Hello future flat mates! My name is Thomas Hoy and I’m headed to Australia in November! Looking for a place to live short or long term. I currently live in Austin, Texas and brew beer for a living at the largest surf park in the world. I’ve been wanting to travel to Australia for as long as I can remember and I’m finally getting the opportunity. I really enjoy traveling and exploring places I have never been. Meeting new and interesting people from around the world has become my favorite part of traveling. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
I am 20 years old and have recently finished studying Photography and Illustration Design at University. I am relocating from Perth to Brisbane in late July, planning on spending the rest of this year working full time and focusing on enjoying the heck out of life for a while without the stresses of Uni. I have big love for dogs, cooking, reading, travel and going to the gym. I am tidy, super friendly and always love a good chat and a laugh, but definitely enjoy and appreciate time on my own just as much. My idea of a great night is something along the lines of a cheeky glass of wine at home with good snacks and great company, usually also accompanied by Netflix.
I am a full time musician/singer/performer and overall great person to live with. I live a very social job so when I am home I am usually zenning out/keeping to myself however I am great for a chat and you will be asking yourself if we have met before because I'm that easy to get along with. I don't drink or smoke or do drugs and I am all about that healthy life (chocolate is a total exception ) so if you are into heavy drugs/smoking then stroll on along my friend. Stroll on along. Anywhere in Toowong or indoorpilly would be great as I love the area. Shoot me a message x
I've been living back in Brisbane for just over a year now! Currently located in the bush so looking for something much much more convenient to my work in fortitude valley. Working full time so paying rent deffinitely won't ever be an issue. Most of my interests are of the creative kind. Spending a majority of my time sketching and making things! Into the vintage vibe, but generally more street when it comes to my fashion, although thats a spectrum. Keen to start experiencing the live music scene a bit more so if you're keen on that that'll be some good times ahead! 🎉 Oh and this says non smoker but that's more or less true when I'm intoxicated haha. I'm also exceptionally mediocre when it comes to writing about myself so I'm happy to chat over the phone or come around and meet you so we can get to know eachother! I hope I don't seem pretentious! Hahaha
Hi, My name is Rosh. I am an international student from Punjab, India currently pursuing master's degree at UQ. I am looking for a new place in Toowong. I work part time at Coles Toowong. It's a night job and there are no transportations at night. Therefore, I'm looking for a good, quiet and furnished place in Toowong that should be just at a walkable distance from my work or in near by suburbs. Other than that, I stay very busy with my uni and night job and on weekend I usually spend time with my friends or just relaxing at home. It would be great if a place will not have too many people. I would love to stay in a peaceful environment. I am a very neat and tidy person. Also, always up for a chat but respect other people privacy. I'm looking forward to move ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Heya, I'll be getting back from overseas around the 25th of July and will be looking for a new place to fill with my plants ! I've been living up in Brissie for a year now, studying Education (Maths/History) at UQ. In my spare time, I'm into climbing, cooking, sketching, salsa, and basketball, and I am terrible at all of the above so always appreciate new people to practice with. Also go for hiking/beach day trips when I get the chance, and would be happy to bring y'all along. Looking to move into a social sharehouse with reasonably easy access to uni. I'm a massive procrasti-cleaner so, for the sake of my productivity, I'm hoping to move in with people who also keep things reasonably clean. No pets of my own - but if you have any that's a definite bonus. NB: Might be a bit slow on the replies while I'm away!! But will reply as soon as I get the chance so please do chuck me a message if you think I'd be interested :~)
I'm moving to Brisbane as I have landed myself a full time job in the City. I am very neat and organised, and I enjoy living a healthy and active life-style. Looking for females of similar age to live with.
Hi, I´m Andy :D I am 18 and from Ecuador, have been in Brisbane for a mont. I came here to study for a year 3D Animation. So I´m planning to move near from my university because where I´m living at the moment is far away. So while i´m here in Brisbane i want to study to get my diploma, also improve my level of speaking english and make new friends to hang out, spent time with. I don't mind sharing a bathroom with another person, provided they're clean. I a sociable person, very smiley, nice, calm, open-minded and reliable. I love people, partying, going to a walk in the city and everything. Love electronic music, going to raves or music festivals. However, I also need my time to recharge and relax. That's why I will prefer to have my own private room. I like the concept of an international shared house, with at least 2, 3 or 4 more people. Also interested in teaming-up.
Hey guys! We’re a low key couple who’ve been living together for a while. We both work full time and enjoy spending our free time on the weekend getting out to the beach, checking out cafes/ bars, spending time with friends and family or exploring! We also have a border collie, Ted. He is the goodest of boys! He knows heaps of tricks and loves, like LOVES his frisbee. We’re looking to live with people who are friendly and approachable and are down to be pals and chat 😊 We come with a couch, TV, dining table and fridge. We’re on the hunt for a bigger house with a backyard for Ted that we can share with a few like minded people!

I travel home to byron to visit my parents as much as i can when i have work off so I wont be in youre hair too much! I love fitness and chilling out when I get the chance to! Hoping to move and make some groovy friends!!! :))) I do have some little furnishings but happy to put them into storage if not needed!! I hope to hear from you soon!!!
Hi guys! Nicole and I are a couple from Taiwan. We are slightly shy but very friendly, tidy and accommodating. We're visiting Australia by using a working holiday visa, and we study in Language School at this moment for a better communication with others! Cooking is either my job or hobby, producing good food and keep things clean and ordered is my duty and responsibility. Looking forward to receiving any question for us: )
I like to keep to myself, but can be social. Always up for a good chat. If you’re craving a friend to have dinner with, I’m your guy. Don’t mind a party but I’m not the one to host it. I work full time for McDonald’s (mostly working day and night) so I may get home late (I promise I try to make the least amount of noise as possible)
Hi there! My name is Nikkie and I am a 29yo from Adelaide. My partner James is a 28yo from Dublin. We are seeking a room to rent in a share house with like minded people. We met each other in Vancouver, Canada over 4 years ago. We both lead healthy, active lifestyles and both keep busy with full time work. We enjoy travel and socializing with a beer for five on the weekend, but we respect peoples privacy. We are clean and tidy, and love cooking together... for house mates too :)!
I am a norwegian exchange student that are about to attend UQ. I study industrial economics and technology management, which is a master degree. On my spare time I like to work out, go to the beach, and socialize. I have been doing sports since I was a little girl, like handball, soccer, dancing, and downhill skiing, among others, and would therefore love to continue on doing some of that here in Brisbane. As a roommate I am tidy and friendly. I am a pretty positive girl and try to make the most out of each situation I am in.
