Moving to Brisbane or surrounds in early March from Tassie. I am very easy going, hard working and organised. I spend most of my time working, socialising or at the gym/keeping fit and spend very little time at home. I love to travel and often plan to go on adventures on my days off, love to meet new people and try new things. As a housemate, I am extremely respectful of personal space, being neat, tidy and reliable. I have a few friends in Brisbane, but am excited to make more and hoping to find either one or two awesome housemates who share the same interests as me! I am certainly not a party animal, but do love a social drink and love to cook!
I'm an young, aspiring architect from the Gold Coast looking for a place to call home in Brissy. I'm both a student, studying a Master of Architecture, as well as working in the CBD in the field. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so cleanliness is up there on my priority list. I play guitar and dig indie music. Also love making coffee! A crazy cat lady house will suffice. I will supply memes free of charge.
Hey guys! A bit about me. I’m a messy, inconsiderate jerk who hates fun yet for some reason is constantly bringing the party home. Kidding! My name is Tom, I’m 19 from London, and was recently moved to Melbourne by my company. My hobbies include going gym, football or soccer as you call it, rugby, IT software & hardware, Ancient Greek & Roman history, binge watching tv shows and recently have found that coffee is amazing. I am a tidy person, however if there is ever a small mess it is kept to my own room. I enjoy a drink or two on the weekends, a good chat, but also enjoy a bit of me time. Send me a message if you want to know anything else about me!
We're two peas in a pod, will you be our three? haha kidding but seriously, we get along really well. We found each other on flatmates.com.au last year too and looking to find a 3 bedroom apartment or house so it's cheaper to live. Our daily life includes working full-time, the "occasional" 6am gym session (we try but we're also pretty lazy) we are trying to improve our cooking skills, we've come a long way since we first moved in! Cheese and wine is always good, netflix, instagram all the basic bitch stuff. We're retired party-goers but don't mind heading out every now and then. We love the idea of road trips but the weather doesn't seem to agree everytime we wanna go...... anyways if you'd like to meet up for a coffee/brunch/lunch/dinner/desserts/icecream/donuts or whichever please inbox :)
Hi Guys! Im Spanish from Barcelona. Im a Vet Assistant and an Assistant Manager for a worldwide Company store. I love nature and travel! I can speak 6 languages and I'm a very relax person, no parties, sociable, responsible and tidy. Going to stay in Australia until June 21st; right now I am established in Sydney, going to continue my adventure in Melbourne. I am a student (English & Business), work as casual contract 20h p w. Love photography and movies (I did work as an actor myself). I would like to find a nice little PRIVATE room for my days in Melbourne with nice and easy going people, clean and not noisy! :) Hope to meet you soon!!!
My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old, and work full time in child health research in Parkville. I'm very clean and friendly and I like living in positive, peaceful homes. In my spare time, I enjoy eating out with friends, going to the gym, and photography. I like keeping things quiet during the 9-5 working week. My weekends are spent doing relaxing activities such as yoga, socialising, or going on day trips. I'm looking for a private ensuite room with a car space for around $200-230 in the inner east/south-east.
Hey potential future flatmate(s)! Looking for: private room in the inner suburbs, no pets as I'm allergic I am: Swedish, down to earth, full-time student For those who are more curious: I’m a 21 year old soon-to-be homeless Swede. I study Communication Design full-time at Billy Blue College of Design and I’m most likely going to start looking for a part-time job as well. It's just to get some extra money in addition to my income from Sweden. I'm currently in Sweden because I'm attending a wedding and I'm coming back to Melbourne January 19 so that's when I need a roof over my head. I have lovely friends to stay with for a while but I still need to find something asap. I used to rent a room in a flatshare in South Melbourne that I loved but now I'd like to try a new suburb! Preferably Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda, Prahran and surrounding. I love living with others but sometimes I need my privacy for studying so I'm looking for a private room. I need good tram/train/bus connections if it’s in a suburb further away. I prefer a furnished room as I don't really own anything except for an $9 work lamp from IKEA but I can compromise if it's the right place. As I mentioned before I'm allergic to pets so I don't want any furry things around me. I’m very easy going and down to earth. I like to go out for drinks or so on the weekends (depending on how much schoolwork I have) but I'll definitely not bring the party home it's not appropriate. I enjoy hanging out with friends, eating good food (brunch!!) or just staying in watching Netflix. I’d love to get to know my flatmate(s) and hang out but at the same time it’s really important for me to get my peace and quiet to study as I take my studies very seriously (too expensive for Swedes to not be serious about it haha). I like to keep the common areas relatively clean and tidy but I’m not too fussy about leaving the breakfast bowl in the sink or stuff like that. Will need some kind of space for potential crafty uni projects and if I don't have it in my room I'll make sure to clean up after myself. Do I sound like your new flatmate?! Hit me up! (Just not on my phone number because I'm in Sweden now)
My name is Joseph, I am a French cook who has just arrived in Melbourne, I am currently working full time in a restaurant in south bank and I am looking for a room (or a roommate) to rent For at least 6 months, I am very clean and tidy, friendly and easy going, all I ask is the same respect I would give to you! I would be super happy to make new friends and who likes to have a drink from time to time. If you are interested in a message please.thanks
I am liberal minded yet mature and experienced but somehow also manage to be young at heart. Happily, unsmugly married and very independent, I do believe strongly in family, love, inclusion. I'm on working holiday from UK where I've lived/worked/loved for 22 yrs, originally from Newcastle,NSW. Also lived in Sydney &Melbourne & have travelled heaps. Extremely proud to be Australian. I'm clean & tidy but, as a Bartender, I don't mind a bit of organised chaos. I'm quite partial to a Single Malt, once or twice a week at most.
Hey! I'm moving to Melbourne On the 8th of February from New Zealand. I am a Film and Media Graduate who used to live in the US but came home to finish studying. I specialise mainly in Photography. Someone you can rely on for a heart to heart or a glass of wine ;) I like to live a pretty chill life style but love to occasionally go out but never bring it home. In between working full time I plan to travel occasionally but still come home. Look forward to talking to all!
ABOUT ME I am an Australian citizen, but I am from Venezuelan. I speak fluent English and Spanish and get along with people from all nationalities, religious backgrounds and sexual preferences. I am a great flat mate as I am quiet, considerate, very clean and tidy, respectful, private, fun, positive, and healthy (non-smoker and occasional drinker). I have shared many times before with no negative feedback. I am married to an Australian man who is living and working in Sydney; we will always catch up in Sydney where we have our own 2-bedroom apartment. WORK I work in Docklands for BP and I am usually out of the house from 6am - 6pm weekdays. ROOM TYPE I require my own bathroom and a reasonable amount of storage for my clothes and personal items. Hiya! I'm looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months, possibly longer, with a car park/permit! I'm currently in QLD, but moving to Melbourne early Feb for work reasons. As for me, I'm a bit of a foodie, so I love the city for that and love going out and trying new places! I like to stay pretty social so while I'm not a big partier I am happy to go out for a drink on the weekends or even host a casual dinner party or board game night with friends (I guess I'm a bit of a nerd at heart)! On a regular weeknight I'm probably more inclined to relax and watch some movies or netflix :)
*(I will only be able to do viewings from 16 Feb onwards).* Hello, I am an engineering student on exchange from Istanbul, Turkey. I will be studying in QUT in the next semester. I am quite friendly and I will try to do the best I can in order to enjoy a nice exchange semester; I will try to travel as much as I can while in Australia. I am up for hanging out and going out. I am always available for big brunches and everything related with good food! What else? I also enjoy reading, coffee, sports (trying to be fit-ish) and nice music. Sometimes I will need some alone time, in order to catch up with my hometown and recharge. I am looking for a furnished place with utensils, as I am coming from overseas. It doesn't matter if I share bathroom / bedroom, although I would prefer a room of my own. I am tidy and clean, and will do what is needed with chores for the common areas. Also, I want to cook some meals during the week, I am trying to learn how to cook :D I am planning to work part-time also. I will be leaving sometime between the end of June and the end of July, but I will sign a 6-month contract if the bond is not weekly, being aware that weekly bonds may not be the case. Looking forward to meeting you, future flatmate!

I'm a mature & easy going person, whose many years of experience in hospitality (in my opinion) have helped me become an adaptable, friendly & accepting housemate. I am also a professional housesitter, so am very respectful of people's property, time & space. Outside of the home, I keep busy & entertain my friends at 'their' houses or cafes around the corner, but I like my home to be a comfy & quiet place to relax & recharge :) I enjoy playing sport (have been chasing a round ball for approx 15 years!?), & am training to be a firefighter in the QFES. I am an experienced barista too, so if my future housemate wants to purchase or has a commercial espresso machine, I can whip you up a very decent cup 👍

Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals/good vibes, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd

My name is Chantelle and I am an (almost) 23 year old female. I am currently looking for a place to call home in Brisbane, I am not familiar with most suburbs but I am looking for somewhere around Mt Gravatt. I am clean, friendly and quiet. I have 2 small desexed pets. They are inside pets but also enjoy a frolic in the backyard. So any sort of fenced outside area would be great! I have permanently relocated from Sydney so I am in the middle of sorting out a full time job but I should be working and ready to go on feb 1st! I am also open to moving a little sooner as I am currently staying at my mums and she cares for a lot of strays! (so as you can imagine my pets are very friendly but this house seems full enough!) Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a room for rent/ granny flat/ master room/ split level etc etc and a suitable home for a small dog and sweet cat :)
