I'm a health professional working at Ipswich hospital and only recently moved to Brisbane for work. I'm considerate and respectful as well as tidy and friendly. Ideally I would like to live in a unit with only one other person, in the south suburbs of Brisbane.
Hi, I'm working full time as a business analyst, clean and respectful, saving for buying a property at the moment, would love to find an alike person or persons to share a house with a fully fenced large yard. My puppy, although only 4 months old, is very smart, has been toilet trained, friendly to any human and dog or cat, calm and quiet, but always love a play with you.
I'm a professional working full time, not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, rock climbing, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. Preferably two other roommates max, and a place with more than one bathroom. I get along well with both female and male housemates. Message me if you think you may have something for me to consider, or if you want to team up to find a place. I'm looking to be west of the Pacific motorway, as I commute to Ipswich every day :)
Looking for a team up for early January 2017. I've been sharehousing for 10+ years, so I know the drill. I generally keep to myself, but would like to find someone who enjoys a drink or share dinner every now and then. I'm clean, respectful of the noise, and mess I make and am fairly accommodating. I'm looking to move from my small two bdrm flat to a roomy townhouse closer to work in Toowong. Ideally looking to share with someone around my age. I've been looking at 3bdrm places with several bathrooms (so we don't have to share!). My budget is around $200 to $280/week. I'd prefer to share with just one other person. I have enough furniture to furnish everything, but most is old so i don't mind donating most of it to charity. My 'must haves' are a garage for my new car, and my own bathroom. About me: I work full time in Toowong, love touch football, beer and have recently taken up surfing. I spend most weekends out of the house catching up with friends. I don't go out much anymore, the party lifestyle is way behind me. About you: you also work full time, and are able to pay your own rent. If you work FIFO, or shift work, thats more than ok with me. I've lived with shift workers before, and understand how important sleep is.
Looking for a spacious, bright room somewhere within biking distance to the botanical gardens, until the end of the year. Vego, don't smoke, international PhD student, love animals so happy to move to a place with pets present. I'm not highly social but enjoy a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself in the evenings and chill during the week.
health and fitness enthusiast friendly, tidy and mindful person to live with full time health industry worker looking for people to live with who are not big drinkers i have an outside dog who does not bark/dig ect. Clean up after him reguarly. looking to start up a share house household furniture appreciated but not nessesary as will buy when we decide on a property
I'm relaxed, neat and tidy and easy to get along with. I'm a teacher, so I'm out of the house during the day. I like to have a chat, but I also like a bit of my own space - as I'm sure you do too!
I can say a few things without seeming like I've got a big head. I am a very easy going person, very approachable & east to chat with. I can be either very social depending on who I may be sharing with. I love to clean in my spare time (a little OCD some might say). Vibe to the music I listen to, keep active & love to train. I have just come out of work, I won't lie, but I am really keen to get into it during the holidays. I am very reliable, responsible & respectful. I do like to at times have my privacy as I'm sure everyone does but yeah.... I can do $200inc a week max, would prefer to have an ensuit as I'm anal about hygien but if not, that's okay 🕊
I work full time for an organisation that runs camps for disadvantaged kids. This means I tend to be away during holidays. I tend to do cute things for my housemates (roses for Valentine's Day, chocolates at Easter, etc.). I always pay my rent and bills on time and I am a generally tidy and contained housemate. I am kind and considerate, I love time to myself and I make awful Dad jokes. More than happy and flexible to live as a supportive household or an autonomous household. What else do I bring to the table? A young cattle dog name Louie; a kayak; a car with roof racks and a tow bar; a rather well stocked bookcase. Interpret those as you will! I attempt to do a hike up a mountain or a beach trip each weekend that I am free and would be more than willing to invite housemates along!
I work full time as a Speech Language Pathologist. I am always up for a laugh and some banter but also appreciate time to myself. I am a clean person but not a complete neat freak. Would love to live with people who enjoy cheese and wine!
I'm friendly, relaxed, punctual with bills and on top of my chores. I'm a skater and musician, I love dogs and all pets (I don't have any), I keep a neat fresh good looking set up in my room. I'm equipped with loads of furnishings including cookware and they're optional. Looking for a place by the 16th at the latest.
Neat and tidy, quiet (will never hear me), keep to myself, love cooking and eating. Working 11 hours of the day so I won't be around much. *only interested in rooms with ensuite bathroom*. Hi guys, please note my moving in date before messaging, thank you :)
Hi! I'm 25 and originally from Melbourne, but have been living on the Gold Coast for a few months now. I'm currently working fulltime in Brisbane, so I'm looking for somewhere close to the city or with easy access to the Train Station. I would love somewhere that is social, but not a crazy party house, l like my early mornings and early bedtimes - secret nanna life :P. But I do still enjoy a drink or two at night or on the weekends. I like to think I live the "healthy" lifestyle. I go for walks most days and do at-home circuit workouts. I'm after a place that has OFF-STREET parking (a must!) as I will be living my car at home during the day and I don't want to be coming back to it damaged or with a massive parking fine. I 'd describe myself as quiet, but great at joining in on conversations, very tidy and respectful of others, easy going. I'm hoping to find a housemate who has similar interests to me and hopefully make a friend out of our time living together. Furnished, with mainly a bed (doesn't have to have linen) is all I need! I'm very open, so if you have any questions or would like to know more about me, just ask :)
Hello there! I am considerate and respectful of others I live with including their property. I love to be in a neat environment. Tend to keep to myself but not antisocial by any means. I am really cool and get along quickly. I have really good history with previous leases and can provide references as well. Apart from that I am a graphic designer but here for studies and work in the carpentry industry. Quite active guy and lives a healthy life.
Hello Johnzee here am 56yr kiwi boilermaker tradie. Am seeking a cosy clean room in Rocklea or Salisbury, to occupy for 6 weeks. I will be working on a major refurbish project in Rocklea, starting next monday the 18th. I have clean habits, with consideration for others. Am sincere, friendly, trustworthy, easygoing, respectable, tidy, self dependent, to generally give you a brief summary about me. The work shutdown will run for six weeks from the 18th december till end of January 2018. Then I will return back to Perth, to mining work. Please let me know if you have a furnished room (with bed I mean) available from the 16th or 17th Dec.
Aww, what? Writing about myself? Dammit. ok, ok I'm a guy from America who has been in Australia for over 12 years. I have Russian heritage and like to clean my own dishes just after using them. I finished my electrical apprenticeship about 10 months ago , and moved to Brisbane soon after when I fell in love with Zouk partner dancing. I've stayed in the one house the entire time I've been in Brisbane so far. I like meeting people and talking to them. Also having fun and making them laugh ;) My girlfriend stays with me month on, month off and loves attending zouk events. She is learning Russian with me, but she's also working on German while finishing studies.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $125 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Sunnybank Hills and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2 years+. Cheers!
