I'd love to take him with me but if it's an absolute deal breaker, my parents are happy to take him. I'm looking for a place that is furnished, has a private room and a car spot. Message me if you think we'd be the right fit!

Hi there, I'm an easygoing guy looking for another young professional (guy or girl) to live with in Brisbane from December. I work with a financial servces company based in Morningside - so either Morningside or Brisbane City with parking would be ideal. Happy to share a new lease. If you are 'normal' and also after someone normal to share a laugh with, it would be great to hear from you.
Hi my names Indiana :) I'm 21 years old and looking for a fresh start in Brisbane. I'm studying business and working in hospitality, my hours range for 25 - 30 but the time I'm at home I assure you I'm a very quite respectful and clean roommate. I'm happy to pitch in for cleaning products and go halves in the chores that's no bother at all. :) In my spare time you will find me reading, watching horror movies, shopping or at Starbucks hahah.. my coffee addiction is real but as far as other substances go it stops at coffee beans, I might have a drink with friends but I'm not really a party girl by any means. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile I look forward to hearing from you. :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PRIVATE ROOM ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please do not message me about share rooms.

we are a quiet and respectful couple that love pets and going to the park!. I am doing my PhD at QUT and my wife likes to participate in University communities.
I'm looking to team up and get a new place with 1 or more. Just don't like moving into other people's homes, would rather start somewhere new. Have pets so need some yard and animal lover roomies. If u also have pets mine should be ok with them. I'm pretty bloody easy going... don't assume I'll match up to ur preconceptions of what a 35 yr old woman will be like cause I will definitely not match up. Lol. Honest, considerate, trust worthy. Quiet type with occasional need for a night off being a quiet type. Lol. Drop me a line. Have some beautiful places to look at... just need someone else to be able to afford. My current home is going on the market and I'm supposed to be out 4 Dec.
Please read this fully before contacting me as I am looking for quite specific type of people to share with only. Please indicate you have read this all by using the code word written somewhere below. I am wanting to share with conscious, spiritual people in their late 20’s to mid 30’s who enjoy meditation, yoga, gym, pilates, hiking etc and cooking healthy food utilising organic produce as much as possible only. Ultimatley I am wanting to expand my existing circle of these types of people in my life and live this lifestyle with ease, grace and comfort. It would be great if house mates want to do these types of things together regulary and keep each other accountable and motivated. I can move into an existing place or we can team up and get a place together as long as it is fully furnished and everything meets below desires. Location wise anywhere from Lutwyche to Woolloongabba would be suitable. I am clean, organised and tidy without being obsessive. I am respectful and friendly and always pay bills on time, usually within a week of recieving them. You would need to be the same as well. I am happy to socialise regulary and looking for others who do too but also need my own down time and space so respecting each others privacy is obviously needed. Small, well kept pets that don’t drool, don’t smell bad and are house trained are ok but smokers or drug users are not. I am not vegatarian but I am looking to lessen my meat consumption and learn how to cook vegatarian style and asian food better. Also love using wild caught seafood. I would love housemates who would be keen to either cook/eat together regulary and work out a system where we could either have fun experimenting with recipes and learning from each other or enjoy nights off from cooking by sharing the responsibility. Of course we will all want to do our own things at times but this is an idea to discuss that would help keep a good flow of people sharing a kitchen more streamline and issue free. Healthy eating is a must no matter what though as I generally do not keep soft drink and junk food in the house so the temptation to consume it is not there and you would need to be the same. I work in education and mental health, study psychology and am starting my own community enterprise business in the wellbeing/happiness industry. If housemates are also entrepeneurs or work within health/wellbeing/mental health industry well wouldn’t that be just fabulous haha. I am an avid world traveller (if you love travel as well I look forward to swapping crazy stories). I am looking to move away from the party scene and get a routine back in place so would like to share with people who do not consume a lot of alcohol. The odd quiet drink is ok - I do enjoy having dinner parties (think “Come Dine With Me”) with a few glasses of wine or cider but like maximum once a month or every 2 months would be the ideal for me. If you drink every night or more than a few once a week maximum, I do not wish to share with you as this is what I am looking to get away from. If you don’t drink at all you are more than welcome to be part of the share house but please know that I am keen to throw the odd dinner party still. I would like a big, modern, spacious place in close proximatey to a gym and yoga studio as well as a local fruit and veg market, chinese and indian grocery stores would also be a great bonus, as close to the city as possible but with easy access to major highways at the same time. Private bathrooms for all of us would be ideal and if there was a spare room or nice garden space we can turn into a meditation area I would be in total bliss! I’ve just returned from a round the world trip and my focus is on getting fit and trim again, eating healthy unprocessed food and working on developing my business goals and want to share only with like minded people on the same wave length as this will serve to aid and help each other rather than be a hinderous or distraction. I don’t mind how many of us share together as long as you are of the same mind frame that I have described. Please use the code word yogi so I know you have read this. I will only reply to those who use the code word. I am pretty flexible with my moving date as I am just crashing at my fathers apartment on Bribie Island currently but ideally would like to move late December/early January as I have a loooong commute to my work in Marsden from here. If we are all sharing bond though I could probably move sooner as well. Just need to discuss, really. I was approved at the beggining of the year for the National Rental Affordability Scheme so if we can find a furnished place on the NRAS program this means we would pay around 20% less than normal prices. These are pretty hard to find though. If you have enough furniture to fill a place though let’s talk about that too. Anyway, if this all sounds good to you then contact me and let’s start a discussion!
I work full time mon - fri as a public servant. Im looking for a place in the city with great amenities (pool and gym) with someone who’s clean and tidy. I enjoy listening to music with a glass of white, a great balcony to relax on and spend most weeknights chilling on the couch with an amazing meal and some trash tv/Netflix binge/movie. I’m super young at heart and get along great with all ages. I am looking for something unfurnished. And Ideally I would like to team up as I have furniture and kitchenware I don’t want to get rid of. I don’t need a carpark but would like an ensuite. I would prefer to live with someone between 27 - 37, who’s drug free and is a full time professional worker. Male, female, gay or straight, as long as it’s someone who doesn’t mind a bit of banter after work but can also appreciate privacy when needed. I’m not in a rush to move but sometime before the new year is preferential.
Hey, we are friendly, UQ students looking for a place over the summer! From November 20th to around February 18th. We love animals, being active and we are super friendly. We are doing an internship- one full time/ one part time and love to be active.

Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent or someone who wants to find a new house near Red Hill/Paddington area. I go home to California over summer but need a new place by end January/beg February. I am a postgrad development practice student at UQ, working part time as well. I love to travel and explore new areas when I have days off and stay on the coast as often as I can. I am super easy going and respectful of other people's space. Definitely want housemates I can get along with but I mostly like to relax in my room and keep to myself when I am home, so looking for a quiet house with people who lead similar lifestyles. No couples please or party houses. Prefer to live in a house with a backyard or outdoor area.

Hello there! My name is Rebecca, and my husband's name is Takuya. I'm Brazilian-American and he's Japanese, and we're here in Australia on Working Holiday. I have a flexible remote job based in the U.S., with hours that range from part-time to full-time depending on the season. Takuya is currently unemployed, but will be looking for work once we get to Brisbane. We both have a good amount of savings, too, and can guarantee that we will always pay our rent in full and on time. Some more facts about us: - I studied art and writing at university - Takuya has a multidisciplinary background in art, film, and computer science - We're both seasoned travelers with experience living abroad - We love to learn about different cultures and traditions--especially food-related ones! - Takuya loves football (not the American kind) - We have a thing for tea and gardens - We're both very quiet, tidy, and considerate - Takuya likes cleaning. I'm an expert organizer - My Myers-Briggs personality type is INFJ, and Takuya's is INTP Ideally, we'd like to find accommodation for 3-6 months (or more, depending on how things turn out). Our plan is to be in Australia until late summer of 2018. We look forward to hearing from you!
