Greetings future housemate(s)! I am from Melbourne and looking for a temporary living situation for around 3-4 months. An Accountant by day, stand-up comedian by night. I play a little guitar, a little piano and big harmonica. I sometimes cook and plan to quit yoga soon and start this flying trapeze course. And yes, you have caught me trying to sound interesting to you. Truthfully, I am quite ordinary and easy to get to know. I am at my happiest when mucking around with friends/family and their pets- I do love all living creatures, except bed bugs. As a housemate, I am helpful, neat, sanitary, considerate and respectful of other people and their space. I do not take myself too seriously but I seriously need to be able to park my car somewhere (street parking will do). If all this sounds reasonable, please contact me as soon as you can. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Chloe P.S I’m not actually a stand up comedian, yet.
Hi there, My name is Gemma and I'm studying to complete a masters degree at the moment, it keeps me very busy and I spend a fair bit of time at uni because of it. I also work casually and absolutely love my job. I am seeking a space in a share house, preferably with one other flatmate. I am tidy, considerate and respectful of people and their space. I am wanting a quiet space where I can study and relax as needed. I do spend a fair bit of time with my partner in Brisbane, and there would be the occasional weekend when he would stay with me. He's a respectable and gentle man and would be considerate of your property and space. I have a great rental history which I am happy to provide, no pets, non smoker and a positive outlook on life. I like to camp and be outdoors, love animals, watch the occasional movie, love pots of tea, I play a little acoustic guitar and enjoy catching up with friends. I am looking to move around mid November, my current lease is up 27th November and I would be wanting to have an awesome place lined up before then. Looking to stay for approximately 6 months. Look forward to hearing from you, Gemma
Hi I am looking for a room to rent either close to Queen Street in the city or close to a train / bus / citycat service that leads to there (I am currently living in Cairns and will be new to the area) I will be moving down the end of October to start my new job in the city. I am clean and tidy, enjoy being social or having quiet nights in however I don't think I will be home much between work and going back to Cairns on some days off. A place with a gym would be favourable but open to all locations that can take me to the city by public transport easily enough. Thanks!
Hi there, myself and my partner are looking for a house/flat share in and around the Brisbane City area. We are both from London, UK on working holiday visas and plan to stay in Brisbane until the week before Christmas. We are easy-going, enjoy meeting new people and making friends! We are also tidy and make a conscious effort to keep any communal areas clean. Thanks :)
I have a fluffy cat Nori who is very friendly but needs space outdoors to roam in. I'm a friendly social person but I like to have my own space as well. I would like to start a new lease with 1 other person in a new place preferably.
Hey there! I've recently sold a business in a small country town and heading back to Brisbane. Most likely heading overseas eventually but need a place for me and my small dog for the interim. I'm quiet, clean, tidy, respectful and I come with great stories! :) My dog is always a favourite, he's just an awesome OG :) I have my own wireless internet so won't ever be on yours and if you like the water, we could even have jetski weekends :)
Full-time student. I'm at uni nearly every day and work on weekends. Quiet, clean and respectful. Looking for a place close to the city, preferably with bills included. Move in date: Anytime between 01/12/17 - 01/03/18
Hi future housemates, I'm a down to earth remedial massage therapist who has own business. As well as working with a Chiro. I'm looking to share with 1 other person. I love to settle in, chat, watch tv and have a nice glass of red. On my day off, I love to catch up with friends, shop or go for a walk. I'm looking for an unfurnished room, with own bathroom.
I'm a super chilled, easygoing person, who loves to meet new people and have a good chat. I am quite a homebody though and I keep to myself when I'm busy with study, but love the occasional drink/catchup/boardgame/netflix. I've just finished my uni degree, and then getting stuck into post-graduate study in February. I work in hospitality across days, a few late nights and weekends, so I'm not home some evenings. I'm a clean person who respects others and their space and looking for people that do the same.
Full-time professional, sociable and easy to get along with, also enjoys quiet time. Neat, tidy and respectful. Relocating to Brisbane for new position. Ideally, I would prefer a secure car space or off street parking, a semi-furnished or furnished room and either an ensuite or own bathroom.
I'm a 27yo Czech studying full-time Psychotherapy at UQ. I have already shared a living several times, so I know how to be mindful and considerate about your personal space (clean and tidy), but I'm still friendly and easy-going. I enjoy casual socializing and chats, or occasional gatherings at home, but not much of a party animal anymore, and will definitely appreciate to have some privacy to study and chill on my own, too . Hence, looking for a single room + ensuite/own bathroom, preferably walking distance from UQ St. Lucia campus as I often pull long nights at the library and have beach volleyball there 3-4 times a week. I'm currently staying in a share-house in Spring Hill and have the lease till mid Feb but might be able to leave before the lease ends. I like travelling, volleyball, everyday workouts (no fitness freak, though), pizza&wine sessions, and animals - if there was a dog or a cat in the house I wouldn't mind :) If you're like-minded and think we could work out as flatmates and eventually as friends, leave me a message :) Cheers!
