Hey guys, my name is Nikolas, I'm 24 years old and currently I'm studying to become a teacher in Germany. Beginning from mid of February I am going to study full-time at the Griffith University for one semester. I think my personality may be best described as friendly, open-minded, easy-going, humorous, tidy, punctual, reliable, respecting, conscientious and honest. I really like hanging out together and chew the fat with someone , going out in bars or just relaxing somewhere. Surfing is just one of many other sports and activities I favourite (beside of studying sports). I'm really interested in meeting respective, friendly, open-minded and easy-going mates to share accommodation, interests and positive vibes because I want to have a really good time in Australia.
Hi everyone I am a neat and tidy professional guy, looking for a short term rental. I am fully flexible in the living space and happy to keep to myself or socialise. I tend to be out most of the time, I work in Burleigh Heads. I am easy to get along with very clean and tidy. Please call me for more information, I'm specifically looking Currumbin area I also have the option of bringing my blue staffy fog, Lola, very cute, great with families and to use the breeder's words " the best staffy we have ever seen with almost human-like qualities"
Hi everyone! We are an easy-going, Mexican couple, moving to Melbourne to study for 2 years (In CBD and Hawthorn) and work in part-time jobs. We like to have a good time, from going out and party to having a relaxed time at home watching Netflix. We love pets, don't smoke and enjoy a good laugh with friends. We also enjoy the casual board-games and a good volleyball match. We're tidy, honest and trustworthy people and very respectful of others and their privacy. Needless to say, we're more than excited for this new stage in our lives!
Clean and friendly. Quite active, into health & fitness and have a cute little dog. Milo is getting a little older so although he does love to play, he certainly loves his naps too. He's super chilled, basically doesn't even know how to bark and is completely house trained.. and loves a cuddle! :) Currently living in Melbourne, but moving up to the Gold Coast mid January.
I am a full-time student studying architecture design currently in RMIT as well as having my part-time job. I keep tidy and clean in my space as well as cleaning public area sometimes. I am not after party, smoking and drug. I enjoy having a night in with take out and a DVD, but also enjoy checking out restaurants and bars. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and am looking for people who agree. I am considerable and kind and would like to make new friends and share each other stories and happy time. I took an apartment by myself and manage it, and I lived with more than 6 people in 2 years. Therefore, I think I really know how to get along with my new roommates. I hope my room is furnished and prefer to live with males in house or town house which is less than 3 people, and fast speed internet, if there is a garden or yard, it would be perfect. Nor sharing room. I can move in February.
I live a simple, drama free kinda life. I run a small business in Burleigh and work weekdays usually 9am-4pm. I'm open minded with a good sense of humour and don't sweat the small stuff. Always happy to have a chat and lend an ear to a friend in need. Love music, movies, stand-up comedy. I'm also interested in health & beauty, Yoga and self improvement.
Hello I'm Rae and I'm looking for a place for me and my sister to live long term. We have 2 small dogs so must be pet friendly. We both work part time. Kat my sister is in high school full time and and I am studying a diploma full time as well as high school part time. We are looking for a houseshare or team up with other people for a house/flat. Females only please or guys ok if mature and around the same age. Looking to pay no more then $150 each including bills. Preferably somewhere close to a tram station. We both are easy to get along with and are happy to help out with anything.
I work full time (or more) as a cosmetics consultant/ makeup artist in Newstead. I am clean, easy-going and quiet and spend most of my spare time at the gym, beach or netflix-ing. I need a respectful housemate who will do their share of the housework, but mainly someone I don't mind socialising with as it makes it so much easier to live together in a friendly environment (although I also enjoy my own space). I'm looking for somewhere relatively quiet on work nights, preferably with a pool and my own bathroom. I have been renting in Kelvin Grove for the past year and would love to find somewhere around the Newstead/ Teneriffe area to avoid driving to work. Hope to hear from you soon :)
My name and Diego, and my girlfriend is Yasmin. We're both students, from Brazil. We're a quiet, clean and tidy couple who's don't stay up late, smoke and party. Most part of the day we gonna be out, studying, training(sports) or working.
Hey all, Im a non smoker, not partier and very tidy. I respect everyone including my housemates and their guests. I work full time in Northcote, I enjoy eating out, travelling the world, playing and watching all sports and also enjoy latin dancing. I dont cook a great deal but if I do is generally a great roast or pasta dish. Im looking for housemates that respect each others possessions and privacy but also enjoy socialising and having a chat or chill out together. (I will share my wine stash with you). I also have a big tv and ps4, and love video games. (prefer to keep in my own room) Ideally id love a private room with ensuite. But it isnt a dealbreaker. Message me soon! Brad
Hi ! I am a 22 year-old student who minds her own business, enjoys clean spaces and very tolerant. I love listening to music, reading and sight seeing. I am a PHD student at Griffith University and am looking for accommodation from February 1st 2017. Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks.
Hi, I'm a 28 Years old Mexican international student currently looking for a single room. I work in Kew as a Cleaner Supervisor (I'm certain you wont have any cleaning problems with me) Monday - Friday and go to school 3 days a week to the CBD, for that reason I'd like a room in a place mostly with easy access to the CBD. I normally have a busy schedule some days a week between work and study, but I may have off my weekends to either chill at home or hang out with friends, I have a TV and a PS4 I am happy to share, as well as a car to do maybe a road trip, go to the beach, or even grocery shopping. and advantage point with me is that as being Mexican, I'll be able and happy to cook plenty of traditional dishes from my country, way better than the ones we can get at any restaurant here. Also due to my occupation, I have a great vacuum machine and I wont mind doing some thorough vacuuming of the house once in a while (I have some experience doing house cleaning, although I consider is important to share all activities, I know how to do them efficiently and fast. We will never have to hire any cleaning services). I hope to hear from you guys soon, and I wish also to meet my future housemates.
I am looking for friendly share house, my current lease expires early March so I'm looking for somewhere for late feb/early March. I like to catch up and have a drink or dinner and a chat at the end of the day, so social housemates would be preferable. I work full time in the public service and study part time, so I'm not looking to move into a crazy party house. If there's anyone out there keen to help me stay fitness-motivated, that would also be a massive benefit! In general I am looking for a hygienic house, happy people, wireless internet and good ju-ju are a must. I'm looking for either an established share house or happy to also set up one from scratch with others.
Hey there! My name is Delisa, I'm 18 years old and from Germany :-) I am on a working holiday in Australia for 4 months and currently doing in internship in Melbourne. So I look for a place to stay for two months (January - March). I would love to live with people around my age to spend a nice time together! I am a really tolerant, open - minded and helpful person ;-) I would love to hear from you! xoxo Delisa
Hi! We're Hugo and Laura, looking for a place to live within a share house. Hugo works in the CBD as a software sales rep and Laura is studying Nutrition and works at a gym in South Yarra. We both highly value cleanliness and a friendly environment, hence we are looking for likeminded and organised people to live with! We're not that couple who segregates themselves from others at all times and both love meeting new people and expanding our friendship circles. We're ideally looking to move into an established household or a team up arrangement with another couple or some like-minded people and can realistically move in from mid-Feb. If we sound like the kind of couple you'd like to open your door to we'd love to speak further!
Hi, I'm a quiet person who's laid back and easy to get along with, and am looking for accommodation to be able to work in Camberwell. I'm keep things neat and tidy and make sure I do my share of the house work.
Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working in hospitality and going back to study next year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am looking for a place closer to my current work and future University placement and job opportunities. I like an equal amount of quiet time and socialising. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hello! I work full-time in the city and also study. I am looking for a fun and friendly house to live in. I work really hard during the week so i love having fun on the weekends, having a few drinks and socialising or binge watching netflix while inhaling unhealthy amounts of junkfood. I keep shared areas extremely clean and like to keep to myself sometimes too. I really want a place i can call home. Looking for relaxed people who won't mind being social but also won't mind if I am super anti-social in my room. I love cute animals, modern houses, privacy and my own bathroom. If you can relate at all, message me :)
Hey guys! I'm Tahlia! I'm currently living in a share house on the north side of Brisbane but I'd love to move out and get closer to the city. I'm 21, turning 22 soon. I'm a very quiet and reserved person but I love to have a laugh. On one hand I'm quite the hermit, I'll happily sit at home and do a Netflix Marathon all day but on the other hand I love to be outside and exploring new places or going to the beach. I'm a non smoker and rare drinker, I don't like to party and I go to bed early. I'm a musician and a beginner pole dancer. I love food, books, photography and videography and if there's an animal around, there's a 100% chance I'll talk to it rather than any humans nearby. I have a pet - you'll need to be open minded because she's a rat. I know I know, a rat definitely wasn't my first choice of pet either but she was so darn cute I couldn't resist! She IS strictly an outside pet though but she comes inside for cuddles. I also have a gorgeous cat called Turtle who lives with my parents - I would love to bring her up to live with me if it's at all possible but it depends on the living situation. I need to move into a place where I can put my car under cover or in a shed and I have a jewellers bench that I also need to put somewhere - a shed is ideal for that too. I would love to live much closer to the city, 15 minutes or under would be amazing. Travelling to work from where I live now is getting super expensive! I'd also prefer to move in with just one person. I also ask that my new roommate doesn't smoke please! If i sound like someone you would like to live with, feel free to contact me and we can meet up for coffee and chat sometime!
I'm a tidy and friendly housemate. I'm pretty quiet during the week but like a drink or two on the weekend sometimes. I run a call centre for a living, and am also studying personal training. I have an indoor cat. I am looking for a large-ish room with an ensuite and have a budget of up to $300 p/w inclusive.
Hiya, I'm potentially moving from Rockhampton, Queensland to Melbourne to study full-time at Swinburne University as well as work. I have recently graduated from high school with an OP2 (ATAR 98) and work two casual jobs, one at retail and one in an arts/framing store. Being a student, I will keep mostly to myself throughout the day but will always be up for a chat/dinner/TV binge in the evening. I'm quite tidy, laid back and love to have a good laugh. As I am moving interstate, I would love to have a housemate who is willing to show me around Melbourne and is interested in going out and socialising occasionally. I'm not a big alcohol drinker (but I'll gladly share one every now and again), I don't smoke nor do I do drugs. I'm looking for someone is happy, tidy and respectful. Simply put, I am looking for a friend. Hope to hear from you soon, Meg
I’m an easy-going 25-year-old female, working full-time as a paramedic. I work a roster of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, which means sometimes coming home between midnight and 3am, but I can assure you I’ve become very good at sneaking around so I don’t wake anyone! I keep pretty busy socializing with friends, hitting the gym, and going out for brunch/dinner. When at home, I keep a clean and tidy space, and enjoy cooking healthy meals, sleeping (love a good nap), binge-watching Netflix, and sharing stories over a bottle of wine. I am looking to move further in towards the city to take advantage of the city lifestyle.
I am from the U.K. Moving to the Gold Coast mid February, Im a huge traveler, I am a hair stylist working full time! I lead an active heathly vegetarian lifestyle! I do yoga. And I'm social.
Hi! My name is Mia, I'm 24 years old, looking to move out of home for the first time. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't party hard, but I am sociable and always happy for a chat or a glass of wine. I'm studying psychology and a cert IV in Mental Health, I volunteer at a telephone crisis line for women, and I work 4-5 shifts a week at a part-time hospitality job. When I'm not working I love to write, read, watch movies, visit museums/art galleries, and hiking/going to the beach. I also love to travel, if only I had more money for it! :'( If you are LGBT+ friendly, smoke-free, and looking for a female housemate in the areas of Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond etc., then I would love to get to know you!
I'm a easy going 18 year old female looking for a place to live before i start my Uni business course at Griffith this year. Looking for cheap accommodation and chill roommates along with it. I don't do much besides hanging out with friends and partyyyyyy. I am always clean and tidy, and my chill personality means I'm super easy to get along with. Please contact me if you're interested!
I'm a Kiwi who has been living and working in Melbourne since last year. I have been flatting for around 5 years in a few different places so I am used to living with others. I like to keep fit and healthy by going to the gym and playing sports. As I have not been in Australia long I will often be out and about seeing what there is to do! When at home, I like to chat with the flatties, watch movies and chill out. I regularly cook my dinners and lunches but will eat out occasionally. Would definitely like to meet the other flatmates and see the place before moving in.
My name is Trevor. I'm 31 years old and work full-time in Blackburn. I'd like to believe that I would be the perfect house mate as I am happy to cook, make sure I clean up after myself and will definitely be punctual with bills etc. I'm happy to share a meal and/or a drink or even a movie/tv series marathon, but also keep to myself at times. I try to keep myself fit by getting to the gym most mornings (yes I said try). I am looking for a place with preferably only 1 female housemate, someone who I can build a friendship with and create a fun and relaxing household. If you think this sounds like you please shoot me a message. Thanks!
Hey guys I'm Kate, I Work full time in the cosmetic / medical industry and soon to study nursing mid year. I would love to live with some positive friendly people in a house I can call home. I love living not far from the beach and keep fit at the gym and walking around burliegh. Looking the end of January would be perfect for me. If you have an awesome house and think I will be a good fit please send me through a message cheers.
Hi, I'm Julie, coming to Melbourne from France in order to study Mechanical Engineering at Swinburne as an exchange student, and I would like to find somewhere to call home :) I will be studying at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus so I'm looking for a room near Lilydale or Alamein railway line, or tram line 16,70 or 75, or bus route 624 or even better within walking distance from the campus ! I'm 19 going 20 and I would like to find flatmates about the same age (let's say preferably from 18 to 25 but I'm not very rigid about it). I'm quiet but social and I would like to share time with my flatmates (share meals, enjoy movies, have a cup of tea ... :P) I'm considerate of people's privacy and I clean up after myself. I like to study in common spaces (living room, kitchen ...) so I can see people passing by while studying :P. I do not need a lot of personal space : a small room would do it for me. I do not smoke nor drink. Cheers !
Hi! I am a 27 year old from country SA currently at uni in QLD (southern cross). I am looking for a place to call home while I am up there studying! I have all my own furniture in storage up there at the moment as I came back home for my uni holidays as I was very home sick. I am very respectful of people and their belongings and am generally quite quiet. I enjoy cooking and eating 🙂, the beach, shopping and online gaming ( yes I am a little bit of an online gaming nerd lol). I have a a dog which I would hate to leave behind as she is my best friend, but I do understand that bringing her lessens my chance of finding somewhere to live. She has had full obedience training, is desexed and only barks when someone knocks on the door, so overall she is an extremely well behaved dog!! I am open to any living arrangements, whether it's a room in your house or teaming up with someone and finding a house of our own. I will be coming back to QLD mid February.

Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd

I'm a 24 year old recent uni graduate currently looking for somewhere in Sydney to live. Preferably inner west or north Sydney but open to anywhere! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and easy to live with!
Quite, easy going guy looking for accommodation. Intending to stay for the next couple of years, I'll probably be spending most of my time at uni and relaxing on weekends. I have a motorcycle that I'll be needed a safe secure place to park it. I have an electric piano/keyboard, but I'll use headphones for that.
Hi There, I'm looking for people who are looking to team up to create a home in the inner suburbs (Richmond preferably) About me, I am a clean individual who enjoys a glass of wine and good food at the end of the day. I work full time & own a business so i'm kept fairly busy. I used to be a chef many moons ago so I do like having my home as a sanctuary for good food and did I mention wine? My cat (Leo) is an affectionate little bundle of energy who is well trained. Anyhoo if you are after the same things get in touch.
Hello all, I am a tutor and a PhD. research scholar working at Griffith University. I work full time at the university as a tutor along with doing my PhD. I am looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. I am into working out, healthy eating and living. I would ideally like to stay really close to the G:Link or the train station (as I would be traveling from Brisbane to Gold Coast, if living in Brisbane). I am a friendly and easy going person and enjoy cooking painting and reading a lot. P.S. I am currently overseas on research and conference leave and will be returning on the 12th of February. I will be needing a place to move in precisely on those dates. As a result my only mode of communication will be this portal:) looking forward, Diti:)
We are an Australian/British couple aged 33 and 31 who are looking for a place to live for the summer/autumn months (initially; possibility of longer). We have been travelling up the East Coast of Australia for the last 3 months in our little van, and have decided it is time to stop for a while and live and work on the coast for a few months. We are easy-going, relaxed people who like to keep active and healthy, and love the outdoors. We are not partiers, although we enjoy the odd beer/glass of wine in the evening. We are open-minded people who generally get on well with anyone. Our hobbies include running, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and we love going to live music. As housemates, we are clean and tidy and have never had any issues with paying rent or bills on time. We are happy to be social, but are always respectful of others' space and privacy and can happily keep to ourselves too!
I'm Cindy ,from Indonesia ,21 yrs old. I'm gonna study at Swinburne University at Hawthorn Campus which will start from 20th Feb. Major in Computer Science, Semester 5. I am looking for a room to stay in. I'll be there at 17th of Feb, so I need a room start from that date. Well, to describe my self, I'm a kind of easy going person, I am also like hanging out with friends during the weekend. I am quite serious at studying, so I wish the flatemates won't be too noisy. I am also clean and tidy. I wish no pets (cat/dog) inside the house since I am quite scared of them. I am also a non smoker.
Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and now we're going to chill out until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - 8Yrs old and is THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time!
About me? I'm a crazy cat Mumma to one beautiful affectionate little kitty cat 🐱, I'm housetrained, i clean up after myself (and the cat obvs), I love good coffee (and where else but Melbourne to get it), I love America, I'm a penguins (NHL) and Ravens (NFL) fan and I currently live in Murrumbeena and have so for almost a year. I'm looking for people who are hard workers (during the week) who don't mind a drink or two on the weekend and who like family dinners (I like to cook when I can). My max is $200 per week, so looking for a big enough place with enough people that we can share bills and rent equally! Thanks in advance!
I am a professional female working 9-5 job in healthcare and looking for share accommodation in or closer to Melbourne city. My preference is to have a private room with own bathroom plus parking. I moved to Melbourne from Sydney in the first quarter of 2016. I'm an easy going person and I'm looking to share with someone that is house proud n keeps the place clean. I like a bit of privacy at times but mostly up for a chat or have dinner/glass of wine together when time permits.
i am a biotechnology masters graduate.currently on my job hunting also i'm working full time.i am a very easy going person.i like movies, food, cooking, travelling .i'm looking for a quite and clean place with friendly and easy going housemates. cheers.
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year accounting student at QUT, so public transport nearby would be fantastic. I do have a car though, so I need undercover parking whether that be a garage or carport. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
Hi my name is Shae, i work monday to friday and the occasional weekend. Im friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. I have a small puppy named Oscar. Hes very playful and loves a cuddle. Im looking for roomies that i can also be friends with x
